进一步地,所述衣物处理装置是干衣机,所述干衣机在开始执行烘干程序后,判断是否同时满足烘干程序进行时长未达到所述设定时长,并且干衣机内的温度未达到所述设定温度的要求,若是则控制所述门锁保持处于解锁状态,若否则控制所述门锁处于锁闭状态。
进一步地,还设置解锁条件,当所述衣物处理装置的工作时间达到/超过所述设定时长后、和/或衣物处理装置内的温度达到/超过所述设定温度后,还判断衣物处理装置是否满足所述解锁条件:若判断结果为是,则控制所述门锁处于解锁状态;否则,控制门锁保持锁闭状态。
进一步地,所述解锁条件包括温度条件和/或转速条件:衣物处理装置设置解锁最高温度,当温度不超过所述解锁最高温度时,则判定满足温度条件;否则,判定为不满足所述温度条件;所述转速条件包括为所述衣物处理装置设置的解锁最高转速,当衣物处理装置运行的转速不超过所述解锁最高转速时,则判定满足转速条件;否则,判定为不满足所述转速条件。
优选地,所述解锁最高温度与所述设定温度相等;
优选地,所述解锁最高温度为35-55摄氏度。
进一步地,门锁控制方法还包括设置解锁指令,当衣物处理装置开始工作后,衣物处理装置的工作时间达到/超过所述设定时长后、和/或衣物处理装置内的温度达到/超过所述设定温度后;衣物处理装置在执行所述解锁指令后才进行衣物处理装置是否满足所述解锁条件的 判断。
进一步地,所述解锁指令包括所述使衣物处理装置停止/暂停工作的指令;当衣物处理装置停止/暂停工作后才进行衣物处理装置是否满足所述解锁条件的判断。
一种衣物处理装置,包括,门锁,时钟单元和/或温度检测装置,和分别与所述时钟单元和/或温度检测装置、门锁分别电路连接的门锁控制装置;所述门锁控制装置内设置有设定时长和/或设定温度;
所述时钟单元用于计量衣物处理装置的工作时间;
所述温度检测装置用于对衣物处理装置内的温度进行检测;
所述门锁用于锁闭/解锁所述衣物处理装置的门;
所述门锁控制装置用于控制当衣物处理装置开始工作后,衣物处理装置的工作时间达到所述设定时长前、和/或衣物处理装置内的温度达到所述设定温度前,控制衣物处理装置的门锁保持处于解锁状态,否则控制所述门锁处于锁闭状态。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
本发明为衣物处理装置设置了门锁,并且为其设计了门锁控制方法。在衣物处理装置的工作时间达到设定时长前、和/或衣物处理装置内的温度达到设定温度前,控制所述门锁保持处于解锁状态,否则控制所述门锁处于锁闭状态。这样的设置细化了衣物处理装置的衣物处理过程,针对衣物处理装置的不同处理阶段对门锁提供更加人性化和有效的控制,使门体控制更加准确。
在衣物处理装置特别是干衣机或者具有加热功能的洗衣机在衣物处理的初期,内部温度并不很高,使衣物处理装置处于解锁状态,能够最大限度减小热量损失。并且由于此时的衣物调整的需求相对较大,如果此时对衣物处理装置进行简单的锁闭控制,必须关机才能打开机门,就使用户无法对内部衣物进行及时调整,并且衣物处理装置的频繁开关机不但电量消耗较多,而且也会降低装置的使用寿命,而如本发明这样将门锁在初期进行解锁的控制方式,就克服了上述的弊端,使衣物调整更加灵活并延长了装置的使用寿命。
本发明通过工作时间和/或内部温度作为衡量衣物处理装置是否处于衣物处理初期的衡量指标,不但简单易行,而且符合装置运行实际,对于门锁的控制准确有效。并可以根据实际的需求对于这种衣物处理初期判断的条件进行调整,既可以单独使用工作时间作为衡量指标,也可以是单独使用衣物处理装置内的温度作为衡量指标。在一些对于安全性的要求较高 的情况下,综合同时使用两种衡量指标,任一一个不满足要求都判断衣物处理装置应该处于锁闭状态,只有满足了后续的解锁条件时才控制衣物处理装置解锁。
同时,本控制方法在衣物处理装置处于稳定工作状态后,进一步设置了多种解锁条件,通过温度和/或转速等多种条件,综合判断衣物处理装置是否满足安全开门的要求,使机门的开启更加安全可靠。
