其中,所述防水胶为热熔胶,所述防水胶通过喷胶机喷设于所述容胶槽内,并沿所述容胶槽环绕形成胶路。
其中,所述防水胶的横截面的高度处于0.2毫米至0.3毫米的范围内,所述高度为所述横截面中所述防水胶远离所述容胶槽的底部的一端与靠近所述容胶槽的底部的一端的距离。
其中,所述防水胶与所述盖板玻璃的侧壁之间具有预压干涉量,以使所述防水胶压紧于所述盖板玻璃的侧壁以及所述收容腔的腔壁之间。
其中,所述盖板玻璃的侧壁上与所述容胶槽对应的位置开设有凹槽,所述防水胶喷设于所述容胶槽以及所述凹槽内,并且所述防水胶压紧于所述容胶槽的槽壁以及所述凹槽的槽壁之间。
有益效果
本发明提供的终端盖体组件,通过在壳体的腔壁上开设有环绕收容腔周缘设置的容胶槽,并且盖板玻璃的侧壁与收容腔的腔壁之间具有间隙,将防水胶设于容胶槽内,然后将防水胶压紧于盖板玻璃的侧壁以及收容腔的腔壁之间,从而能够填充盖板玻璃与收容腔的腔壁之间的间隙的同时,还可以防止外部的水渗入盖板玻璃与壳体之间而导致壳体内部设置的电路进水的问题,同时,还可防止外部的灰尘掉落或进入盖板玻璃与壳体之间,从而达到防水防尘的效果。

本发明的最佳实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请一并参阅图1至图3,本发明提供一种终端,所述终端包括本体以及终端盖体组件100,所述终端盖体组件100与所述本体固定连接。所述本体包括盖板玻璃20。
所述终端可以是包括但不限于手机、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、平板电脑等移动通讯设备。本实施例中,以所述终端为手机为例进行说明。
所述终端盖体组件用于与所述终端的所述本体连接。所述终端盖体组件100包括壳体10以及防水胶30。所述壳体10具有收容腔(图中未标识),所述收容腔的腔壁上开设有一条环绕所述收容腔的周缘设置的容胶槽111。所述本体的盖板玻璃20收容并固定于所述收容腔内,即,所述收容腔用于收容并固定所述盖板玻璃20,所述盖板玻璃20的侧壁与所述收容腔的腔壁之间具有间隙21。所述防水胶30设于所述容胶槽111内,并且所述防水胶30压紧于所述盖板玻璃20的侧壁以及所述收容腔的腔壁之间,用以填补所述间隙21,以防止液体、灰尘等通过所述间隙21进入到所述本体中,具体地,所述防水胶30用于在所述收容腔收容并固定所述终端的所述本体的盖板玻璃20时使得所述防水胶30沿所述容胶槽在所述收容腔的周缘填补/填充所述盖板玻璃20的侧壁与所述收容腔的腔壁之间的间隙21,即,所述防水胶30用于在所述收容腔收容并固定所述终端的所述本体的盖板玻璃20时压紧于所述盖板玻璃20的侧壁以及所述收容腔的腔壁之间,用以填补所述间隙21。
本发明提供的终端盖体组件100,通过在所述壳体10的收容腔的腔壁上开设有一条环绕所述收容腔的周缘设置的容胶槽111,然后将所述盖板玻璃20收容并固定于所述收容腔内,然后将防水胶30设于所述容胶槽111内,并且所述防水胶30通过所述盖板玻璃20的侧壁以及所述收容腔的腔壁压紧,由于所述盖板玻璃20的侧壁与所述收容腔的腔壁之间具有所述间隙21,所述防水胶30填补所述间隙21,因此本发明可以防止所述盖板玻璃20、所述壳体10外部的水渗入所述收容腔内部,或者防止所述盖板玻璃20、壳体10外部的灰尘掉落入所述收容腔内部,从而达到防水防尘的效果。由于所述收容腔的腔壁开设有所述容胶槽111,因此所述防水胶30可通过喷设的方式设置于所述容胶槽111内,而无需针对所述终端额外设置防水结构,从而有利于减少所述终端的部件组装工序,以及有利于避免因占用所述终端的整体的空间而增加所述终端的整体的厚度。
所述壳体10包括背板12以及金属框架13,所述金属框架13围合于所述背板12周缘,所述金属框架13与所述背板12形成所述收容腔,所述容胶槽111开设于所述金属框架13上,具体地,所述容胶槽111开设于所述金属框架13的内侧壁上,并且,所述容胶槽111的开口朝向所述收容腔。本实施例中,所述背板12可为塑料板或者金属板,所述背板12为方形板,并且所述背板12的四个边角均为圆角过渡,以增强所述终端盖体组件100的整体外观装饰效果。所述金属框架13为一个方形框架,并且为了便于与所述背板12的周缘配合,所述金属框架13的边角处均为圆角过渡,从而能够便于用户的握持,提高用户握持舒适感,进而提高用户体验。所述金属框架13与所述背板12固定连接并围合,以形成所述收容腔。具体地,所述金属框架13与所述背板12的周缘粘接,以保证所述金属框架13与所述背板12的连接紧密性。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,所述金属框架13还可通过其他方式与所述背板12固定连接,如在所述金属框架13上设置卡扣或者卡槽,然后在所述背板12上相对应设置卡槽或者卡扣,通过将所述金属框架13与所述背板12扣合即可。此外,所述金属框架13与所述背板12还可一体成型,从而便于加工的同时,也减少部件装配。
