现有技术中,游戏摇杆开关一般包括有框体、架设在框体并可旋转地安装在框体上的第一连动部件、沿着与第一连动部件的纵向方向相正交的方向延伸且架设于框体并可旋转地安装在框体上的第二连动部件、可倾斜运动且顶端伸出框体外的摇杆、设置于摇杆轴心方向可移动的摇杆座以及设置于框体下部的底座,摇杆与摇杆座之间通常设置一复位弹簧,复位弹簧用于对摇杆的复位操作,电气部件安装在所述壳体上。
这种游戏摇杆开关存在以下弊端:第一,随着科技的发展,人们对游戏摇杆开关的精度要求也越来越高,但传统开关由于复位弹簧与摇杆相抵接,复位弹簧的弹性不好,使得摇杆不能充分复位,造成摇杆开关的操作精度较低;第二,电气部件安装在壳体上,位于框体外部,使得电气部件从整体较大地突出,造成产品尺寸较大,妨碍产品小型化发展;第三,底座与壳体通过扣点和扣孔进行扣合固定,二者结合不紧固,且零部件较多,结构复杂,安装不便。
实用新型内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种各部件之间结合紧固、产品小型化、操作精度高、零部件少、结构简单、安装方便的新型游戏摇杆开关。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:新型游戏摇杆开关,包括有底座、摇杆座、摇杆、复位弹簧、第一连动部件、第二连动部件、按键开关,壳体、第一电气部件以及第二电气部件;所述底座包括底壁和由底壁边缘分别向上延伸的前侧壁、后侧壁、左侧壁以及右侧壁;所述第一连动部件和第二连动部件均可旋转地安装于底座上,且所述第二连动部件位于第一连动部件的下方,并按与第一连动部件相正交的方向配置;所述第一连动部件呈向上弯曲的拱门状,沿长度方向形成有狭缝孔,所述第二连动部件上设置有一长形沟槽;所述摇杆座可移动地设置于底座上;所述摇杆设置于摇杆座上,且所述摇杆由下往上依次穿过长形沟槽以及狭缝孔;所述壳体安装在底座上,所述壳体的轴向方向上设置有一用于摇杆伸出的第一通孔;所述壳体外侧铆接有金属固定架,所述金属固定架包括主体、位于主体上与第一通孔相对位置设置有一用于摇杆伸出的第二通孔、设置于主体四个端角处的四个引脚和四个边角、及主体和边脚形成的容纳空间,所述壳体和底座均收容于所述容纳空间;所述底座的四个顶角处分别向上设置有一定位孔,所述壳体对应定位孔的位置向下设置有与定位孔匹配的定位柱,所述壳体和底座通过定位柱和定位孔定位连接;所述第一电气部件以及第二电气部件均设置于底座上,且位于壳体内。
对上述技术方案的进一步改进为,所述左侧壁向外延伸出一收容空间,所述按键开关安装于收容空间中,所述按键开关与底座为分体式或一体式。
对上述技术方案的进一步改进为,所述摇杆座上设置有凹槽,所述摇杆上设置有收容腔,所述复位弹簧设置于凹槽与收容腔之间。
对上述技术方案的进一步改进为,所述底座上设置有第一支撑部以及第二支撑部,所述第一连动部件的两端缘分别向外延伸出第一延伸臂和第二延伸臂,所述第一连动部件的一端下缘部分抵于第一支撑部上,第二延伸臂则抵于第二支撑部上。
对上述技术方案的进一步改进为,所述底座上设置有第三支撑部,所述第二连动部件的纵向方向的一侧壁向外延伸出一接触部,另一侧壁向外延伸出一凸台,所述凸台抵于第三支撑部上,所述接触部位于按键开关的上方。
对上述技术方案的进一步改进为,所述底座上设置有一第一安装槽以及第二安装槽,所述第一电气部件和第二电气部件分别插装于第一安装槽以及第二安装槽中。
对上述技术方案的进一步改进为,所述摇杆座为倒置的丁字型,所述摇杆座包括有底盘以及自底盘中心位置向上延伸形成的轴柱,所述底盘向上周向延伸出肩部,所述肩部与轴柱之间形成有前述凹槽;所述摇杆上设置有一轴孔,前述轴柱插入轴孔中,所述摇杆的底端面向上凹形成前述收容腔。
对上述技术方案的进一步改进为,所述第二连动部件的横向方向上的两侧壁贯穿设置有通槽,所述摇杆的两相对侧壁上均向外凸形成有轴支承部,所述轴支承部为上下两端为半径相等的弧形结构,所述轴支承部与通槽相配合连接。
对上述技术方案的进一步改进为,所述第一电气部件为碳膜电位器,所述第一电气部件包括有第一基板以及第一转动体,所述第一基板位于壳体内,所述第一转动体安装于第一延伸臂上;所述第二电气部件为碳膜电位器,所述第二电气部件包括有第二基板以及第二转动体,所述第二基板位于壳体内,所述凸台向外延伸出一臂部,所述第二转动体安装于臂部上。
