作为本发明的一实施例,所述的洗衣机包括由鼓风机、送风通道及送风通道内的加热器组成的烘干系统,所述的鼓风机吸入的风通过加热器加热后经送风通道吹进洗衣机内筒的洗衣腔内,带走衣物水分的蒸汽通过洗衣机的出风口排出,从而烘干衣物,所述的降温处理包括鼓风机吸入风后直接通过送风通道吹送至洗衣机的内筒的洗衣腔内,带走热量通过洗衣机的出风口排出。
作为本发明的一实施例,所述的本机控制指令由洗衣机控制面板控制发送至洗衣机的控制器,所述的远程控制指令由智能终端控制发送至洗衣机的控制器,洗衣机在进行t1时间长度的待机过程接收到控制指令后,执行相对应的动作。
作为本发明的一实施例,参见图1所示,所述的控制方法包括以下步骤:
S1、洗衣程序结束;
S2、判断远程控制功能是否为开启状态,若判断结果为是,进入步骤S3,若判断结果 为否,则进入步骤S4;
S3、控制门锁保持锁止状态,进行t1时间长度的待机过程;
S4、控制门锁开启,进行t2时间长度的待机过程。
其中,在步骤S3中,洗衣机在t1时间长度的待机过程中未接收到远程控制指令或本机控制指令则保持门锁为锁止状态;洗衣机在t1时间长度的待机过程中,接收到远程控制指令后,执行相应的动作;优选的,所述的洗衣机在t1时间长度的待机过程中也可接收本机控制指令,所述的洗衣机在接收到本机控制指令后,关闭远程控制功能,并执行相应的动作。
在步骤S4中,在该t2时间长度的待机过程中洗衣机未接收到本机控制指令,则在t2时间长度的待机过程结束后关机。
本发明同时提供一种采用上述实施例的洗衣机控制方法的洗衣机,该洗衣机还包括了智能终端,所述的洗衣机上设置有可拆卸的激活装置,洗衣机通过激活装置控制授权/禁止所述的智能终端对洗衣机进行远程控制。
本发明中所述的激活装置放置在洗衣机上,或放置在洗衣机周围一定范围内,当需要远程控制该洗衣机时,只能通过预控制者亲自或其他人在洗衣机前跟或附近触发该激活装置方可得到洗衣机授权预控制者进行远程控制该洗衣机,即要想远程控制该洗衣机,必须有人亲自在洗衣机附近激活该激活装置,从而强制在洗衣机被远程控制之前,得到安全的检查,从而提高了洗衣机远程控制的安全性。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述的激活装置包括近场识别单元,所述的智能终端处在近场识别单元识别范围内时,所述洗衣机授权智能终端远程控制该洗衣机。
具体的,所述的激活装置包括NFC读卡器,所述的智能终端上设置有NFC标签,所述的NFC标签处于NFC读卡器的读取范围后,所述NFC读卡器处于触发状态,则洗衣机授权该智能终端远程控制洗衣机。当然的,本发明中,所述的激活装置不限于使用NFC技术,也可是洗衣机上设置有RFID读卡器,所述的移动终端上设置有RFID标签,具体原理与上述相同,在此不再赘述。当然的所述的NFC读卡器也可以设置在洗衣机上。
优选的,所述洗衣机的控制器与NFC读卡器通信相连,所述的控制器周期性检测所述的触发单元,若所述的触发单元处于触发状态,则控制器授权该智能终端远程控制该洗衣机。
优选的,所述的激活装置包括激活按键,所述的洗衣机包括有控制器,所述的激活按键与控制器有线或无线连接,激活按键包括有用于与控制器通信连接的通信模块和用于检测按键是否被触发的检测模块,检测模块检测到激活按键被触发则通过通信模块发送信号给控制器,控制器接收该信号后授权所述的智能终端对洗衣机进行远程控制。
作为本发明的一实施例,所述洗衣机包括有控制器,所述的激活装置包括设置在洗衣机箱体上的激活按键,所述的激活按键与洗衣机的控制器通信连接,触发所述的激活按键,则洗衣机的控制器授权该智能终端远程控制该洗衣机。为了防止误操作,比如被小孩子误操作,所述的洗衣机上设置有可打开和关闭的盒体,所述的激活按键可放置在该盒体内,从而能够有效的放置小孩子的误操作。进一步的,所述的盒体可通过锁定。
优选的,本发明的洗衣机远程控制方法还包括有云服务器,所述云服务器分别与控制器和智能终端网络连接,用于接收控制器传送的洗衣机洗涤信息,并发送给智能终端,以及接收智能终端发送的控制信息并发送给控制器。
优选的,所述的智能终端与洗衣机的控制器建立用于智能终端接收洗衣机状态信息的状态反馈信道和用于洗衣机接收智能终端发送控制指令的控制信道,当洗衣机和智能终端分别联网,状态反馈信道处于连通状态,当所述激活装置处于触发状态则控制信道处于连通状态。
当远程控制功能为开启状态,则洗衣机在进行t1时间长度的待机过程,接收到关机指令后,则控制器首先会控制控制信道为关闭状态,至于状态反馈信道是否关闭,本发明不作限定。
但是,洗衣机在进行t1时间长度的待机过程,接收到关机指令后,控制器控制控制信道为关闭状态,而状态反馈信道为开启状态,有利于远程的智能终端实时的查看本机端执行的指令。
