通过上述技术方案,如果内门没有锁定时,只有水温和转速同时满足开门条件,才能将外门门锁解锁,否则外门门锁就会一直处于锁定状态,禁止用户打开外门进行中途添衣操作。
优选地,所述步骤S21中,当温度传感器检测的水温大于等于预设温度时:
S2a1,接收到允许加速降温命令后,进水阀开启进水,然后重新判断温度传感器检测的水温是否小于预设温度。
S2a2,接收到等待降温命令后,等待第一预定时间,然后重新判断温度传感器检测的水温是否低于预设温度。
在上述技术方案中,如果温度传感器检测的水温大于等于预设温度,用户可以选择进行加速降温,这样进水阀就会开启向洗衣机中加入凉水进而降低洗衣机的水温,向洗衣机加入预定量水之后,重新判断当前的水温有没有满足开门条件,如果不满足继续向洗衣机内加水,直到水温降低到预设温度以下。
也可以选择进行等待降温,即,洗衣机电机和加热装置均停止工作后,进行静置等待洗衣机的水温降低,在等待第一预定时间(例如30s)之后,洗衣机就会重新判断当前的水温有没有满足开门条件,如果不满足继续等待,直到水温降低到预设温度以下满足水温的开门条件为止。
通过上述技术方案,当检测到洗衣机的水温过高,用户可以根据自己的需要选择向洗衣机内加水进行降温,也可以选择静置进行降温,直至水温满足开门条件。
优选地,所述步骤S22中,当转速检测装置检测的转速大于等于预设转速时:
S2b1,等待第二预定时间,然后重新判断转速检测装置检测的转速是否小于预设转速。
在上述技术方案中,当水温满足开门条件后,就会获取转速检测装置检测的内筒转速,如果转速过大,就会在电机停止转动后,等待第二预定时间(例如10s)转速降低,然后再次检测当前转速是否低于预设转速,如果转速还是较高,则继续等待第二预定时间,以此循环,直至转速能够满足开门条件(小于预定转速)为止。
实施例二
如图3所示,本发明提出了一种滚筒洗衣机,使用上述实施例的开门控制方法,包括控制器、内筒1和门体2,门体2一侧与洗衣机的箱体铰接,门体2为内外双层结构,包括内门21、外门22,控制器在接收到开门命令后,在检测到内门门锁锁定时,确定内筒1的水温和转速均满足预设开门条件后,开启外门门锁;在检测到内门门锁未锁定时,开启外门门锁。
在上述技术方案中,滚筒洗衣机的门体2为内外双层结构,包括内门21和外门22,内门21和外门22上均设有门锁,外门22设置在内门21上,当内门门锁没有锁定时,外门22可以随意打开,如果内门21没有锁定时,只有水温和
转速同时满足开门条件,才能将外门门锁解锁,否则外门门锁就会一直处于锁定状态,禁止用户打开外门22进行中途添衣操作。
优选地,内门21的内侧与洗衣机箱体铰接,用以部分的打开/关闭所述箱体的前部开口,内门21上部设有缺口,外门22的内侧与内门21铰接,用以打开/关闭所述内门21上的缺口,所述内门21和外门22配合用以全部的打开/关闭所述箱体的前部开口。
在上述技术方案中,打开内门21时洗衣机前部的开口全部被打开,打开外门22时,内门21与洗衣机连接,内门21上部的开口打开,平时用户可以打开内门21向洗衣机内取放衣物,洗衣过程中如果用户想向洗衣机内添加衣物或者洗涤剂时,不用将洗衣机内部的水全部排出后再开门添加,只需打开外门22,通过内门21上部的开口向洗衣机内添加衣物或者洗涤剂。且内门21、外门22之间连接可靠,从外面看还是一个整体的门体2,给用户的整体感觉较好。
所述外门门锁与内门门锁呈顺时针或逆时针0-180°,外门门锁可以设置在内门21四周的任意位置,为了便于用户打开最好将外门门锁与内门门锁呈180°或呈逆时针90°或在同侧。
优选地,所述内门21下部设有内门21玻璃窗,上部设有缺口,外门22上部设有外门22玻璃窗,用于打开/关闭内门21上部的缺口,内门21玻璃窗和外门22玻璃窗配合形成观察窗;优选地,内门21玻璃窗与外门22玻璃窗之间设有密封结构。
在上述技术方案中,用户可以透过内门21玻璃窗和外门22玻璃窗直接观察洗衣机的整个洗涤过程,另外,为了增强洗衣机外门22的密封性,防止水从外门22渗出,需要在内门21玻璃窗和外门22玻璃窗之间设置密封结构。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。
Claims (10)
- 一种滚筒洗衣机开门控制方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:S1,接收到开门命令后,判断内门门锁是否锁定,是则进入步骤S2,否则开启外门门锁,允许打开外门;S2,判断是否满足预设开门条件,是则开启外门门锁,允许打开外门,否则将外门门锁锁定。
- 根据权利要求2所述的开门控制方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2具体包括:S21,判断温度传感器检测的水温是否小于预设温度,是则进入步骤S22,否则将外门门锁锁定;S22,判断转速检测装置检测的转速是否小于预设转速,是则开启外门门锁,允许打开外门,否则将外门门锁锁定。
- 根据权利要求2所述的开门控制方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S21中,当温度传感器检测的水温大于等于预设温度时:S2a1,接收到允许加速降温命令后,进水阀开启进水,然后重新判断温度传感器检测的水温是否小于预设温度。
- 根据权利要求3所述的开门控制方法,其特征在于,还包括:S2a2,接收到等待降温命令后,等待第一预定时间,然后重新判断温度传感器检测的水温是否低于预设温度。
- 根据权利要求2所述的开门控制方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S22中,当转速检测装置检测的转速大于等于预设转速时:S2b1,等待第二预定时间,然后重新判断转速检测装置检测的转速是否小于预设转速。
- 一种滚筒洗衣机,使用上述权利要求1-5任一项所述的开门控制方法,包括控制器、内筒和门体,门体一侧与洗衣机的箱体铰接,门体为内外双层结构,包括内门、外门,其特征在于,控制器在接收到开门命令后,在检测到内门门锁锁定时,确定内筒的水温和转速均满足预设开门条件后,开启外门门锁;在检测到内门门锁未锁定时,开启 外门门锁。
- 根据权利要求6所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,内门的内侧与洗衣机箱体铰接,用以部分的打开/关闭所述箱体的前部开口,内门上部设有缺口,外门的内侧与内门铰接,用以打开/关闭所述内门上的缺口,所述内门和外门配合用以全部的打开/关闭所述箱体的前部开口。
- 根据权利要求7所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述外门门锁与内门门锁呈顺时针或逆时针0-180°;优选地,所述外门门锁与内门门锁呈180°或呈逆时针90°或在同侧。
- 根据权利要求6-8任一项所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述内门下部设有内门玻璃窗,上部设有缺口,外门上部设有外门玻璃窗,用于打开/关闭内门上部的缺口,内门玻璃窗和外门玻璃窗配合形成观察窗。
- 根据权利要求9所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于,所述内门玻璃窗与外门玻璃窗之间设有密封结构。
