发明内容

  1. 一种具有缓冲功能的门铰链,其特征在于包括:
    外壳(1)、第一转轴(2)、“U”型转轴(4)、铰链杯(6)及连动件(8);其中所述连动件(8)一端通过第一转轴(2)转动的设在外壳(1)内,连动件(8)的另一端通过“U”型转轴(4)的一轴(42)与铰链杯(6)转动连接,所述铰链杯(6)固定在门板上;第二转轴(3)、扭力弹簧(5)及连接件(7);其中所述连接件(7)的一端通过第二转轴(3)转动的设在外壳(1)内,连接件(7)的另一端通过“U”型转轴(4)的另一轴(41)与铰链杯(6)转动连接,所述扭力弹簧(5)套设在第二转轴(3)上,扭力弹簧(5)的一端固定在连动件(8)上,扭力弹簧(5)的另一端抵靠在连动件(8)上;以及
    支撑结构(9)及缓冲结构(10);所述支撑结构(9)固定在连动件(8)上;所述缓冲结构(10)承托在支撑结构(9)上并随支撑结构(9)在外壳(1)内运动,缓冲结构(10)的活塞杆(101)可抵靠在扭力弹簧(5)上从而增加扭力弹簧(5)复位的阻力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有缓冲功能的门铰链,其特征在于所述支撑结构(9)包括两左支臂(91)及两右支臂(92),所述左支臂(91)与对应的右支臂(92)配合形成呈“V”型安装槽,所述缓冲结构(10)夹设在左支臂(91)与右支臂(92)形成的“V”型安装槽中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有缓冲功能的门铰链,其特征在于所述缓冲结构(10)为圆形缸体,在所述圆形缸体的两侧分别设有定位块(102),所述定位块(102)夹设在对应的左支臂(91)与右支臂(92)形成的“V”型安装槽中。
