Definitions
- the present invention relates to a pump unit and an actuator.
- a hydraulic pump for example, as disclosed in JP2013-227743A, a hydraulic pump, a motor, a coupling that connects a drive shaft of the hydraulic pump and the shaft of the motor, and a hydraulic pump and the motor are connected.
- a coupling that connects a drive shaft of the hydraulic pump and the shaft of the motor, and a hydraulic pump and the motor are connected.
- an attachment portion for accommodating the coupling.
- the coupling is cylindrical
- the motor shaft is fitted to the inner periphery of the coupling with a key to prevent rotation
- the rotation prevention between the hydraulic pump drive shaft and the coupling is, for example, Splines etc.
- the seal member for sealing the periphery of the drive shaft is provided in the mounting portion so that the hydraulic oil does not enter from the hydraulic pump side, the total length of the pump unit becomes long.
- the grease may pass through the sealing member that seals around the drive shaft and enter the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic pump.
- a filter for removing contaminants is installed in the hydraulic circuit, but grease may adhere to the filter and prevent the hydraulic oil from passing through the filter. In such a situation, the mechanical efficiency of the pump unit deteriorates, causing a decrease in discharge pressure and an increase in power consumption.
- the present invention was devised to improve the above-mentioned problems, and the object of the present invention is to make it possible to reduce the overall length and to maintain the mechanical efficiency even after long-term use.
- the pump unit in the problem-solving means of the present invention includes a hydraulic pump, a motor, a coupling for connecting a drive shaft of the hydraulic pump and the shaft of the motor, a holder having a hollow accommodating portion for accommodating the coupling, An introduction passage for guiding hydraulic oil to the section is provided.
- the pump unit U of the present embodiment includes a hydraulic pump P, a motor M, a coupling 8 that connects the drive shaft 2 of the hydraulic pump P and the shaft 7 of the motor M, and a hydraulic pump.
- a holder H having a hollow accommodating portion L that holds P and the motor M and accommodates the coupling 8 is provided.
- the hydraulic pump P has a hollow case 1, a drive shaft 2 that is rotatably attached to the case 1 and protrudes both inside and outside the case 1, and a case 1 that is rotatably attached.
- the driven shaft 3, the drive gear 4 mounted on the outer periphery of the drive shaft 2 and rotatably accommodated in the case 1, and mounted on the outer periphery of the driven shaft 3 to mesh with the drive gear 4 and the case 1.
- a driven gear 5 that is rotatably accommodated therein.
- the case 1 includes a case body composed of a bottom portion 1a and an annular side wall 1b rising from the bottom portion 1a, and a lid portion 1c that closes the opening of the side wall 1b.
- 1a is provided with a suction port 1e and a discharge port 1f.
- the drive shaft 2 has one end inserted into the case 1 through a hole 1 d provided in the case 1 and the other end protruding outside the case 1.
- the drive shaft 2 has a tip end on one end side rotatably held by the lid portion 1c, and an intermediate portion rotatably held by the bottom portion 1a.
- the drive shaft 2 is rotatable about the axis with respect to the case 1.
- the drive shaft 2 includes a plurality of spline teeth 2a provided in the circumferential direction along the axial direction on the outer periphery of the tip on the other end side.
- a drive gear 4 accommodated in the case 1 is mounted on the outer periphery of the drive shaft 2.
- the drive gear 4 is configured to rotate in the case 1 together with the drive shaft 2 when the drive shaft 2 is rotationally driven in sliding contact with the bottom portion 1a and the lid portion 1c.
- the driven shaft 3 has a tip end at one end rotatably held by the lid portion 1c, and the other end rotatably held by the bottom portion 1a.
- a driven gear 5 that is housed in the case 1 and meshes with the drive gear 4 is mounted on the outer periphery of the drive shaft 2.
- the driven gear 5 is in sliding contact with the bottom portion 1a and the lid portion 1c, and rotates in the case 1 together with the drive gear 4 when the drive gear 4 is driven to rotate. Therefore, when the drive shaft 2 is rotationally driven, both the drive gear 4 and the driven gear 5 are rotated in the case 1.
- the hydraulic pump P when the drive gear 4 is rotated clockwise, the driven gear 5 is rotated counterclockwise, and the hydraulic oil in the case 1 can be transferred from the suction port 1e side to the discharge port 1f side. Therefore, when the drive shaft 2 is driven to rotate, the hydraulic pump P can suck the hydraulic oil into the case 1 from the suction port 1 e and discharge the hydraulic oil from the discharge port 1 f to the outside of the case 1.
- the hydraulic pump P is configured as a gear pump, but may be a vane pump, a piston pump, or the like.
- the motor M includes a motor body 6 including a stator (not shown), and a shaft 7 that is rotatably attached to the motor body 6 and is rotationally driven by energization of the motor body 6.
