S3、关闭所述的远程控制模式,并控制门锁解锁,进入步骤S6;
S4、控制所述的远程控制模式保持开启状态,并保持门锁为闭锁状态,进入步骤S6;
S5、控制所述的远程控制模式保持开启状态,并保持门锁为闭锁状态,进入步骤S6;
S6、控制结束。
优选的,所述的洗衣机包括上洗涤筒和下洗涤筒,所述的洗衣机接收到智能终端发送的暂停指令后,控制所述的远程控制模式保持开启状态,并控制下洗涤筒的门锁保持闭锁状态,上洗涤筒的门锁状态根据上洗涤筒的工作状态参数确定;
优选的,所述的上洗涤筒的门锁状态根据上洗涤筒的工作参数确定,包括:判断上洗涤筒的工作状态参数是否符合解锁的条件,若判断结果为是,则控制上洗涤筒的门锁解锁,若判断结果为否,保持上洗涤筒的门锁为闭锁状态。
优选的,所述的工作状态参数至少包括:转速、水温、水位;
优选地,所述的洗衣机具有烘干功能,所述的洗衣机工作状态参数还包括烘干温度。
优选的,所述的洗衣机接收到本机控制模式下发的除暂停指令外的其他指令后,关闭远程控制模式,并执行相应的动作。
优选的,所述的远程控制模式和本机控制模式具有不同的优先级,本机控制模式的优先级高于远程控制模式;
优选的,所述的洗衣机具有远程控制保护功能,当所述的远程控制保护功能开启后,则远程控制模式的优先级高于本机控制模式,洗衣机的门锁保持闭锁状态,直至洗衣机关机。
本发明还公开一种采用上述洗衣机控制方法的洗衣机。
该洗衣机包括:上洗涤筒、下洗涤筒、控制器、智能终端;
其中,所述的上洗涤筒设置在下洗涤筒的顶部,该上洗涤筒和下洗涤筒之间可相互配合使用,也可以相互独立使用。
所述的控制器连接有无线模块,用于与智能终端无线连接。
所述的智能终端用于远程控制该洗衣机。
所述的控制器还可判断暂停指令所对应的控制模式,优选的,所述的本机控制模式和远程控制模式下发的控制指令,具有标识,从而有利于控制器接收到该指令后,获取该指令对应的控制模式。
通过采用上述技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明公开的洗衣机控制方法中,所述的洗衣机具有通过本机端输入控制指令以控制洗衣机的本机控制模式和由智能终端输入控制指令以远程控制洗衣机的远程控制模式,在所述的远程控制模式为开启状态时,洗衣机在运行中接收到暂停指令后,根据该暂停指令所对应的控制模式和洗衣机的工作状态参数控制远程控制模式保持开启或关闭。本发明同时还公开了采用该方法的洗衣机。本发明中的洗衣机控制方法,根据指令对应的控制模式和洗衣机的状态参数控制远程控制模式保持开启或关闭,该控制方法更加合理,适用于物联网洗衣机领域,可有效地保证了物联网洗衣机在远程控制中的安全性,避免了安全事故的发生,也有利于加强远程控制模式的控制效果。

实施例一
本发明提供一种洗衣机控制方法,所述的洗衣机具有通过本机端输入控制指令以控制洗衣机的本机控制模式和由智能终端输入控制指令以远程控制洗衣机的远程控制模式,在所述的远程控制模式为开启状态时,洗衣机在运行中接收到暂停指令后,根据该暂停指令所对应的控制模式和洗衣机的工作状态参数控制远程控制模式保持开启或关闭。
优选的,所述的洗衣机在接收到所述的暂停指令后,判断所述暂停指令是否为本机控制模式下发的指令,若判断结果为是,则根据洗衣机的工作状态参数控制远程控制功能开启/关闭,若判断结果为否,则控制所述的远程控制模式保持开启状态。
优选的,所述的根据洗衣机的工作状态参数控制远程控制功能开启/关闭,包括判断洗衣机的工作状态参数是否符合解锁的条件,若判断结果为是,则关闭所述的远程控制模式,并控制门锁解锁,若判断结果为否,则控制所述的远程控制模式保持开启状态,并保持门锁为闭锁状态。
优选的,所述的本机控制模式的优先级高于远程控制模式的优先级:
