一种无皮带式游梁抽油机,包括底座(6)、支架(8)、游梁(9)、连杆(13)、连杆轴(7)、曲柄(14)、输出轴(15)、变速箱(1)、电机(4),底座(6)的一侧为支架(8),另一侧安装有变速箱(1);支架(8)上固定有人梯,支架(8)上部连接游梁(9),游梁(9)的一端设有游梁平衡块(10),另一端与抽油杆连接;游梁平衡块(10)的下部固定有槽梁(11),槽梁(11)通过槽梁轴(12)与连杆(13)连接,连杆(13)通过连杆轴(7)、曲柄(14)与输出轴(15)连接;输出轴(15)固定于变速箱(1)的一侧上,变速箱(1)为齿轮传动,变速箱(1)上部一侧分别装有换挡手柄(2)和刹车手柄(3),变速箱(1)的另一侧为电机(4),电机(4)的内侧连接有联轴器,联轴器与变速箱体连接,换挡手柄(2)可调速;变速箱(1)包括变速齿轮(23、26、19、20、25)、减速传动齿轮(16、17、18)、输出轴齿轮(21)、弹性联轴器(22);变速齿轮为5级,减速速传动齿轮为3级。优点是电机功率比原电机功率减小50%,纯机械调速皮实耐用、可靠性强,大大降低了电机频繁被盗的概率。

Description

一种无皮带式游梁抽油机 技术领域
本实用新型涉及石油抽油装置,尤其涉及的是一种无皮带式游梁抽油机。
背景技术
油田目前面临低油价高成本现状,以及油田进入注水开发的中后期,开发深度和难度与日惧增。油田供液能力明显不足,虽然各油田对采油设备采取了多种技术措施,但机械采油设备仍占据主导地位。
据统计,我国目前机械采油井的数量占油井总数的90%以上,其中抽油机油井占80%左右,采油量占总产量的75%以上。
实践表明,油梁式抽油机尽管是使用制造经验较为成熟的机型,在低油价下,挖潜增效降低投资减少维修维护成本。抽油机调冲次更换皮带和皮带轮,以及电机或者使用投资比较高的变频柜,都大大增加了采油成本。
实用新型内容
为避免现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种无皮带式游梁抽油机。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种无皮带式游梁抽油机,包括底座、支架、游梁、连杆、连杆轴、曲柄、输出轴、变速箱、电机,所述的底座的一侧为支架,另一侧安装有变速箱;支架上固定有人梯,支架上部连接游梁,游梁的一端设有游梁平衡块,另一端与抽油杆连接;游梁平衡块的下部固定有槽梁,槽梁通过槽梁轴与连杆连接,连杆通过连杆轴、曲柄与输出轴连接;输出轴固定于变速箱的一侧上,变速箱为齿轮传动,变速箱上部一侧分别装有换挡手柄和刹车手柄,变速箱的另一侧为电机,电机的内侧连接有联轴器,联轴器与变速箱体连接,变挡手柄可调速;所述的变速箱包括变速齿轮、减速传动齿轮、输出轴齿轮、弹性联轴器;所述的变速齿轮为5级,所述的减速速传动齿轮为3级。
所述的电机联轴器与1级减速传动齿轮啮合,1级减速传动齿轮与2级减速传动齿轮啮合,2级减速传动齿轮与3级减速传动齿轮啮合,3级减速传动齿轮通过变档手柄连接1级变速齿轮,刹车手柄安装于3级减速传动齿轮上;3级减速传动齿轮与3级变速齿轮啮合,3级变速齿轮与4级变速齿轮、5级变速齿轮同轴,5级变速齿轮分别与2级变带齿轮和1级变速齿轮啮合,1级变速齿轮与输出轴齿轮啮合,输出轴齿轮与弹性联轴器及输出轴同轴;变档手柄与变速齿轮连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:电机功率比原电机功率减小50%;纯机械调速皮实耐用,可靠性强;维修维护成本降低60%;大大降低了电机频繁被盗的概率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步描述;
一种无皮带式游梁抽油机,包括底座、支架、游梁、连杆、连杆轴、曲柄、输出轴、变速箱、电机,所述的底座的一侧为支架,另一侧安装有变速箱;支架上固定有人梯,支架上部连接游梁,游梁的一端设有游梁平衡块,另一端与抽油杆连接;游梁平衡块的下部固定有槽梁,槽梁通过槽梁轴与连杆连接,连杆通过连杆轴、曲柄与输出轴连接;输出轴固定于变速箱的一侧上,变速箱为齿轮传动,变速箱上部一侧分别装有换挡手柄和刹车手柄,变速箱的另一侧为电机,电机的内侧连接有联轴器,联轴器与变速箱体连接,变挡手柄可调速;所述的变速箱包括变速齿轮、减速传动齿轮、输出轴齿轮、弹性联轴器;所述的变速齿轮为5级,所述的减速速传动齿轮为3级。
所述的电机联轴器与1级减速传动齿轮啮合,1级减速传动齿轮与2级减速传动齿轮啮合,2级减速传动齿轮与3级减速传动齿轮啮合,3级减速传动齿轮通过变档手柄连接1级变速齿轮,刹车手柄安装于3级减速传动齿轮上;3级减速传动齿轮与3级变速齿轮啮合,3级变速齿轮与4级变速齿轮、5级变速齿轮同轴,5级变速齿轮分别与2级变带齿轮和1级变速齿轮啮合,1级变速齿轮与输出轴齿轮啮合,输出轴齿轮与弹性联轴器及输出轴同轴;变档手柄与变速齿轮连接。
实施例
减速传动齿轮通过变档手柄连接1级变速齿轮,实现输出轴转速0.5次/min,连接2级变速齿轮,实现输出轴转速1次/min,连接3级变速齿轮,实现输出轴转速1.5次/min,连接4级变速齿轮,实现输出轴转速2次/min,连接5级变速齿轮,实现输出轴转速3次/min。
通过直联电机的高速旋转运动传递给减速箱的输入轴,经中间轴后带动输出轴,输出轴带动曲柄做低速旋转运动。
曲柄通过连杆经横梁拉着游粱后臂摆动。
驴头随同游粱一起上下摆动,游粱驴头便带动活塞做上下往复运动,这样就可以将油抽出井筒。
手柄刹车的设置就是在不需要断电的情况下,用手去扳手柄这样简单动作就可以直接刹车,即省时又省力。
减速箱设置5个变速挡位分别有2个手柄控制,左面的手柄设置了低、高、中三个挡,右面的手柄设置了高、低两个档位。通过换挡手柄来切换到所需要的速度。
齿距相等的齿轮相互啮合,在设计过程中增大了压力角a,齿轮的齿厚及节点处的齿廓曲率半径也随之增加,这样就提高了齿轮传动的弯曲强度及接触强度。
电机与减速机直接连接在一起,主要通过过渡法兰和电机输出轴直接带一级小齿轮的方式,这样的连接不仅方便,结构紧凑,美观主要是提高了功率,降低了噪音。
齿轮箱要传递电机的扭矩,所以齿轮箱要和电机输出轴连接,运用弹性联轴器连接消除了电机输出轴与减速机输入轴之间的不同轴度,使两根轴传递扭矩,还很好的起到了减震作用。省去了常规抽油机复杂装置从而降低了成本。