另外,为了进一步加强衣物处理装置机门控制的安全性,还为衣物处理装置设置了解锁指令,在衣物处理装置处于稳定工作状态时,只有触发了所述的解锁指令之后才能进行下一步的解锁条件的判断等其他与解锁相关的操作,避免了衣物处理装置内的解锁条件判断设备出现故障而造成的误解锁情况的出现,使平稳状态下的每次解锁操作都需要由使用者主动触发才能进行,进一步提高了设备运行的安全性和可靠性。
本发明有效解决了在干衣机或洗衣机在运行初期需要随时开门对内部衣物进行调整,和运行稳定后必须保证机门被有效可靠锁闭之间的矛盾。解决了烘干过程中,干衣机机门受到外力影响,随意打开,导致烘干暂停使干衣时间延长的弊端。
使用本发明的门锁控制方法和衣物处理装置,为干衣机等衣物处理装置设置了门锁和相应的门锁控制装置,也有效地规避了当干衣机随着烘干的进行,负载变干、体积膨胀后,造成的顶开机门的风险。
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述。

如图1至图4所示,本发明公开了一种衣物处理装置的门锁控制方法及衣物处理装置,衣物处理装置设置有门锁2,并设置设定时长和/或设定温度;衣物处理装置开始工作后,衣物处理装置的工作时间达到所述设定时长前、和/或衣物处理装置内的温度达到所述设定温度前,控制所述门锁2保持处于解锁状态,否则控制所述门锁2处于锁闭状态。满足了在衣物处理装置运行初期,方便用户对衣物处理装置内衣物和处理环境进行及时调整的需求;同时又满足了在衣物处理装置稳定运行中,保持衣物处理装置内部环境稳定和安全运行的需求。
实施例1
如图1至图4所示,本发明的目的是提供一种衣物处理装置的门锁控制方法及衣物处理装置。在本实施例中,主要结合图1对本发明的衣物处理装置的门锁控制方法进行说明。
本实施例的衣物处理装置是干衣机,在其他的实施例中本发明的设计也可以应用于洗衣机等其他的衣物处理装置中。本发明为干衣机设置了门锁,可以防止干衣机随着烘干的进行,负载变干、体积膨胀后,造成的顶开机门的风险。但是针对干衣机运行的特点,也不能简单的将干衣机设置为在整个运行过程中都保持锁闭状态。因此针对干衣机的工作特点,设置了设定时长。
衣物处理装置开始工作后,在干衣程序工作初期时,由于干衣机内的温度上升并不明显,此时开关门对于热量的损失很少,并不会比较明显地延长干衣操作的时间。并且在干衣刚开始的阶段,用户常常需要对内部的衣物位置,或者数量等进行调整,因此此时也的确客观存在着需要经常开门的需求。因此如图1所示,本发明为干衣机设置了所述的设定时长。当衣物处理装置(在本实施例中为干衣机)启动之后,要进行干衣机的开门操作时,干衣机首先会判断当前干衣机已经工作的时间是否达到了所述的设定时长。如果判断此时的工作时间没有达到所述设定时长,说明此时干衣机处于运行的初期,应该方便用户自由的开门,因此此时控制门锁保持处于解锁状态。
在该设定时长前,干衣机始终保持着解锁的状态,使得用户可以在此阶段中自由地开启和关闭机门。该设定时长可以根据干衣机的升温速度,或者用户的实际使用习惯进行调节。一般而言,该设定时长的时间长度不超过所述衣物处理装置完成衣物处理程所需总时长的二分之一。在本实施例中,该设定时长的时间为10分钟。也就是说,在干衣机运行的前10分钟内,衣物处理装置始终保持解锁状态,此时用户可以根据自己的实际情况,随时打开干衣机。
进一步地,如图1所示,当干衣机运行超过了上述的设定时长之后,此时意味着干衣机已经进入了稳定的工作状态。一般来说,此时干衣机内的温度已经上升到比较高的温度,此时如果贸然打开机门,不但会热量的流失大,而且还可能造成蒸汽烫伤等危险。因此在工作时间超过所述的设定时长之后,将控制门锁处于锁闭状态。此时如果需要打开机门,则需要进行后续的一系列判断控制操作才能完成。也就是说本发明将衣物处理装置的门锁控制分成了两个阶段:自由解锁阶段和条件解锁阶段。在自由解锁阶段中衣物处理装置处于衣物处理的初期,门锁处于解锁状态,用户可以自由地开启机门,对内部的衣物进行调整;而一旦衣物处理装置完成了该自由解锁阶段后则进入条件解锁阶段,在条件解锁阶段中,衣物处理装置的机门如果要解锁则必须要满足解锁条件才可以。