当洗衣机的远程控制模式为开启状态,则洗衣机在接收到本机端下达所述的暂停指令后,判断洗衣机的工作状态参数是否在安全范围内,若判断结果为是,则执行暂停指令并控制门锁解锁,若判断结果为否,则控制洗衣机的工作状态参数至安全范围内后控制门锁解锁。洗衣机接收到本机下达的暂停指令,用户可能需要取放衣物,则此时,当洗衣机的工作状态参数在安全范围内时,则控制门锁解锁。所述的洗衣机在接收到暂停命令后,若洗衣机的工作状态参数在安全范围内时,则直接开锁并暂停,若洗衣机的工作状态参数不在安全范围内,则有两种执行方案,第一种是洗衣机直接暂停,但是门锁保持锁闭状态,远程控制模式保持开启状态,第二种是洗衣机先进行调节或控制工作状态至工作状态参数在安全范围内时,则执行暂停命令并开锁。当然的也可以取消解锁程序洗衣机继续运行。
进一步的,所述的洗衣机具有烘干功能,所述的洗衣机工作状态参数包括:转速、烘干温度、水温、水位。当洗衣机的远程控制模式为开启状态时,则当洗衣机接收到本机端下达的暂停命令后,判断转速、烘干温度、水温、水位是否都在安全范围内,当各参数均在安全范围内时,则可开启门锁。当然的,若转速、烘干温度、水温、水位四者任一参数不在安全范围内,则洗衣机保持门锁为闭锁状态,保持远程控制模式为开启状态,从而保证了洗衣机和用户的安全。
在上述方案中,判断转速、烘干温度、水温、水位是否都在安全范围内,若判断结果为是,则控制远程控制模式为关闭状态,控制洗衣机暂停,并开启门锁;若判断结果为否,比如,烘干温度高于安全范围,则进行降温处理至安全温度后,则控制远程控制模式为关闭状态,控制洗衣机暂停,并开启门锁,或直接执行暂停指令,并控制洗衣机的门锁保持闭锁状态,同时保持远程控制模式为开启状态。
洗衣机在烘干阶段时,所述的控制洗衣机的工作状态参数至安全范围内包括执行降温处理至烘干温度至安全温度以下。
优选的,所述的安全温度为50-60摄氏度,最优选的,所述的安全温度为55摄氏度;
所述的洗衣机包括连通洗衣机的洗衣腔的送风通道,所述的送风通道向洗衣腔内通入热风实现衣物的烘干,所述的送风通道向洗衣腔通入冷风则实现所述的降温处理。
优选的,所述的洗衣机包括由鼓风机、送风通道及送风通道内的加热器组成的烘干系统,所述的鼓风机吸入的风通过加热器加热后经送风通道吹进洗衣机内筒的洗衣腔内,带走衣物水分的蒸汽通过洗衣机的出风口排出,从而烘干衣物,所述的降温处理包括鼓风机吸入风后直接通过送风通道吹送至洗衣机的内筒的洗衣腔内,带走热量通过洗衣机的出风口排出。
优选的,在所述的远程控制模式为开启状态时,洗衣机在运行中接收到暂停指令后,根 据该暂停指令所对应的控制模式和洗衣机的工作状态参数还控制门锁解锁/锁闭。
参见图1所示,所述的控制方法包括以下步骤:
S1、所述的远程控制模式为开启状态时,洗衣机在运行中接收到暂停指令后,判断所述的暂停指令是否为本机控制模式下发的指令,若判断结果为是,则进入步骤S2,否则进入步骤S5;
S2、判断洗衣机的工作状态参数是否符合解锁的条件,若判断结果为是,则进入步骤S3,若判断结果为否,则进入步骤S4;
S3、关闭所述的远程控制模式,并控制门锁解锁,进入步骤S6;
S4、控制所述的远程控制模式保持开启状态,并保持门锁为闭锁状态,进入步骤S6;
S5、控制所述的远程控制模式保持开启状态,并保持门锁为闭锁状态,进入步骤S6;
S6、控制结束。
优选的,所述的洗衣机包括上洗涤筒和下洗涤筒,所述的洗衣机接收到智能终端发送的暂停指令后,控制所述的远程控制模式保持开启状态,并控制下洗涤筒的门锁保持闭锁状态,上洗涤筒的门锁状态根据上洗涤筒的工作状态参数确定;
优选的,所述的上洗涤筒的门锁状态根据上洗涤筒的工作参数确定,包括:判断上洗涤筒的工作状态参数是否符合解锁的条件,若判断结果为是,则控制上洗涤筒的门锁解锁,若判断结果为否,保持上洗涤筒的门锁为闭锁状态。
优选的,所述的工作状态参数至少包括:转速、水温、水位;
优选地,所述的洗衣机具有烘干功能,所述的洗衣机工作状态参数还包括烘干温度。
优选的,所述的洗衣机接收到本机控制模式下发的除暂停指令外的其他指令后,关闭远程控制模式,并执行相应的动作。
优选的,所述的远程控制模式和本机控制模式具有不同的优先级,本机控制模式的优先级高于远程控制模式;
