一种液压缓冲铰链,包括有铰杯(1)、铰体(2)、支承铰臂(3)、驱动铰臂(4)、驱动驱动铰臂(4)关门摆动的扭簧(5)、以及缓冲驱动铰臂(4)关门摆动的阻尼器(6),所述铰体(2)内安装有对着支承铰臂(3)的铰接轴(7)往复滑动的壳体(8),阻尼器(6)嵌装在壳体(8)内,阻尼器(6)活塞杆(61)的端部对着并受阻于支承铰臂(3)的铰接轴(7)这一端,驱动铰臂(4)的摆动端和壳体(8)的紧邻活塞杆(61)的这一端分别形成有在驱动铰臂(4)关门摆动时相互抵挡的钩部(41)和挡部(81)。由于铰链的阻尼器(6)增设一壳体(8),同时在壳体(8)与驱动铰臂(4)的摆动端之间形成勾挡配合。关门时,驱动铰臂(4)的摆动端直接勾住壳体(8)摆动,壳体(8)再带动阻尼器(6)移动压缩,这样阻尼器(6)的缸体得到很好的保护作用,有效延长阻尼器(6)的使用寿命。

Description

液压缓冲铰链 技术领域
本发明涉及铰链技术领域,具体是涉及到一种液压缓冲铰链。
背景技术
现有的液压缓冲铰链主要由铰杯、铰体、支承铰臂、驱动铰臂、扭簧及阻尼器构成。支承铰臂和驱动铰臂铰接在铰杯和铰体之间,构成四连杆铰链结构。扭簧负责驱动驱动铰臂作关门摆动,阻尼器负责缓冲驱动铰臂的关门摆动。其中阻尼器的安装有装在铰杯的,也有装在铰体的。对于安装在铰体,一些为了减低成本,就将阻尼器直接滑动安装在铰体内,利用驱动铰臂在关门摆动时,勾住阻尼器的缸体移动,使阻尼器阻尼收缩,实现铰链的缓冲自关。通常,这种阻尼器缸体的两侧会形成挡部,与驱动铰臂的摆动端相互之间勾挡配合。由于挡部是直接形成在阻尼器的侧部,而这种阻尼器的缸体通常是注塑成型,长时间的作用,阻尼器的缸体很容易出现损坏状况,致使铰链失去缓冲作用,而且这种阻尼器的缸体在生产上难度较高,成本也高。因而,有必要对这种液压缓冲铰链作出改进,以改善其阻尼器的耐用性,延长铰链的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种提高阻尼器耐用性的缓冲铰链。
为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种液压缓冲铰链,包括有铰杯、铰体、支承铰臂、驱动铰臂、驱动驱动铰臂关门摆动的扭 簧、以及缓冲驱动铰臂关门摆动的阻尼器,其特征在于:所述铰体内安装有对着支承铰臂的铰接轴往复滑动的壳体,阻尼器嵌装在壳体内,阻尼器活塞杆的端部对着并受阻于支承铰臂的铰接轴这一端,驱动铰臂的摆动端和壳体的紧邻活塞杆的这一端分别形成有在驱动铰臂关门摆动时相互抵挡的钩部和挡部。
在上述基础上,所述铰体于壳体的底部安装有横向的滚轴,阻尼器和壳体置于滚轴与铰体的内顶部之间滑动。
在上述基础上,还包括有与铰体拆装连接的铰座。
采用本发明所带来的有益效果:由于本发明为铰链的阻尼器增设一壳体,同时在壳体与驱动铰臂的摆动端之间形成勾挡配合。关门时,驱动铰臂的摆动端直接勾住壳体摆动,壳体再带动阻尼器移动压缩,这样阻尼器的缸体得到很好的保护作用,有效延长阻尼器的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,一种液压缓冲铰链,包括有铰杯1、铰体2、支承铰臂3、驱动铰臂4、驱动驱动铰臂4关门摆动的扭簧5、以及缓冲驱动铰臂4关门摆动的阻尼器6,在本发明中,所述铰体2内安装有对着支承铰臂3的铰接轴7往复滑动的壳体8,阻尼器6嵌装在壳体8内,阻尼器6活塞杆61的端部对着并受阻于支承铰臂3的铰接轴7这一端,驱动铰臂4的摆动端和壳体的紧邻活塞杆61的这一端分别形成有在驱动铰臂4关门摆动时相互抵挡的钩部41和挡部81。
关门时,当门转过自由角度后,扭簧5开始驱使驱动铰臂4摆动,以驱使门自动关闭。在过程中,驱动铰臂4摆动端的钩部41会勾住 壳体8的挡部81,驱使壳体8带动阻尼器6向着支承铰臂3的铰接轴7这一侧移动,迫使受阻的活塞杆61阻尼缩回缸体内,使得门只能在一定的阻尼下缓冲自关。活塞杆61的受阻可设成其端部直接与扭簧5相抵,当然也可在铰体2内设置阻挡部或其它的一些阻挡结构来阻挡活塞杆61,但是会给结构带来复杂性。
进一步地,所述铰体2于壳体8的底部安装有横向的滚轴9,阻尼器6和壳体8置于滚轴9与铰体2的内顶部之间滑动。这样可保证阻尼器6移动的稳定性,且结构上也不会过于复杂,方便加工生产。
铰体2的安装,有直接安装在门框上,也有通过铰座安装在门框上。本发明铰链中的铰体是通过铰座10安装的,铰座10与铰体2设成拆装连接。安装时,铰座10直接固定在门框上,铰链与门扇固定好后,就直接把铰体2扣装在铰座10上,完成安装。这样极大地方便了铰链的调试安装。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种液压缓冲铰链,包括有铰杯、铰体、支承铰臂、驱动铰臂、驱动驱动铰臂关门摆动的扭簧、以及缓冲驱动铰臂关门摆动的阻尼器,其特征在于:所述铰体内安装有对着支承铰臂的铰接轴往复滑动的壳体,阻尼器嵌装在壳体内,阻尼器活塞杆的端部对着并受阻于支承铰臂的铰接轴这一端,驱动铰臂的摆动端和壳体的紧邻活塞杆的这一端分别形成有在驱动铰臂关门摆动时相互抵挡的钩部和挡部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的液压缓冲铰链,其特征在于:所述铰体于壳体的底部安装有横向的滚轴,阻尼器和壳体置于滚轴与铰体的内顶部之间滑动。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的液压缓冲铰链,其特征在于:还包括有与铰体拆装连接的铰座。