如图1所示,本实施例设置了解锁指令。当衣物处理装置开始工作后,衣物处理装置的工作时间达到/超过所述设定时长后,衣物处理装置要执行所述解锁指令才能进行后续的进一步的开锁判断过程。设置解锁指令的目的是在衣物处理装置处于稳定工作状态时,增加一个用户主动授权的操作。只有触发了所述的解锁指令之后才能进行下一步的解锁条件的判断等其他与解锁相关的操作,避免了衣物处理装置内的解锁条件判断设备出现故障而造成的误解锁情况的出现,使平稳状态下的每次解锁操作都需要由使用者主动触发才能进行,进一步提 高了设备运行的安全性和可靠性。
本实施例中的:所述解锁指令包括所述使衣物处理装置停止/暂停工作的指令;当衣物处理装置停止/暂停工作后才进行衣物处理装置是否满足所述解锁条件的判断。也就是说用户在运行时长超过了设定时长后,如果要开门必须先停止或暂停干衣机的工作。
如图1所示,当用户停止/暂停了衣物处理装置的工作后,并不能马上使门体解锁,还需要进行进一步的解锁条件的判断。本实施例设置了解锁条件,当所述衣物处理装置的工作时间达到/超过所述设定时长后、还需要判断衣物处理装置是否满足所述解锁条件:若判断结果为是,则控制所述门锁处于解锁状态;否则,控制门锁保持锁闭状态。
解锁条件的设置主要是为了保证用户的安全。这些解锁条件包括但并不限于温度条件。所述温度条件包括为干衣机设置解锁最高温度,当温度不超过所述解锁最高温度时,则判定满足解锁条件;否则,判定为不满足所述解锁条件。
本实施例中,为干衣机所设置的所述解锁最高温度为40摄氏度。也就是说当干衣机内的温度达到或超过40摄氏度时,干衣机依然保持锁闭状态,此时用户无法打开干衣机的机门,只有当内部的温度降低到40摄氏度以下,才能够使干衣机的门锁处于解锁状态,能够将干衣机的机门打开。否则,干衣机的门锁依然处于锁闭状态,用户无法打开机门。
与上述的温度条件类似的,所述解锁条件还可以包括转速条件,所述转速条件包括为所述衣物处理装置设置的解锁最高转速,当衣物处理装置运行的转速不超过所述解锁最高转速时,则判定满足解锁条件;否则,判定为不满足所述解锁条件。
在其他的实施例中,还可以为干衣机或者是衣物处理装置设置其他与用户安全相关的其他解锁条件。这些解锁条件用于当用户在工作时间超过所述的设定时长,并执行了解锁指令之后,通过这些解锁条件对干衣机的当下运行状态进行进一步的判断,当满足了这些解锁条件之后,才控制门锁位于解锁状态,从而满足本发明对于安全的设计要求。
实施例2
本实施例是对实施例1的一个补充。本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,本实施例的衣物处理装置是洗衣机。也同样面临着与实施例1类似的衣物调整对的问题。本实施例中同样对洗衣机的洗衣过程分为了了两个阶段:自由解锁阶段和条件解锁阶段。在自由解锁阶段中衣物处理装置处于衣物处理的初期,门锁处于解锁状态,用户可以自由地开启机门,对内部的衣物进行调整;而一旦衣物处理装置完成了该自由解锁阶段后则进入条件解锁阶段,在条件 解锁阶段中,衣物处理装置的机门如果要解锁则必须要满足解锁条件才可以。
因此,本实施例的洗衣机在开始执行洗涤和/或漂洗程序后,判断洗涤和/或漂洗程序进行时长是否达到所述设定时长,若否,则说明此时的洗衣机处于自由解锁阶段,因此,此时则控制所述门锁保持处于解锁状态;若是,则说明此时的洗衣机处于条件解锁阶段,则控制所述门锁处于锁闭状态衣物,洗衣机的机门如果要解锁则必须要满足如实施例1所述的解锁条件才可以。
实施例3