优选的,所述的洗衣机具有远程控制保护功能,当所述的远程控制保护功能开启后,则远程控制模式的优先级高于本机控制模式,洗衣机的门锁保持闭锁状态,直至洗衣机关机。通过设计该远程控制保护功能有利于增强远程控制模式的控制力度。
实施例二
本实施例公开一种采用实施例一中的洗衣机控制方法的洗衣机。
该洗衣机包括:上洗涤筒、下洗涤筒、控制器、智能终端;
其中,所述的上洗涤筒设置在下洗涤筒的顶部,该上洗涤筒和下洗涤筒之间可相互配合使用,也可以相互独立使用。
所述的控制器连接有无线模块,用于与智能终端无线连接。
所述的智能终端用于远程控制该洗衣机。
所述的控制器还可判断暂停指令所对应的控制模式,优选的,所述的本机控制模式和远程控制模式下发的控制指令具有标识,该标识包括在控制指令内,从而有利于控制器接收到该指令后,获取该指令对应的控制模式。
所述的洗衣机上设置有可拆卸的激活装置,洗衣机通过激活装置控制授权/禁止所述的智能终端对洗衣机进行远程控制。
所述的激活装置放置在洗衣机上,或放置在洗衣机周围一定范围内,当需要远程控制该洗衣机时,只能通过预控制者亲自或其他人在洗衣机前跟或附近触发该激活装置方可得到洗衣机授权预控制者进行远程控制该洗衣机,即要想远程控制该洗衣机,必须有人亲自在洗衣机附近激活该激活装置,从而强制在洗衣机被远程控制之前,得到安全的检查,从而提高了洗衣机远程控制的安全性。
优选的,所述的激活装置包括近场识别单元,所述的智能终端处在近场识别单元识别范围内时,所述洗衣机授权智能终端远程控制该洗衣机。
具体的,所述的激活装置包括NFC读卡器,所述的智能终端上设置有NFC标签,所述的NFC标签处于NFC读卡器的读取范围后,所述NFC读卡器处于触发状态,则洗衣机授权该智能终端远程控制洗衣机。当然的,本发明中,所述的激活装置不限于使用NFC技术,也可是洗衣机上设置有RFID读卡器,所述的移动终端上设置有RFID标签,具体原理与上述相同,在此不再赘述。当然的所述的NFC读卡器也可以设置在洗衣机上。
优选的,所述洗衣机的控制器与NFC读卡器通信相连,所述的控制器周期性检测所述的触发单元,若所述的触发单元处于触发状态,则控制器授权该智能终端远程控制该洗衣机。
优选的,所述的激活装置包括激活按键,所述的洗衣机包括有控制器,所述的激活按键与控制器有线或无线连接,激活按键包括有用于与控制器通信连接的通信模块和用于检测按键是否被触发的检测模块,检测模块检测到激活按键被触发则通过通信模块发送信号给控制器,控制器接收该信号后授权所述的智能终端对洗衣机进行远程控制。
所述的激活装置包括设置在洗衣机箱体上的激活按键,所述的激活按键与洗衣机的控制器通信连接,触发所述的激活按键,则洗衣机的控制器授权该智能终端远程控制该洗衣机。为了防止误操作,比如被小孩子误操作,所述的洗衣机上设置有可打开和关闭的盒体,所述 的激活按键可放置在该盒体内,从而能够有效的放置小孩子的误操作。
优选的,所述的智能终端与洗衣机的控制器建立用于智能终端接收洗衣机状态信息的状态反馈信道和用于洗衣机接收智能终端发送控制指令的控制信道,当洗衣机和智能终端分别联网,状态反馈信道处于连通状态,当所述激活装置处于触发状态则控制信道处于连通状态,所述激活装置处于冻结状态则控制信道处于关闭状态。需要说明的是,本发明中该激活按键的激活通过按下按键实现。
优选的,所述智能终端包括多个,分别通过状态反馈信道与洗衣机网络连接,当任一智能终端与洗衣机之间的控制信道连通时,则控制器控制其他智能终端与洗衣机之间的控制信道均处于关闭状态。
优选的,所述的智能终端包括多个,分别通过状态反馈信道连接到洗衣机的控制器,各智能终端可分别通过状态反馈信道远程发送远程控制请求;当任一智能终端发送的远程控制请求至控制器,则控制器等待激活装置被激发,当该激活装置被激发后则会授权发送请求信息对应的智能终端进行远程控制洗衣机。为了方便用户进行远程控制洗衣机,所述的洗衣机上设置有扬声器,当控制器接收到请求信息后会通过扬声器提醒在家的人去触发该激活装置,而在用户去触发激活装置的过程中会去洗衣机旁边按压激活按键,则会对洗衣机进行安全检查,从而有效的防止了意外的发生。