本实施例中,所述容胶槽111环绕所述收容腔,以形成环形槽,从而便于后续所述防水胶30的喷胶工序的实施,同时也保证所述终端盖体组件100的防水效果。所述容胶槽111的横截面为U形或者方形,并且所述容胶槽111的深度处于0.05mm(毫米)至0.25mm的范围内,例如,所述深度为0.05mm、0.06mm、0.07mm、0.08mm、0.09mm、0.1mm、0.11mm、0.12mm、0.13mm、0.14mm、0.15mm、0.16mm、0.17mm、0.18mm、0.19mm、0.2mm、0.21mm、0.22mm、0.23mm、0.24mm、0.25mm。由于数控机床的加工精度高,并且能够加工较小尺寸的部件,因此,所述容胶槽111通过数控机床(CNC)加工形成。所述容胶槽111的宽度处于为0.4mm至2mm的范围内,例如,所述宽度为0.4mm、0.52mm、0.67mm、0.73mm、0.89mm、0.92mm、1.08mm、1.21mm、1.36mm、1.49mm、1.56mm、1.65mm、1.77mm、1.84mm、1.95mm、2mm。所述宽度处于为0.4mm至2mm的范围这一特征可以保证所述容胶槽111容置所述防水胶30,还可保证所述收容腔的腔壁强度。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,所述容胶槽111的横截面还可为圆形、椭圆形或者波浪形等。所述容胶槽111的宽度还可根据实际加工情况调整,如0.3mm或者0.35mm等。所述容胶槽111的深度也可根据实际加工情况调整。
所述盖板玻璃20固定于所述收容腔内。本实施例中,所述盖板玻璃20为方形板状结构,并且为了保证所述盖板玻璃20与所述收容腔能够配合,所述盖板玻璃20的边角为圆角过渡。为了便于透光,所述盖板玻璃20为透光玻璃。所述终端还包括显示屏(图中未标识),所述盖板玻璃20的所在的平面平行于所述显示屏的上表面。所述盖板玻璃20为矩形板件。所述盖板玻璃20能够增强对所述显示屏的透光性,增强所述终端的视觉效果。另外,所述盖板玻璃20为透明的硬质板件,从而能够对所述终端的内部零件起到良好的保护作用,并且能够实现良好的透光作用。
进一步地,所述盖板玻璃20的厚度处于0.3mm至2.0mm的范围内,从而使得所述盖板玻璃20在保证所述终端能够具有足够的强度的同时,还可以使得所述终端的厚度更薄,进一步满足对所述终端极薄的要求。
本实施例中,为了便于与所述容胶槽111配合,并且便于容置所述防水胶30,使得所述防水胶30能够与所述容胶槽111以及所述盖板玻璃20之间的连接更为紧密,所述盖板玻璃20的侧壁上与所述容胶槽111对应的位置开设有凹槽(图中未标识),所述凹槽可通过数控机床(CNC)加工形成,以获得较佳的加工精度。所述凹槽可为方形槽或者U形槽,并且所述凹槽的深度以及宽度均可与所述容胶槽111相同。当然,可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,所述凹槽还可为圆形槽或者椭圆形槽等。所述凹槽的深度以及宽度还可根据实际加工情况调整选择。
所述防水胶30为热熔胶,所述防水胶30通过喷胶机(图中未标识)喷设于所述容胶槽111内,并沿所述容胶槽111环绕形成胶路。本实施例中,为了保证防水效果,所述防水胶30采用热熔胶,以确保所述防水胶30能够快速地粘接所述盖板玻璃20和所述壳体10,并保证粘接的紧密性,进一步保证防水效果。此外,由于热熔胶的热熔特性,所述防水胶30能够多次进行加热粘接,故而能够降低成本。所述防水胶30通过所述喷胶机进行喷射,并沿所述容胶槽111形成所述胶路,从而能够将所述盖板玻璃20与所述收容腔粘接起来,同时,还可填补所述盖板玻璃20与所述收容腔之间的间隙21,以防止水或者灰尘经由所述间隙21进入而导致内部电路出现短路或者落灰而导致清理不便的问题。
进一步地,所述防水胶30可同时喷设于所述容胶槽111以及所述凹槽内,并且所述防水胶30压紧于所述容胶槽111的槽壁以及所述凹槽的槽壁之间,所述防水胶30填补所述间隙21,进一步保证所述盖板玻璃20与所述收容腔之间的连接紧密性,同时进一步增强所述盖板玻璃20与所述收容腔之间的防水防尘效果。
进一步地,由于所述防水胶30沿所述容胶槽111形成所述胶路,从而能够对所述盖板玻璃20起到缓冲作用,防止所述盖板玻璃20受到外力撞击或者挤压而出现损坏等情况。
