Claims (10)
- 一种废钢预热型电弧炉,其特征在于:包括电弧炉本体及倾斜设置的废钢预热室,所述废钢预热室与水平面间的夹角为30°~65°,所述废钢预热室通过设置在其下端出口处的炉体角形密封及电弧炉本体上的密封罩与电弧炉本体相连接,上端设有除尘管室,所述废钢预热室与电弧炉本体的接口侧设有用于隔挡废钢或控制落料的挡料齿耙,所述挡料齿耙上对应设有一个用于驱动挡料齿耙的驱动机构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的废钢预热型电弧炉,其特征在于:还包括小车,所述废钢预热室倾斜固定在小车上,所述挡料齿耙设置在小车或废钢预热室上并穿插于废钢预热室间,所述驱动机构一端设置在小车上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的废钢预热型电弧炉,其特征在于:所述小车底部设有定位装置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的废钢预热型电弧炉,其特征在于:所述挡料齿耙主要由横梁、耙齿及把柄组成,所述耙齿有若干个,间隔设置在横梁上,所述把柄有两个,对应设置在横梁两端。
- 根据权利要求4所述的废钢预热型电弧炉,其特征在于:所述横梁上设有一个用于牵引挡料齿耙摆动的牵引索。
- 根据权利要求1所述的废钢预热型电弧炉,其特征在于:所述废钢预热室上端加料口处还设有翻板密封门。
- 根据权利要求6所述的废钢预热型电弧炉,其特征在于:还包括设置在废钢预热室上端加料口处的冷料振动加料槽,所述冷料振动加料槽通过振动装置固定在小车上。
- 根据权利要求7所述的废钢预热型电弧炉,其特征在于:所述冷料振动加料槽上方设有滑动密封门。
- 根据权利要求6所述的废钢预热型电弧炉,其特征在于:还包括设置在废钢预热室上端加料口处的斜轨翻斗上料系统。
- 一种改善侧壁加料电弧炉加热冷区的方法,其特征在于主要包括以下步骤:1)将与电弧炉本体相连接的废钢预热室倾斜布置,倾斜角度为30°~65°;2)在废钢预热室与电弧炉本体的接口侧相隔一定距离设置一个的挡料齿耙,通过调节挡料齿耙实现隔挡废钢或控制落料。