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容做出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机控制方法,所述的洗衣机具有通过本机端输入控制指令以控制洗衣机的本机控制模式和由智能终端输入控制指令以远程控制洗衣机的远程控制模式,其特征在于,在所述的远程控制模式为开启状态时,洗衣机在运行中接收到暂停指令后,根据该暂停指令所对应的控制模式和洗衣机的工作状态参数控制远程控制模式保持开启或关闭。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述的洗衣机在接收到所述的暂停指令后,判断所述暂停指令是否为本机控制模式下发的指令,若判断结果为是,则根据洗衣机的工作状态参数控制远程控制功能开启/关闭,若判断结果为否,则控制所述的远程控制模式保持开启状态。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述的根据洗衣机的工作状态参数控制远程控制功能开启/关闭,包括判断洗衣机的工作状态参数是否符合解锁的条件,若判断结果为是,则关闭所述的远程控制模式,并控制门锁解锁,若判断结果为否,则控制所述的远程控制模式保持开启状态,并保持门锁为闭锁状态。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,在所述的远程控制模式为开启状态时,洗衣机在运行中接收到暂停指令后,根据该暂停指令所对应的控制模式和洗衣机的工作状态参数还控制门锁解锁/锁闭。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述的控制方法包括以下步骤:
    S1、所述的远程控制模式为开启状态时,洗衣机在运行中接收到暂停指令后,判断所述的暂停指令是否为本机控制模式下发的指令,若判断结果为是,则进入步骤S2,否则进入步骤S5;
    S2、判断洗衣机的工作状态参数是否符合解锁的条件,若判断结果为是,则进入步骤S3,若判断结果为否,则进入步骤S4;
    S3、关闭所述的远程控制模式,并控制门锁解锁,进入步骤S6;
    S4、控制所述的远程控制模式保持开启状态,并保持门锁为闭锁状态,进入步骤S6;
    S5、控制所述的远程控制模式保持开启状态,并保持门锁为闭锁状态,进入步骤S6;
    S6、控制结束。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述的洗衣机包括上洗涤筒和下洗涤筒,所述的洗衣机接收到智能终端发送的暂停指令后,控制所述的远程控制模式保持开启状态,并控制下洗涤筒的门锁保持闭锁状态,上洗涤筒的门锁状态根据上洗涤筒的工作状态参数确定;
    优选的,所述的上洗涤筒的门锁状态根据上洗涤筒的工作参数确定,包括:判断上洗涤筒的工作状态参数是否符合解锁的条件,若判断结果为是,则控制上洗涤筒的门锁解锁,若判断结果为否,保持上洗涤筒的门锁为闭锁状态。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述的工作状态参数至少包括:转速、水温、水位;
    优选地,所述的洗衣机具有烘干功能,所述的洗衣机工作状态参数还包括烘干温度。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述的洗衣机接收到本机控制模式下发的除暂停指令外的其他指令后,关闭远程控制模式,并执行相应的动作。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述的远程控制模式和本机控制模式具有不同的优先级,本机控制模式的优先级高于远程控制模式;
    优选的,所述的洗衣机具有远程控制保护功能,当所述的远程控制保护功能开启后,则远程控制模式的优先级高于本机控制模式,洗衣机的门锁保持闭锁状态,直至洗衣机关机。