本实施例中,所述防水胶30的横截面的高度处于0.2mm至0.3mm的范围内,即所述胶路的横截面的高度处于0.2mm至0.3mm的范围内,所述高度为所述横截面中所述防水胶30远离所述容胶槽111的底部的一端与靠近所述容胶槽111的底部的一端的距离,从而能够保证所述防水胶30能够填补所述间隙21,同时,也能起到相应地连接缓冲作用。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,所述防水胶30的高度还可根据实际情况进行调整,如0.3~0.4mm等。
所述防水胶30与所述盖板玻璃20的侧壁之间具有预压干涉量,以使所述防水胶30压紧于所述盖板玻璃20的侧壁以及所述收容腔的腔壁之间。本实施例中,所述预压干涉量可为0.2mm,所述防水胶30可通过外接预压设备或者外接保压设备进行压紧,以使所述盖板玻璃20与所述防水胶30能够达到预设的干涉量,进而保证压紧防水防尘效果。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,所述预压干涉量还可为0.1mm或者0.25mm等。
所述终端还包括控制组件(图中未标识)以及显示屏(图中未标识),所述控制组件以及所述显示屏均与所述本体连接。所述控制组件用以控制所述显示屏显示图像信息。本实施例中,所述控制组件可为设于所述本体上的芯片,所述显示屏与所述终端盖体组件100的玻璃盖板20连接。具体地,所述显示屏叠设于所述玻璃盖板20的下方,从而能够将图像信息经由所述玻璃盖板20显示出去。
压紧时,将所述防水胶30通过喷胶机喷设于所述容胶槽111内,此时,可通过调整所述喷胶机的喷胶速度以及频率来控制所述防水胶30在所述容胶槽111内形成的所述胶路的高度。将所述盖板玻璃20与所述防水胶30通过预压设备或者保压设备进行预压,并保证所述盖板玻璃20与所述防水胶30达到所述预压干涉量。当所述防水胶30固化后,此时,所述防水胶30填补所述间隙21,即所述防水胶30将所述盖板玻璃20以及所述收容腔的腔壁连接起来,从而阻隔掉所述盖板玻璃20外部的水或者灰尘进入,进而达到防水防尘效果。由于所述防水胶30占用空间小,并且由于所述防水胶30的热熔胶特性,故而能够保证粘接效果的同时,也减少所述终端盖体组件100的占用空间,减少所述盖板玻璃20与所述收容腔的腔壁之间的装配,提高所述终端盖体组件100的结构紧凑性。
本发明提供的终端盖体组件100,通过在所述壳体10的腔壁上开设有环绕所述收容腔周缘的所述容胶槽111,并且将所述防水胶30喷设于所述容胶槽111内,然后将所述防水胶30压紧于所述盖板玻璃20的侧壁以及所述收容腔的腔壁之间,从而能够填充所述盖板玻璃20与所述收容腔的腔壁之间的间隙21,防止外部的水渗入所述盖板玻璃20与所述壳体10之间而导致所述壳体10内部设置的电路进水,同时,还可防止外部的灰尘掉落或进入所述盖板玻璃20与所述壳体10之间,从而达到防水防尘的效果。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施例,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种终端盖体组件,所述终端盖体组件用于与终端的本体连接,其特征在于,所述终端盖体组件包括壳体和防水胶,所述壳体设有收容腔,所述收容腔的腔壁上设置有容胶槽,所述容胶槽环绕所述收容腔的周缘,所述防水胶设置于所述容胶槽内,所述防水胶用于在所述收容腔收容并固定所述终端的所述本体的盖板玻璃时使得所述防水胶沿所述容胶槽在所述收容腔的周缘填补所述盖板玻璃的侧壁与所述收容腔的腔壁之间的间隙。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的终端盖体组件,其特征在于,所述壳体包括背板以及金属框架,所述金属框架围合于所述背板周缘,所述金属框架与所述背板形成所述收容腔,所述容胶槽开设于所述金属框架上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的终端盖体组件,其特征在于,所述防水胶为热熔胶,所述防水胶沿所述容胶槽环绕形成胶路。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的终端盖体组件,其特征在于,所述防水胶的横截面的高度处于0.2毫米至0.3毫米的范围内,所述高度为所述横截面中所述防水胶远离所述容胶槽的底部的一端与靠近所述容胶槽的底部的一端的距离。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的终端盖体组件,其特征在于,所述防水胶与所述盖板玻璃的侧壁之间具有预压干涉量,以使所述防水胶压紧于所述盖板玻璃的侧壁以及所述收容腔的腔壁之间。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的终端盖体组件,其特征在于,所述容胶槽的深度处于0.05毫米至0.25毫米的范围内。
