有益效果
本发明提供的终端前盖组件,通过在所述玻璃盖板的所述第一侧面边缘设置所述台阶,并且所述台阶环绕所述第一侧面设置,所述台阶包括所述台阶侧面以及所述台阶底面,所述台阶侧面与所述收容腔的所述第一腔壁之间具有所述第一间隙,所述台阶底面与所述收容腔的所述第二腔壁之间具有所述第二间隙,所述防水胶设于所述台阶底面、所述第一腔壁以及所述第二腔壁上,从而能够填充所述第一间隙以及所述第二间隙,从而能够防止外部的水从所述玻璃盖板处渗入所述第一间隙以及所述第二间隙内而导致终端内部设置的电路进水的问题。此外,还可防止外部的灰尘掉落或进入所述玻璃盖板与壳体之间,进而达到防水防尘的效果。

本发明的最佳实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请一并参阅图1至图3,本发明提供一种终端,所述终端包括后盖(图中未标识)以及终端前盖组件100,所述后盖具有一收容空间(图中未标识),所述终端前盖组件100收容并固定于所述收容空间内。
所述终端可以是包括但不限于手机、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、平板电脑等移动通讯设备。本实施例中,以所述终端为手机为例进行说明。
所述终端前盖组件100包括保护框架10、玻璃盖板20以及防水胶30。所述保护框架10具有收容腔11。所述收容腔包括第一腔壁以及与所述第一腔壁连接的第二腔壁。所述玻璃盖板20部分收容于所述收容腔11/(所述保护框架10)内。所述玻璃盖板20包括上表面以及围绕所述上表面设置的第一侧面21,所述上表面为出光面,所述第一侧面21的边缘处设置有台阶211,所述台阶211环绕所述第一侧面21设置。所述台阶211包括台阶底面211a以及台阶侧面211b,所述台阶侧面211b与所述第一腔壁111之间具有第一间隙212。所述台阶底面211a与所述第二腔壁112之间具有第二间隙213。所述防水胶30设于所述台阶底面211a、所述第一腔壁111以及所述第二腔壁112上,以填补所述第一间隙212以及第二间隙213。
本发明提供的终端前盖组件20,通过在所述玻璃盖板20的所述第一侧面21边缘处设置所述台阶211,所述玻璃盖板20部分收容于所述保护框架10的收容腔11内,并且所述玻璃盖板20的所述第一侧面21与所述保护框架10之间具有间隙(包括所述第一间隙212和所述第二间隙213),所述防水胶30设于所述台阶211上并包覆所述台阶211,从而使得所述防水胶30能够填补所述玻璃盖板20与所述保护框架10之间的所述间隙,防止所述玻璃盖板20、所述保护框架10外部的水经由所述玻璃盖板20渗入所述收容腔11内部,或者防止所述玻璃盖板20外部的灰尘掉落入所述收容腔11内部,从而达到防水防尘的效果。此外,由于在所述玻璃盖板20的所述第一侧面21上设置台阶211,用以设置防水胶30,从而能够保证防水效果的同时,也减少所述防水胶30占据所述收容腔11以及所述玻璃盖板20的空间,进而减少所述防水装置100的整体厚度。
本实施例中,所述保护框架10为方形保护框架,并且所述保护框架10的材质为硬质胶,从而能够与所述防水胶30更好的粘接,防止所述防水胶30与所述保护框架10之间出现分离,进而达到良好的防水效果。其中,所述保护框架10具有第一柔软度,即,所述硬质胶具有所述第一柔软度。所述保护框架10的四个边角均为圆角过渡,从而能够便于用户的握持,提高用户握持舒适感,进而提高用户体验。所述保护框架10的厚度(在垂直于所述保护框架10所对应的平面的方向上的厚度)小于所述玻璃盖板20的厚度,以使所述玻璃盖板20能够部分收容于所述保护框架10的同时,还能够减少所述终端前盖组件100的整体厚度。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,所述保护框架10还可根据所述终端的形状调整设置。
进一步地,所述保护框架10的四周上还涂覆有所述防水胶30,从而能够防止所述保护框架10外部的水从所述保护框架10内渗入,达到防水效果。
所述收容腔11包括第一腔壁111以及连接所述第一腔壁111设置的第二腔壁112。本实施例中,所述收容腔11的横截面形状为凹字形。所述第一腔壁111为所述收容腔111的顶壁,所述第二腔壁112为围合于所述第一腔壁111的第二侧面。并且为了便于容纳所述玻璃盖板20,所述第一腔壁111与所述第二腔壁112之间为圆角过渡,即,所述第一腔壁111与所述第二腔壁112之间的连接部位为圆角。
所述玻璃盖板20固定于所述收容腔11内。本实施例中,所述玻璃盖板20为方形板状结构,并且为了保证所述玻璃盖板20与所述收容腔11能够配合,所述玻璃盖板20的边角为圆角过渡。为了便于透光,所述玻璃盖板20为透光玻璃。所述玻璃盖板20为矩形板件。所述玻璃盖板20能够增强对所述显示屏的透光性,增强所述终端的视觉效果。另外,所述玻璃盖板20为透明的硬质板件,从而能够对所述终端的内部零件起到良好的保护作用,并且能够实现良好的透光作用。
