Description

一种散装机卸料装置 技术领域
本发明涉及工程机械领域,具体地涉及一种散装机卸料装置。
背景技术
散装机通常用于将料仓或其他设备输出端的散料装到汽车、火车、船等运输设备的容器中。散装机的出料端通常包括外锥斗、内锥斗、连接环和伸缩软管,内锥斗设置在外锥斗内,连接环与内锥斗固定连接并设置在外锥斗的上方,连接环与外锥斗通过伸缩软管连接。连接环通过钢丝绳等与吊装机构连接。工作时,吊装机构通过钢丝绳使外锥斗和内锥斗一起下放,使得外锥斗的锥面外侧面与运输设备的进料孔贴合,随着钢丝绳继续下放,伸缩软管收缩,内锥斗继续下降至预定位置,内锥斗停止运动,以便开始为运输设备装料。
现有的散装机卸料时,伸缩软管较容易翘曲或歪斜,造成排料不顺,成为本领域之技术人员急欲解决的问题之一。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种散装机卸料装置,藉由导向网罩避免伸缩软管歪斜,以解决背景技术的问题。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案为,一种散装机卸料装置包括,具有进料口的内筒;覆盖内筒的外筒;连接内筒的内伸缩软管与连接外筒的外伸缩软管;连接内伸缩软管的内锥体,且内锥体具有卸料口;从内伸缩软管与外伸缩软管之间横跨至内筒与外筒之间的吸尘通道;设置于内伸缩软管的内部通道的导向网罩;穿设于内伸缩软管的内部通道以及内锥体的内部通道的多根提升杆;以及连接多根提升杆的密封体,且密封体通过多根提升杆沿着进出料方向移动而打开或关闭卸料口。
根据本发明的实施方式,散装机卸料装置还包括连接外伸缩软管的外锥体,其中吸尘通道从内伸缩软管与外伸缩软管之间横跨至内锥体与外锥体之间,且内锥体与外锥体靠近卸料口的一端裸露吸尘通道,密封体通过多根提升杆沿着进出料方向移动而打开或关闭裸露的吸尘通道。
根据本发明的实施方式,内锥体还包括定锥部与滑动设置于定锥部的滑锥部,定锥部靠近卸料口的一端具有限位环,滑锥部远离卸料口的一端具有止挡环,当多根提升杆驱动滑锥部相对定锥部移动第一预定行程,限位环与止挡环相互抵触。
根据本发明的实施方式,当滑锥部相对定锥部移动第一预定行程后,密封体通过多根提升杆沿着进出料方向移动第二预定行程,以打开卸料口。
根据本发明的实施方式,散装机卸料装置还包括卷扬机以及连接卷扬机的拉绳,卷扬机通过拉绳沿着进出料方向移动多根提升杆。
根据本发明的实施方式,散装机卸料装置还包括连接于多根提升杆与拉绳之间的吊耳。
根据本发明的实施方式,上述吊耳位于导向网罩靠近内筒的一端时,密封体密封卸料口。
本发明的有益效果为,通过导向网罩维持住内伸缩软管的形状,可避免内伸缩软管在卸料的过程中歪斜而影响卸料及收尘的效果。此外,密封体在散装机卸料装置不需要卸料的时候,可以密封住卸料口,以避免料件外泄。

请参考图1与图2,图1为本发明一实施方式的散装机卸料装置的示意图,图2为图1的散装机卸料装置卸料的示意图。如图所示,散装机卸料装置包括,具有进料口O1的内筒10;覆盖内筒10的外筒20;连接内筒10的内伸缩软管11与连接外筒20的外伸缩软管21;连接内伸缩软管11的内锥体30,且内锥体30具有卸料口O2;从内伸缩软管11与外伸缩软管21之间横跨至内筒10与外筒20之间的吸尘通道P;设置于内伸缩软管11的内部通道11a的导向网罩40;穿设于内伸缩软管11的内部通道11a以及内锥体30的内部通道30a的多根提升杆50;以及连接多根提升杆50的密封体60,且密封体60通过多根提升杆50沿着进出料方向D移动而打开或关闭卸料口O2。通过导向网罩40维持住内伸缩软管11的形状,可避免内伸缩软管11在卸料的过程中歪斜而影响卸料的效率。此外,密封体60在散装机卸料装置不需要卸料的时候,可以密封住卸料口O2,以避免料件外泄。
散装机卸料装置可还包括,连接外伸缩软管21的外锥体70,其中吸尘通 道P从内伸缩软管11与外伸缩软管21之间横跨至内锥体30与外锥体70之间,且内锥体30与外锥体70靠近卸料口O2的一端裸露吸尘通道P,密封体60通过多根提升杆50沿着进出料方向D移动而打开或关闭吸尘通道P。如此一来,当散装机卸料装置在卸料时,吸尘通道P可将卸料过程产生的灰尘排除,避免环境污染。
