本发明涉及输入装置技术领域,特别涉及一种多方向输入装置。
背景技术
多方向输入装置一般包括有壳体、可转动地设于壳体的操作体、根据操作体的倾倒动作进行转动的两个摇臂、以及检测摇臂的转动量并根据摇臂的转动量输出相应的信号的检测装置。而为了使得操作体可以通过按压动作输入信号,壳体上还可以设有按压开关,该按压开关在操作体被驱动时可以被触发。然而,相关技术中多方向输入装置中的按压开关通过多个螺钉进行锁紧固定,使得在拆装按压开关时需要将多个螺钉对准螺纹孔一一旋入或者旋出。由于该过程较为复杂,导致降低了按压开关的安装效率。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种多方向输入装置,旨在简化多方向输入装置的按压开关的安装过程,提高按压开关的安装效率。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出多方向输入装置包括:
罩盖,所述壳体设有开口部;
操作体,所述操作体由所述开口部向上方凸出,并可进行倾倒动作;
第一摇臂和第二摇臂,所述第一摇臂和所述第二摇臂随所述操作体的倾倒操作进行旋转,所述第一摇臂和所述第二摇臂的转动轴线相互垂直;
第一旋转式电气部件和第二旋转式电气部件,所述第一旋转式电气部件和所述第二旋转式电气部件分别对所述第一摇臂和所述第二摇臂的旋转动作进行检测;
按压开关,所述按压开关呈正方形结构,通过所述操作体的按压操作,控制电气开关动作;
底座,所述底座固定所述按压开关和壳体;
所述按压开关的两个相对侧面均形成有第一凸部,所述底座形成有与两个所述相对侧面分别呈相对设置的两个底座侧面,相对设置的两个所述底座侧面分别形成有第二凸部,一个所述第二凸部与一个所述第一凸部相嵌合,以固定所述按压开关。
在本发明的一实施例中,所述第一凸部和所述第二凸部相配合卡接的表面均为倾斜面。
在本发明的一实施例中,在所述第二凸部中,所第二凸部与所述第一凸部之间的干涉量在干涉范围的中心位置处最大,将所述第一凸部挂装于干涉范围的两侧,以降低干涉量。
本发明的技术方案的多方向输入装置的按压开关上设有第一凸部,底座上设有第二凸部,通过第一凸部和第二凸部相卡接实现对按压开关的固定。相较于现有技术中多方向输入装置的按压开关在安装时需要将螺钉对准螺纹孔一一旋入而使得按压开关的安装过程较为复杂,本方案中的按压开关在安装时仅需对其按压而使第一凸部卡入第二凸部并相卡接即可。如此简化了按压开关的安装过程,从而提高了按压开关的安装效率。另外,由于第一凸部和第二凸部位于相对的两侧,使得按压开关的相对两侧所受到的卡紧力相等,从而保证了按压开关各处均匀受力而较为稳定的固定于底座。

在本发明的一实施例中,罩盖10主要可以用于对第一摇臂31、第二摇臂33以及操作体20的部分进行遮挡(即第一摇臂31和第二摇臂33可以设于罩盖10内,并在上下方向上呈间隔分布),降低其被外物损坏的可能,从而有利于延长该多方向输入装置的使用年限。其中,罩盖10于水平面上的投影可以大致呈方形状,该罩盖10具体地可以包括底壁和侧壁,底壁和底座60呈相对设置,并形成有开口部11;侧壁沿底壁的周缘环绕设置,并沿面向底座60的方向延伸,侧壁远离顶壁的一端连接于底座60。为了便于对位于罩盖10内的零部件进行维修更换,罩盖10的侧壁可以是可拆卸地连接于底座60,具体地可以是通过螺钉连接、卡扣连接或者磁吸固定等,以简化罩盖10的拆装过程。当然,本申请不限于此,于其他实施例中,罩盖10也可以是固定连接于底座60。操作体20主要可以用于供用户驱动,并进行相应的倾倒动作而实现相应动作信号的输入。例如:可以通过驱动操作体20向前、向后、向左或者向右等方向倾倒,对应的输入向前、向后、向左或者向右的动作信号。