Description

可缓冲自关的四连杆门铰 技术领域
本发明涉及门铰技术领域,具体是涉及到具有缓冲自关功能的四连杆门铰。
背景技术
现有的四连杆门铰包括有铰杯、铰座、以及铰接在铰杯和铰座之间的支承连杆臂和弹性连杆臂,铰座固定在柜壁上,铰杯固定柜门,支承连杆臂为柜门提供支承力,弹性连杆臂为柜门提供自关力。为实现柜门的缓冲自关,门铰通常采用阻尼器缓冲自关。然而,现有的四连杆门铰结构设计得不够合理,结构复杂,不便于安装阻尼器,安装复杂,生产效率低,且使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单,便于安装的具有缓冲自关功能的的四连杆门铰。
为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案:可缓冲自关的四连杆门铰,包括有由铰座、铰杯、支承连杆臂和弹性连杆臂铰接而成的四连杆门铰以及缓冲门铰自关的阻尼器,其特征在于:所述支承连杆臂具有与铰杯铰接的两侧叉臂,阻尼器于两叉臂之间、沿着支承连杆臂摆动的方向滑动地安装在铰杯内,阻尼器的活塞杆的端部顶着铰杯的紧邻铰接这一侧的内壁,阻尼器缸体的两侧形成有台面朝向缸体底部的凸台,两叉臂形成可与凸台的台面相抵的突起。
采用本发明所带来的有益效果:由于本发明四连杆门铰的结构简单,便于阻尼器的装配,可提高生产效率,且由于结构合理,使得门铰的使用寿命延长。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,可缓冲自关的四连杆门铰,包括有由铰座1、铰杯2、支承连杆臂3和弹性连杆臂4铰接而成的四连杆门铰以及缓冲门铰自关的阻尼器5。在本发明中,支承连杆臂3具有与铰杯2铰接的两侧叉臂31。阻尼器5于两叉臂31之间、沿着支承连杆臂3摆动的方向滑动地安装在铰杯2内,具体的,阻尼器5可采用半圆套6安装在铰杯2的内底部。阻尼器5的活塞杆51的端部顶着铰杯2的紧邻铰接这一侧的内壁21,阻尼器5缸体52的两侧形成有台面朝向缸体52底部的凸台52.1,两叉臂31形成可与凸台52.1的台面相抵的突起31.1。
外力关闭柜门的起始阶段,铰杯2跟随摆动,弹性连杆臂4处于压缩状态,当柜门关闭过一定角度后,弹性连杆臂4转成伸展状态,此时撤去外力,在弹性连杆臂4伸展的弹力作用下,驱使铰杯2继续作关门摆动,从而带动柜门自动关闭。在柜门自关阶段,支承连杆臂3的两叉臂31的突起31.1顶到阻尼器5的凸台52.1,驱使阻尼器5的缸体52滑动,活塞杆51缓慢缩回。在阻尼器5的阻尼力作用下,使得铰杯2缓慢摆动,从而实现柜门的缓冲自关。
在生产上,只需将阻尼器5套入半圆套6内就可完成阻尼器5的装配,使得装配简单便捷,生产效率高,可降低生产成本。

  1. 可缓冲自关的四连杆门铰,包括有由铰座、铰杯、支承连杆臂和弹性连杆臂铰接而成的四连杆门铰以及缓冲门铰自关的阻尼器,其特征在于:所述支承连杆臂具有与铰杯铰接的两侧叉臂,阻尼器于两叉臂之间、沿着支承连杆臂摆动的方向滑动地安装在铰杯内,阻尼器的活塞杆的端部顶着铰杯的紧邻铰接这一侧的内壁,阻尼器缸体的两侧形成有台面朝向缸体底部的凸台,两叉臂形成可与凸台的台面相抵的突起。
