- the length of the main body 11 of the gauge 10 is adjusted, and if necessary, the bending angle of the tip spherical shaft 12 is also adjusted (adjustment step # 112).
- the spherical tip portion 12a of the tip spherical shaft 12 of the two-point distance gauge 10 is set on the magnet 22 of the attracting tool 20 (normal gauge setting step # 113).
- the bending angle of the tip sharp shaft 13 is adjusted, and the conical tip portion 13a of the tip sharp shaft 13 is aligned with the measurement point 512 on the normal side (positioning step # 114).
- the resin plate 21 of the suction tool 20 shown in FIG. 2B is set with the magnet 23 at the strain-side reference point 521 (strain-side suction tool setting step # 121). This operation is the same as the operation in the normal side suction tool setting step # 111.
- the shape of the two-point distance gauge 10 is maintained, and the spherical tip portion 12a of the tip spherical shaft 12 is set on the magnet 22 of the attracting tool 20 (strain-side gauge setting step # 122).
- the tip pointed shaft 13 is rotated halfway in the same way as in the usage method 2 (normal side shaft rotation step # 113-2 and strain side shaft rotation step # 122-2).
- the spherical tip portion 12a of the tip spherical shaft 12 of the two-point distance gauge 10 may be set directly in the hole without using the suction tool 20. In this case, the spherical tip portion 12a can be used more easily if it is made of a magnet.
- the distortion of the vehicle body has been measured by inserting a conical tip of a measurement pin into a hole that is a measurement reference point formed in the vehicle body. Even with this method, if the measuring pin stands upright in the normal direction of the hole, the measuring pin contacts the hole over the entire circumference, and the insertion amount of the measuring pin is always constant. Measurement work can be performed. However, in an actual site, particularly when working with one worker, it is difficult to erect the measurement pin in the normal direction of the hole, and the measurement pin is inclined. Then, a measurement pin will be in contact of two points of one point and one point facing it. In such a case, the amount of insertion of the measurement pin varies, and the measurement amount also varies.
- a tip spherical shaft having a spherical tip is provided at one end of the main body. Since the tip is spherical, even if the shaft is inclined, it comes into contact with the hole or suction tool 20 serving as a measurement reference point with a constant contact amount. Therefore, even if the shaft is tilted, the measurement amount does not vary.
- the tip 113a is slidably rotatable around the axis and is frictionally held at a desired rotation angle, so that force is applied to the tip spherical shaft 12 and the tip pointed shaft 13.
- the tip spherical shaft 12 and the tip pointed shaft 13 rotate around the axis of the thin rod 113 together with the tip 113a of the thin rod 113. Therefore, even when the measurement point is positioned sideways with respect to the reference point, measurement can be performed by rotating the tip spherical shaft 12 and the tip pointed shaft 13 as in the above-described usage method 2. .
- the tip spherical shaft 12 and the tip pointed shaft 13 are pivotally supported by a pin 114 fixed to the tip 113a of the main body 11 (small diameter rod 113), and a desired center is provided around the pin 114. It can be bent at an angle and is friction-held at that angle. Therefore, for example, as shown in FIG. 15, even if it is difficult to make the tip spherical shaft 12 stand upright due to the presence of an obstacle 500 such as a panel above the reference point when measuring the distortion of the vehicle body, It is possible to measure the distortion of the vehicle body by appropriately tilting the spherical shaft 12.
- a hinge part 110 is provided in the middle of the main body 11, and the hinge part 110 can be bent freely. Therefore, by bending at the hinge portion 110, the main body 11 can be released so as not to interfere with peripheral components. Further, when the reference point is close to the measurement point, it is possible to measure the distortion of the vehicle body by bending the hinge portion 110 and using it like a compass.
- the suction tool 20 is formed with a suction area for sucking the spherical tip portion 12a of the tip spherical shaft 12 by recessing or perforating the upper surface.
- the spherical tip portion 12 a of the tip spherical shaft 12 is made of a ferromagnetic material that is attracted to the magnet 22. Therefore, since the spherical tip portion 12a of the tip spherical shaft 12 is attracted to the suction area, the tip spherical shaft 12 is not displaced.
- the tip end portion 12a of the tip spherical shaft 12 is spherical, it can be easily tilted so as not to interfere with the peripheral components, and even if tilted, the magnet 22 is attracted, so that no positional deviation occurs. Therefore, it is possible to measure accurately even if the user works alone.
- the magnet 22 is inserted into the outer cylinder 21 and held by the outer cylinder 21.
- the outer cylinder 21 is longer than the thickness of the magnet 22.
- the magnet 22 can be easily set on the bolt head by setting the outer cylinder 21 so as to cover the bolt head serving as a reference point. If the outer cylinder 21 is made of elastic resin and the inner diameter is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the magnet 22 and is substantially the same as or slightly smaller than the head diameter of the bolt serving as a reference point, the suction tool 20 is firmly attached to the bolt. Fixed. Further, if the outer cylinder 21 is made of metal, durability is increased.
- the magnet 22 is fixed to the resin plate 21.
