Description

轨道车辆底架端部结构 技术领域
本发明涉及轨道车辆底架端部结构,属于轨道车辆底架端部结构设计技术领域。
背景技术
铁路城际客车运营频繁,载客量大,是疏导干线与支线旅客最重要的工具之一。进入二十一世纪后,世界各国持续加大铁路建设,给国内铁路客车出口带来了空前商机。然而国内现有结构无法满足国外既有城际线路的站台及限界条件。设计一种能够满足既有线路条件并且承载能力强、安全性高的城际客车可以有效提高城际客车运营效率,缓解旅客出行压力。
城际客车载客量大,枕外一般也采用波纹地板,以提高垂向刚度,然而考虑到波纹地板与端梁的接口关系一般通过台处采用平地板,下面配以补强梁的结构,但类似结构相对复杂,制造工艺相对繁琐。国外线路存在站台低,车钩高度高的可能,就导致国内常用的冲击座与折棚风挡的接口干涉。因此需要重新设计一个冲击座既需要保证车钩的正常运行,又要保证车钩上跳时不撞坏风挡的铝型材。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术的上述缺点,提供一种轨道车辆底架端部结构。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明提供的轨道车辆底架端部结构,组成包括:端梁、牵引梁和波纹地板,其特征在于包括:所述端梁设置有脱钩保护装置和防跳冲击座,所述脱钩保护装置具有对称固定于端梁下方的两个防护盒、分别插入这两个防护盒并弹性固定的安全链杆、分别连接在两个安全链杆上的链钩和链环,所述安全链杆的后端旋有螺母,螺母的前端设置有套在安全链杆上的止块,安全链杆上还套装有两端分别抵住防护盒前侧内壁和该止块的弹簧;所述端梁后部设置有角钢,角钢与波纹地板焊接连接,端梁和角钢之间焊接有筋板,所述脱钩保护装置的防护盒还焊接有连接板,所述连接板与牵引梁焊接。
本发明还具有如下改进:
1、所述安全链杆的尾部开孔,孔内插入有开口销,以防止螺母松动。
2、所述端梁前侧面焊接有两个挂钩,用于在车辆不运行的时候挂住链环和链钩。
3、车辆运行时,相邻车辆的挂钩和链环之间对挂连接,车钩一旦脱落则通过所述挂钩和链环传递牵引力。
4、所述冲击座通过铆钉安装在端梁上。
5、所述端梁的两端设置有转角,转角下方设置有与端梁相连的美化板。
本发明轨道车辆底架端部结构,在端梁处采用角钢拼焊的结构,优化了端梁与波纹地板焊接接口关系,实现了通过台均采用波纹地板的结构。该结构相对简单,制造方便。本发明装有全新设计的冲击座,冲击座通过铆钉安装在端梁上,能够解决与折棚风挡框干涉的问题,还能有效防止车钩上跳装坏风挡铝型材。本发明还装有车钩脱钩保护装置,国外 既有线路条件比较差,车辆的正常维护保养无法到位,可能会发生脱钩事故,装有车钩脱钩保护装置,能够在脱钩的情况下有效牵引车辆到达附近的维修点,脱钩保护装置焊在端梁及连接板上,连接板与牵引梁焊接,以增强整个保护装置强度。
为满足国外限界要求,边梁采用辊弯件,这就需要设计全新的端部与边梁的接口关系。本发明采用与边梁类似的转角及美化板,提高了整体效果,美化板整合了与裙板的接口,使车辆侧面呈现流线型。

具体实施方式
如图1至图6所示,本实施例轨道车辆底架端部结构,组成包括:端梁10、牵引梁17和波纹地板16,端梁10设置有脱钩保护装置11和防跳冲击座12。脱钩保护装置11设置于端梁10下方,包括:对称固定于端梁下方的两个防护盒1、分别插入这两个防护盒1并弹性固定的安全链杆3、分别连接在两个安全链杆3上的链钩6和链环5,安全链杆3的后端旋有螺母7,螺母7的前端设置有套在安全链杆3上的止块8,安全链杆3上还套装有两端分别抵住防护盒1前侧内壁和该止块8的弹簧4;安全链杆3的尾部开孔,孔内插入有开口销9,以防止螺母松动。端梁10后部设置有角钢18,角钢18与波纹地板16焊接连接,端梁10和角钢18之间焊接有筋板19,脱钩保护装置11的防护盒1还焊接有连接板13,连接板13与牵引梁17焊接。
本实施例中,端梁10前侧面焊接有两个挂钩2,用于在车辆不运行的时候挂住链环5和链钩6。车辆运行时,相邻车辆的挂钩和链环之间对挂连接,车钩一旦脱落则通过挂钩6和链环5传递牵引力。
车辆运营时将相邻保护装置的链钩与链环连挂起来,脱钩事故发生时通过车辆的保护装置牵引车辆。本保护装置弹簧起到缓冲作用,能够较平稳的将牵引力进行传递;防护盒一是将牵引梁传递给底架,二是可以用来保护弹簧,防止车下的杂物卡死弹簧;而且通过防护盒将一系列的配件模块化,组成一个模块,方便的安装在端梁底部,给车上其他结构及设备释放了安装空间;安全链杆尾部设有螺纹,通过螺母预压缩弹簧,有效防止螺母松动,并配以开口销防止螺母脱落,保证列车运营安全。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

  1. 轨道车辆底架端部结构,组成包括:端梁、牵引梁和波纹地板,其特征在于包括:所述端梁设置有脱钩保护装置和防跳冲击座,所述脱钩保护装置具有对称固定于端梁下方的两个防护盒、分别插入这两个防护盒并弹性固定的安全链杆、分别连接在两个安全链杆上的链钩和链环,所述安全链杆的后端旋有螺母,螺母的前端设置有套在安全链杆上的止块,安全链杆上还套装有两端分别抵住防护盒前侧内壁和该止块的弹簧;所述端梁后部设置有角钢,角钢与波纹地板焊接连接,端梁和角钢之间焊接有筋板;所述脱钩保护装置的防护盒还焊接有连接板,所述连接板与牵引梁焊接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的轨道车辆底架端部结构,其特征在于:所述安全链杆的尾部开孔,孔内插入有开口销,以防止螺母松动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的轨道车辆底架端部结构,其特征在于:所述端梁前侧面焊接有两个挂钩,用于在车辆不运行的时候挂住链环和链钩。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的轨道车辆底架端部结构,其特征在于:车辆运行时,相邻车辆的挂钩和链环之间对挂连接,车钩一旦脱落则通过所述挂钩和链环传递牵引力。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的轨道车辆底架端部结构,其特征在于:所述冲击座通过铆钉安装在端梁上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的轨道车辆底架端部结构,其特征在于:所述端梁的两端设置有转角,转角下方设置有与端梁相连的美化板。