- the motor M only needs to be able to rotate and drive the shaft 7 by energization.
- various motors such as an AC motor, a DC motor, and an induction motor can be adopted.
- the shaft 7 is provided with a plurality of spline teeth 7 a provided on the outer periphery of the tip in the circumferential direction along the axial direction.
- a seal is provided between the motor body 6 and the shaft 7 so that the inside of the motor body 6 is tightly sealed.
- the coupling 8 has a cylindrical shape and is provided with a plurality of spline grooves 8a provided in the circumferential direction without any break along the axial direction from one end to the other end on the inner circumference.
- the number of installed spline grooves 8 a is the same as the number of spline teeth 2 a of the drive shaft 2 and the number of spline teeth 7 a of the shaft 7.
- the drive shaft 2 and the shaft 7 are fitted to the coupling 8 in this way, the drive shaft 2 and the shaft 7 are prevented from rotating by the coupling 8, and the power of the shaft 7 of the motor M is transmitted to the drive shaft 2.
- the drive shaft 2 can be rotationally driven.
- a groove 8b provided along the circumferential direction is provided on the intermediate inner periphery of the coupling 8, and a snap ring 9 is attached to the groove 8b.
- the snap ring 9 functions as a protruding member that protrudes inward of the inner periphery of the coupling 8.
- the projecting member may be formed by other than the snap ring 9.
- the holder H has a block shape, and a housing portion L formed with a cylindrical gap inside, and a shaft that opens from the left end in FIG. 1 and communicates with the housing portion L.
- An insertion hole 10 a drive shaft insertion hole 11 that opens from the right end in FIG. 1 and communicates with the housing portion L, lateral holes 12 and 13 that open from the right end in FIG. 1, and a housing portion L that opens from the side.
- a vertical hole 14 communicating with the horizontal hole 12 and a vertical hole 15 opening from the side and communicating with the horizontal hole 13 are provided.
- a motor M is attached to the left end of the holder H in FIG. 1, and a hydraulic pump P is attached to the right end in FIG.
- the shaft 7 of the motor M is inserted into the accommodating portion L in the holder H through the shaft insertion hole 10, and the drive shaft 2 of the hydraulic pump P is inserted into the accommodating portion L through the drive shaft insertion hole 11.
- To attach the motor M and the hydraulic pump P to the holder H specifically, for example, as follows. First, while the shaft 7 of the motor M is passed through the shaft insertion hole 10, the motor M is brought into contact with the holder H to the left in FIG. 1, and then the motor M is bolted to the holder H.
- a fastening method other than bolt fastening may be employed.
- the snap ring 16 attached to the holder H an inner diameter smaller than the diameter of the coupling 8 and larger than the diameter of the drive shaft 2 is employed. Therefore, in a state where the motor M is attached to the holder H, even if the motor M is directed upward and the holder H is directed downward, the snap ring 16 does not drop from the accommodating portion L of the coupling 8. If the snap ring 16 is attached to the inner peripheral end portion of the accommodating portion L of the holder H in this way, the coupling 8 assembled to the holder H is prevented from falling off and the assembling work is facilitated.
- the hydraulic pump P is attached to the right end of the holder H in FIG. 1 while being fitted to the coupling 8 through the drive shaft 2 through the drive shaft insertion hole 11.
- the drive shaft 2 is fitted to the coupling 8 to bring the hydraulic pump P into contact with the right end of the holder H in FIG. 1, and then the hydraulic pump P is bolted to the holder H.
- a fastening method other than bolt fastening may be adopted for fastening the hydraulic pump P and the holder H.
- the motor M and the hydraulic pump P are mounted on the holder H, they are integrated to complete the pump unit U.
- a seal 18 that seals the housing portion L is provided between the hydraulic pump P and the holder H.
- the suction port 1e provided in the bottom 1a of the case 1 of the hydraulic pump P is opposed to the lateral hole 12 provided in the holder H, and both communicate with each other. Is opposed to the lateral hole 13 and communicates with each other.
- the vertical hole 14 of the holder H communicates with a tank T that stores hydraulic oil
- the vertical hole 15 communicates with a hydraulic device E that is driven by the supply of hydraulic pressure. Therefore, the suction port 1e of the hydraulic pump P is connected to the tank T through the horizontal hole 12 and the vertical hole 14, and in this example, the introduction passage D is formed by the horizontal hole 12 and the vertical hole 14.
- the discharge port 1 f of the hydraulic pump P is connected to the hydraulic equipment E through the horizontal hole 13 and the vertical hole 15.
- the hydraulic oil can be sucked from the tank T through the introduction passage D and supplied to the hydraulic equipment E.
- the introduction passage D communicates between the tank T and the suction port 1e of the hydraulic pump P, but the accommodating portion L is connected in the middle thereof. Therefore, since the coupling 8 in the accommodating portion L is immersed in the hydraulic oil, the coupling 8, the shaft 7 and the drive shaft 2 are lubricated, and the smooth operation of the hydraulic pump P is ensured. .