如图2所示,本实施例是对上述实施例的一个补充。本实施例与上述实施例的区别在于,本实施例中为了区分干衣机是处于干衣程序工作的初期还是稳定期也就是自由解锁阶段还是条件解锁阶段,并不是利用的工作时长进行的判断,而是使用了温度条件来进行判断。因此如图2所示,本实施例为干衣机设置了设定温度。当衣物处理装置(在本实施例中为干衣机)启动之后,要进行干衣机的开门操作时,干衣机首先会判断当前干衣机内的温度是否达到所述设定温度。如果判断此时的干衣机内的温度没有达到所述设定温度,说明此时干衣机处于运行的初期,应该方便用户自由的开门,因此此时控制门锁保持处于解锁状态。
并且解锁条件包括温度条件和/或转速条件:衣物处理装置设置解锁最高温度,当温度不超过所述解锁最高温度时,则判定满足温度条件;否则,判定为不满足所述温度条件;所述转速条件包括为所述衣物处理装置设置的解锁最高转速,当衣物处理装置运行的转速不超过所述解锁最高转速时,则判定满足转速条件;否则,判定为不满足所述转速条件。
在其他的实施例中,还可以是洗衣机,这是因为目前的很多洗衣机也具有加热设备,并且在洗衣过程中也会将内部的温度升高的一个较高的温度。因此同样存在着使用温度进行洗衣阶段进行分段控制的要求,在将本实施例的采用温度进行温度条件进行解锁条件的控制方法应用于洗衣机上时,与干衣机类似,这里不再进行赘述。
实施例4
本实施例是对上述实施例的一个补充。本实施例中,同时采用实施例1和实施例3两种为了区分干衣机是处于干衣程序工作的初期还是稳定期的方法。同时使用干衣机工作时间和温度条件来进行判断。控制衣物处理装置开始工作后,衣物处理装置的工作时间达到所述设定时长前,和衣物处理装置内的温度达到所述设定温度前,控制所述门锁保持处于解锁状态,否则控制所述门锁处于锁闭状态。
实施例5
本实施例是对以上实施例的进一步补充。在本实施例中,与实施例1类似的,利用的工作时长来判断干衣机是处于干衣程序工作的初期还是稳定期。本实施例中所设定的解锁条件中的解锁最高温度与实施例3中所述设定温度相等。
实施例6
如图3所示,本实施例揭示了一种衣物处理装置。本实施例中的衣物处理装置包括:门锁2,时钟单元3,和分别与所述时钟单元3、门锁2分别电路连接的门锁控制装置1,门锁控制装置中包括单片机或者其他存储控制装置,在门锁控制装置1中设置了如上述任一实施例所述的设定时长。
本实施例中的所述时钟单元3可以是电子钟或者其他计时装置,用于计量衣物处理装置的工作时间。所述门锁2用于锁闭/解锁所述衣物处理装置的门。与上述实施例相似的,本实施例的门锁控制装置1用于控制当衣物处理装置开始工作后,衣物处理装置的工作时间达到所述设定时长前,控制衣物处理装置的门锁2保持处于解锁状态,否则控制所述门锁2处于锁闭状态。
当衣物处理装置工作时间达到或超过所述设定时长后,衣物处理装置处于稳定的工作状态时,再采取上述任一实施例所述的门锁控制方法,控制门锁安全、有效地锁闭和解锁。
实施例7
如图4所示,本实施例揭示了一种衣物处理装置,与实施6的区别在于。本实施例中的衣物处理装置包括:门锁2,温度检测装置4,和分别与所述时钟单元3、门锁2分别电路连接的门锁控制装置1,门锁控制装置中包括单片机或者其他存储控制装置,在门锁控制装置1中设置了如上述任一实施例所述的设定温度。
本实施例中的所述温度检测装置4用于测量衣物处理装置内的工作温度。所述门锁2用于锁闭/解锁所述衣物处理装置的门。与上述实施例相似的,本实施例的门锁控制装置1用于控制当衣物处理装置开始工作后,衣物处理装置内的温度达到所述设定温度前,控制衣物处理装置的门锁2保持处于解锁状态,否则控制所述门锁2处于锁闭状态。
当衣物处理装置内的温度达到所述设定温度后,衣物处理装置处于稳定的工作状态时,再采取上述任一实施例所述的门锁控制方法,控制门锁安全、有效地锁闭和解锁。

Claims (10)
