Description

一种面板式控制按钮 技术领域
本发明涉及电子机械技术领域,特别涉及一种面板式控制按钮。
发明背景
按钮作为一种常见的控制电器元件,在日常使用的电子产品中随处可见,按照电子产品的设计可以分为平面式(如鼠标键盘)及侧面方式(如电灯控制开关)等。但是传统的家电类电子按钮的设计有动作空间大、成本高等缺点。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,提出了本发明的面板式控制按钮以解决或者部分解决上述问题。本发明提供的面板式控制按钮可同时应用于电子产品平面及侧壁,并同步实现自动复位动作,具有动作空间小,全机械传动、成本低等优点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明提供了一种面板式控制按钮,所述面板式控制按钮包括:按键基座、按键面板、开关板和回弹软键;
所述按键面板扣合在所述按键基座上面,所述按键面板的一端可转动地安装在所述按键基座的一端;
所述开关板位于所述按键基座下面,所述开关板上设置有印刷电路板和开关机构;
所述回弹软键位于所述开关板的开关机构上方;
按压所述按键面板时,所述按键面板接触所述回弹软键并触发所述开关板上的开关机构,进而控制所述开关机构的开合;所述回弹软键提供回弹力使所述按键面板复位。
可选地,所述按键基座包括:转轴和一斜面;

如图1-8所示,本发明实施例的面板式控制按钮包括:按键基座Ⅰ、按键面板Ⅱ、开关板Ⅲ和回弹软键Ⅴ。所述按键面板Ⅱ扣合在所述按键基座Ⅰ上面(远离按键基座正面的方向),所述按键面板Ⅱ的一端可转动地安装在所述按键基座Ⅰ的一端。所述开关板Ⅲ位于所述按键基座Ⅰ下面(远离按键基座背面的方向),所述开关板Ⅲ上设置有印刷电路板和开关机构(图中未显示),所述开关机构设置在所述印刷电路板上,所述回弹软键Ⅴ位于所述开关板Ⅲ的开关机构上方(正对按键基座背面的方向)。按压所述按键面板Ⅱ时,所述按键面板Ⅱ接触所述回弹软键Ⅴ并触发所述开关板Ⅲ上的开关机构,进而控制所述开关机构的开合。所述回弹软键Ⅴ提供回弹力使所述按键面板Ⅱ复位。
如图1和图2所示,所述按键基座Ⅰ包括:转轴11和一斜面12。所述斜面12与所述按键基座Ⅰ背面所在的平面呈一定夹角,所述转轴11位于所述斜面12的顶端并固定于所述按 键基座Ⅰ上。所述转轴11高出所述按键基座Ⅰ背面所在的平面。所述斜面12上设置有卡孔21和凸台让位孔22。
如图3所示,所述按键面板Ⅱ的一面设置有:第一卡扣31、凸台34、第二卡扣32;所述第二卡扣32上设置有转轴槽33。所述按键面板Ⅱ的另一面设置有凸包35,所述凸包35与所述凸台34位置对应。所述凸包35可增加用户按压时的触感。
如图4所示,所述按键面板Ⅱ装配在所述按键基座Ⅰ的正面。其中,所述第一卡扣31与所述按键基座Ⅰ上的卡孔21适配且位置对应,所述第一卡扣31扣合在所述卡孔21内并高出所述卡孔21一定距离,以便于用户按压按键面板Ⅱ时按键面板Ⅱ有一定的运动空间。在本发明实施例中,第一卡扣31扣合在所述卡孔21内并高出卡孔21的距离为2mm。
所述第二卡扣32与所述按键基座Ⅰ上的转轴11适配且位置对应,所述第二卡扣32通过所述转轴槽33可转动地安装在所述转轴11上。所述凸台34与所述按键基座Ⅰ上的凸台让位孔22适配,所述凸台34穿过所述凸台让位孔22并高出所述凸台让位孔22一定距离。在所述凸台34向下运动时,所述凸台34与所述回弹软键Ⅴ接触。在本发明实施例中,所述凸台34穿过所述凸台让位孔22后高出所述凸台让位孔22的距离为2mm,以便于按压所述按键面板Ⅱ时所述凸台34与相应的回弹软键Ⅴ进行接触。
如图7所示,所述回弹软键Ⅴ上设置有回弹软键触点51,所述回弹软键触点51位于回弹软键Ⅴ的中间部分,与开关板Ⅲ印刷电路板上的开关机构位置对应。按压所述按键面板Ⅱ上的凸包35时,所述按键面板Ⅱ绕着所述转轴11转动,所述凸台34随之向下移动(朝向开关板的方向),凸台34接触回弹软键Ⅴ,将回弹软键Ⅴ向下压,回弹软键Ⅴ垂直下降,按键面板Ⅱ的旋转行程转变为垂直行程,动作空间较小。之后所述回弹软键触点51与所述开关板Ⅲ上的开关机构接触并触发所述印刷电路板上的开关机构,从而导通电路,使其对某一指令或电路进行开合控制(如马桶冲水指令等)。所述回弹软键Ⅴ提供回弹力使凸台34及按键面板Ⅱ回弹自动复位,所述回弹软键触点51与所述开关板Ⅲ上的开关机构分开,电路断开。
由此可见,本发明实施例的面板式控制按钮属于纯机械传动触发开关机构,成本较低。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中所述回弹软键Ⅴ的材质为硅胶垫。可选地,回弹软键Ⅴ也可设置为弹簧或者弹片,只要能实现按键面板Ⅱ自动回弹的功能即可。
如图7所示,所述开关板Ⅲ上还设置有锁位孔41,所述锁位孔41用于将所述印刷电路板固定于所述开关板Ⅲ上。
