扬声器3,所述扬声器3安装于所述支架2,且至少部分所述扬声器3设置在所述第二容纳槽22内,所述扬声器3具有第二出音口,所述第二出音口与所述第一开孔21连通。
该实施例中,所述扬声器组件的壳体1具有第一出音口11,所述第一出音口11为电子设备受话器部位的出音口,显示在电子设备的壳体表面,受话器内部发出的声音由所述第一出音口11传出。所述壳体1内部开设有所述第一容纳槽12,用于安装所述扬声器3以及安装用于固定所述扬声器3的支架2。图1中的局部A和局部B如图3和图4所示,所述支架2可以通过支架双面胶25与所述第一容纳槽12的内表面固定。
所述支架2具有第二容纳槽22,用于安装所述扬声器3,即所述扬声器3至少部分固定设置在所述第二容纳槽22内,如图3所示,所述扬声器3可以通过扬声器双面胶31与所述第二容纳槽22的内表面固定。其中,所述支架2邻近所述第一出音口11的一侧开设有所述第一开孔21,所述第一开孔21与所述第二容纳槽22连通,且所述第一开孔21通过所述出音通道13与所述第一出音口11连通,这样所述第二容纳槽22、所述第一开孔21、所述出音通道13以及所述第一出音口11形成为连通的空间,所述第二容纳槽22内的所述扬声器3通过所述第二出音口发出声音,经所述第一开孔21和所述出音通道13传输至所述第一出音口11,并由所述第一出音口11传出电子设备。
可选地,所述扬声器双面胶31可以为强弱胶,厚度可以设置为0.05mm-0.15mm,弱胶面朝向所述扬声器3,扬声器3通过所述扬声器双面胶31与支架2密封固定。
该实施例中,在所述扬声器组件的壳体内部设置第一容纳槽,将安装有扬声器的支架设置在所述第一容纳槽内,且所述扬声器安装在所述支架的第二容纳槽内,扬声器发出的声音通过第一开孔、出音通道以及第一出音口传出电子设备,在满足音频需求和可靠性的同时,能够在有限的空间内改善扬声器前腔环境,节省叠层厚度空间,满足终端轻薄化发展需求。
可选地,所述扬声器组件还包括:防尘网5,所述防尘网5与所述支架2连接,所述防尘网5覆盖于所述第一开孔21的邻近所述第一出音口11的一侧,由此,能够避免从所述第一出音口11进入的灰尘落入所述扬声器3内影响音质。如图1所示,所述防尘网5可以通过防尘网双面胶52与所述支架2的邻近所述第一出音口11的一侧表面固定。
可选地,所述扬声器组件还包括:支撑件4,所述支撑件4位于所述支架2和所述防尘网5之间,所述支撑件4与所述支架2相连,且所述支撑件4覆盖所述第一开孔21的部分区域。
所述支撑件4设置在所述第一开孔21邻近所述第一出音孔11的一侧,覆盖所述第一开孔21的部分区域,由于所述第一开孔21远离所述第一出音孔11的一侧为所述第二容纳槽22,且所述第二容纳槽22内安装有所述扬声器3,所述支撑件4能够防止所述第一开孔21上方的防尘网5等部件下陷,避免损坏所述扬声器3,同时能够避免所述第一开孔21上方的部件下陷接触所述扬声器3的振膜引起音杂。
如图1和图2所示,所述支架2的邻近所述第一出音口11的一侧设有第三容纳槽23;所述第三容纳槽23与所述第一开孔21相连通;所述支撑件4的端部伸入所述第三容纳槽23内且与所述第三容纳槽23相连。
所述第三容纳槽23为所述支撑件4的安装槽,可以开设在所述第一开孔21相对的两个侧边相邻的位置,且与所述第一开孔21连通,形成顶面和侧面开口的槽体,所述支撑件4的端部固定在所述第三容纳槽23内。具体地,所述第三容纳槽23在所述第一开孔21的侧边的位置可以根据需求设置,为了保证所述支撑件4的最佳的支撑效果,如图3所示,所述第三容纳槽23位于所述第一开孔21的侧边的中间位置。
所述第三容纳槽23可以为相对设置的两个,每个所述第三容纳槽23与 所述第一开孔21连通,所述支撑件4的两端分别伸入对应的所述第三容纳槽23内。
所述支撑件4的两端分别固定在相对的两个所述第三容纳槽23内。可选地,为了保证所述支撑件4的最佳的支撑效果,两个所述第一容置槽23分别位于所述第一开孔21的两个相对侧边的中间位置。
具体地,如图2所示,所述支撑件4包括第一连接部、第二连接部和支撑部,所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部分别通过连接件41连接于对应的所述第三容纳槽23内,所述支撑部悬空设置。所述第一连接部用于与一个所述第三容纳槽23固定连接,至少部分所述第一连接部伸入所述第三容纳槽23内;所述第二连接部用于与相对的另一侧的所述第三容纳槽23固定连接,至少部分所述第二连接部伸入另一侧的所述第三容纳槽23内;所述支撑部连接所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部。所述支撑部悬空设置在所述第一开孔21邻近所述第一出音孔11的一侧,用于支撑所述防尘网5。所述撑件4可以为不锈钢片,能够更好地实现支撑效果,稳定性好,可靠性高。
