本实施例中,第一控制键为多功能键,可根据用户操作选择性的触发不同的控制指令,从而在将现有普通衣物处理设备基础上不需要增加硬件成本即可得到新的物联网衣物处理设备,降低了设备成本,却丰富了衣物处理设备功能,提高了衣物处理设备性价比,用户体验好。
具体的,衣物处理设备包括多个控制键,所述第一控制键为所述多个控制键中的一个控制键。如衣物处理设备包括洗涤预约键、温度选择键、水位选择键、转速选择键以及多个不同洗涤程序选择键,本申请可在其中选择任意一个控制键为功能键,赋予其具有开启远程控制模式的功能。本实施例中,可根据实际需求由衣物处理设备的多个控制键中择一选取一个控制键为多功能键。
实施例二
本实施例二中,衣物处理设备包括有控制面板,控制面板上设有多个控制键,其中包括有第一控制键,衣物处理设备的第一控制键具有触发洗涤预约控制指令的功能,该第一控制键具有多个状态,在该第一控制键增设开启远程控制功能更加合理。
本实施例中,不改变先前衣物处理设备的硬件结构,选择了先前衣物处理设备的第一控 制键作为多功能键,为了突出该多功能键,给用后以提示,本实施例中,所述第一控制键包括表征预约洗涤的第一标识和表征联网的第二标识。在第一控制键上设置两种标识,给用户以提示,本实施例中仅仅在原先衣物处理设备的基础上增设了标识,将修改成本降至最低。
优选的,所述第一标识为印制在所述第一控制键上的文字,如第一控制键上印制有“预约”两个字,再者,所述第二标识为印制在所述文字边沿上的网络图标。
在上述方案中,标识通过增加丝印的方式实现,不更改硬件结构,再次降低了设备改动成本。
实施例三
本实施例三中,提供上述实施例中的衣物处理设备的控制方法,衣物处理设备具有触发生成至少两种不同控制指令的第一控制键,其中一控制指令为开启远程控制模式控制指令,所述控制方法包括:衣物处理设备检测所述第一控制键的触发信号,根据所述第一控制键的触发信号确定相应控制指令,并控制执行所述控制指令。
所述第一控制键还用于触发洗涤预约控制指令,衣物处理设备检测所述第一控制键的触发信号,根据所述触发信号确定预约洗涤控制指令或开启远程控制模式控制指令,并执行相应的控制过程。
在一种具体实施方案中,衣物处理设备检测第一控制键被触发的时间长度,若被触发的时间长度小于设定时长,则衣物处理设备控制开启远程控制模式,若第一控制键被触发的时间长度大于所述设定时长,则衣物处理设备切换进入设置预约洗涤时间的设置模式。其中,在衣物处理设备进入所述设置预约时间的设置模式后,衣物处理设备检测第一控制键是否被触发,第一控制键每被触发一次,则衣物处理设备调节一次预约时间,如在第一控制键被连续触发的过程中,衣物处理设备逐次调节洗涤预约时间,如衣物处理设备调节逐次增大预约时间或逐次调节减小预约时间。
在另一优选的实施方案中,衣物处理设备检测第一控制键的触发次序,根据第一控制键的触发次序相应生成洗涤预约控制指令或开启远程控制模式控制指令。本实施方案中,衣物处理设备根据第一控制键的触发次序确定相应的控制指令,操作简单便捷,用户体验好。优选的,衣物处理设备首次检测到第一控制键的触发信号,则生成开启远程控制模式控制指令,衣物处理设备再次检测到第一控制键的触发信号,则生成洗涤预约控制指令。该方案中,考虑到第一控制键具有多个预约状态,若触发第一控制键先进入预约指令,则每次开启远程控制模式均需要触发多次第一控制键,不利于方便用户操作。因此,本发明中,触发第一控制键先触发生成开启远程控制模式控制指令,再次触发第一控制键才生成洗涤预约控制指令, 则在调节预约时间时,仅仅比普通衣物处理设备多触发一次第一控制键,基本不影响预约操作的调节方式,而想要开启远程控制模式时,仅仅一次触发第一控制键即可开启远程控制模式,操作十分简单便捷。
