本公开提供了一种能够防止钞票遗忘后丢失的接钞机构,以及一种使用该接钞机构的钞票处理机。
本公开实施例采用以下技术方案:
一种接钞机构,包括机架、第一挡门、第二挡门以及钞票存储部;
所述第一挡门和所述第二挡门在所述机架内沿出钞方向依次设置,所述钞票存储部设置在所述第一挡门与所述第二挡门的下方,其中,所述第一挡门和所述第二挡门均具有封闭位置和打开位置;当所述第一挡门和所述第二挡门同时位于封闭位置时,所述第一挡门与所述第二挡门呈夹角对接形成接钞部并封闭所述钞票存储部的入口;当所述第一挡门和所述第二挡门同时位于打开位置时,所述第一挡门与所述第二挡门敞开所述钞票存储部的入口。
可选的,在所述机架内还具有钞票输送通道;
所述第一挡门通过第一转轴与所述机架枢接,以使所述第一挡门绕所述第一转轴的轴线转动,所述第一转轴的轴线沿所述钞票输送通道的宽度方向延伸;
所述第二挡门通过第二转轴与所述机架枢接,以使所述第二挡门绕所述第二转轴的轴线转动,所述第二转轴的轴线沿所述钞票输送通道的宽度方向延伸。
可选的,所述第一挡门包括用于支撑钞票的第一支撑板,所述第二挡门包括用于支撑钞票的第二支撑板,当所述第一挡门和所述第二挡门同时位于封闭位置时,沿出钞方向,所述第一支撑板与水平面之间呈钝角设置,所述第二支撑板与水平面之间呈锐角设置。
可选的,所述第一支撑板与所述第二支撑板之间呈钝角设置。
可选的,当所述第一挡门与所述第二挡门同时位于封闭位置时,所述第一挡门与所述第二挡门通过插接组件插接配合。
可选的,所述插接组件包括多个插槽和多个插板,所述多个插槽设置在所述第一挡门上且沿钞票输送通道的宽度方向间隔排布,所述多个插板设置在所述第二挡门上并与所述多个插槽一一对应;或者
所述多个插槽设置在所述第二挡门上且沿钞票输送通道的宽度方向间隔排布,所述多个插板设置在所述第一挡门上并与所述多个插槽一一对应。
可选的,还包括驱动组件,所述第一转轴和所述第二转轴与所述驱动组件传动连接。
可选的,所述驱动组件包括电机、蜗杆、蜗轮、驱动轴、凸轮,以及连杆,所述驱动轴的轴线平行于所述第一转轴的轴线并与所述机架枢接,所述蜗杆与所述电机的输出轴同轴固定连接,所述蜗轮套接在所述驱动轴上并与所述蜗杆啮合连接,所述凸轮固定安装在所述驱动轴的端部,所述连杆的第一端与所述凸轮枢接,第二端与所述第一挡门枢接,当所述凸轮绕所述驱动轴的轴线转动时,所述连杆可带动所述第一挡门和所述第一转轴一起绕所述第一转轴的轴线转动。
可选的,还包括设置在所述第一转轴和所述第二转轴之间的传动组件,所述传动组件用于将所述第一转轴的转矩传递给所述第二转轴,或者所述传动组件将所述第二转轴的转矩传递给所述第一转轴。
一种钞票处理机,包括上述任一项所述的接钞机构。
本公开提供的接钞机构通过设置沿出钞方向依次排布的第一挡门和第二挡门,当第一挡门和第二挡门同时位于封闭位置时,两个挡门呈夹角对接形成用于接收和叠放钞票的接钞部,便于使用者拿取钞票,当第一挡门和第二挡门同时位于打开位置时,钞票存储部上的入口敞开,两个挡门上的钞票落入钞票存储部内。与相关技术中的接钞机构相比,本公开提供的接钞机构可以在用户忘记取钞时能够将钞票回收,进而可以避免用户财产损失。

实施方式
下面结合附图并通过实施方式来说明本公开的技术方案。在不冲突的情况下,以下实施方式中的特征可以任意相互组合。