所述连接件41用于实现所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部与所述第三容纳槽23的固定连接,所述连接件可以为支撑件双面胶。对于所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部,分别设置一个所述连接件41。其中,所述第三容纳槽23的深度可以设置为0.14mm-0.22,所述支撑件4的厚度可以设置为0.05mm-0.15mm,所述连接件41的厚度设置为0.04mm-0.06mm,所述支架2的厚度H设置为0.35mm-0.45mm。这样,能够满足整机的轻薄化设计,有效节省厚度空间。
所述防尘网5、所述防尘网双面胶52、所述支撑件4、所述连接件41以及所述第三容纳槽23之间的连接结构如图3所示,图3为图1中的局部A的放大图。其中,扬声器3至少部分设置在所述第二容纳槽22内,且所述扬声器3与所述支架2通过扬声器双面胶31固定连接;所述支撑件4的第一连接部伸入所述第三容纳槽23内,且通过所述连接件41固定在所述第三容纳槽23内;所述支撑件4位于所述支架2和所述防尘网5之间,所述防尘网5通过所述防尘网双面胶52与所述支撑件4固定连接。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例中的支架双面胶25、扬声器双面胶31、防 尘网双面胶52均可以为其他形式的连接件,本申请实施例中仅以双面胶作为示例。
如图1和图2所示,所述支架2的朝向所述第一出音口11的位置设置有积灰槽24,所述第一出音口11的正投影覆盖至少部分覆盖所述积灰槽24。所述积灰槽24用于容纳由所述第一出音口11进入的灰尘,所述积灰槽24的开设位置需要对应所述第一出音口11和出音通道13相连通的位置,即所述第一出音口11在所述支架2邻近所述第一出音口11的一侧表面的正投影至少部分覆盖至少部分所述积灰槽24,以使灰尘由所述第一出音口11进入后,经所述出音通道13落入所述积灰槽24内,灰尘可在所述积灰槽24内堆积,以减少进入受话器的灰尘量,长期使用能够有效改善灰尘积累导致的音杂问题。
所述积灰槽24可以沿所述第一开孔21的其中一侧边设置,即所述积灰槽24沿所述扬声器3的一个侧边延伸为长条型。具体地,所述积灰槽24的长度可以与相邻的所述第一开孔21的侧边相同,这样,所述第一出音口11进入的灰尘能够更多的落入所述积灰槽24内,从而减少进入所述第二容纳槽22的灰尘量,避免灰尘导致的音杂问题。可选地,所述积灰槽24的深度≥0.2mm。
所述壳体1、所述支架2、所述支架双面胶25、所述防尘网5、所述防尘网双面胶52以及所述第一容纳槽12直接的连接结构如图4所示,图4为图1中的局部B的放大图。其中,所述支架2设置于所述第一容纳槽12内,所述防尘网5通过所述防尘网双面胶52固定设置在所述支架2邻近所述第一出音口11的一侧表面,且所述防尘网5与所述壳体1之间通过所述支架双面胶25固定连接。如图4所示,所述支架2邻近所述第一出音口11的一侧还开设有所述积灰槽24,便于所述第一出音口11进入的灰尘能够落入所述积灰槽24内。
如图2所示,所述防尘网5上开设有第一通孔51;所述第一出音口11的正投影覆盖至少部分所述第一通孔52。所述第一通孔51用于供灰尘通过,由所述第一出音口11进入的灰尘,经所述出音通道13以及所述第一通孔51,落入所述积灰槽24内。
需要说明的是,所述防尘网5上的所述第一通孔51在所述支架2上的投影与所述积灰槽24重叠,这样能够保证灰尘能够落入所述积灰槽24内。其中,所述防尘网5通过所述防尘网双面胶52与所述支架2邻近所述第一出音口11的一侧表面固定连接,则所述防尘网双面胶52上也需要开设与所述积灰槽24和所述第一通孔51对应的开孔,以保证灰尘落入所述第一通孔51内。
可选地,所述防尘网5和所述防尘网双面胶52可以模切为一个组件,在所述支撑件4装配完成后再装配所述防尘网5,通过所述防尘网双面胶52与所述支架2固定,其中,所述防尘网双面胶52在所述支撑件4对应的位置需要设置双面胶连料位,使所述支撑件4与所述防尘网5粘接在一起,能够防止所述支撑件4在使用过程中松动。
在所述防尘网5装配完成后装配支架双面胶25,完成组装后的支架组件通过所述支架双面胶25与所述壳体1固定。所述支架组件可以包括:扬声器双面胶31、支架2、支撑件双面胶、支撑件4、防尘网双面胶52、防尘网5和支架双面胶25。其中,所述支架双面胶25的厚度可以为0.1mm,本申请实施例的壳体1到所述扬声器3之间的叠层厚度可以做到0.75mm,能够比传统的叠层厚度至少降低0.25mm,有效节省厚度空间,实现整机的轻薄化。
