Abstract

Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest zawias z dużym kątem otwarcia - zamknięcia drzwi meblowych, obejmujący wspornik mocujący (1) połączony z płytą ścienną, gniazdo przesuwne (2) połączone z drzwiami i moduł przegubowo połączony ze wspornikiem mocującym (1) oraz gniazdem przesuwnym (2), charakteryzujący się tym, że moduł zawiasowy obejmuje ramię zamocowane na stałe (3), ramię łączące (4), zamocowane przegubowo po kolei pierwsze ramię obrotowe (5), drugie ramię obrotowe (6) i trzecie ramię obrotowe (7), przy czym jeden koniec pierwszego ramienia obrotowego (5) z wygięciem jest przymocowany przegubowo do gniazda przesuwnego (2) oraz wspomniane gniazdo przesuwne (2) jest zamontowane z amortyzatorem (8) i blokiem wahliwym (9), ponadto amortyzator (8) ma sprężynę powrotną, zaś blok wahliwy (9) ma pierwszą powierzchnię roboczą, którą wspiera się na wygięciu pierwszego ramienia obrotowego (5) i drugą powierzchnię roboczą, którą wspiera się na amortyzatorze (8). Dzięki powyższym ulepszeniom, wzór użytkowy charakteryzuje się prostą i racjonalną konstrukcją, niskim kosztem produkcji, niezawodnym działaniem i wygodną regulacją. Każdy element jest połączony w zwarty sposób i może być łatwo otwierany i zamykany. Zawias obecnego wzoru jest ponadto praktyczny, z uwagi na to, że może być otwierany i zamykany pod dowolnym kątem w dowolnym czasie z niskim poziomem hałasu.