内锥体30还包括定锥部31与滑动设置于定锥部31的滑锥部32,定锥部31靠近卸料口O2的一端具有限位环33,滑锥部32远离卸料口O2的一端具有止挡环34,当多根提升杆50驱动滑锥部32相对定锥部31移动第一预定行程S1时,限位环33与止挡环34相互抵触。如此一来,通过限位环33与止挡环34可局限住滑锥部32相对定锥部31移动的距离。此外,当滑锥部32相对定锥部31移动第一预定行程S1后,密封体60通过多根提升杆50沿着进出料方向D移动第二预定行程S2,以打开卸料口O2。也就是说,滑锥部32相对定锥部31移动后,密封体60才会移动并裸露出卸料口O2,以进行卸料作业。更具体而言,当需要卸料时,滑锥部32相对定锥部31移动(往图1与图2中的下方移动),可减轻收尘负担。当不需要卸料时,滑锥部32与密封体60相接触,起密封作用,防止粉尘外泄,保护了现场环境。
散装机卸料装置可还包括卷扬机80以及连接卷扬机的拉绳90,卷扬机80通过拉绳90沿着进出料方向D移动多根提升杆50。此外,散装机卸料装置连接于多根提升杆50与拉绳90之间的吊耳100。通过拉绳90、卷扬机80以及吊耳100的设置,可实现多根提升杆在进出料方向D的运动。例如,当吊耳100位于导向网罩40靠近内筒10的一端时,密封体60密封卸料口O2。通过卷扬机80释放拉绳90出去后,吊耳100下降而带动滑锥部32相对定锥部31移动,以及带动密封体60离开卸料口O2。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种散装机卸料装置,其特征在于,包括:
    具有进料口的内筒;
    覆盖所述内筒的外筒;
    连接所述内筒的内伸缩软管与连接所述外筒的外伸缩软管;
    连接所述内伸缩软管的内锥体,且所述内锥体具有卸料口;
    从所述内伸缩软管与所述外伸缩软管之间横跨至所述内筒与所述外筒之间的吸尘通道;
    设置于所述内伸缩软管的内部通道的导向网罩;
    穿设于所述内伸缩软管的所述内部通道以及所述内锥体的内部通道的多根提升杆;以及
    连接所述多根提升杆的密封体,且所述密封体通过所述多根提升杆沿着进出料方向移动而打开或关闭所述卸料口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的散装机卸料装置,其特征在于,还包括连接所述外伸缩软管的外锥体,其中所述吸尘通道从所述内伸缩软管与所述外伸缩软管之间横跨至所述内锥体与所述外锥体之间,且所述内锥体与所述外锥体靠近所述卸料口的一端裸露所述吸尘通道,所述密封体通过所述多根提升杆沿着所述进出料方向移动而打开或关闭所述吸尘通道。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的散装机卸料装置,其特征在于,所述内锥体还包括定锥部与滑动设置于所述定锥部的滑锥部,所述定锥部靠近所述卸料口的一端具有限位环,所述滑锥部远离卸料口的一端具有止挡环,当所述多根提升杆驱动所述滑锥部相对所述定锥部移动第一预定行程,所述限位环与所述止挡环相互抵触。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的散装机卸料装置,其特征在于,当所述滑锥部相对所述定锥部移动所述第一预定行程后,所述密封体通过所述多根提升杆沿着所述进出料方向移动第二预定行程,以打开所述卸料口。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的散装机卸料装置,其特征在于,还包括卷扬机以及连接所述卷扬机的拉绳,所述卷扬机通过所述拉绳沿着所述进出料方向移动所述多根提升杆。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的散装机卸料装置,其特征在于,还包括连接于所述多根提升杆与所述拉绳之间的吊耳。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的散装机卸料装置,其特征在于,当所述吊耳位于所述导向网罩靠近所述内筒的一端时,所述密封体密封所述卸料口。