进一步地,所述玻璃盖板20的厚度为0.3mm(毫米)至2.0mm,例如,所述厚度为0.3mm、0.4 mm、0.5 mm、0.6 mm、0.7 mm、0.8 mm、0.9 mm、1 mm、1.1 mm、1.2 mm、1.3 mm、1.4 mm、1.5 mm、1.6 mm、1.7 mm、1.8 mm、1.9 mm、2 mm,从而使得所述玻璃盖板20在保证所述终端能够具有足够的强度的同时,还可以使得所述终端的厚度更薄,进一步满足对所述终端极薄的要求。
所述玻璃盖板20包括相对设置的上表面22以及下表面23。本实施例中,所述上表面22为出光面,所述下表面23为入光面,所述上表面22用以将光线透射出去。具体地,所述下表面23上设置有遮光区(图中未标识),所述遮光区用以遮盖连接于所述玻璃盖板20以及其他部件之间的电线,从而保证所述终端前盖组件100的整体外观装饰效果。
所述终端前盖组件100还包括显示屏(图中未标识),所述显示屏包括显示面,所述显示面与所述下表面23贴合设置,以将图像显示至所述上表面22上。本实施例中,所述显示屏的显示面与所述下表面23通过粘胶的方式粘接,从而保证所述显示屏与所述玻璃盖板20之间的连接紧密性。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,所述显示屏还可通过PET背胶的方式与所述玻璃盖板20连接。
所述第一侧面21包括第一部分214以及第二部分215,所述第一部分214设有所述台阶211,所述第二部分215与所述上表面22连接。本实施例中,所述第二部分215与所述第一部分214之间为圆滑过渡,并且所述第二部分215为曲面,从而能够对所述上表面22的遮光区上的光线进行折射,进而使得用户在使用所述终端前盖组件100时,能够得到较窄边框的视觉效果,进一步提高用户体验。
本实施例中,所述台阶211可通过数控机床(CNC)加工形成,从而使得形成的所述台阶211能够具有较高的精度。具体地,所述台阶211为L 字形台阶,从而能够完整地容纳所述防水胶30。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,所述台阶211还可为其他形状,如阶梯状。
所述台阶侧面211b与所述台阶底面211a垂直设置。本实施例中,由于所述台阶侧面211b与所述第一腔壁111之间具有所述第一间隙212,所述台阶底面211a与所述第二腔壁112之间具有所述第二间隙213,因而为了填补所述第一间隙212以及所述第二间隙213,从而防止水或者灰尘进入所述第一间隙212以及第二间隙213,因此,所述防水胶30喷设于所述台阶底面211a以及所述台阶侧面211b上,并抵接于所述第一腔壁111以及第二腔壁112之间。
进一步地,所述防水胶30与所述台阶底面211a为过盈配合,从而能够进一步地防止水或者灰尘从所述台阶211上进入。优选地,所述防水胶30与所述台阶底面211a的过盈量范围为0.03mm(毫米)至0.10mm,例如,所述过盈量为0.03mm、0.035 mm、0. 04 mm、0.045 mm、0. 05 mm、0.055 mm、0. 06 mm、0.065 mm、0. 07 mm、0.075 mm、0. 08 mm、0.085 mm、0. 09 mm、0.095 mm、0.1 mm,从而能够使得所述防水胶30与所述台阶211之间的粘接力度较高,保证所述防水胶30与所述台阶211不会轻易分离。
所述防水胶30为软质胶,所述防水胶30通过喷胶机(图中未标识)喷设于所述台阶底面211a以及所述台阶侧面211b上,并沿所述台阶211的延伸方向形成一闭合的胶路,从而能够防止所述玻璃盖板20外部的液体或者灰尘经由所述玻璃盖板20进入所述第一间隙212以及第二间隙213内部;同时,由于所述防水胶30沿所述台阶211的延伸方向形成闭合胶路,从而能够防止断胶、挂胶问题,进一步保证防水效果。其中,所述防水胶30具有第二柔软度,即,所述软质胶具有所述第二柔软度。所述第二柔软度小于所述第一柔软度。本实施例中,为了保证防水效果,所述防水胶30采用所述软质胶,从而能够快速进行粘接,从而保证粘接的紧密性,进一步保证防水效果。此外,由于所述防水胶30为所述软质胶,而所述保护框架10采用所述硬质胶,采用这种软硬胶结合的方式,能够使得所述防水胶30与所述保护框架10的粘接更为紧密,进而进一步保证防水效果。所述防水胶30通过所述喷胶机进行喷射,并沿所述台阶211的延伸方向形成所述胶路,从而能够将所述玻璃盖板20与所述收容腔11粘接起来,同时,还可填补所述玻璃盖板20与所述收容腔11之间的间隙,以防止水或者灰尘经由所述间隙进入而导致内部电路出现短路或者落灰而导致清理不便的问题。
