Abstract

Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest zawias z dużym kątem otwarcia - zamknięcia drzwi meblowych, który obejmuje wspornik mocujący (1) połączony z płytą ścienną, gniazdo przesuwne (2) połączone z drzwiami i moduł zawiasowy połączony ze wspornikiem mocującym (1) i gniazdem przesuwnym (2). Moduł zawiasowy obejmuje ramię (3) zamocowane na stałe, ramię łączące (4), zamocowane zawiasowo po kolei pierwsze ramię obrotowe (5), drugie ramię obrotowe (6) i trzecie ramię obrotowe (7). Jeden koniec pierwszego ramienia obrotowego (5) z wystającym punktem (5.1) lub wygięciem jest przymocowany zawiasowo do wspornika mocującego. Wspomniany wspornik zawiasowy jest zamontowany z amortyzatorem i blokiem wahliwym. Amortyzator (8) ma sprężynę powrotną, natomiast blok wahliwy (9) ma pierwszą i drugą powierzchnię roboczą. W sposobie zamykania zawiasu, pierwsza powierzchnia robocza ma na celu koordynację z wystającym punktem lub wygięciem na pierwszym ramieniu obrotowym, natomiast druga powierzchnia robocza jest skoordynowana z amortyzatorem.