优选的,所述智能终端包括多个,分别通过状态反馈信道与洗衣机网络连接,当任一智能终端与洗衣机之间的控制信道连通时,则控制器控制其他智能终端与洗衣机之间的控制信道均处于关闭状态。
优选的,所述的激活按键可拆卸的设置在洗衣机箱体上,所述激活按键内还设置有供电模块,供电模块提供通信模块传输信号所需的电能,所述的供电模块包括能量转换模块和/或内置电源;
所述能量转换装置将按动激活按键过程所生成的动能转换成电能,并将所述电能为通信模块供电。
进一步的,所述的洗衣机还包括设置于洗衣机箱体上的操作面板,所述的操作面板上设置有容置腔室,所述的激活按键可拆卸的设置在容置腔室内。优选的,所述的容置腔室包括按键槽和设置于容置腔室内周的连接部,所述激活按键与所述连接部连接固定;
进一步的,所述连接部内设置有至少一个卡孔,所述激活按键设置有与卡孔匹配的卡爪, 所述的卡爪卡接在卡孔内,卡孔限制激活按键脱离按键槽。
或者,所述的激活按键磁吸附固定在所述的容置槽内,当激活按键通过磁吸附的方式固定在容置槽内时则取放更加方便。
优选的,所述的容置腔室/按键槽内设置有供电电极,所述的激活按键对应设置有充电电极,将激活按键放置在按键槽内,供电电极与充电电极接触,洗衣机为激活按键充电。
本发明中所述的激活按键至少设置有一个,各激活按键可分别用于授权不同的智能终端控制该洗衣机。
优选的,所述的洗衣机包括有显示单元,所述的显示单元用于输出通过状态反馈信道与洗衣机连通的智能终端的信息;具体的,该显示单元实时显示通过状态反馈信道与洗衣机连通的各终端的账号,位置信息等。
优选的,所述的显示单元还用于输出由控制信道发送来的控制信息。具体的,该显示单元实时的显示控制该洗衣机的智能终端对应的app的账号,以及该智能终端通过控制信道发送的控制指令信息。
优选的,所述的显示单元为显示屏,所述控制器与显示屏相连接,控制所述的显示屏显示通过状态反馈信道连通洗衣机的智能终端的信息;
优选的,所述的显示屏为触控显示屏,所述的激活装置包括所述的触控显示屏,用于接收用户输入授权/禁止任一智能终端对洗衣机进行远程控制的指令。在本方案中,多个智能终端均可联网实现与洗衣机通过状态反馈信道连接,该智能终端实时显示洗衣机的洗涤状态信息,而当有智能终端需要远程控制该洗衣机时,需要通过状态反馈信道传输申请信息,而该显示屏可显示该申请信息,而要得到洗衣机的授权,需要有人在显示屏点击确认,而在当多个人在一定时间范围内同时申请远程控制该洗衣机,则需要有人在显示屏上点选预授权的智能终端对应的图标。
当然的,本发明中,该激活装置可为NFC读卡器或激活按键或触控显示屏或三者的任意组合,优选的,本发明中,所述的激活装置同时包括了激活按键、设置在洗衣机上或设置在激活按键上的NFC读卡器以及控制显示屏,从而增加了授权的途径,从而兼容了各种智能终端,从而拓展了物联网洗衣机授权途径。比如,当智能终端为手机时,则有的手机上设置有NFC标签时,则可通过刷手机的方式实现授权,而当手机上没有设置NFC标签时,则可通过触发该激活按键或触控显示屏实现授权。而当智能终端为远程的计算机时,则无法通过NFC技术实现授权,则可通过触发该激活按键或点击触控显示屏实现授权。
作为本发明的一实施例,所述的激活按键包括按键本体和按键检测电路,所述的按键检 测电路实时的检测按键信号,检测按键是否按下和/或检测按键被按下的时长,并将该检测结果发送给控制器,控制器根据该检测结果进行相应的控制;
优选的,检测电路用于检测到按键是否被按下,并将检测结果发送控制器,控制器根据检测结果控制控制信道的通/断;比如当检测电路检测到按键被按下时,则控制器控制控制信道连通,而当检测电路再次检测到按键被按下时,则控制器控制控制信道断开。
或者,检测电路用于检测激活按键被按下的时长是否超过设定时长,并将检测结果发送给控制器,控制器根据检测结果控制控制信道通/断;
或者,所述的检测电路用于检测激活按键在设定时长范围内被按下的次数,控制器根据该次数控制开通不同智能终端与洗衣机之间的控制信道。在该方案中,控制器根据激活按键被按下的次数,并通过该次数决定哪个智能终端得到授权。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述的智能终端包括多个,分别通过状态反馈信道连接到洗衣机的控制器,各智能终端可分别通过状态反馈信道远程发送申请控制洗衣机的请求信息;当任一智能终端发送申请控制洗衣机的请求信息至控制器,则控制器等待激活装置被激发,当该激活装置被激发后则会授权发送请求信息对应的智能终端进行远程控制洗衣机。为了方便用户进行远程控制洗衣机,所述的洗衣机上设置有扬声器,当控制器接收到请求信息后会通过扬声器提醒在家的人去触发该激活装置,而在用户去触发激活装置的过程中会去洗衣机旁边按压激活按键,则会对洗衣机进行安全检查,从而有效的防止了意外的发生。