如图1至4所示,本实施例提供的接钞机构包括机架5、在机架5内沿出钞方向依次设置第一挡门1和第二挡门2,以及在第一挡门1与第二挡门2的下方设置的钞票存储部,其中,第一挡门1和第二挡门2均具有封闭位置和打开位置,当第一挡门1和第二挡门2同时位于封闭位置时,第一挡门1与第二挡门2呈夹角对接形成接钞部并封闭钞票存储部的入口;当第一挡门1和第二挡门2同时位于打开位置时,第一挡门1与第二挡门2间隔设置形成回收钞票的回钞 口并敞开钞票存储部的入口。
其中,机架5包括相对平行间隔设置的第一侧板51和第二侧板52,第一侧板51和第二侧板52之间形成钞票输送通道,即第一侧板51与第二侧板52之间的距离为钞票输送通道的宽度。
第一挡门1和第二挡门2均位于第一侧板51和第二侧板52之间,沿出钞方向,第一挡门1和第二挡门2依次排列,第一挡门1和第二挡门2分别通过自己的转轴与第一侧板51和第二侧板52枢接,第一挡门1和第二挡门2的转轴轴线均沿钞票输送通道的宽度方向延伸,在驱动组件3和传动组件4的作用下,第一挡门1和第二挡门2可以分别绕自己的转轴轴线同步反向转动,同时位于打开位置或封闭位置。参见图2,钞票存储部为设置在第一挡门1和第二挡门2下方的回收箱6,当第一挡门1与第二挡门2同时位于封闭位置时,第一挡门1与第二挡门2呈夹角对接形成接钞部,两挡门共同封闭回收箱6的入口。钞票处理机的叶轮吐出的钞票7将堆叠在第一挡门1和第二挡门2上;当第一挡门1和第二挡门2同时位于打开位置时,回收箱6的入口被打开,原来堆叠在第一挡门1和第二挡门2上的钞票7落入回收箱6内。
参见图2和图3,第一挡门1包括用于支撑钞票7的第一支撑板11,第二挡门2包括用于支撑钞票7的第二支撑板21,当第一挡门1与第二挡门2同时位于封闭位置时,沿出钞方向,第一支撑板11与水平面之间呈钝角设置,第二支撑板21与水平面之间呈锐角设置,第一支撑板11与第二支撑板21之间呈钝角设置。叶轮吐出的钞票7落在第一挡门1和第二挡门2上,钞票7的端面与第一挡门1的第一支撑板11抵接,钞票7的表面与第二挡门2的第二支撑板21接触,随着一张接一张的钞票被叶轮吐出,钞票7堆叠在第二挡门2上,由于第一支撑板11与第二支撑板21之间呈钝角设置,因此,以使钞票能够整齐的堆叠在第一挡门1与第二挡门2上,同时,钞票与水平面呈夹角地堆叠,也便于用户拿取。如图4所示,当第一挡门1和第二挡门2同时位于打开位置时,回收箱6的入口完全敞开,堆叠在第一挡门1和第二挡门2上的钞票7将落入回收箱6内。
可选的,第一挡门1通过第一转轴10与第一侧板51、第二侧板52枢接,第一挡门1可随第一转轴10一起绕第一转轴10的轴线转动,位于封闭位置或打开位置。第一挡门1还包括两个第一侧壁12,其中,第一支撑板11的宽度与钞票输送通道的宽度相适配,用于支撑堆叠的钞票7的端面;两个第一侧壁12 沿钞票输送通道的宽度方向位于第一支撑板11的两侧,两者均与第一支撑板11垂直连接;第一转轴10与第一支撑板11固定连接,第一转轴10的两端穿过第一挡门1的两个第一侧壁12后分别与机架5的第一侧板51和第二侧板52插接配合,第一转轴10可绕自身轴线相对于机架5转动,带动与所述第一转轴10固定连接的第一挡门1在封闭位置和打开位置之间转动。
