目前,金融自助设备(如ATM)中钞箱按钞票进出方式的不同,可分为堆叠式钞箱和鼓式钞箱。鼓式钞箱因占用体积小、钞票进出可靠、存入钞票数量可观等优点在循环机芯中得到了应用。钞票在鼓式机芯中的储存是由卷筒和卷带完成的,钞票经卷带引导层层包裹在卷筒上。而当钞票放出时,卷带反向旋转,引导钞票从卷筒上放出。

本展平装置的第一展平辊和第二展平辊对卷曲钞票的夹送,使得弯曲的钞票形成反向的弯曲变形,从而有效降低钞票的卷曲程度,提高了金融自助设备对钞票的传输、识别、堆叠等处理动作的可靠性和稳定性。装置小型化,且无需对原有金融自助设备进行大的改动,该发明装置可作为钞票传输通道布置于机芯内。

具体实施方式
为进一步阐述本发明所提供的展平装置,以下结合本发明的较佳实施例的图示进行进一步详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明所涉及的一种金融自助设备的组成结构示意图,其包括一用于对钞票存入和/或取出的钞票出入口1;一钞票传输通道2,用于连接钞票出入口1与钞票收纳钱箱4并进行钞票传输;一钞票收纳钱箱4,包括一用于承载钞票的卷筒41,至少一根用于缠绕捆绑钞票于该卷筒41外周的卷带42,钞票通过卷带42的引导并进入卷筒41与卷带42所形成的间隙内,在卷筒41的外周上层层包裹;当钞票需要放出时,卷带 42带动卷筒41反转,并经卷带42的引导经钞票传输通道2传输而放出,在该钞票传输通道2内设有一展平装置5,用于对弯曲的钞票进行展平处理。
实施例一
为了对经过图1所示钞票收纳钱箱4放出的卷曲钞票进行有效展平,本发明提供的一种展平装置,参阅如图2和图3所示,其包括:一支架8,用以支撑如下部件;至少一展平辊组,其包括对置于薄片介质传输路径两侧的第一展平辊61和第二展平辊62;该第一展平辊61的表面分布有n条弧形凹槽,该n条弧形凹槽平行于轴向方向设置,n为大于等于1的自然数,该n条弧形凹槽间隔360/n布置于该第一展平辊的表面,本实施例中,该第一展平辊61上设有4条弧形凹槽601、602、603、604,该第二展平辊62的表面具有至少一个与该第一展平辊的弧形凹槽滚动啮合的弧形凸起部,本实施中第二展平辊62为一椭圆形辊,其具有两个弧形凸起部;优选的,该第一展平辊61表面弧形凹槽的深度应不小于卷曲钞票的最大卷曲量,且第二展平辊62的椭圆形辊的椭圆长边圆弧曲率应不大于第一展平辊表面弧形凹槽的曲率。优选的,第一展平辊61的弧形凹面与第二展平辊椭圆形长边外圆面始终保持配合状态,并保证第一展平辊61表面弧形凹槽的顶点与第二展平辊62椭圆形长边顶点相接触;其中,该第一展平辊61和该第二展平辊62滚动啮合形成对薄片介质的输送通道;以及驱动上述第一展平辊61和第二展平辊62转动的动力机构10。
为了钞票顺利进入和送出展平辊组中第一展平辊61和第二展平辊62形成的输送通道,在该展平辊组的两侧分布设置有第一引导辊5和第二引导辊7,该展平辊组与该第一引导辊5和第二引导辊7之间分别设有一导钞板9,该第一引导辊5和第二引导辊7均由一对圆柱形辊组成;所述导钞板9上设有位置传感器(图中未示出),该位置传感器通过一控制系统(图中未示出)控制动力机构使钞票的前进边缘首先被第一展平辊61的非弧形凹槽部接触夹送。
参阅图4和5所示,为了保证第一展平辊61和第二展平辊62不会对夹送的钞票造成破坏,该第一展平辊61的外层为橡胶层,第二展平辊62 的外层同样包裹有一定厚度的橡胶层。
为了进一步说明本发明所提供的这种展平装置的工作过程,参阅图6和7所示,当向上卷曲的待展平钞票11(卷曲边相对于钞票中部向上翘起)由第一引导辊5进入该第一展平辊61和第二展平辊62形成的输送通道时,待展平钞票11前端接触位于导钞板9上的位置传感器,触发位置传感器并将待展平钞票11的位置信息传递于动力控制系统(图中未示出),动力控制系统控制动力机构10的转速,调控第一展平辊和/或第二展平辊的转速及相位,此时钞票11前端被第一展平辊61的外圆面与第二展平辊62的长边椭圆表面夹持并向前输送,凹槽使得钞票卷曲最大位置处(一般为钞票中心位置)正好被第一展平辊61圆弧形凹槽与第二展平辊62形成凹凸配合夹持,使得钞票卷曲的最大位置处产生最大程度的反向弯曲变形,从而达到钞票展平的效果;同时第一展平辊和第二展平辊继续旋转,经被第二引导辊7夹持送出,完成卷曲钞票11的展平操作。
为了对弯曲钞票进行可靠展平,可以根据需要设置多组展平辊组、加深第一展平辊61凹槽的深度及加大第二展平辊62凸起部的曲率等方式来实现。
该展平装置通过位置传感器与控制系统的协同控制,使得纸币的最大卷曲位置能够进入第一展平辊61和第二展平辊62所形成的凹凸空间内,产生最大程度的反向弯曲变形,从而有效降低纸币的卷曲程度,而不对纸币的其他位置产生影响,保持了纸币的完整性,提高了金融自助设备对纸币的传输、识别、堆叠等处理动作的可靠性和稳定性。装置小型化,且无需对原有金融自助设备进行大的改动,该发明装置可作为钞票传输通道布置于机芯内。
实施例二
