Abstract
本發明公開了一種多方向輸入裝置,該多方向輸入裝置包括按壓開關,所述按壓開關的兩個相對側面均形成有第一凸部,所述底座形成有與兩個所述相對側面分別呈相對設置的兩個底座側面,相對設置的兩個所述底座側面分別形成有第二凸部,一個所述第二凸部與一個所述第一凸部相嵌合,以固定所述按壓開關。本發明技術方案能夠簡化多方向輸入裝置的按壓開關的安裝過程,提高按壓開關的安裝效率。
Description
本發明涉及輸入裝置技術領域,特別涉及一種多方向輸入裝置。
多方向輸入裝置一般包括有殼體、可轉動地設於殼體的操作體、根據操作體的傾倒動作進行轉動的兩個搖臂、以及檢測搖臂的轉動量並根據搖臂的轉動量輸出相應的信號的檢測裝置。而為了使得操作體可以通過按壓動作輸入信號,殼體上還可以設有按壓開關,該按壓開關在操作體被驅動時可以被觸發。然而,相關技術中多方向輸入裝置中的按壓開關通過多個螺釘進行鎖緊固定,使得在拆裝按壓開關時需要將多個螺釘對準螺紋孔一一旋入或者旋出。由於該過程較為複雜,導致降低了按壓開關的安裝效率。
本發明的主要目的是提供一種多方向輸入裝置,旨在簡化多方向輸入裝置的按壓開關的安裝過程,提高按壓開關的安裝效率。
為實現上述目的,本發明提出多方向輸入裝置包括:
罩蓋,所述殼體設有開口部;
操作體,所述操作體由所述開口部向上方凸出,並可進行傾倒動作;
第一搖臂和第二搖臂,所述第一搖臂和所述第二搖臂隨所述操作體的傾倒操作進行旋轉,所述第一搖臂和所述第二搖臂的轉動軸線相互垂直;
第一旋轉式電氣部件和第二旋轉式電氣部件,所述第一旋轉式電氣部件和所述第二旋轉式電氣部件分別對所述第一搖臂和所述第二搖臂的旋轉動作進行檢測;
按壓開關,所述按壓開關呈正方形結構,通過所述操作體的按壓操作,控制電氣開關動作;
底座,所述底座固定所述按壓開關和殼體;
所述按壓開關的兩個相對側面均形成有第一凸部,所述底座形成有與兩個所述相對側面分別呈相對設置的兩個底座側面,相對設置的兩個所述底座側面分別形成有第二凸部,一個所述第二凸部與一個所述第一凸部相嵌合,以固定所述按壓開關。
在本發明的一實施例中,所述第一凸部和所述第二凸部相配合卡接的表面均為傾斜面。
在本發明的一實施例中,在所述第二凸部中,所第二凸部與所述第一凸部之間的干涉量在干涉範圍的中心位置處最大,將所述第一凸部掛裝於干涉範圍的兩側,以降低干涉量。
本發明的技術方案的多方向輸入裝置的按壓開關上設有第一凸部,底座上設有第二凸部,通過第一凸部和第二凸部相卡接實現對按壓開關的固定。相較於現有技術中多方向輸入裝置的按壓開關在安裝時需要將螺釘對準螺紋孔一一旋入而使得按壓開關的安裝過程較為複雜,本方案中的按壓開關在安裝時僅需對其按壓而使第一凸部卡入第二凸部並相卡接即可。如此簡化了按壓開關的安裝過程,從而提高了按壓開關的安裝效率。另外,由於第一凸部和第二凸部位於相對的兩側,使得按壓開關的相對兩側所受到的卡緊力相等,從而保證了按壓開關各處均勻受力而較為穩定的固定於底座。

本發明提出一種多方向輸入裝置。
請結合參考圖1、圖2、圖3以及圖4,在本發明的一實施例中,該多方向輸入裝置包括罩蓋10、操作體20、第一搖臂31、第二搖臂33、第一旋轉式電氣部件41、第二旋轉式電氣部件43、按壓開關50、底座60;其中,罩蓋10設有開口部11;操作體20由開口部11向上方凸出,並可進行傾倒動作;第一搖臂31和第二搖臂33隨操作體20的傾倒操作進行旋轉,第一搖臂31和第二搖臂33的轉動軸線相互垂直;第一旋轉式電氣部件41和第二旋轉式電氣部件43分別對第一搖臂31和第二搖臂33的旋轉動作進行檢測;按壓開關50呈正方形結構,通過操作體20的按壓操作,控制電氣開關動作;底座60固定按壓開關50和殼體;按壓開關50的兩個相對側面51均形成有第一凸部53,底座60形成有與兩個相對側面51分別呈相對設置的兩個底座側面61,相對設置的兩個底座側面61分別形成有第二凸部63,一個第二凸部63與一個第一凸部53相嵌合(卡接),以固定按壓開關50。