- the pump unit U includes the hydraulic pump P, the motor M, the coupling 8 that connects the drive shaft 2 of the hydraulic pump P and the shaft 7 of the motor M, and the hollow housing portion L that houses the coupling 8. And an introduction passage D that guides hydraulic oil to the housing portion L. Therefore, it is possible to lubricate between the coupling 8 and the shaft 7 and the drive shaft 2 with the hydraulic oil guided to the housing portion L, and a seal member that prevents communication between the inside of the hydraulic pump P and the housing portion L becomes unnecessary. Therefore, it is possible to lubricate between the coupling 8 and the shaft 7 and the drive shaft 2 using the hydraulic oil sucked and discharged by the hydraulic pump P, and it is not necessary to use grease. Therefore, according to the pump unit U of the present invention, the overall length of the pump unit U can be shortened, and the mechanical efficiency can be maintained even after long-term use.
- the introduction passage D only needs to guide the hydraulic oil to the storage portion L, the passage for supplying the hydraulic oil to the suction port 1e of the hydraulic pump P as in this example is not the introduction passage D.
- a separate introduction passage may be provided. Since the introduction passage D communicates with the suction port 1e side, the high pressure on the discharge side does not act on the accommodating portion L, and it is not necessary to apply a load to the seal around the shaft 7 in the motor M. On the other hand, energy loss due to friction can be reduced.
- the hydraulic pump P is always connected via the introduction passage D during the driving. Since the hydraulic oil is sucked into the suction port 1e from the tank T, the hydraulic oil is also filled in the accommodating portion L. Therefore, even when a layout in which the tank T is disposed below the pump unit U is employed, the coupling 8, the shaft 7, and the drive shaft 2 are always lubricated while the hydraulic pump P is driven. Therefore, even if a layout in which the tank T is disposed below the pump unit U is employed, smooth operation of the motor M and the hydraulic pump P is ensured.
- the introduction passage D connected to the housing portion L is connected to the suction port 1e of the hydraulic pump P, it is not necessary to provide a passage for connecting the suction port 1e and the tank T separately from the introduction passage D, and the holder H Can be downsized.
- a spline groove 8a is provided on the inner periphery of the coupling 8 from one end to the other end along the axial direction. If the spline groove 8a is configured in this way, the spline groove 8a can be formed through the coupling 8 from one end to the other end by one cutting. Therefore, it is not necessary to employ a process in which a clearance formed by an annular groove extending in the circumferential direction is provided at the center of the coupling 8 and the spline grooves 8a are cut from both ends of the coupling 8 toward the center.
- the pump unit U can be used for a hydraulic device E that is driven by the supply of pressure oil.
- the pump unit U includes a pump unit U, a cylinder body C, and a hydraulic circuit LC. It can be used for the actuator A constructed.
- the actuator A is composed of a pump unit U, a cylinder body C, and a hydraulic circuit LC.
- the cylinder body C is inserted into the cylinder 21, is movably inserted into the cylinder 21, and is divided into a rod side chamber R ⁇ b> 1 and a piston side chamber R ⁇ b> 2, and is inserted into the cylinder 21 and connected to the piston 22.
- the outer cylinder 24 that accommodates the cylinder 21 therein, the tank T formed between the cylinder 21 and the outer cylinder 24, and one end of the cylinder 21 and the outer cylinder 24 at the right end in FIG. 1.
- a bottom cap 25 to be coupled and a rod guide 26 coupled to the left end in FIG. 1 which is the other end of the cylinder 21 and the outer cylinder 24 and for guiding the movement of the rod 23 inserted inside are provided.
- the hydraulic circuit LC is provided in the middle of a first opening / closing valve 28 provided in the middle of the first passage 27 that communicates the rod side chamber R1 and the piston side chamber R2, and in the middle of the second passage 29 that communicates the piston side chamber R2 and the tank T.
- a rectifying passage 33 that allows only the flow of hydraulic fluid to go to and a suction passage 34 that allows only the flow of hydraulic fluid from the tank T to the piston side chamber R2 are configured.
- the vertical hole 15 communicating with the discharge port 1f of the hydraulic pump P in the pump unit U is connected to the rod side chamber R1 of the cylinder body C through the passage 35.
- a check valve 36 that blocks only the flow of hydraulic oil from the rod side chamber R1 toward the hydraulic pump P is provided.
- the vertical hole 14 leading to the suction port 1 e of the hydraulic pump P in the pump unit U is connected to the tank T through a passage 37. In the tank T, hydraulic oil is stored. Therefore, the hydraulic pump P can suck the hydraulic oil from the tank T and discharge the pressure oil to the rod side chamber R1 in the cylinder body C.