下面结合图8和图9说明本发明提供的另一种有优选的展平装置,其包括:一支架8,用以支撑如下部件;至少一展平辊组,其包括对置于薄片介质传输路径两侧的第一展平辊61和第二展平辊62’;该第一展平辊61的表面分布有n条弧形凹槽,该n条弧形凹槽平行于轴向方向设置,n为大于等于1的自然数,该n条弧形凹槽间隔360/n布置于该第一展平辊的 表面,该第二展平辊62’的表面具有至少一个与该第一展平辊61的弧形凹槽滚动啮合的弧形凸起部;如图10所示本实施例中,该第一展平辊61和第二展平辊62’的表面均设有4条弧形凹槽601、602、603、604,该四条弧形凹槽两两之间形成4条弧形凸起部610,优选的该第一展平辊61表面弧形凹槽的深度应不小于卷曲钞票的最大卷曲量,且第一展平辊61的弧形凹(凸)面与第二展平辊62’的凸(凹)面始终保持配合状态,并保证展平辊的凸面最高点与凹面最低点保持相切;其中,该第一展平辊61和该第二展平辊62’滚动啮合形成对钞票的输送通道;以及驱动上述第一展平辊61和第二展平辊62’转动的动力机构10。
为了钞票顺利进入和送出展平辊组中第一展平辊61和第二展平辊62形成的输送通道,在该展平辊组的两侧分布设置有第一引导辊5和第二引导辊7,该展平辊组与该第一引导辊5和第二引导辊7之间分布设有一导钞板9,该第一引导辊5和第二引导辊7均由一对圆柱形辊组成。优选的,第一引导辊5、展平辊61、62’以及第二引导辊7之间保有一定的速度差,即V引导辊5<V展平辊<V引导辊7,并且引导辊5、7与展平辊61、62’的中心距应不大于钞票的输送方向上的长度,以保证钞票传输的某一时刻能够同时被引导辊和展平辊夹持。
如图10所示,为了保证第一展平辊61和第二展平辊62’不会对夹送的钞票造成破坏,该第一展平辊61和第二展平辊62’的外层为橡胶层。
为了进一步说明本发明所提供的这种展平装置的工作过程,参阅图11和12所示,当卷曲的钞票经过第一引导辊5送入,由于V展平辊>V引导辊5,在第一引导辊5与第一展平辊61之间被夹持的部分钞票产生拉伸作用,起到初始展平的效果,钞票11继续向下传输,进入第一展平辊61和第二展平辊62’之间,因两个展平辊的凹凸弧形面相配合,钞票11经第一展平辊61和第二展平辊62’的配合碾压使其形成与展平辊弧形面曲率相当的波浪形褶皱,如图11所示,从而降低了卷曲钞票11单一方向的卷曲程度,起到了展平的效果。当钞票11的前端被送进第二引导辊7时,如图12所示,由于V导辊7>V展平辊,使得在第二引导辊7与第一展平辊61之间被夹持的部分钞票产生拉伸作用,一方面降低了钞票表面凹凸褶皱程度,减小钞票整 体卷曲程度;另一方面经第二引导辊7的平整化处理保证了卷曲钞票的整体展平效果,减小了钞票回弹的可能。
另外,为增强卷曲钞票展平效果,可通过在展平辊组中第一展平辊61的外圆面增加弧形凹槽数、加大展平辊表面凹凸弧形面曲率、增加多组展平辊、加大相邻辊组之间的速度差等方式来实现。
该钞票展平装置可作为钞票传输通道,布置于所述如图1所示金融自助设备的钞票传输通道2的任何位置,在完成钞票传输的同时,实现钞票的展平操作,优选的设置于靠近钞票收纳钱箱4位置的钞票传输通道2内。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是,上述优选实施方式不应视为对本发明的限制,本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种展平装置,用于对输入的薄片介质进行展平,其包括:一支架,用以支撑如下部件;至少一展平辊组,其包括对置于薄片介质传输路径两侧的第一展平辊和第二展平辊;该第一展平辊的表面分布有n条弧形凹槽,该n条弧形凹槽平行于轴向方向设置,n为大于等于1的自然数,该第二展平辊的表面具有至少一个与该第一展平辊的弧形凹槽滚动啮合的弧形凸起部;其中,该第一展平辊和该第二展平辊滚动啮合形成对薄片介质的输送通道;以及驱动上述第一展平辊和第二展平辊转动的动力机构。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的展平装置,其特征在于,该展平辊组的两侧中至少一侧设置有输送引导辊。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的展平装置,其特征在于,该输送引导辊与第一展平辊的表面线速度存在一预设差值。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的展平装置,其特征在于,该输送引导辊与该展平辊组之间设有导钞板。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的展平装置,其特征在于,该第一展平辊的表面具有4条弧形凹槽。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的展平装置,其特征在于,该第二展平辊为与该第一展平辊表面形成滚动啮合的椭圆形辊。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的展平装置,其特征在于,该第二展平辊具有4条弧形凸起部,该4条弧形凸起部与第一展平辊表面上4条弧形凹槽部形成滚动啮合。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的展平装置,其特征在于,该第一展平辊表面的弧形凹槽深度应不小于薄片介质的最大卷曲量。
  9. 如权利要求1-8任一所述的展平装置,其特征在于,该第一展平辊和/或第二展平辊的表面覆盖一层橡胶层。
  10. 一种金融自助设备,其包括:
    一钞票出入口,用于对钞票存入和/或取出;
    一钞票收纳钱箱,用于收纳和放出钞票;
    一钞票传输通道,用于连接钞票出入口与钞票收纳钱箱并进行钞票传 输;
    其特征在于:该钞票传输通道中设有如权利要求1-9任一所述的展平装置。