衣物处理设备在首次检测到第一控制键的触发信号后,再次检测到第一控制键的触发信号,则生成退出远程控制模式控制指令,并切换进入设置预约洗涤时间的设置模式。当衣物处理设备二次检测到第一控制键的触发信号,则说明用户改变了洗涤方案,因此为了安全起见,衣物处理设备首先控制退出远程控制模式,然后切换进入设置预约洗涤时间的设置模式,接受用户设置预约洗涤时间的操作。在所述设置模式中,衣物处理设备检测第一控制键的触发次序,根据所述触发次序调节预约洗涤的时间参数。如:衣物处理设备包括显示装置,在设置模式中,用户每触发一次预约键,则显示装置切换显示一次预约时间,在用户连续触发所述第一控制键的过程中,显示装置依次递增或递减的显示预约时间,所显示的预约时间即为用户调节的预约时间。

优选的,所述显示装置包括数码管,衣物处理设备控制所述数码管显示表征远程控制状态的标识图案,本实施例选用结构简单性价比高的数码管作为显示装置,利于降低成本,且数码管为八字形结构,常用于显示数字,本申请用该数码管显示远程控制状态的标识图案,相对设置其他显示屏,大幅降低了结构成本,且同样具有提示作用,降低了衣物处理设备成本。
衣物处理设备控制所述数码管显示“APP”图案以表征衣物处理设备处于远程控制状态。数码管的结构特点可用于显示出“APP”字样,给用户以提示。
衣物处理设备开启远程控制模式后,控制所述数码管交替间隔的显示时间参数和所述标识图案。
该方案中,数码管交替的显示时间参数和标识图案,同时给出两种提示信息,且交替闪烁的显示方式具有提醒作用,容易引起用户注意。
所述时间参数为衣物处理设备远程控制模式的剩余时间,或者所述时间参数为当前洗涤程序的剩余时间。
实施例五
本实施例进一步详细说明衣物处理设备的控制方法。
衣物处理设备包括有第一控制键,该第一控制键为多功能键,用户需要开启远程控制模式时,触发一次该第一控制键,此时衣物处理设备检测到第一控制键的触发信号后,执行一系列控制过程,实现开启远程控制模式:
具体的,衣物处理设备控制显示装置显示远程控制状态、控制衣物处理设备的门锁锁止,确保远程控制的安全。衣物处理设备同时还建立连接智能终端的控制信道,智能终端通过该控制信道向衣物处理设备发送控制信息。
当第一控制键首次被触发时,衣物处理设备控制各程序指示灯均熄灭,并开启远程控制模式,该远程控制模式默认时长为24小时。在24小时结束后,衣物处理设备若处于待机状态,则衣物处理设备直接控制关机。
另外当衣物处理设备处于远程控制模式中,衣物处理设备接收到由本机输出的控制指令,则控制关闭远程控制模式,从而确保安全,防止远程端用户不清楚衣物处理设备端的情况,下发了不适当控制指令。或者,另一种方案为衣物处理设备处于远程控制模式中,仅保持衣物处理设备的一个控制键处于激活状态,控制其他控制键均为锁定状态,用户触发其他各控制键,衣物处理设备均不作处理,而当用户触发该特定的控制键时,衣物处理设备激活其他各控制键,然后用户可通过触发衣物处理设备各控制键触发衣物处理设备生成相应的控制指令。其中该特定的控制键继续选用衣物处理设备的第一控制键。
该第一控制键还具有其他功能,例如,衣物处理设备开机后,保持按压该第一控制键三秒钟,则触发衣物处理设备进入配网模式。保持按压该第一控制键十秒钟,则可以控制开启或关闭WIFI。
在衣物处理设备处于远程控制模式时,如果想开启门锁,则需要关闭远程控制模式,即用户需触发第一控制键,衣物处理设备检测到第一控制键被触发,则控制退出远程控制模式,但是会存储当前的工作参数,如洗涤程序的洗涤进程以及各洗涤参数,等到用户需要再次开启远程控制模式时,衣物处理设备直接调取这些数据继续执行洗涤程序。

其中,在步骤S6中,衣物处理设备设定时间后检测到所述第一控制键被触发,才会开启远程控制的指令,若在步骤S6中衣物处理设备在设定时间之内检测到第一控制键被触发,则控制调节预约洗涤的时间参数。在步骤S4中,当衣物处理设备正处于洗衣过程中,则衣物处理设备保持当前的洗涤状态参数,在步骤S7中,衣物处理设备直接根据所述洗涤状态参数继续执行洗涤程序。
本发明的衣物处理设备具有触发生成至少两种不同控制指令的第一控制键,其中一控制指令为开启远程控制模式控制指令。本发明中,复用了衣物处理设备原本的控制键,将衣物处理设备原本单一功能的控制键变为多功能键,在不变更原先衣物处理设备硬件结构的基础上,仅仅通过修改衣物处理设备的底板软件即可得到该新的物联网衣物处理设备,降低了设备成本,却丰富了衣物处理设备功能,提高了衣物处理设备性价比,用户体验好。