- the actuator A configured as described above can be driven to extend when the hydraulic pump P is driven while the first opening / closing valve 28 is in communication with the first passage 27 and the second opening / closing valve 30 is closed.
- the actuator A can be driven to contract when the hydraulic pump P is driven with the second opening / closing valve 30 in the communication state of the second passage 29 and the first opening / closing valve 28 closed.
- the variable relief valve 32 can adjust the valve opening pressure. Regardless of the open / close state of the first open / close valve 28 and the second open / close valve 30, the actuator A has an excessive input in the expansion / contraction direction and the rod side chamber R1. When the pressure exceeds the valve opening pressure, the discharge passage 31 is opened and the rod side chamber R1 is communicated with the tank T. In this way, the variable relief valve 32 releases the pressure in the rod side chamber R1 to the tank T against the excessive input to the actuator A, and protects the entire system of the actuator A.
- the actuator A configured as described above exerts a thrust in a desired extension direction
- the first on-off valve 28 is opened
- the second on-off valve 30 is closed
- the motor M is rotated to enter the cylinder 21 from the hydraulic pump P.
- Supply hydraulic oil In this way, the rod side chamber R1 and the piston side chamber R2 are in communication with each other, hydraulic oil is supplied to both from the hydraulic pump P, the piston 22 is pushed to the left in FIG. 4, and the actuator A is thrust in the extension direction. Demonstrate.
- variable relief valve 32 When the pressure in the rod side chamber R1 and the piston side chamber R2 exceeds the valve opening pressure of the variable relief valve 32, the variable relief valve 32 opens and the hydraulic oil escapes to the tank T via the discharge passage 31, and the rod side chamber
- the pressure in R1 and the piston side chamber R2 is equal to the valve opening pressure of the variable relief valve 32. That is, by adjusting the valve opening pressure of the variable relief valve 32, the thrust in the extension direction obtained by multiplying the pressure receiving area difference of the piston 22 between the piston side chamber R2 side and the rod side chamber R1 side by the valve opening pressure of the variable relief valve 32 is applied to the actuator A. Can be demonstrated. Even if the actuator A is forcibly contracted by an external force, the pressure in the rod side chamber R1 and the piston side chamber R2 is controlled by the valve opening pressure of the variable relief valve 32. Demonstrate.
- the actuator A exerts a thrust in a desired contraction direction
- the first on-off valve 28 is closed, the second on-off valve 30 is opened, and the motor M is rotated to enter the rod side chamber R1 from the hydraulic pump P.
- Supply hydraulic oil As a result, the piston side chamber R2 and the tank T are brought into communication with each other, the hydraulic oil is supplied from the hydraulic pump P to the rod side chamber R1, the piston 22 is pushed rightward in FIG. 4, and the actuator A is thrust in the contraction direction. Demonstrate.
- the actuator A exerts a thrust in the contraction direction obtained by multiplying the pressure receiving area of the piston 22 on the rod side chamber R1 side and the valve opening pressure of the variable relief valve 32. It can be made. Even if the actuator A is forcibly extended by an external force, the pressure in the rod side chamber R1 is controlled by the valve opening pressure of the variable relief valve 32, so that a thrust in the contraction direction that suppresses the extension is exerted.
- the actuator A when both the first on-off valve 28 and the second on-off valve 30 are closed, the rod side chamber R1, the piston side chamber R2, and the tank T are connected to the rectifying passage 33, the suction passage 34, and the discharge passage 31. Are connected in a daisy chain.
- the actuator A when the actuator A is expanded and contracted by an external force, the pressure in the rod side chamber R1 is controlled to the valve opening pressure of the variable relief valve 32, and therefore the actuator A is expanded and contracted. It functions as a passive damper that exerts thrust to suppress the vibration.
- the actuator A can automatically function as a passive damper when the power supply is cut off or when a failure occurs.
- the overall length of the pump unit U is shortened, so that the overall size of the actuator A is reduced, and the mountability of the actuator A on various devices is improved. .
- the hydraulic circuit LC may have a configuration other than the configuration described above.
- the hydraulic circuit LC selectively supplies pressure oil from the pump unit U to one of the rod side chamber R1 and the piston side chamber R2 in the cylinder 21 of the cylinder body C, and the other of the rod side chamber R1 and the piston side chamber R2. May be communicated with the tank T.
- the actuator A can be expanded and contracted by supplying hydraulic oil from the hydraulic pump P.
- the hydraulic circuit LC may be any circuit that can control the expansion and contraction of the actuator A by controlling the communication state between the hydraulic pump P, the rod side chamber R1, the piston side chamber R2, and the tank T.
- the hydraulic pump P sucks all the hydraulic oil from the introduction passage D, but the hydraulic pump P may have a suction passage, and the introduction passage D may be provided in parallel with the suction passage.

Abstract