进一步地,由于所述防水胶30沿所述台阶底面211a形成所述胶路,从而能够对所述玻璃盖板20起到缓冲作用,防止所述玻璃盖板20受到外力撞击或者挤压而出现损坏等情况。
进一步地,所述防水胶30的高度为0.2mm(毫米)至0.3mm,例如,所述高度为0.2mm、0.21 mm、0.22 mm、0.23 mm、0.24 mm、0.25 mm、0.26 mm、0.27 mm、0.28 mm、0.29 mm、0.3 mm,即所述胶路的高度处于0.2mm至0.3mm的范围内,从而能够保证所述防水胶30能够与所述玻璃盖板20之间的配合为过盈配合,也能够保证其过盈量符合要求,同时,也能起到相应地连接缓冲作用。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,所述防水胶30的高度还可根据实际情况进行调整,如0.3mm至0.4mm等。
压紧时,将所述防水胶30通过喷胶机喷设于所述台阶211的台阶底面211a以及台阶侧面211b上,此时,可通过调整所述喷胶机的喷胶速度以及频率来控制所述防水胶30在所述台阶底面211a上内成的所述胶路的高度。将所述玻璃盖板20与所述防水胶30通过预压设备或者保压设备进行预压,并保证所述玻璃盖板20与所述防水胶30之间能够具有预设的过盈量,从而使得玻璃盖板20与防水胶30之间能够具有良好的防水效果。由于所述防水胶30占用空间小,并且由于所述防水胶30的材质为所述软质胶,所述保护框架10为所述硬质胶,故而能够保证粘接效果,同时也能够防止所述防水胶30出现断胶、挂胶的现象,有利于保证所述玻璃盖板20以及所述保护框架10的防水防尘密封性,此外,由于所述防水胶30为所述软质胶,故而不占用所述玻璃盖板20以及所述保护框架10的多余空间,有利于提高所述终端前盖组件100的结构紧凑性。
进一步地,所述终端还包括控制组件(图中未标识),所述控制组件与所述后盖连接。所述控制组件用以控制所述终端前盖组件100实现显示功能。具体地,所述控制组件控制所述显示屏显示图像信息。所述显示屏叠设于所述玻璃盖板20的下方,以将所述图像信息经由所述玻璃盖板20透射出去。
本发明提供的终端前盖组件1000,通过在所述玻璃盖板20的所述第一侧面21边缘设置所述台阶211,并且所述台阶211环绕所述第一侧面21设置,所述台阶211包括所述台阶侧面211b以及所述台阶底面211a,所述台阶侧面211b与所述收容腔11的所述第一腔壁111之间具有所述第一间隙212,所述台阶底面211a与所述收容腔11的所述第二腔壁112之间具有所述第二间隙213,所述防水胶30设于所述台阶底面211a、所述第一腔壁111以及所述第二腔壁112上,从而能够填充所述第一间隙212以及所述第二间隙213,从而能够防止外部的水从所述玻璃盖板20处渗入所述第一间隙212以及所述第二间隙213内而导致终端内部设置的电路进水的问题。此外,还可防止外部的灰尘掉落或进入所述玻璃盖板20与壳体之间,进而达到防水防尘的效果。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施例,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种终端前盖组件,其特征在于,所述终端前盖组件包括保护框架、玻璃盖板以及防水胶,所述保护框架包括收容腔,所述收容腔包括第一腔壁以及与所述第一腔壁连接的第二腔壁,所述玻璃盖板部分收容于所述保护框架内,所述玻璃盖板包括上表面以及围绕所述上表面设置的第一侧面,所述上表面为出光面,所述第一侧面的边缘处设置有台阶,所述台阶环绕所述第一侧面设置,所述台阶包括台阶底面以及台阶侧面,所述台阶侧面与所述第一腔壁之间具有第一间隙,所述台阶底面与所述第二腔壁之间具有第二间隙,所述防水胶设于所述台阶底面、所述第一腔壁以及所述第二腔壁上,以填补所述第一间隙以及所述第二间隙。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的终端前盖组件,其特征在于,所述第一腔壁为所述收容腔的顶壁,所述第二腔壁为围合于所述第一腔壁的第二侧面,所述第一腔壁与所述第二腔壁之间的连接部位为圆角。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的终端前盖组件,其特征在于,所述第一侧面包括第一部分以及第二部分,所述第一部分设有所述台阶,所述第二部分与所述上表面连接,并且所述第二部分为曲面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的终端前盖组件,其特征在于,所述防水胶与所述台阶侧面过盈配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的终端前盖组件,其特征在于,所述防水胶与所述台阶侧面的过盈量范围为0.03毫米至0.10毫米。