本实用新型的有益效果为:
1、通过在壳体外侧铆接一金属固定架,用于收容壳体和底座,通过四个边角铆固,使得二者连接紧固,底座和壳体尺寸更小,实现了产品小型化;且壳体和底座的顶角处分别设置定位柱和定位孔,通过定位柱和定位孔实现壳体和底座的精确定位连接,由于不需增设扣孔和扣点,使得产品结构紧凑,实现产品的小型化;金属固定架还设置有四个引脚,可与PCB板焊接,使摇杆开关牢固地固定于PCB板上,使得产品各部件之间结合紧固。
2、左侧壁向外延伸出一收容空间,按键开关安装于收容空间中,且按键开关与底座可为一体式,将二者设计为一个零部件,减少了零件数量,简化了生产工序,使得本实用新型安装方便,整体结构紧凑。
3、摇杆座上设置有凹槽,摇杆上设置有收容腔,复位弹簧设置于凹槽与收容腔之间,实现电气部分内置,使得复位弹簧的弹性更好,操作精度更高,且进一步实现了产品小型化。
4、将第一电气部件以及第二电气部件均设置于底座上,且位于壳体内,使得本实用新型安装方便,整体结构紧凑,进一步实现了产品小型化。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图1~12所示,分别为本实用新型之较佳实施例的立体图、分解图、爆炸图、截面图、底座的结构示意图、壳体的结构示意图、金属固定座的结构示意图、第一连动部件的结构示意图、第二连动部件的结构示意图、摇杆座的结构示意图和摇杆的结构示意图。
新型游戏摇杆开关100,包括有底座10、摇杆座20、摇杆30、复位弹簧40、第一连动部件50a、第二连动部件50b、按键开关60、壳体70、第一电气部件80a以及第二电气部件80b。壳体70外侧铆接有金属固定架90,金属固定架90包括主体91、位于主体91上与第一通孔71相对位置设置有一用于摇杆30伸出的第二通孔92、设置于主体91四个端角处的四个引脚93和四个边角95、及主体91和边角95形成的容纳空间94,壳体70和底座10均收容于容纳空间94。
底座10的四个顶角处分别向上设置有一定位孔18,壳体70对应定位孔18的位置向下设置有与定位孔18匹配的定位柱72,壳体70和底座10通过定位柱72和定位孔18定位连接。
通过在壳体70外侧铆接金属固定架90,用于收容壳体70和底座10,并通过边脚95铆固,使得二者连接紧固,底座10和壳体70尺寸更小,实现了产品小型化;且壳体70和底座10的顶角处分别设置定位柱72和定位孔18,通过定位柱72和定位孔18实现壳体70和底座10的精确定位连接,由于不需增设扣孔和扣点,使得产品结构紧凑,实现产品的小型化;金属固定架90还设置有四个引脚93,可与PCB板焊接,使摇杆开关牢固地固定于PCB板上,使得产品各部件之间结合紧固。
底座10包括底壁11和由底壁11边缘分别向上延伸的前侧壁12、后侧壁13、左侧壁14以及右侧壁15。左侧壁14向外延伸出一收容空间104,按键开关60安装于收容空间104中,按键开关60与底座10为分体式或一体式,将二者设计为一个零部件,减少了零件数量,简化了生产工序,使得本实用新型安装方便,整体结构紧凑。
第一电气部件80a以及第二电气部件80b均设置于底座10上,且位于壳体70内, 将第一电气部件80a以及第二电气部件80b均设置于底座10上,且位于壳体70内,使得本实用新型安装方便,整体结构紧凑,进一步实现了产品小型化。
底座10上设置有第一支撑部101以及第二支撑部102,第一连动部件50a的两端缘分别向外延伸出第一延伸臂51a和第二延伸臂52a,第一连动部件50a的一端下缘部分抵于第一支撑部101上,第二延伸臂52a则抵于第二支撑部102上。
底座10上设置有第三支撑部103,第二连动部件50b的纵向方向的一侧壁向外延伸出一接触部52b,另一侧壁向外延伸出一凸台53b,凸台53b抵于第三支撑部103上,接触部52b位于按键开关60的上方。
底座10上设置有一第一安装槽16以及第二安装槽17,第一电气部件80a和第二电气部件80b分别插装于第一安装槽16以及第二安装槽17中。
第一连动部件50a和第二连动部件50b均可旋转地安装于底座10上,且第二连动部件50b位于第一连动部件50a的下方,并按与第一连动部件50a相正交的方向配置。