第二挡门2通过第二转轴20与机架5的第一侧板51和第二侧板52枢接,具有封闭位置和打开位置,其中,第二转轴20通过传动组件4与第一转轴10传动连接,当第一转轴10绕自身转动时,带动第二转轴20及第二挡板2一起绕第二转轴20的轴线转动。可选的,第二挡门2还包括两个第二侧壁22,其中,第二支撑板21的宽度与钞票输送通道的宽度相适配,用于支撑堆叠的钞票7的表面;两个第二侧壁22沿钞票输送通道的宽度方向位于第二支撑板21的两侧,两者均与第二支撑板21垂直连接;第二转轴20与第二支撑板21固定连接,所述第二转轴20的两端穿过第二挡门2的两个第二侧壁22分别与机架5的第一侧板51和第二侧板52插接,同时,第二转轴20通过传动组件4与第一转轴10传动连接,当第一转轴10转动时,传动组件4可驱动第二转轴20绕自身轴线相对于机架5同步反向转动,并带动与传动组件4固定连接的第二挡门2相对于第一档门1同步反向转动,使第一挡门1和第二挡门2同时位于打开位置或封闭位置。
参见图3,当第一挡门1和第二挡门2同时位于封闭位置时,第一挡门1与第二挡门2通过插接组件插接配合,插接组件包括多个插板111和多个插槽211。
可选的,所述多个插槽211设置在所述第一挡门1上且沿钞票输送通道的宽度方向间隔排布,所述多个插板111设置在所述第二挡门2上并与所述多个插槽211一一对应;或者
所述多个插槽211设置在所述第二挡门2上且沿钞票输送通道的宽度方向间隔排布,所述多个插板111设置在所述第一挡门1上并与所述多个插槽211一一对应。
在本实施例中,插板111设置第一支撑板11上,沿钞票输送通道的宽度方向间隔排布,插槽211设置在第二支撑板21上,与插板111一一对应设置,当第一挡门1和第二挡门2同时位于封闭位置时,插板111与插槽211插接配合,如此设置可防止钞票7落在第一挡门1和第二挡门2上时插入第一支撑板11和第二支撑板21对接的缝隙内,造成设备故障。
驱动组件3包括电机31、蜗杆32、蜗轮33、驱动轴34、凸轮35,以及连杆36,驱动轴34的轴线平行于第一转轴10的轴线并与机架5枢接,驱动轴34可绕自身轴线转动,蜗杆32与电机31的输出轴同轴固定连接,蜗轮33套接在驱动轴34上并与蜗杆32啮合连接,凸轮35固定安装在驱动轴34的端部,连杆36的第一端与凸轮35枢接,第二端与第一挡门1枢接,当凸轮35绕驱动轴34的轴线转动时,连杆36可带动第一挡门1和第一转轴10一起绕第一转轴10的轴线转动。可选地,本实施例中驱动组件3包括两个凸轮35和两个连杆36,两个凸轮35分别固定套接在驱动轴34的两端,两个连杆36位于第一挡门1的两侧,每个连杆36连接在一个凸轮35与第一挡门1的一个第一侧壁12之间,当驱动轴34转动时,通过第一挡门1两侧的连杆36带动第一挡门1和第一转轴10转动,可使第一挡门1转动更加平稳。
传动组件4连接在第一转轴10和第二转轴20之间,用于将第一转轴10的转矩传递给第二转轴20,从而使驱动组件3在驱动第一挡门1转动时,第二挡门2与第一挡门1共同在设定角度范围内同步反向旋转,同时位于打开位置或者封闭位置。传动组件4可以是齿轮传动,也可以是带传动,本实施例中,传动组件4为齿轮传动,传动组件4至少包括第一齿轮41和第二齿轮42,其中,第一齿轮41固定套接在第一转轴10上,第二齿轮42固定套接在第二转轴20上,两者传动连接,当驱动组件3驱动第一转轴10绕自身轴线转动时,通过传动连接的第一齿轮41和第二齿轮42,带动第二转轴20同步反向旋转。本实施例中,传动组件4还包括第三齿轮43和第四齿轮44,其中,第一齿轮41、第三齿轮43、第四齿轮44和第二齿轮42沿出钞方向依次排布,相邻两个相互啮合。
