本实用新型公开一种可开关缓冲自关功能的门铰,包括有铰座、铰杯、连接铰座和铰杯的铰臂、安装在铰杯内可驱动铰杯自关摆动的扭簧、以及安装在铰杯内可缓冲铰杯自关摆动的阻尼器。设一盖板,盖板于阻尼器的顶部固定安装在铰杯上,阻尼器的活塞缸于铰杯内可活动伸缩,盖板上安装有相对阻尼器横向滑动的滑块,活塞缸和滑块上分别形成有相互阻挡配合以限制阻尼器伸出的凸台。这种可开关缓冲自关功能的门铰为使用者提供了极大的方便。

可开关缓冲自关功能的门铰
技术领域
本实用新型涉及门铰技术领域,具体是涉及到具有缓冲自关功能的门铰。
背景技术
传统的门铰,如图1、2所示,由铰座1、铰杯2、铰臂3、以及驱动铰杯2自关摆动的扭簧8构成,扭簧8驱动铰杯2自关的启动点通常设在柜门关闭到一定角度后,只有柜门关闭到设定的角度后,扭簧8才开始对柜门进行自动关闭。
门铰的铰座1固定在柜壁上,铰杯2固定柜门。铰臂3的一端固定在铰座1上,另一端通过铰接轴9与铰杯2铰接。扭簧8的一端压着铰杯2,另一端压着铰臂3的铰接端,其中铰臂3的铰接端形成有可供扭簧8压着的承压部31。该承压部31设成在铰杯2完全打开至自关启动点之间时使扭簧8保持打开铰杯2的趋势,以及在自关启动点至铰杯2完全关闭之间时使扭簧8保持关闭铰杯2的趋势。因此,把承压部31加工成拱形,扭簧8压在承压部31的着力点会随着铰杯2的开合而在拱形面上移动,并且拱形面对应着在自关启动点时扭簧的着力点处分别朝着拱形面的两端、扭簧8的作用力矩逐渐变小。
为了实现柜门的缓冲自关,在铰杯内安装可缓冲其自关摆动的阻尼器。当铰杯自关摆动时,利用阻尼器的缓冲作用实现柜门缓冲自关。但是,在某些情况下,我们需要柜门不具备缓冲自关功能。因此,我们希望这种门铰可根据需要,既可打开缓冲自关功能又可关掉自关缓冲功能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种既可打开缓冲自关功能又可关掉缓冲功能的门铰。
为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案:可开关缓冲自关功能的门铰,包括有铰座、铰杯、连接铰座和铰杯的铰臂、安装在铰杯内可驱动铰杯自关摆动的扭簧、以及安装在铰杯内可缓冲铰杯自关摆动的阻尼器。设一盖板,盖板于阻尼器的顶部固定安装在铰杯上,阻尼器的活塞缸于铰杯内可活动伸缩,盖板上安装有相对阻尼器横向滑动的滑块,活塞缸和滑块上分别形成有相互阻挡配合以限制阻尼器伸出的凸台。
在上述基础上,所述凸台上形成有当阻尼器处于伸出状态时,活塞缸的凸台可强行滑过滑块的凸台的斜面。
在上述基础上,所述盖板设成扣合安装在铰杯上。
采用本实用新型所带来的有益效果:由于本实用新型设有相对阻尼器横向滑动的滑块,当要打开门铰的缓冲自关功能时,只需把滑块滑离至阻尼器的侧面,使滑块的凸台错开阻尼器活塞缸的凸台,活塞缸可自由伸缩,为门铰提供缓冲自关功能;当要关闭门铰的缓冲自关功能时,只需把滑块滑向阻尼器,使滑块的凸台和活塞缸的凸台形成阻挡,保持阻尼器处于缩回状态,相当于关掉其缓冲自关功能,也就关掉了门铰的缓冲自关功能。因此,这种可开关缓冲自关功能的门铰为使用者提供了极大的方便。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,可开关缓冲自关功能的门铰,包括有铰座1、铰杯2、连接铰座1和铰杯2的铰臂3、安装在铰杯2内可铰杯2自关摆动的扭簧8、以及安装在铰杯2内可缓冲铰杯2自关摆动的阻尼器4。设一盖板5,盖板5于阻尼器4的顶部固定安装在铰杯2上,阻尼器4的活塞缸41于铰杯内可活动伸缩,盖板5上安装有相对阻尼器4横向滑动的滑块6,活塞缸41和滑块6上分别形成有相互阻挡配合以限制阻尼器4伸出的凸台42、61。
当要打开门铰的缓冲自关功能时,拨动滑块6,把滑块6滑离至阻尼器4的侧面,使滑块6的凸台61错开阻尼器4活塞缸的凸台42,活塞缸41可自由伸缩,为门铰提供缓冲自关功能。当要关闭门铰的缓冲功能时,只需把滑块6滑向阻尼器4,使滑块6的凸台61和活塞缸的凸台42形成阻挡,保持阻尼器4处于缩回状态,相当于关掉其缓冲自关功能,也就关掉了门铰的缓冲自关功能。
要关掉门铰的缓冲自关功能,是要在阻尼器4处于缩回状态时,才能把滑块6滑向阻尼器4以形成阻挡。柜门打开时,亦即是门铰处于打开状态,阻尼器处于伸出状态,此时滑块6是不便阻挡在限制阻尼器4伸出的这一侧,亦即是启动不了门铰的关掉缓冲自关这一功能;并且要方便对滑块6进行操作,通常是在柜门打开时,因此,需要滑块6在柜门打开时对其进行操作,亦可启动门铰的关掉缓冲自关这一功能。因此进一步地,凸台42、61上形成有当阻尼器4处于伸出状态时,活塞缸的凸台42可强行滑过滑块的凸台61的斜面7。这样在柜门打开后,如果要关掉门铰的缓冲自关功能,可以把滑块6滑向阻尼器4,然后关柜门,阻尼器4在缓冲柜门自关的同时,活塞缸做缩回滑动,凸台42会朝着凸台61移动,并且在碰到凸台61后会沿着斜面7强行滑过凸台61,与凸台61形成阻挡,此时,阻尼器4处于缩回状态,并且在凸台61的阻挡下,阻尼器4始终保持缩回状态,使其失去缓冲功能,从而关掉门铰的缓冲自关功能。事实上,只要凸台42和凸台61的其中一凸台设有斜面7,都可实现以上功能,只不过在性能和效果上有所打折。
盖板5的安装设成扣合安装在铰杯2上,当然,也可采用其他的安装方式来安装盖板,本实施例中的扣合安装是为了方便门铰的可拆装性。

1.可开关缓冲自关功能的门铰,包括有铰座、铰杯、连接铰座和铰杯的铰臂、安装在铰杯内可驱动铰杯自关摆动的扭簧、以及安装在铰杯内可缓冲铰杯自关摆动的阻尼器。设一盖板,盖板于阻尼器的顶部固定安装在铰杯上,阻尼器的活塞缸于铰杯内可活动伸缩,盖板上安装有相对阻尼器横向滑动的滑块,活塞缸和滑块上分别形成有相互阻挡配合以限制阻尼器伸出的凸台。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可开关缓冲自关功能的门铰,其特征在于:所述凸台上形成有当阻尼器处于伸出状态时,活塞缸的凸台可强行滑过滑块的凸台的斜面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的可开关缓冲自关功能的门铰,其特征在于:所述盖板设成扣合安装在铰杯上。