所述按键基座Ⅰ上还设置有第三卡扣23和第四卡扣24。所述第三卡扣23和第四卡扣24用于将所述面板式控制按钮安装到电子产品上。所述转轴11、所述第一卡扣31、所述第二卡扣32、所述第三卡扣23和/或所述第四卡扣24均设置一个以上。在本发明实施例中,所述转 轴11、第一卡扣31和第二卡扣32均设置两个,并且对称分布。所述第三卡扣23和所述第四卡扣24均设置一个,并且位于所述按键面板Ⅱ边缘的中心位置。
综上所述,本发明提供的一种面板式控制按钮具有以下有益效果:
(1)具有自动复位功能;
(2)动作空间小;
(3)结构简单,易于装配;
(4)纯机械传动,成本低。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种面板式控制按钮,其特征在于,所述面板式控制按钮包括:按键基座(Ⅰ)、按键面板(Ⅱ)、开关板(Ⅲ)和回弹软键(Ⅴ);
    所述按键面板(Ⅱ)扣合在所述按键基座(Ⅰ)上面,所述按键面板(Ⅱ)的一端可转动地安装在所述按键基座(Ⅰ)的一端;
    所述开关板(Ⅲ)位于所述按键基座(Ⅰ)下面,所述开关板(Ⅲ)上设置有印刷电路板和开关机构;
    所述回弹软键(Ⅴ)位于所述开关板(Ⅲ)的开关机构上方;
    按压所述按键面板(Ⅱ)时,所述按键面板(Ⅱ)接触所述回弹软键(Ⅴ)并触发所述开关板(Ⅲ)上的开关机构,进而控制所述开关机构的开合;所述回弹软键(Ⅴ)提供回弹力使所述按键面板(Ⅱ)复位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的面板式控制按钮,其特征在于,所述按键基座(Ⅰ)包括:转轴(11)和一斜面(12);
    所述斜面(12)与所述按键基座(Ⅰ)下面所在的平面呈一定夹角;
    所述转轴(11)位于所述斜面(12)的顶端,并固定于所述按键基座(Ⅰ)上;所述转轴(11)高出所述按键基座(Ⅰ)下面所在的平面;
    所述斜面(12)上设置有卡孔(21)和凸台让位孔(22)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的面板式控制按钮,其特征在于,所述按键面板(Ⅱ)的一面设置有:第一卡扣(31)、凸台(34)、第二卡扣(32);所述第二卡扣(32)上设置有转轴槽(33);
    所述按键面板(Ⅱ)的另一面设置有凸包(35),所述凸包(35)与所述凸台(34)位置对应;按压所述凸包(35)时,所述凸台(34)向下运动;
    所述第一卡扣(31)与所述按键基座(Ⅰ)上的卡孔(21)适配且位置对应,所述第一卡扣(31)扣合在所述卡孔(21)内并高出所述卡孔(21)一定距离;
    所述第二卡扣(32)与所述按键基座(Ⅰ)上的转轴(11)适配且位置对应,所述第二卡扣(32)通过所述转轴槽(33)可转动地安装在所述转轴(11)上;
    所述凸台(34)与所述按键基座(Ⅰ)上的凸台让位孔(22)适配,所述凸台(34)穿过所述凸台让位孔(22)并高出所述凸台让位孔(22)一定距离,在所述凸台(34)向下运动时,所述凸台(34)与所述回弹软键(Ⅴ)接触。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的面板式控制按钮,其特征在于,所述按键基座(Ⅰ)上还设置有第三卡扣(23)和第四卡扣(24);所述第三卡扣(23)和第四卡扣(24)用于将所述面板 式控制按钮安装到电子产品上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的面板式控制按钮,其特征在于,所述转轴(11)、所述第一卡扣(31)、所述第二卡扣(32)、所述第三卡扣(23)和/或所述第四卡扣(24)均设置一个以上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的面板式控制按钮,其特征在于,所述开关板(Ⅲ)上还设置有:锁位孔(41);
    所述锁位孔(41)用于将所述印刷电路板固定于所述开关板(Ⅲ)上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的面板式控制按钮,其特征在于,所述回弹软键(Ⅴ)上设置有回弹软键触点(51);
    按压所述按键面板(Ⅱ)时,所述回弹软键触点(51)与所述开关板(Ⅲ)上的开关机构接触并触发所述开关机构。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的面板式控制按钮,其特征在于,所述回弹软键(Ⅴ)的材质为硅胶垫。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的面板式控制按钮,其特征在于,所述回弹软键(Ⅴ)为弹簧或者弹片。