摇杆座20为倒置的丁字型,摇杆座20包括有底盘21以及自底盘21中心位置向上延伸形成的轴柱22,底盘21向上周向延伸出肩部23,肩部23与轴柱22之间形成有前述凹槽24;摇杆30上设置有一轴孔31,前述轴柱22插入轴孔31中,摇杆30的底端面向上凹形成前述收容腔32。
第二连动部件50b的横向方向上的两侧壁贯穿设置有通槽501b,摇杆30的两相对侧壁上均向外凸形成有轴支承部33,轴支承部33为上下两端为半径相等的弧形结构,轴支承部33与通槽501b相配合连接。
第一电气部件80a为碳膜电位器,第一电气部件80a包括有第一基板81a以及第一转动体82a,第一基板81a位于壳体70内,第一转动体82a安装于第一延伸臂51a上;第二电气部件80b为碳膜电位器,第二电气部件80b包括有第二基板81b以及第二转动体82b,第二基板81b位于壳体70内,凸台53b向外延伸出一臂部,第二转动体82b安装于臂部上。
第一连动部件50a呈向上弯曲的拱门状,沿长度方向形成有狭缝孔501a,第二连动部件50b上设置有一长形沟槽51b。摇杆座20可移动地设置于底座10上;摇杆30设置于摇杆座20上,且摇杆30由下往上依次穿过长形沟槽51b以及狭缝孔501a。
摇杆座20上设置有凹槽24,摇杆30上设置有收容腔32,复位弹簧40设置于凹槽24与收容腔32之间,实现电气部分内置,使得复位弹簧40的弹性更好,操作精度更高,且进一步实现了产品小型化。
壳体70安装在底座10上,壳体70的轴向方向上设置有一用于摇杆30伸出的第一通孔71。
本实用新型的组装过程如下:
首先,将该按键开关60安装在底座10上的容置空间内;接着,将摇杆座20可移动地设置于底座10上,将复位弹簧40置入凹槽24内,接着将该轴孔31与轴柱22彼此配合,使得该轴柱22插入轴孔31中,该复位弹簧40位于容置腔内;再接着,将第二连动部件50b安装于底座10上,使得该通槽501b与轴支承部33相配合连接,且该第二连动部件50b的凸台53b抵于第三支撑部103上;接着,将第一连动部件50a设置于第二连动部件50b的上方,使得该第二连动部件50b与第一连动部件50a正交,且该第一连动部件50a的一端下缘 部分抵于前述第一支撑部101上,第二延伸臂52a则抵于前述第二支撑部102上;然后,将该第一电气部件80a设置于底座10上,且该第一电气部件80a安装于第一连动部件50a上的第一延伸臂51a上,该第二电气部件80b亦设置于底座10上,且该第二电气部件80b安装于第二连动部件50b上的臂部上;然后,该壳体70安装在底座10上,使得底座10与壳体70通过定位孔18和定位柱72彼此定位连接;最后,在壳体70外侧铆接金属固定架90,通过边脚95铆固底座10和壳体70,通过引脚93将游戏摇杆开关100固定连接在PCB板上。
本实用新型的工作原理如下:
工作时,当摇杆30向下压时,相当于轴支承部33施加给第二连动部件50b一个下压的压力,使得该第二连动部件50b以第三支撑部103为支点向下倾斜移动,该接触部52b向下移动,从而与按键开关60接触,实现开关导通的状态,当松开摇杆30时,该第二连动开关又会在复位弹簧40的弹力作用下恢复原位,从而使得接触部52b与按键开关60分离,实现断开状态;当摇杆30沿着A-A方向倾斜运动时,该第二连动部件50b以第三支撑部103为支点作旋转运动;当摇杆30沿着B-B方向倾斜运动时,该第一连动部件50a以第一支撑部101以及第二支撑部102为支点作旋转运动。
综上所述,本实用新型的设计重点在于,通过在壳体70外侧铆接金属固定架90,用于收容壳体70和底座10,使得二者连接紧固,底座10和壳体70尺寸更小,实现了产品小型化;且壳体70和底座10的顶角处分别设置定位柱72和定位孔18,通过定位柱72和定位孔18实现壳体70和底座10的精确定位连接,由于不需增设扣孔和扣点,使得产品结构紧凑,实现产品的小型化;金属固定架90还设置有四个引脚93,可与PCB板焊接,使摇杆开关牢固地固定于PCB板上,使得产品各部件之间结合紧固。且第一电气部件80a以及第二电气部件80b均设置于底座10上,且位于壳体70内,实现电气部分内置,使得本实用新型安装方便,整体结构紧凑;摇杆座20上设置有凹槽24,该摇杆30上设置有收容腔32,该复位弹簧40设置于凹槽24与收容腔32之间,使得复位弹簧40的弹性更好,操作精度更高。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。因此,本实用新型专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (9)