- the resin plate 21 is transparent or translucent and is larger than the magnet 22, and a marker marker 21 a having the center of the magnet 22 concentric is engraved around the magnet 22. Since it is in this way, when the resin plate 21 is overlapped with a hole serving as a reference point, the hole is seen through. In this state, using the mark marker 21a as a mark, the center of the magnet 22 can be easily aligned with the center of the hole. And the adsorption tool 20 can be easily set by fixing the resin board 21 to a vehicle body with the magnet 23.
- the suction tool 20 is set at a normal reference point positioned symmetrically with respect to the reference point on the distortion side of the vehicle body, and the tip spherical shaft 12 of the two-point distance gauge 10 is placed on the magnet 22 of the suction tool 20.
- the spherical tip portion 12a is set.
- the conical tip portion 13a of the tip pointed shaft 13 is aligned with the measurement point on the normal side. Only in this way, the normal dimension can be easily measured.
- the suction tool 20 is set at a reference point on the distortion side of the vehicle body, and the tip 22 of the two-point distance gauge 10 is connected to the magnet 22 of the suction tool 20 while maintaining the shape of the two-point distance gauge 10.
- the distortion of the vehicle body is measured based on the distance that the conical tip portion 13a of the tip sharp shaft 13 is away from the measurement point on the distortion side. By simply doing this, it is possible to easily measure the distortion of the vehicle body easily.
- the magnet of the suction tool 20 is adjusted while adjusting the bending angle of the tip spherical shaft 12.
- the conical tip portion 13a of the tip pointed shaft 13 is rotated around the axis of the main body 11 while maintaining the bending angle of the tip pointed shaft 13 so that the conical tip portion 13a of the tip pointed shaft 13 is rotated.
- FIG. 16 is a view showing a tape measure 30 for measuring a specific amount of distortion of the vehicle body.
- the tape measure 30 shown in FIG. 16 is used.
- the tape measure 30 includes a magnet 32.
- the magnet 32 is formed with an adsorption area 32 a that adsorbs the spherical tip portion 12 a of the tip spherical shaft 12 by the upper surface being recessed or perforated.
- the magnet 32 is attached so that the center of the attracting area 32 a coincides with the zero point of the tape measure 30.
- the suction tool 20 When measuring a specific dimension (distortion amount) of the vehicle body, the suction tool 20 is set at the reference point 521 on the distortion side of the vehicle body, and the tip 22 of the distance gauge 10 between the two-point distance gauge 10 is set on the magnet 22 of the suction tool 20.
- the spherical tip portion 12a of the shaft 12 is set.
- the conical tip portion 13a of the tip pointed shaft 13 is aligned with the measurement point 522 on the distortion side.
- the spherical tip portion 12 a of the tip spherical shaft 12 is set on the magnet 32 of the tape measure 30, and the conical tip portion 13 a of the tip sharp shaft 13 is set on the tape measure 30. Fit to memory. In this way, a specific amount of distortion of the vehicle body can be measured. The amount to be corrected can be easily grasped by comparing the specific value thus obtained with the body dimension diagram.
- FIG. 17 is a view showing a first application form of the distance gauge 10 between two points.
- FIG. 17A is an overall view
- FIGS. 17B and 17C are partially enlarged plan views.
- the graduation rod 113 of the two-point distance gauge 10 has a scale at the boundary with the tip 113a.
- the scales are swayed sequentially 1, 2, 3,... Symmetrically with respect to zero.
- An alignment mark is attached to the tip 113a.
- the scale on which the alignment mark is positioned is confirmed when measuring on the normal side.
- the alignment mark is set to the same scale on the opposite side.
- FIG. 18 is a diagram showing a second application form of the distance gauge 10 between two points.
- the length can be extended by inserting a joint (intermediate member) 14 in the middle of the tip spherical shaft 12 and the tip pointed shaft 13.
- a male screw is formed at one end of the joint 14 and a female screw is formed at the other end.
- the tip spherical shaft 12 and the tip pointed shaft 13 can be fixed in the middle.
- a plurality of joints 14 may be prepared in different sizes such as a short joint 14-1, a medium joint 14-2, and a long joint 14-3, and may be selected as appropriate.
- the tip spherical shaft 12 and the tip pointed shaft 13 can be extended to avoid obstacles, and convenience is increased.
- the two-point distance gauge 10 and the suction tool 20 are shown deformed in the drawings, and the size is only an example.
- each part of the two-point distance gauge 10 is not particularly limited.
- the large-diameter rod 111, the medium-diameter rod 112, the small-diameter rod 113, etc. are made of metal, it can be made strong. If it is made of a resin such as plastic, the weight can be reduced.
- the magnet 23 was used to fix the resin plate 21 of the suction tool 20.
- the resin plate 21 may be fixed using an adhesive tape such as a masking tape.
- the small-diameter rod 113 on the tip spherical shaft 12 side may be a fixed type in which the tip 113a cannot slide and rotate.
- the vehicle body is illustrated as an example of the measurement object, but is not limited to the vehicle body. It may be a hull or a building.
- the measured object is not particularly limited.
- the plate thickness can be measured by applying the tip spherical shaft 12 to the surface of the plate and the tip sharp shaft 13 to the back surface of the plate.

Abstract