  1. 一种无皮带式游梁抽油机,包括底座、支架、游梁、连杆、连杆轴、曲柄、输出轴、变速箱、电机,其特征在于:所述的底座的一侧为支架,另一侧安装有变速箱;支架上固定有人梯,支架上部连接游梁,游梁的一端设有游梁平衡块,另一端与抽油杆连接;游梁平衡块的下部固定有槽梁,槽梁通过槽梁轴与连杆连接,连杆通过连杆轴、曲柄与输出轴连接;输出轴固定于变速箱的一侧上,变速箱为齿轮传动,变速箱上部一侧分别装有换挡手柄和刹车手柄,变速箱的另一侧为电机,电机的内侧连接有联轴器,联轴器与变速箱体连接,变挡手柄可调速;所述的变速箱包括变速齿轮、减速传动齿轮、输出轴齿轮、弹性联轴器;所述的变速齿轮为5级,所述的减速速传动齿轮为3级。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种无皮带式游梁抽油机,其特征在于:所述的电机联轴器与1级减速传动齿轮啮合,1级减速传动齿轮与2级减速传动齿轮啮合,2级减速传动齿轮与3级减速传动齿轮啮合,3级减速传动齿轮通过变档手柄连接1级变速齿轮,刹车手柄安装于3级减速传动齿轮上;3级减速传动齿轮与3级变速齿轮啮合,3级变速齿轮与4级变速齿轮、5级变速齿轮同轴,5级变速齿轮分别与2级变带齿轮和1级变速齿轮啮合,1级变速齿轮与输出轴齿轮啮合,输出轴齿轮与弹性联轴器及输出轴同轴;变档手柄与变速齿轮连接。