在本發明的一實施例中,罩蓋10主要可以用於對第一搖臂31、第二搖臂33以及操作體20的部分進行遮擋(即第一搖臂31和第二搖臂33可以設於罩蓋10內,並在上下方向上呈間隔分佈),降低其被外物損壞的可能,從而有利於延長該多方向輸入裝置的使用年限。其中,罩蓋10於水平面上的投影可以大致呈方形狀,該罩蓋10具體地可以包括底壁和側壁,底壁和底座60呈相對設置,並形成有開口部11;側壁沿底壁的周緣環繞設置,並沿面向底座60的方向延伸,側壁遠離頂壁的一端連接於底座60。為了便於對位於罩蓋10內的零部件進行維修更換,罩蓋10的側壁可以是可拆卸地連接於底座60,具體地可以是通過螺釘連接、卡扣連接或者磁吸固定等,以簡化罩蓋10的拆裝過程。當然,本申請不限於此,於其他實施例中,罩蓋10也可以是固定連接於底座60。操作體20主要可以用於供用戶驅動,並進行相應的傾倒動作而實現相應動作信號的輸入。例如:可以通過驅動操作體20向前、向後、向左或者向右等方向傾倒,對應的輸入向前、向後、向左或者向右的動作信號。其中,請結合參考圖1、圖2、圖6以及圖7,操作體20可以包括操作部21和連接於操作部21下端的上半球部23。操作部21穿過第一搖臂31和第二搖臂33,並從罩蓋10的開口部11穿出至外界。上半球部23呈半球狀設置且直徑大於操作部21的直徑,上半球部23的背離操作部21的表面形成為半球平面部25,該半球平面部25凸設有下半球部27,下半球部27和上半球部23的球心重合,且下半球部27的直徑小於上半球部23。此時,多方向輸入裝置還可以包括下支撐體71和大致呈筒狀的上支撐體73,下支撐體71設於底座60,並位於罩蓋10內,下支撐體71的上端設有半球凹狀部711,該半球凹狀部711抵接支撐於下半球部27;上支撐體73位於罩蓋10內,並罩設於下支撐體71的外側,上支撐體73對應開口部11的位置設有半球孔731,上支撐體73在半球孔731的上方還設有連通上半球孔731的貫通孔733,貫通孔733的直徑大於操作部21的直徑,上半球的部分和半球孔731的孔壁抵接,部分由所述貫通孔733凸出。如此通過上支撐體73的半球孔731的孔壁抵接於上半球部23,下支撐體71的上端抵接於下半球部27,從而實現了操作體20的球形轉動配合,即可以在360°的方向上任意旋轉。當然,需要說明的是,本申請不限於此,於其他實施例中,操作體20也可以是於操作部21的下方設有轉動段,轉動段的一端和操作部21相轉動連接,另一端轉動連接於底座60,且轉動段和操作部21的轉動軸線與轉動段和底座60的轉動軸線相垂直,即一個平行於第一搖臂31的轉動軸線,一個平行於第二搖臂33的轉動軸線。第一搖臂31和第二搖臂33主要可以用於供該操作體20的操作部21驅動而進行相應的轉動,並分別由第一旋轉式電氣部件41和第二旋轉式電氣部件43對其轉動量的檢測,以便根據轉動量輸出相應的信號。當在水平面上定義有相互垂直X方向和Y方向時,第一搖臂31的轉動軸線可以沿X方向和Y方向的其中之一,第二搖臂33的轉動軸線可以沿X方向和Y方向的其中之另一。而第一搖臂31和第二搖臂33與上支撐體73的位置關係設置為第一搖臂31和第二搖臂33位於上支撐體73的上方。第一旋轉式電氣部件41和第二旋轉式電氣部件43主要可以用於第一搖臂31和第二搖臂33的轉動量的進行檢測,由於該工作原理為現有技術,故在此對其不作詳述。其中,第一旋轉式電氣部件41可以設於罩蓋10的外側,並和第一搖臂31連接;第二旋轉式電氣部件43同樣可以設於罩蓋10的外側,並和第一搖臂31連接。按壓開關50主要可以用於在操作體20進行按壓時被抵接觸發,並控制電氣開關動作。其中,按壓開關50的工作原理為現有技術,故在此對其不作詳述。而按壓開關50的觸發可以是在被操作體20直接抵接按壓;也可以是被操作體20直接抵接按壓,例如可以設有按壓支架80,該按壓支架80的一端位於操作體20和底座60之間,另一端位於按壓開關50的上方,使得按壓支架80在被操作體20按壓時可以向下發生形變並抵接按壓開關50。而在設有下支撐體73時,該下支撐體設置為可相對於底座60進行升降,按壓支架80可以位於該下支撐體71的下方,以在操作體20驅動下支撐體71下降時被擠壓。底座60主要可以用於對罩蓋10、下支撐體71以及上支撐體73等零部件進行固定,起到承載支撐作用。