其中,请结合参考图1、图2、图6以及图7,操作体20可以包括操作部21和连接于操作部21下端的上半球部23。操作部21穿过第一摇臂31和第二摇臂33,并从罩盖10的开口部11穿出至外界。上半球部23呈半球状设置且直径大于操作部21的直径,上半球部23的背离操作部21的表面形成为半球平面部25,该半球平面部25凸设有下半球部27,下半球部27和上半球部23的球心重合,且下半球部27的直径小于上半球部23。此时,多方向输入装置还可以包括下支撑体71和大致呈筒状的上支撑体73,下支撑体71设于底座60,并位于罩盖10内,下支撑体71的上端设有半球凹状部711,该半球凹状部711抵接支撑于下半球部27;上支撑体73位于罩盖10内,并罩设于下支撑体71的外侧,上支撑体73对应开口部11的位置设有半球孔731,上支撑体73在半球孔731的上方还设有连通上半球孔731的贯通孔733,贯通孔733的直径大于操作部21的直径,上半球的部分和半球孔731的孔壁抵接,部分由所述贯通孔733凸出。如此通过上支撑体73的半球孔731的孔壁抵接于上半球部23,下支撑体71的上端抵接于下半球部27,从而实现了操作体20的球形转动配合,即可以在360°的方向上任意旋转。当然,需要说明的是,本申请不限于此,于其他实施例中,操作体20也可以是于操作部21的下方设有转动段,转动段的一端和操作部21相转动连接,另一端转动连接于底座60,且转动段和操作部21的转动轴线与转动段和底座60的转动轴线相垂直,即一个平行于第一摇臂31的转动轴线,一个平行于第二摇臂33的转动轴线。第一摇臂31和第二摇臂33主要可以用于供该操作体20的操作部21驱动而进行相应的转动,并分别由第一旋转式电气部件41和第二旋转式电气部件43对其转动量的检测,以便根据转动量输出相应的信号。当在水平面上定义有相互垂直X方向和Y方向时,第一摇臂31的转动轴线可以沿X方向和Y方向的其中之一,第二摇臂33的转动轴线可以沿X方向和Y方向的其中之另一。而第一摇臂31和第二摇臂33与上支撑体73的位置关系设置为第一摇臂31和第二摇臂33位于上支撑体73的上方。第一旋转式电气部件41和第二旋转式电气部件43主要可以用于第一摇臂31和第二摇臂33的转动量的进行检测,由于该工作原理为现有技术,故在此对其不作详述。其中,第一旋转式电气部件41可以设于罩盖10的外侧,并和第一摇臂31连接;第二旋转式电气部件43同样可以设于罩盖10的外侧,并和第一摇臂31连接。按压开关50主要可以用于在操作体20进行按压时被抵接触发,并控制电气开关动作。其中,按压开关50的工作原理为现有技术,故在此对其不作详述。而按压开关50的触发可以是在被操作体20直接抵接按压;也可以是被操作体20直接抵接按压,例如可以设有按压支架80,该按压支架80的一端位于操作体20和底座60之间,另一端位于按压开关50的上方,使得按压支架80在被操作体20按压时可以向下发生形变并抵接按压开关50。而在设有下支撑体73时,该下支撑体设置为可相对于底座60进行升降,按压支架80可以位于该下支撑体71的下方,以在操作体20驱动下支撑体71下降时被挤压。底座60主要可以用于对罩盖10、下支撑体71以及上支撑体73等零部件进行固定,起到承载支撑作用。
本发明的技术方案的多方向输入装置的按压开关50上设有第一凸部53,底座60上设有第二凸部63,通过第一凸部53和第二凸部63相卡接实现对按压开关50的固定。相较于现有技术中多方向输入装置的按压开关50在安装时需要将螺钉对准螺纹孔一一旋入而使得按压开关50的安装过程较为复杂,本方案中的按压开关50在安装时仅需对其按压而使第一凸部53卡入第二凸部63并相卡接即可。如此简化了按压开关50的安装过程,从而提高了按压开关50的安装效率。另外,由于第一凸部53和第二凸部63位于相对的两侧,使得按压开关50的相对两侧所受到的卡紧力相等,从而保证了按压开关50各处均匀受力而较为稳定的固定于底座60。