本实施例六提供一种衣物处理设备控制方法,衣物处理设备具有云程序,衣物处理设备包括触控显示屏,触控显示屏感应用户触摸动作,触发衣物处理设备执行所述云程序,衣物处理设备执行所述云程序包括:控制开启远程控制模式。
本实施例在现有具有触控显示屏的衣物处理设备的基础上通过对底板软件的修改在显示界面上增设了云程序选项,而不需要对衣物处理设备硬件结构进行改进,降低了衣物处理设备升级成本。
具体的,所述触控显示屏显示有云程序图标,触控显示屏感应到所述云程序图标被选择,则触发衣物处理设备执行所述云程序。
优选的,触控显示屏显示有程序选择界面,所述程序选择界面显示有多个洗衣程序图标,如包括衬衣程序图标、内衣程序图标、童装程序图标等等。该程序选择界面上包括有云程序图标,触摸显示屏感应到该云程序图标被选择,则触发衣物处理设备执行所述云程序。在一种优选的方案中,程序选择界面包括多个页面,用于显示各洗衣程序图标,其中该云程序图标位于第一页面上且位于第一位置上,方便用户查询到该云程序图标。
本实施例中,通过修改衣物处理设备底板软件即可得到新的物联网衣物处理设备,不需要增加硬件成本,如专门开槽加装专门的按键。
实施例七
本实施例七中,衣物处理设备的触控显示屏针对云程序具有专门的云程序界面,触控显示屏在程序选择界面上感应到云程序图标被选择时,直接控制由程序选择界面切换为云程序界面。衣物处理设备执行所述云程序时,控制切换至所述云程序界面,从而在衣物处理设备端显示衣物处理设备远程控制状态信息,利于衣物处理设备端用户知悉衣物处理设备状态,避免衣物处理设备端用户不清楚衣物处理设备状态,误操作衣物处理设备,中断衣物处理设备的远程控制模式,影响远程终端用户正常的控制。
具体的,所述云程序界面显示有衣物处理设备远程受控状态信息,衣物处理设备端用户通过该云程序界面即可获知衣物处理设备处于远程控制状态中,且可以获知衣物处理设备当前远程受控状态,从而让衣物处理设备端用户知悉远程控制情况。
其中,所述衣物处理设备远程受控状态信息包括衣物处理设备远程受控执行的洗衣程序的状态信息。所述衣物处理设备远程受控状态信息包括:当前衣物处理设备洗衣程序所处的洗衣阶段、洗衣程序总运行时长信息、洗衣程序剩余时长信息中的任意一种或多种。通过显示这些内容,便于衣物处理设备端用户知悉衣物处理设备当前状态。
实施例八
本实施例八中,衣物处理设备的云程序界面显示有控制图标,所述控制图标被触发,则衣物处理设备退出所述远程控制模式,执行所述控制图标对应的控制指令。该方案中,为了便于用户在云程序界面中操作衣物处理设备,在云程序界面中显示有衣物处理设备端可触发的控制图标,用户不需要退出该云程序界面即可向衣物处理设备输入控制信息。但是为了安全起见,当用户触发了某控制图标,则衣物处理设备先退出远程控制模式,防止远程端用户不清楚本机端状况下达了不适宜的控制指令,引发安全问题。
例如:所述云程序界面显示有门锁开启图标,所述门锁开启图标被触发,则衣物处理设备退出所述远程控制模式,判断是否达到门锁开启的条件,若判断结果为是,则控制门锁开启,否则,等待达到门锁开启的条件后再控制开启门锁。
该方案中,在云程序界面上显示门锁开启图标,当该门锁开启图标被触发,则为了安全起见,衣物处理设备先退出远程控制模式,不接收智能终端的控制信息,然后控制执行开锁指令,在执行开锁指令时,需要先判断是否达到开锁条件,如水温、水位、内桶转速等等均属于需要考虑的安全条件。
再者,衣物处理设备在退出所述远程控制模式时,保存远程受控状态信息,并在触摸显示屏感应到云程序图标被选择时,衣物处理设备控制门锁锁闭,恢复远程控制模式,并根据 所述远程受控状态信息继续执行相应操作。该方案中,衣物处理设备在退出远程控制模式时,保存远程受控状态信息,如此则在门锁再次上锁时,调用所述远程受控状态信息继续执行相应的操作,如远程受控状态信息包括衣物处理设备洗衣程序所处的洗衣阶段,衣物处理设备恢复远程控制模式时,可直接根据该远程受控状态信息的洗衣程序的洗衣进程信息继续执行洗衣程序,从而确保完成远程控制端的控制指令。