- 一种衣物处理装置的门锁控制方法,其特征在于:衣物处理装置设置有门锁,并设置设定时长和/或设定温度;衣物处理装置开始工作后,衣物处理装置的工作时间达到所述设定时长前、和/或衣物处理装置内的温度达到所述设定温度前,控制所述门锁保持处于解锁状态,否则控制所述门锁处于锁闭状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理装置的门锁控制方法,其特征在于:所述衣物处理装置是干衣机,所述干衣机在开始执行烘干程序后,判断烘干程序进行时长是否达到所述设定时长,若否则控制所述门锁保持处于解锁状态,若是则控制所述门锁处于锁闭状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理装置的门锁控制方法,其特征在于:所述衣物处理装置是洗衣机,所述洗衣机在开始执行洗涤和/或漂洗程序后,判断洗涤和/或漂洗程序进行时长是否达到所述设定时长,若否则控制所述门锁保持处于解锁状态,若是则控制所述门锁处于锁闭状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理装置的门锁控制方法,其特征在于:所述衣物处理装置是洗衣机和/或干衣机,判断洗衣机和/或干衣机内的温度是否达到所述设定温度,若否则控制所述门锁保持处于解锁状态,若是则控制所述门锁处于锁闭状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理装置的门锁控制方法,其特征在于:所述衣物处理装置是干衣机,所述干衣机在开始执行烘干程序后,判断是否同时满足烘干程序进行时长未达到所述设定时长,并且干衣机内的温度未达到所述设定温度的要求,若是则控制所述门锁保持处于解锁状态,若否则控制所述门锁处于锁闭状态。
- 根据权利要求1至5任一所述的衣物处理装置的门锁控制方法,其特征在于:还设置解锁条件,当所述衣物处理装置的工作时间达到/超过所述设定时长后、和/或衣物处理装置内的温度达到/超过所述设定温度后,还判断衣物处理装置是否满足所述解锁条件:若判断结果为是,则控制所述门锁处于解锁状态;否则,控制门锁保持锁闭状态。
- 根据权利要求6所述的衣物处理装置的门锁控制方法,其特征在于:所述解锁条件包括温度条件和/或转速条件:衣物处理装置设置解锁最高温度,当温度不超过所述解锁最高温度时,则判定满足温度条件;否则,判定为不满足所述温度条件;所述转速条件包括为所述衣物处理装置设置的解锁最高转速,当衣物处理装置运行的转速不超过所述解锁最高转速时,则判定满足转速条件;否则,判定为不满足所述转速条件。优选地,所述解锁最高温度与所述设定温度相等;优选地,所述解锁最高温度为35-55摄氏度。
- 根据权利要求6所述的衣物处理装置的门锁控制方法,其特征在于:门锁控制方法还包括设置解锁指令,当衣物处理装置开始工作后,衣物处理装置的工作时间达到/超过所述设定时长后、和/或衣物处理装置内的温度达到/超过所述设定温度后;衣物处理装置在执行所述解锁指令后才进行衣物处理装置是否满足所述解锁条件的判断。
- 根据权利要求8所述的衣物处理装置的门锁控制方法,其特征在于:所述解锁指令包括所述使衣物处理装置停止/暂停工作的指令;当衣物处理装置停止/暂停工作后才进行衣物处理装置是否满足所述解锁条件的判断。
- 一种衣物处理装置,其特征在于:包括,门锁,时钟单元和/或温度检测装置,和分别与所述时钟单元和/或温度检测装置、门锁分别电路连接的门锁控制装置;所述门锁控制装置内设置有设定时长和/或设定温度;所述时钟单元用于计量衣物处理装置的工作时间;所述温度检测装置用于对衣物处理装置内的温度进行检测;所述门锁用于锁闭/解锁所述衣物处理装置的门;所述门锁控制装置用于控制当衣物处理装置开始工作后,衣物处理装置的工作时间达到所述设定时长前、和/或衣物处理装置内的温度达到所述设定温度前,控制衣物处理装置的门锁保持处于解锁状态,否则控制所述门锁处于锁闭状态。