优选的,当各智能终端在设定时间内均申请远程控制该洗衣机,控制器等待激活装置被激发后,授权优先级最高的智能终端控制该洗衣机;优选的,所述的优先级为预设优先级或所述的优先级由各智能终端申请远程控制洗衣机的时间先后确定。其中所述的洗衣机上还设置有存储器,用于存储洗衣机被远程控制的历史信息,以及用于用户存储各智能终端的优先级。
需要进行说明的是:本发明的上述实施例所限定的技术方案可单独实施,也可相互组合实施。本发明的上述实施例所限定的技术方案可适用滚筒洗衣机,也可适用于波轮洗衣机。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容做出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机控制方法,所述的洗衣机具有远程控制功能,其特征在于,所述的控制方法包括:在洗衣程序结束之后,判断远程控制功能是否为开启状态,若判断结果为是,则控制门锁保持锁止状态,进行t1时间长度的待机过程,若判断结果为否,则控制门锁开启,进行t2时间长度的待机过程,其中,所述的t1≥t2;优选的,t1>t2。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述的远程控制功能为开启状态,洗衣机在t1时间长度的待机过程中未接收到远程控制指令或本机控制指令则保持门锁为锁止状态。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述的远程控制功能为开启状态,洗衣机在t1时间长度的待机过程中,接收到远程控制指令后,执行相应的动作;
    优选的,所述的洗衣机在t1时间长度的待机过程中也可接收本机控制指令,所述的洗衣机在接收到本机控制指令后,关闭远程控制功能,并执行相应的动作。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述的洗衣机进行的t1时间长度的待机过程为洗衣机暂停运行,等待本机或智能终端发送控制指令的过程。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述的远程控制功能为开启状态,所述的洗衣机在进行t1时间长度的待机过程中,未接收到远程控制指令或本机控制指令,则在t1时间长度的待机过程结束后控制门锁开启并关机;
    所述的远程控制功能为关闭状态,所述的洗衣机在洗衣程序结束后,控制门锁开启,并进行t2时间长度的待机过程,在该t2时间长度的待机过程中洗衣机未接收到本机控制指令,则在t2时间长度的待机过程结束后关机。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述的远程控制功能为开启状态,在t1时间长度的待机过程中,洗衣机只可接收远程控制指令;
    或在t1时间长度的待机过程中,洗衣机可同时接收远程控制指令和本机控制指令,当洗衣机接收到本机控制指令后,则关闭远程控制功能,并执行所述的本机控制指令。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,在t1时间长度的待机过程中,洗衣机还执行提示用户洗衣程序结束的提示程序,当洗衣机接收到远程控制指令或本机控制指令后,关闭所述的提示程序执行所述的远程控制指令或本机控制指令;
    优选的,所述的提示程序包括:洗衣机通过状态指示设备提醒用户洗衣程序结束,所述的状态指示设备包括显示屏、指示灯、可发声装置中的任意一项或三者的任意组合;
    优选的,所述的洗衣机由一智能终端远程控制,所述的提示程序包括:洗衣机控制所述的智能终端通过文字信息和/或通过声音信息提示远程用户洗衣程序结束。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述的控制方法包括以下步骤:
    S1、洗衣程序结束;
    S2、判断远程控制功能是否为开启状态,若判断结果为是,进入步骤S3,若判断结果为否,则进入步骤S4;
    S3、控制门锁保持锁止状态,进行t1时间长度的待机过程;
    S4、控制门锁开启,进行t2时间长度的待机过程。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种洗衣机控制方法,其特征在于,所述的洗衣机具有烘干功能和抖散功能,所述的远程控制指令和本机控制指令包括:烘干指令、抖散指令、关机指令、暂停指令中的任一指令。
  10. 一种采用权利要求1-9任一所述的洗衣机控制方法的洗衣机。
