Abstract

Przedmiotem wzoru użytkowego jest zawias wpuszczany (1) dla drzwi i/albo otwieranych części mebli przeznaczony do umieszczenia w sposób ukryty między drzwiami lub otwieraną częścią mebla a odpowiadającym jej elementem stałym. Zawias ten ma następującą kombinację cech: korpus (5) obudowy po stronie elementu stałego ma występ (51), na którym znajduje się oś obrotu po stronie elementu stałego, przy czym wystaje on na z góry określoną odległość od korpusu (5) obudowy po stronie elementu stałego w pierwszym kierunku poziomym (X), który z kolei, gdy drzwi znajdują się w stanie zamkniętym, jest równoległy względem powierzchni drzwi; prowadnica ślizgowa rozciąga się wzdłuż z góry określonej linii rozciągania, zaś teoretyczna linia łącząca pomiędzy dwoma przeciwległymi końcami prowadnicy ślizgowej po stronie elementu stałego nachylona jest względem pierwszego kierunku poziomego (X) pod kątem wynoszącym co najmniej 45°; w taki sposób, że korpus (5) obudowy po stronie elementu stałego ma w pierwszym kierunku poziomym (X) głębokość, która w przypadku drzwi, znajdujących się w stanie zamkniętym jest o co najmniej 20% mniejsza niż głębokość korpusu (4) obudowy po stronie drzwi mierzona w pierwszym kierunku poziomym (X).