本公开提供的接钞机构包括沿出钞方向依次设置在回收箱6的入口上方的第一挡门1和第二挡门2,第一挡门1和第二挡门2分别通过自己的转轴与机架5枢接,第一挡门1和第二挡门2的转轴轴线均沿钞票输送通道的宽度方向延伸,在驱动组件3的驱动下,可同时位于打开位置或封闭位置,其中,当第一挡门1和第二挡门2同时位于封闭位置时,两者呈夹角对接,以封闭回收箱6的入口,此时接钞机构接收的钞票7的端部与第一挡门1抵接,并叠放在第二挡门2上,当第一挡门1和第二挡门2同时位于打开位置时,回收箱6的入口敞开,第一挡门1和第二挡门2上的钞票7落入回收箱6内。与相关技术相比,本公开提供的接钞机构可以在用户忘记取钞时将钞票回收,因此,避免了用户财产损失。
本公开实施例还提供一种使用上述接钞机构的钞票处理机,如图5所示,此钞票处理机包括进钞装置100、鉴别装置200、输送装置300、接钞机构400,以及遮挡门500。其中,进钞装置100设置在点钞机的入钞口700处,遮挡门500和接钞机构400设置在点钞机的出钞口800处,当遮挡门500封闭出钞口800时,接钞机构400被封闭到钞票处理机内部,回收箱设置在接钞机构400的下方。在入钞口700与出钞口800之间连接有钞票输送通道600,鉴别装置200和输送装置300设置在钞票输送通道600上。
其中,进钞装置100用于将堆叠在入钞口700处的钞票一张接一张地送至鉴别装置200处;鉴别装置200包括第一磁检测机构201、图像检测机构202,以及第二磁检测机构203,其中,第一磁检测机构201可以是用来检测钞票上的安全线的磁信息;图像检测机构202包括两个相对设置的图像传感器,可以是用于获取钞票正反面的图像信息;第二磁检测机构203可以是用来检测钞票上的检测纸币上的磁性印记;输送装置300用于驱动钞票沿钞票输送通道600运动,本实施例中,输送装置300包括在鉴别装置200与出钞口800之间依次排布的多个辊组301,以及设置在出钞口800与接钞机构400之间的叶轮302。
接钞机构400用于接收经过鉴别的钞票,并回收遗忘的钞票,接钞机构400的结构参照上述实施例,此处不再赘述。
工作时,遮挡门500遮挡住出钞口800,接钞机构400的第一挡门和第二挡门同时位于封闭位置,两者呈夹角对接,钞票由入钞口700进入钞票输送通道600内后,在输送装置300的驱动下沿钞票输送通道600运动,当钞票经过鉴别装置200时,由鉴别装置200鉴别钞票的真伪后,被叶轮302送到接钞机构400的第一挡门和第二挡门上堆叠,完成全部钞票处理后,遮挡门500打开,等待用户取走堆叠在第一挡门和第二挡门上的钞票,如果经过设定时间后钞票未被取走,接钞机构400的驱动组件驱动第一挡门和第二挡门转动至打开位置,第一挡门和第二挡门上的钞票落入回收箱内保存。
本公开的“第一”、“第二”、“第三”、“第四”等等,仅仅用于在描述上加以区分,并没有特殊的含义。
以上结合可选实施例描述了本公开的技术原理。这些描述只是为了解释本公开的原理,而不能以任何方式解释为对本公开保护范围的限制。
工业实用性
本公开提供的接钞机构通过设置沿出钞方向依次排布的第一挡门和第二挡 门,当第一挡门和第二挡门同时位于封闭位置时,两个挡门呈夹角对接形成用于接收和叠放钞票的接钞部,便于使用者拿取钞票,当第一挡门和第二挡门同时位于打开位置时,钞票存储部上的入口敞开,两个挡门上的钞票落入钞票存储部内。与相关技术中的接钞机构相比,本公开提供的接钞机构可以在用户忘记取钞时能够将钞票回收,进而可以避免用户财产损失。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种接钞机构,包括机架、第一挡门、第二挡门以及钞票存储部;
