一种按键操作装置及电动辅助自行车
本申请要求在2021年10月26日提交中国专利局、申请号为202111246103.2的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及自行车操作技术领域,例如涉及一种按键操作装置及电动辅助自行车。
背景技术
作为一种介于自行车和摩托车之间的新型交通工具,电动辅助自行车得到了广泛地应用,相应地,为了实现对电动辅助自行车的速度调整或转向灯的开启,通常会在车管部安装按键操作装置进行电控,然而相关技术中的按键操作主要是采用跷跷板式按键,即只能按动其中一个按键,无法实现同时对两个按键进行操作,造成使用不便。
发明内容
本申请提出一种按键操作装置,该按键操作装置结构简单,能满足单独启动一个电气开关和同时按动两个电气开关的需求。
第一方面,本申请提供一种按键操作装置,包括底座、弹性连接件和两个按压罩,其中:
底座,所述底座上设置有两个沿操作轴线a相互独立的电气开关;
弹性连接件设置在所述底座上,所述弹性连接件包括固定部和分别与所述固定部连接的两个弹性臂,所述固定部设置在所述弹性臂的朝向所述电气开关的一侧;所述弹性臂和所述电气开关一一对应,且所述弹性臂被配置为对所述按压罩提供背向所述电气开关的弹力;
两个按压罩分别设置在两个所述弹性臂上,且两个所述按压罩能分别沿所述操作轴线a独立摆动,以带动所述弹性连接件形变并启动对应的所述电气开关。
第二方面,本申请还提供一种电动辅助自行车,包括车管部和上述的按键 操作装置,所述按键操作装置通过所述底座的夹紧部安装在所述车管部上。

如图1结合图2和图5所示,本实施例提供了一种按键操作装置,其包括底座1、弹性连接件2和两个按压罩3,底座1上设置有两个沿操作轴线a相互独立的电气开关7;弹性连接件2设置在底座1上,且弹性连接件2包括固定部22和分别与固定部22连接的两个弹性臂21,固定部22设置在弹性臂21的朝向电气开关7的一侧;弹性臂21与电气开关7一一对应,且弹性臂21被配置为对按压罩3提供背向电气开关7的弹力;两个按压罩3分别设置在两个弹性臂21上,且两个按压罩3能分别沿操作轴线a独立摆动,以带动弹性连接件2形变并启动对应的电气开关7。
本申请提供了一种按键操作装置,使用时,只需根据需要对相应的按压罩3施加外力以使其摆动进而启动相对的电气开关7即可,取消施加的外力后,弹 性连接件2的弹性臂21自动复原并带动按压罩3反向摆动远离电气开关7。此外,由于两个按压罩3能独立摆动,故该按键操作装置即可实现对单一电气开关7的启动,也可实现同时对两个电气开关7的启动。该按键操作装置结构简单,能满足单独启动一个电气开关7和同时按动两个电气开关7的需求。
示例性地,电气开关7可为轻触开关,也可为锅仔片或薄膜开关。
本实施例中,为了方便使用者操作,电气开关7、弹性臂21和按压罩3均沿操作轴线a对称设置,即当分别对两个按压罩3施加外力时能使两个按压罩3带动两个弹性臂21分别以操作轴线a为中心逆时针和顺时针摆动,从而启动相对的电气开关7;取消施加的外力时,两个弹性臂21因自身的弹性分别顺时针和逆时针摆动复原,进而使两个相对应的按压罩3也能分别顺时针和逆时针摆动还原以离开电气开关7。当然,在其它实施例,两个电气开关7、弹性臂21和按压罩3也可是非对称设置,本实施例不做限制。
示例性地,为了方便加工,弹性臂21和固定部22为一体成型结构,即弹性连接件2整体为弹片。当然,在其它实施例中,只要能使弹性臂21具有弹力即可,本实施例不做限制。
可选地,固定部22上开设有安装圆柱孔221,且安装圆柱孔22的轴向与操作轴线a重合,以实现弹性连接件2设置在底座1上且保证两个按压罩3能沿操作轴线a分别独立摆动,紧固件11穿设于安装圆柱孔22且紧固件11的两端分别与底座1连接以对弹性连接件2形成定位支承作用。
可以理解的是,由于固定部22设置在弹性臂21的朝向电气开关7的一侧,能提供一定的活动空间以便按压罩3摆动。
示例性地,紧固件11为固定销。
其中,结合图3所示,按压罩3上设置有与电气开关7相对应的凸起31,当按压罩3摆动时凸起31能率先与电气开关7抵接并施加按压力,即通过凸起31实现对电气开关7的准确按压,进而减少按压罩3的摆动幅度,从而提高按键操作装置整体结构的紧凑性。
其中,结合图4所示,按压罩3包括顶板和两个侧板,顶板的顶面和底面分别为操作面301和接触面302,本实施例中凸起31设置在接触面302上。
示例性地,结合图4和图5所示,为了维护方便,按压罩3和弹性臂21其中一个上设置有卡扣32,另一个上设置有能与卡扣32相配合的卡槽211,以使按压罩3与弹性连接件2可拆卸连接。本实施例中,卡扣32设置在接触面302上,卡槽211设置在弹性臂21上。当然,在其它实施例,也可采用其它的可拆卸结构实现按压罩3与弹性连接件2的连接,本实施例不做限制。
可选地,卡扣32设置有导向斜面,以便在拆装按压罩3时能起到导向作用,提高拆装效率。
本实施例中,为了避免仅使用卡扣32与卡槽211配合时弹性连接件2在受压后自身回弹力过大,进而导致按压罩3脱离弹性连接件2,弹性臂21还包括两个沿操作轴线a方向间隔设置的支撑条212,且按压罩3与支撑条212插接,从而对按压罩3起到支撑和固定的作用。当然,在其它实施例中,也可仅使用支撑条212与按压罩3插接,只要能保证弹性连接件2与按压罩3连接稳定即可,本实施例不做限制。
