Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso quimioenzimatico continuo y rentable para el fraccionamiento de holocelulosa, obtenida a partir de residuos agrícolas, en arabinoxilooligosacári dos, xilooligosacaridos y celooligosacaridos, adecuado para aplicaciones comerciales. El proceso comprende la mezcla de la holocelulosa con un medio acuoso en condiciones controladas para obtener un extracto acuoso que comprende arabinoxilooligosacáridos solubles y una fracción de solidos insoluble; seguido por tratamiento de la fracción de solidos con una solución alcalina acuosa en condiciones controladas para obtener xilooligosacaridos solubles y residuos de celulosa. A continuación, el residuo de celulosa se suspende en una solución acida acuosa seguido por tratamiento con una enzima en condiciones controladas para obtener celooligosacaridos solubles. Los arabinoxilooligosacáridos , xilooligosacaridos y celooligosacaridos obtenidos en el proceso obtenido en el rpoceso tiene un grado de polimerización superior a 4.