可选地,如图1所示,所述第一出音口11处设置有受话器装饰罩。所述受话器装饰罩部分显露于电子设备的外壳表面,能够对所述第一出音口11起到保护的作用,同时保证美观。
本申请的实施例,所述防尘网装配在支架与壳体之间,在防尘网与支架之间的中间位置设置支撑件,以防止所述防尘网下陷接触扬声器的振膜引起音杂。所述扬声器可以通过强弱胶与支架固定,其中强弱胶的厚度可以为0.1mm,能够在有限的空间内改善前腔环境,节省厚度叠层空间,满足整机的轻薄化需求。
本申请实施例还提供一种电子设备,包括上述的扬声器组件。所述电子设备可以为手机,本领域技术人员可以理解,除了手机作为终端设备之外,亦可适用于其它具备扬声器组件的电子设备,如平板电脑、电子书阅读器、动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3(,Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III,MP3)播放器、动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面4(Moving Picture Experts  Group Audio Layer IV,MP4)播放器、膝上型便携计算机、车载电脑、台式计算机、机顶盒、智能电视机、可穿戴设备等等均在本申请实施例的保护范围之内。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可。
尽管已描述了本申请实施例的优选实施例,但本领域内的技术人员一旦得知了基本创造性概念,则可对这些实施例做出另外的变更和修改。所以,所附权利要求意欲解释为包括优选实施例以及落入本申请实施例范围的所有变更和修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器组件,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体上开设有第一出音口和第一容纳槽,所述第一出音口与所述第一容纳槽通过出音通道连通;
    支架,所述支架安装于所述壳体,至少部分所述支架设置在所述第一容纳槽内,所述支架的远离所述第一出音口的一侧设置有第二容纳槽,所述支架的邻近所述第一出音口的一侧开设有第一开孔,所述第二容纳槽通过所述第一开孔与所述出音通道连通;
    扬声器,所述扬声器安装于所述支架,且至少部分所述扬声器设置在所述第二容纳槽内,所述扬声器具有第二出音口,所述第二出音口与所述第一开孔连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器组件,还包括:防尘网,所述防尘网与所述支架连接,所述防尘网覆盖于所述第一开孔的邻近所述第一出音口的一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器组件,还包括:支撑件,所述支撑件位于所述支架和所述防尘网之间,所述支撑件与所述支架相连,且所述支撑件覆盖所述第一开孔的部分区域。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器组件,其中,所述支架的邻近所述第一出音口的一侧设有第三容纳槽,所述第三容纳槽与所述第一开孔连通,所述支撑件的端部伸入所述第三容纳槽内且与所述第三容纳槽相连。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器组件,其中,所述第三容纳槽为相对设置的两个,每个所述第三容纳槽与所述第一开孔连通,所述支撑件的两端分别伸入对应的所述第三容纳槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器组件,其中,所述支撑件包括第一连接部、第二连接部和支撑部,所述第一连接部和所述第二连接部分别通过连接件连接于对应的所述第三容纳槽内,所述支撑部悬空设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器组件,其中,所述支架的朝向所述第一出音口的位置设有积灰槽,所述第一出音口的正投影覆盖至少部分所述积灰 槽。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器组件,其中,所述积灰槽沿所述扬声器的一个侧边延伸为长条型。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器组件,其中,所述防尘网上开设有第一通孔,所述第一出音口的正投影覆盖至少部分所述第一通孔。
  10. 一种电子设备,包括如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的扬声器组件。