    所述第一挡门和所述第二挡门沿出钞方向依次设置在所述机架内,所述钞票存储部设置在所述第一挡门与所述第二挡门的下方,其中,所述第一挡门和所述第二挡门均具有封闭位置和打开位置;当所述第一挡门和所述第二挡门同时位于封闭位置时,所述第一挡门与所述第二挡门呈夹角对接形成接钞部并封闭所述钞票存储部的入口;当所述第一挡门和所述第二挡门同时位于打开位置时,所述第一挡门与所述第二挡门敞开所述钞票存储部的入口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的接钞机构,其中,在所述机架内还具有钞票输送通道;
    所述第一挡门通过第一转轴与所述机架枢接,以使所述第一挡门绕所述第一转轴的轴线转动,所述第一转轴的轴线沿所述钞票输送通道的宽度方向延伸;
    所述第二挡门通过第二转轴与所述机架枢接,以使所述第二挡门绕所述第二转轴的轴线转动,所述第二转轴的轴线沿所述钞票输送通道的宽度方向延伸。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的接钞机构,其中,所述第一挡门包括用于支撑钞票的第一支撑板,所述第二挡门包括用于支撑钞票的第二支撑板,当所述第一挡门和所述第二挡门同时位于封闭位置时,沿出钞方向,所述第一支撑板与水平面之间呈钝角设置,所述第二支撑板与水平面之间呈锐角设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的接钞机构,其中,所述第一支撑板与所述第二支撑板之间呈钝角设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的接钞机构,其中,当所述第一挡门与所述第二挡门同时位于封闭位置时,所述第一挡门与所述第二挡门通过插接组件插接配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的接钞机构,其中,所述插接组件包括多个插槽和多个插板,所述多个插槽设置在所述第一挡门上且沿钞票输送通道的宽度方向间隔排布,所述多个插板设置在所述第二挡门上并与所述多个插槽一一对应;或者
    所述多个插槽设置在所述第二挡门上且沿钞票输送通道的宽度方向间隔排布,所述多个插板设置在所述第一挡门上并与所述多个插槽一一对应。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的接钞机构,还包括驱动组件,所述第一转轴和所述第二转轴与所述驱动组件传动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的接钞机构,其中,所述驱动组件包括电机、蜗杆、蜗轮、驱动轴、凸轮,以及连杆;所述驱动轴的轴线平行于所述第一转轴的轴 线并与所述机架枢接,所述蜗杆与所述电机的输出轴同轴固定连接,所述蜗轮套接在所述驱动轴上并与所述蜗杆啮合连接,所述凸轮固定安装在所述驱动轴的端部,所述连杆的第一端与所述凸轮枢接,第二端与所述第一挡门枢接,当所述凸轮绕所述驱动轴的轴线转动时,所述连杆可带动所述第一挡门和所述第一转轴一起绕所述第一转轴的轴线转动。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的接钞机构,还包括设置在所述第一转轴和所述第二转轴之间的传动组件,所述传动组件用于将所述第一转轴的转矩传递给所述第二转轴,或者所述传动组件将所述第二转轴的转矩传递给所述第一转轴。
  10. 一种钞票处理机,包括如权利要求1至9任一项所述的接钞机构。