请结合参考图3和图4,在本发明的一实施例中,第一凸部53和第二凸部63相配合卡接的表面均为倾斜面。
可以理解,第一凸部53和第二凸部63相配合的表面均为倾斜面,能够使得第一凸部53和第二凸部63抵接的更为紧密,且具有较大的抵接面积,降低按压开关50在上下方向发生松动的可能,从而进一步地提高了按压开关50安装的稳定性。其中,第一凸部53和第二凸部63相配合的表面,是指第一凸部53的上表面和第二凸部63的下表面。另外,需要说明的是,本申请不限于此,于其他实施例中,第一凸部53和第二凸部63相配合卡接的表面也可以为平面。
在本发明的一实施例中,在第二凸部63中,第二凸部63中与第一凸部53之间的干涉量在干涉范围的中心位置处最大,将第一凸部53挂装于干涉范围的两侧,以降低干涉量。
可以理解,第二凸部63中与所述第一凸部53之间的干涉量在干涉范围的中心位置处最大,并向两侧逐渐递减(也可以说是在水平投影平面上,第二凸部63为呈外凸状圆弧结构)。如此使得第一凸部53在卡入第二凸部63时,能够减少底座60在形成有底座侧面61的部位所发生的形变量。此时第一凸部53能够较为顺畅平滑的卡入第二凸部63,从而更进一步地提高按压开关50的安装效率。当然,需要说明的是,本申请不限于此,于其他实施例中,请参考图5,在水平投影平面上,第二凸部63也可以为直线段结构。
请参考图3和图4,在本发明的一实施例中,底座60具有和底座侧面61相连接的底座底面65,底座底面65和底座侧面61围合形成容置部67,按压开关50的至少部分嵌设于容置部67内。
可以理解,容置部67的设置给予了按压开关50一定的安装空间,能够使得按压开关50于底座60上安装的更为紧凑,从而有利于降低多方向输入装置的整体而使其便于管理和携带。同时,该容置部67也可以多按压开关50的周侧起到一定的限位作用,降低按压开关50在底座60上发生在前后或者左右方向上发生移动的可能,从而再进一步地提高了按压开关50安装的稳定性。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是在本发明的发明构思下,利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (3)

1.一种多方向输入装置,包括:
罩盖,所述罩盖设有开口部;
操作体,所述操作体由所述开口部向上方凸出,并可进行倾倒动作;
第一摇臂和第二摇臂,所述第一摇臂和所述第二摇臂随所述操作体的倾倒操作进行旋转,所述第一摇臂和所述第二摇臂的转动轴线相互垂直;
第一旋转式电气部件和第二旋转式电气部件,所述第一旋转式电气部件和所述第二旋转式电气部件分别对所述第一摇臂和所述第二摇臂的旋转动作进行检测;
按压开关,所述按压开关呈正方形结构,通过所述操作体的按压操作,控制电气开关动作;
底座,所述底座固定所述按压开关和壳体;其特征在于:
所述按压开关的两个相对侧面分别形成有第一凸部,所述底座形成有与两个所述相对侧面分别呈相对设置的两个底座侧面,相对设置的两个所述底座侧面分别形成有第二凸部,一个所述第二凸部与一个所述第一凸部相嵌合,以固定所述按压开关。
2.如权利要求1所述的多方向输入装置,其特征在于,所述第一凸部和所述第二凸部相配合卡接的表面均为倾斜面。
3.如权利要求1所述的多方向输入装置,其特征在于,在所述第二凸部中,所第二凸部与所述第一凸部之间的干涉量在干涉范围的中心位置处最大,将所述第一凸部挂装于干涉范围的两侧,以降低干涉量。