家庭第一成员在离家之前触发了云程序图标,衣物处理设备开启远程控制模式,并控制触控显示屏切换至云程序界面。该家庭第一成员通过智能终端输入控制指令控制衣物处理设备执行相应的操作。在衣物处理设备执行洗衣程序的过程中,在家的家庭第二成员发现还有衣物需要洗涤,此时该家庭第二成员可以直接在云程序界面上触发门锁开启图标,此时衣物处理设备退出远程控制模式,保存远程受控状态信息,并在达到开门条件时,开启门锁,用户打开机门,将衣物投入,然后再次关闭机门,再次触发云程序图标,此时衣物处理设备锁定机门,开启远程控制模式,并根据所述远程受控信息继续执行先前未执行完毕的洗涤程序。
实施例九
本实施例九中,触控显示屏的云程序界面处于锁定状态:即云程序界面上的状态信息在更新,但是用户无法直接在该云程序界面上触发各控制图标,从而防止了该云程序界面退出后,家里的用户无法得知衣物处理设备正处于远程控制模式中。
所述触控显示屏锁定所述云程序界面,云程序界面上的各控制图标处于未激活状态,所述云程序界面包括有解锁图标,所述解锁图标被触发,则云程序界面上的各控制图标切换至激活状态。该方案中,云程序界面默认为锁定状态,如此防止衣物处理设备端的误操作,使得远程控制模式被终端或取消。另外在云程序界面上显示有解锁图标,在衣物处理设备端需要控制衣物处理设备时,需要先解锁云程序界面,通过触发该解锁图标即可解锁云程序界面,使得云程序界面上的各控制图标切换至激活状态,此时用户触发需求的控制图标即可控制衣物处理设备执行相应的操作。
实施例十
本实施例十中,衣物处理设备在执行所述云程序时,检测是否存储有配网信息,若未存储有配网信息,则控制触控显示屏切换至配网界面,接收用户编辑配网信息,若存储有配网信息,则控制门锁锁止,开启远程控制模式。
该方案中,当衣物处理设备在首次使用或者是被格式化以后,再次需要开启远程控制模式时,衣物处理设备端先控制触控显示屏切换至配网界面,接收用户编辑配网信息,以及衣 物处理设备与智能终端的绑定信息,这些信息配置完毕后,衣物处理设备才能够达到开启远程控制模式的条件。
当用户触发所述云程序图标后,衣物处理设备执行云程序,包括一系列控制过程,实现开启远程控制模式。具体的,包括:衣物处理设备控制触控显示屏切换至云程序界面,控制衣物处理设备的门锁锁止,确保远程控制的安全。衣物处理设备同时还建立连接智能终端的控制信道,智能终端通过该控制信道向衣物处理设备发送控制信息。

- 根据权利要求17所述的一种衣物处理设备控制方法,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备远程受控状态信息包括:当前衣物处理设备洗衣程序所处的洗衣阶段、洗衣程序总运行时长信息、洗衣程序剩余时长信息中的任意一种或多种。
- 根据权利要求16-18任一所述的一种衣物处理设备控制方法,其特征在于,所述云程序界面显示有控制图标,所述控制图标被触发,则衣物处理设备退出所述远程控制模式,执行所述控制图标对应的控制指令。
- 根据权利要求19所述的一种衣物处理设备控制方法,其特征在于,所述云程序界面显示有门锁开启图标,所述门锁开启图标被触发,则衣物处理设备退出所述远程控制模式, 判断是否达到门锁开启的条件,若判断结果为是,则控制门锁开启,否则,等待达到门锁开启的条件后再控制开启门锁。
- 根据权利要求20所述的一种衣物处理设备控制方法,其特征在于,衣物处理设备在退出所述远程控制模式时,保存远程受控状态信息,并在触摸显示屏感应到云程序图标被选择时,衣物处理设备控制门锁锁闭,恢复远程控制模式,并根据所述远程受控状态信息继续执行相应操作。
- 根据权利要求20或21所述的一种衣物处理设备控制方法,其特征在于,所述触控显示屏锁定所述云程序界面,云程序界面上的各控制图标处于未激活状态,所述云程序界面包括有解锁图标,所述解锁图标被触发,则云程序界面上的各控制图标切换至激活状态。
- 根据权利要求14所述的一种衣物处理设备控制方法,衣物处理设备在执行所述云程序时,检测是否存储有配网信息,若未存储有配网信息,则控制触控显示屏切换至配网界面,接收用户编辑配网信息,若存储有配网信息,则控制门锁锁止,开启远程控制模式。