示例性地,为了实现支撑条212与按压罩3插接,两个侧板相对的内壁上设置有凸块33,且凸块33与按压罩3的接触面302之间存在间隙(即凸块33与顶板之间存在间隙),支撑条212能插接在间隙内。
可选地,按压罩3两个相对的内侧壁上均可间隔设置多个凸块33,以保证保护罩与支撑条212插接稳定。可以理解的是,凸块33的数量和形状可根据按压罩3的内壁形状和实际需求进行设计,本实施例不做限制。
可选地,按压罩3的操作面301为凹面,适配于使用者的手指,符合人体工程学,以便使用者能快速准确地对按压罩3施加外力。
其中,按键操作装置还包括安装件4和两个密封件5,安装件4设置在底座1上,安装件4上设置有两个与电气开关7一一对应的定位槽41;密封件5与电气开关7一一对应,且密封件5罩设在电气开关7外并能封堵定位槽41,按 压罩3摆动时能下压密封件5以启动电气开关7
此外,通过安装件4和密封件5能使电气开关7密封安装在底座1上,尽可能降低外界环境对电气开关7的影响,延长其使用寿命。
可选地,为了使密封件5能与电气开关连接更为紧密,电气开关7的顶端伸出于定位槽41外。
其中,密封件5由弹性材料制成,以保证保护罩向靠近电气开关7方向摆动时凸起31部与密封件5抵接进而使密封件5变形以按压电气开关7,当保护罩反方向摆动远离密封件5后密封件5在自身的回弹力下停止按压电气开关7。
此外,通过在电气开关7外上设置内部中空的密封件5能增强两者安装在一起后的整体弹性,在按压罩3在外力下按压电气开关7时,密封件5受力将发生形变并且为电气开关7提供更有效的缓冲保护。
可选地,按键操作装置还包括两个与电气开关7一一对应的增强件6,增强件6设置在密封件5和电气开关7之间,按压罩3摆动时能下压密封件5并带动增强件6启动电气开关7,即通过增强件6提高按压电气开关7的稳定性,提高了由电气开关7控制的相关电控命令的反馈响应度。

    所述弹性连接件(2)设置在所述底座(1)上,所述弹性连接件(2)包括固定部(22)和分别与所述固定部(22)连接的两个弹性臂(21),所述固定部(22)设置在所述弹性臂(21)的朝向所述电气开关(7)的一侧;所述弹性臂(21)和所述电气开关(7)一一对应,且所述弹性臂(21)被配置为对所述按压罩(3)提供背向所述电气开关(7)的弹力;
    两个所述按压罩(3)分别设置在两个所述弹性臂(21)上,且两个所述按压罩(3)能分别沿所述操作轴线a独立摆动,以带动所述弹性连接件(2)形变并启动对应的所述电气开关(7)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的按键操作装置,其中,所述按压罩(3)上设置有与所述电气开关(7)相对应的凸起(31),当所述按压罩(3)摆动时所述凸起(31)能与所述电气开关(7)抵接并施加按压力。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的按键操作装置,其中,所述按压罩(3)和所述弹性臂(21)其中一个上设置有卡扣(32),另一个上设置有能与所述卡扣(32)相配合的卡槽(211),以使所述按压罩(3)与所述弹性连接件(2)可拆卸连接。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的按键操作装置,其中,所述弹性臂(21)包括两个沿所述操作轴线a方向间隔设置的支撑条(212),且所述按压罩(3)与所述支撑条(212)插接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的按键操作装置,其中,所述按压罩(3)包括顶板和两个侧板,两个侧板相对的内壁上均设置有凸块(33),且所述凸块(33)与所述顶板之间存在间隙,所述支撑条(212)能插接在所述间隙内。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的按键操作装置,还包括:
    安装件(4),所述安装件(4)设置在所述底座(1)上,所述安装件(4)上设置有两个与所述电气开关(7)一一对应的定位槽(41);
    两个密封件(5),所述密封件(5)与所述电气开关(7)一一对应,且所述密封件(5)罩设在所述电气开关(7)外并能封堵所述定位槽(41),所述按压罩(3)摆动时能下压所述密封件(5)以启动所述电气开关(7)。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的按键操作装置,其中,所述电气开关(7)的顶端伸出于所述定位槽(41)外。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的按键操作装置,还包括两个与所述电气开关(7)一一对应的增强件(6),所述增强件(6)设置在所述密封件(5)和所述电气开关(7)之间,所述按压罩(3)摆动时能下压所述密封件(5)并带动所述增强件(6)启动所述电气开关(7)。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的按键操作装置,其中,所述密封件(5)由弹性材料制成。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的按键操作装置,其中,所述增强件(6)的硬度大于所述电气开关(7)的硬度。
  11. 一种电动辅助自行车,包括车管部和如权利要求1至10任一项所述的按键操作装置,所述按键操作装置通过所述底座(1)的夹紧部安装在所述车管部上。