本發明的技術方案的多方向輸入裝置的按壓開關50上設有第一凸部53,底座60上設有第二凸部63,通過第一凸部53和第二凸部63相卡接實現對按壓開關50的固定。相較於現有技術中多方向輸入裝置的按壓開關50在安裝時需要將螺釘對準螺紋孔一一旋入而使得按壓開關50的安裝過程較為複雜,本方案中的按壓開關50在安裝時僅需對其按壓而使第一凸部53卡入第二凸部63並相卡接即可。如此簡化了按壓開關50的安裝過程,從而提高了按壓開關50的安裝效率。另外,由於第一凸部53和第二凸部63位於相對的兩側,使得按壓開關50的相對兩側所受到的卡緊力相等,從而保證了按壓開關50各處均勻受力而較為穩定的固定於底座60。
請結合參考圖3和圖4,在本發明的一實施例中,第一凸部53和第二凸部63相配合卡接的表面均為傾斜面。
可以理解,第一凸部53和第二凸部63相配合的表面均為傾斜面,能夠使得第一凸部53和第二凸部63抵接的更為緊密,且具有較大的抵接面積,降低按壓開關50在上下方向發生鬆動的可能,從而進一步地提高了按壓開關50安裝的穩定性。其中,第一凸部53和第二凸部63相配合的表面,是指第一凸部53的上表面和第二凸部63的下表面。另外,需要說明的是,本申請不限於此,於其他實施例中,第一凸部53和第二凸部63相配合卡接的表面也可以為平面。
在本發明的一實施例中,在第二凸部63中,第二凸部63中與第一凸部53之間的干涉量在干涉範圍的中心位置處最大,將第一凸部53掛裝於干涉範圍的兩側,以降低干涉量。
可以理解,第二凸部63中與所述第一凸部53之間的干涉量在干涉範圍的中心位置處最大,並向兩側逐漸遞減(也可以說是在水準投影平面上,第二凸部63為呈外凸狀圓弧結構)。如此使得第一凸部53在卡入第二凸部63時,能夠減少底座60在形成有底座側面61的部位所發生的形變量。此時第一凸部53能夠較為順暢平滑的卡入第二凸部63,從而更進一步地提高按壓開關50的安裝效率。當然,需要說明的是,本申請不限於此,於其他實施例中,請參考圖5,在水準投影平面上,第二凸部63也可以為直線段結構。
請參考圖3和圖4,在本發明的一實施例中,底座60具有和底座側面61相連接的底座底面65,底座底面65和底座側面61圍合形成容置部67,按壓開關50的至少部分嵌設於容置部67內。
可以理解,容置部67的設置給予了按壓開關50一定的安裝空間,能夠使得按壓開關50於底座60上安裝的更為緊湊,從而有利於降低多方向輸入裝置的整體而使其便於管理和攜帶。同時,該容置部67也可以多按壓開關50的周側起到一定的限位元作用,降低按壓開關50在底座60上發生在前後或者左右方向上發生移動的可能,從而再進一步地提高了按壓開關50安裝的穩定性。

Claims (1)
- 一種多方向輸入裝置,包括:罩蓋,所述罩蓋設有開口部;操作體,所述操作體由所述開口部向上方凸出,並可進行傾倒動作;第一搖臂和第二搖臂,所述第一搖臂和所述第二搖臂隨所述操作體的傾倒操作進行旋轉,所述第一搖臂和所述第二搖臂的轉動軸線相互垂直;第一旋轉式電氣部件和第二旋轉式電氣部件,所述第一旋轉式電氣部件和所述第二旋轉式電氣部件分別對所述第一搖臂和所述第二搖臂的旋轉動作進行檢測;按壓開關,所述按壓開關呈正方形結構,通過所述操作體的按壓操作,控制電氣開關動作;底座,所述底座固定所述按壓開關和殼體;其特徵在於:所述按壓開關的兩個相對側面分別形成有第一凸部,所述底座形成有與兩個所述相對側面分別呈相對設置的兩個底座側面,相對設置的兩個所述底座側面分別形成有第二凸部,一個所述第二凸部與一個所述第一凸部相嵌合,以固定所述按壓開關;所述第一凸部和所述第二凸部相配合卡接的表面均為傾斜面;第一凸部的上表面和第二凸部的下表面相配合;在所述第二凸部中,所第二凸部與所述第一凸部之間的干涉量在干涉範圍的中心位置處最大,並向兩側逐漸遞減,將所述第一凸部掛裝於干涉範圍的兩側,以降低干涉量。