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的终端前盖组件,其特征在于,所述防水胶沿所述台阶的延伸方向形成一闭合的胶路。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的终端前盖组件,其特征在于,所述保护框架具有第一柔软度,所述防水胶具有第二柔软度,所述第二柔软度小于所述第一柔软度。
  8. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括后盖、控制组件以及终端前盖组件,所述后盖具有一收容空间,所述终端前盖组件以及所述控制组件收容于所述收容空间内,所述控制组件与所述终端前盖组件连接,用以控制所述终端前盖组件实现显示功能;
    所述终端前盖组件包括保护框架、玻璃盖板以及防水胶,所述保护框架包括收容腔,所述收容腔包括第一腔壁以及与所述第一腔壁连接的第二腔壁,所述玻璃盖板部分收容于所述保护框架内,所述玻璃盖板包括上表面以及围绕所述上表面设置的第一侧面,所述上表面为出光面,所述第一侧面的边缘处设置有台阶,所述台阶环绕所述第一侧面设置,所述台阶包括台阶底面以及台阶侧面,所述台阶侧面与所述第一腔壁之间具有第一间隙,所述台阶底面与所述第二腔壁之间具有第二间隙,所述防水胶设于所述台阶底面、所述第一腔壁以及所述第二腔壁上,以填补所述第一间隙以及所述第二间隙。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的终端,其特征在于,所述第一腔壁为所述收容腔的顶壁,所述第二腔壁为围合于所述第一腔壁的第二侧面,所述第一腔壁与所述第二腔壁之间的连接部位为圆角。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的终端,其特征在于,所述第一侧面包括第一部分以及第二部分,所述第一部分设有所述台阶,所述第二部分与所述上表面连接,并且所述第二部分为曲面。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的终端,其特征在于,所述防水胶与所述台阶侧面过盈配合。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的终端,其特征在于,所述防水胶与所述台阶侧面的过盈量范围为0.03毫米至0.10毫米。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的终端,其特征在于,所述防水胶沿所述台阶的延伸方向形成一闭合的胶路。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的终端前盖组件,其特征在于,所述保护框架具有第一柔软度,所述防水胶具有第二柔软度,所述第二柔软度小于所述第一柔软度。
  15. 一种终端前盖组件,其特征在于,所述终端前盖组件包括保护框架、玻璃盖板以及防水胶,所述保护框架包括收容腔,所述收容腔包括第一腔壁以及与所述第一腔壁连接的第二腔壁,所述玻璃盖板部分收容于所述保护框架内,所述玻璃盖板包括第一侧面,所述第一侧面的边缘处设置有台阶,所述台阶环绕所述第一侧面设置,所述防水胶设于所述台阶上并包覆所述台阶,以填补所述玻璃盖板与所述保护框架之间的间隙。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的终端前盖组件,其特征在于,所述第一腔壁为所述收容腔的顶壁,所述第二腔壁为围合于所述第一腔壁的第二侧面,所述第一腔壁与所述第二腔壁之间的连接部位为圆角。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的终端前盖组件,其特征在于,所述第一侧面包括第一部分以及第二部分,所述第一部分设有所述台阶,所述第二部分与所述上表面连接,并且所述第二部分为曲面。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的终端前盖组件,其特征在于,所述防水胶与所述台阶侧面过盈配合。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的终端前盖组件,其特征在于,所述防水胶与所述台阶侧面的过盈量范围为0.03毫米至0.10毫米。
  20. 根据权利要求15所述的终端前盖组件,其特征在于,所述防水胶沿所述台阶的延伸方向形成一闭合的胶路。