  1. 新型游戏摇杆开关,包括有底座、摇杆座、摇杆、复位弹簧、第一连动部件、第二连动部件、按键开关,壳体、第一电气部件以及第二电气部件;所述底座包括底壁和由底壁边缘分别向上延伸的前侧壁、后侧壁、左侧壁以及右侧壁;所述第一连动部件和第二连动部件均可旋转地安装于底座上,且所述第二连动部件位于第一连动部件的下方,并按与第一连动部件相正交的方向配置;所述第一连动部件呈向上弯曲的拱门状,沿长度方向形成有狭缝孔,所述第二连动部件上设置有一长形沟槽;所述摇杆座可移动地设置于底座上;所述摇杆设置于摇杆座上,且所述摇杆由下往上依次穿过长形沟槽以及狭缝孔;所述壳体安装在底座上,所述壳体的轴向方向上设置有一用于摇杆伸出的第一通孔;其特征在于:所述壳体外侧铆接有金属固定架,所述金属固定架包括主体、位于主体上与第一通孔相对位置设置有一用于摇杆伸出的第二通孔、设置于主体四个端角处的四个引脚和四个边角、及主体和边脚形成的容纳空间,所述壳体和底座均收容于所述容纳空间;所述底座的四个顶角处分别向上设置有一定位孔,所述壳体对应定位孔的位置向下设置有与定位孔匹配的定位柱,所述壳体和底座通过定位柱和定位孔定位连接;所述第一电气部件以及第二电气部件均设置于底座上,且位于壳体内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型游戏摇杆开关,其特征在于:所述左侧壁向外延伸出一收容空间,所述按键开关安装于收容空间中,所述按键开关与底座为分体式或一体式。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的新型游戏摇杆开关,其特征在于:所述摇杆座上设置有凹槽,所述摇杆上设置有收容腔,所述复位弹簧设置于凹槽与收容腔之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的新型游戏摇杆开关,其特征在于:所述底座上设置有第一支撑部以及第二支撑部,所述第一连动部件的两端缘分别向外延伸出第一延伸臂和第二延伸臂,所述第一连动部件的一端下缘部分抵于第一支撑部上,第二延伸臂则抵于第二支撑部上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的新型游戏摇杆开关,其特征在于:所述底座上设置有第三支撑部,所述第二连动部件的纵向方向的一侧壁向外延伸出一接触部,另一侧壁向外延伸出一凸台,所述凸台抵于第三支撑部上,所述接触部位于按键开关的上方。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的新型游戏摇杆开关,其特征在于:所述底座上设置有一第一安装槽以及第二安装槽,所述第一电气部件和第二电气部件分别插装于第一安装槽以及第二安装槽中。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的新型游戏摇杆开关,其特征在于:所述摇杆座为倒置的丁字型,所述摇杆座包括有底盘以及自底盘中心位置向上延伸形成的轴柱,所述底盘向上周向延伸出肩部,所述肩部与轴柱之间形成有前述凹槽;所述摇杆上设置有一轴孔,前述轴柱插入轴孔中,所述摇杆的底端面向上凹形成前述收容腔。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的新型游戏摇杆开关,其特征在于:所述第二连动部件的横向方向上的两侧壁贯穿设置有通槽,所述摇杆的两相对侧壁上均向外凸形成有轴支承部,所述轴支承部为上下两端为半径相等的弧形结构,所述轴支承部与通槽相配合连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的新型游戏摇杆开关,其特征在于:所述第一电气部件为碳膜电位器,所述第一电气部件包括有第一基板以及第一转动体,所述第一基板位于壳体内,所述第一转动体安装于第一延伸臂上;所述第二电气部件为碳膜电位器,所述第二电气部件包括有第二基板以及第二转动体,所述第二基板位于壳体内,所述凸台向外延伸出一臂部, 所述第二转动体安装于臂部上。
