Abstract
一种控释型叶黄素饲料添加剂的制备方法,其步骤是:将叶黄素浸膏、甘油和油脂混合溶解,在机械搅拌和剪切乳化条件下滴加碱液,使叶黄素酯完全皂化;接着加入油脂并加碱皂化,调节粘度并中和后将混合液喷雾造粒,得到控释型叶黄素饲料添加剂。本方法利用甘油和油脂,经皂化和微胶囊成型,提升了叶黄素在光照、加热和酸性环境下的化学稳定性,该控释型叶黄素饲料添加剂在胃液环境基本不释放而在肠液环境中完全释放,具有更高的生物利用度。

Claims (4)
- 根据权利要求1所述的叶黄素饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述的叶黄素酯的皂化程度由高效液相色谱测定,当叶黄素液相峰面积的归一化百分比大于97%时,视为皂化完全。
- 根据权利要求1所述的叶黄素饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,碱液为30%~50%质量浓度的氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾的水溶液;步骤(2)中的碱液与叶黄素浸膏的质量比为30~60:100;步骤(4)中的碱液与叶黄素浸膏的质量比为10~50:1。
- 根据权利要求1所述的叶黄素饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,加热的温度为40~80℃。
- 根据权利要求1所述的叶黄素饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)中,所用的酸为盐酸,质量百分比浓度为10%~20%。