  7. 一种终端盖体组件,所述终端盖体组件用于与终端的本体连接,其特征在于,所述终端盖体组件包括壳体以及防水胶,所述壳体具有收容腔,所述收容腔的腔壁上开设有一条环绕所述收容腔的周缘设置的容胶槽,所述防水胶设于所述容胶槽内,所述防水胶用于在所述收容腔收容并固定所述终端的所述本体的盖板玻璃时压紧于所述盖板玻璃的侧壁以及所述收容腔的腔壁之间,用以填补所述间隙。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的终端盖体组件,其特征在于,所述壳体包括背板以及金属框架,所述金属框架围合于所述背板周缘,所述金属框架与所述背板形成所述收容腔,所述容胶槽开设于所述金属框架上。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的终端盖体组件,其特征在于,所述容胶槽的横截面为U形或方形,并且所述容胶槽的深度处于0.05毫米至0.25毫米的范围内。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的终端盖体组件,其特征在于,所述防水胶为热熔胶,所述防水胶通过喷胶机喷设于所述容胶槽内,并沿所述容胶槽环绕形成胶路。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的终端盖体组件,其特征在于,所述防水胶的横截面的高度处于0.2毫米至0.3毫米的范围内,所述高度为所述横截面中所述防水胶远离所述容胶槽的底部的一端与靠近所述容胶槽的底部的一端的距离。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的终端盖体组件,其特征在于,所述防水胶与所述盖板玻璃的侧壁之间具有预压干涉量,以使所述防水胶压紧于所述盖板玻璃的侧壁以及所述收容腔的腔壁之间。
  13. 根据权利要求7所述的终端盖体组件,其特征在于,所述盖板玻璃的侧壁上与所述容胶槽对应的位置开设有凹槽,所述防水胶喷设于所述容胶槽以及所述凹槽内,并且所述防水胶压紧于所述容胶槽的槽壁以及所述凹槽的槽壁之间。
  14. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括本体、控制组件、显示屏以及终端盖体组件;
    所述控制组件、显示屏以及所述终端盖体组件与所述本体连接,所述控制组件用以控制所述显示屏显示图像信息,所述终端盖体组件与所述显示屏固定连接;
    所述本体包括盖板玻璃;
    所述终端盖体组件包括壳体以及防水胶,所述壳体具有收容腔,所述收容腔的腔壁上开设有一条环绕所述收容腔的周缘设置的容胶槽,所述防水胶设于所述容胶槽内,所述防水胶用于在所述收容腔收容并固定所述盖板玻璃时压紧于所述盖板玻璃的侧壁以及所述收容腔的腔壁之间,用以填补所述间隙。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的终端,其特征在于,所述壳体包括背板以及金属框架,所述金属框架围合于所述背板周缘,所述金属框架与所述背板形成所述收容腔,所述容胶槽开设于所述金属框架上。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的终端,其特征在于,所述容胶槽的横截面为U形或方形,并且所述容胶槽的深度处于0.05毫米至0.25毫米的范围内。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的终端,其特征在于,所述防水胶为热熔胶,所述防水胶通过喷胶机喷设于所述容胶槽内,并沿所述容胶槽环绕形成胶路。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的终端,其特征在于,所述防水胶的横截面的高度处于0.2毫米至0.3毫米的范围内,所述高度为所述横截面中所述防水胶远离所述容胶槽的底部的一端与靠近所述容胶槽的底部的一端的距离。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的终端,其特征在于,所述防水胶与所述盖板玻璃的侧壁之间具有预压干涉量,以使所述防水胶压紧于所述盖板玻璃的侧壁以及所述收容腔的腔壁之间。
  20. 根据权利要求15所述的终端,其特征在于,所述盖板玻璃的侧壁上与所述容胶槽对应的位置开设有凹槽,所述防水胶喷设于所述容胶槽以及所述凹槽内,并且所述防水胶压紧于所述容胶槽的槽壁以及所述凹槽的槽壁之间。
