Definitions
- the present invention relates to an absorbent article such as a disposable diaper.
- absorbent articles such as disposable diapers
- it is possible to efficiently absorb excrement fluid such as urine discharged from a wearer by an absorbent body and to provide flexibility to the absorbent articles to improve fit.
- it is considered to form grooves extending in the longitudinal direction and the short direction in the absorber.
- an absorbent article for example, according to Patent Document 1, a top sheet disposed on the skin contact surface side, a back sheet disposed on the non-skin contact surface side, and absorption interposed between both sheets.
- the groove is recessed and has a groove extending in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article, and the groove is formed across the high basis weight portion and the low basis weight portion, and the groove is formed by: Relatively shallow and recessed shallow groove portions and relatively deep recessed deep groove portions are alternately formed along the length direction of the groove.
- the shallow groove portion is different from the deep groove portion, the length direction of the length of the groove is disclosed a long absorbent article. According to the absorbent article disclosed in this patent document 1, it is possible to quickly absorb and diffuse excrement fluid such as urine excreted from the wearer, and eliminate the discomfort caused by the wearer's wetting, and Despite having leak-proofing grooves, it is believed that adequate flexibility and excellent fit can be obtained.
- the structure of the groove portion of the absorber is maintained before absorbing excrement fluid such as urine, so that it is easy to be bent with the groove portion as a base point, and appropriate softness
- the absorbent expands due to the absorbed excretory fluid and the width of the groove narrows
- the groove since the groove almost disappears, the groove is unlikely to be a base point of bending, and as a result, the flexibility may be reduced and the fit may be inferior.
- an object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article which is excellent in fit and also in rewet property and feeling of wearing before and after absorption of excrement fluid such as urine as well as after absorption.

- the pressing part may be formed by pressing a part of width of a longitudinal direction groove part continuously to a longitudinal direction. By forming the pressing portion in this manner, the absorbent article is easily bent with the longitudinal groove as a base point, and the fit property is excellent.
- the longitudinal grooves 19 are formed by perforating the diffusion sheet 13, two core wraps 11, 11 'and the absorbent core 9. It includes a plurality of through holes 24 penetrating from the skin side 15 to the clothing side 17.
- the excretory fluid supplied to the skin side of the absorber can be quickly transmitted to the coated side of the absorber through the plurality of through holes. Therefore, the excretory fluid can be diffused in the longitudinal direction by the longitudinal groove formed on the coated side surface of the absorber within a short time after the excrement fluid is discharged. Therefore, the absorbent article according to the present embodiment can obtain excellent absorbability (in particular, absorption speed, diffusion) and excellent rewet property associated therewith.
- the structure of the through hole (for example, the shape, size and the like of the opening) is not particularly limited, and may be appropriately set according to the absorbability (for example, absorption speed and the like) and the strength and flexibility of the absorber.
- the shape of the opening of the through hole (hereinafter, simply referred to as "the opening") in plan view (hereinafter, simply referred to as "the shape of the opening") is circular (including elliptical). Also, it may be rectangular or may have a star-like geometric shape.
- the size (size) of the through hole is not particularly limited as long as the through hole can be formed in the longitudinal groove, but the maximum inner diameter of the opening is Usually, it is in the range of 1 mm to 5 mm, preferably in the range of 2 mm to 4 mm.
- the maximum inner diameter of the opening is the inner diameter which is the longest among the inner diameters of the opening (for example, the diameter if the shape of the opening is circular, the long diameter if oval and the square If so, it means the diagonal length etc.).
- its maximum inside diameter ie, diameter
- diameter is usually in the range of 1 mm to 5 mm, preferably in the range of 2 mm to 4 mm.
- “circular” means not only “perfect circle” but also a circular shape in a broad sense, including an elliptical shape and a distorted circular shape which may occur in a manufacturing process.

- the plurality of through holes are preferably arranged in the longitudinal groove at a distance longer than the maximum inner diameter of the opening.
- the excretory fluid supplied to the skin side of the absorbent core spreads on the skin side of the absorbent core. Because it is easy to flow into the through-hole and it becomes difficult to generate bias in the through-hole through which the excrement fluid flows (that is, it becomes easy to flow the excrement fluid into more through-holes) It is possible to shift from the part to the side of the clothes.
- the through holes are provided at a predetermined interval or more, strength reduction of the absorber is unlikely to occur, and stable absorption (particularly, diffusivity, absorption efficiency, etc.) of the absorber can be exhibited stably. Can.
- the core wrap 11 ' is joined to the bottom portion 20 of the longitudinal groove 19 in the longitudinal groove 19, but in the absorbent article of the present invention, the core wrap is the longitudinal groove It may be joined to the whole, i.e. the bottom of the longitudinal groove and a pair of longitudinally extending side walls.

- the longitudinal grooves preferably have a thickness of 0.5 to 3.0 times, more preferably 0.8 to 2.5 times, still more preferably 1.0 to the thickness of the absorbent. It has a width of 2.0 times. If the longitudinal groove has a width of 0.5 to 3.0 times the thickness of the absorber, even if the absorbent core absorbs waste fluid and expands, it is in the width direction in the longitudinal groove. It does not expand until the pair of expanding side walls come into contact with each other, and the longitudinal groove is difficult to close, so it is easier to secure a certain space extending in the longitudinal direction in the longitudinal groove. As a result, the absorbent article has flexibility and excellent fit even after absorption of the excretory fluid, and can maintain the above-mentioned excellent absorbability and rewet property.
- the thickness (mm) of the absorber is measured as follows. Prepare FS-60 DS (measurement surface 44 mm (diameter), measurement pressure 3 g / cm 2 ) manufactured by Daiei Kagaku Seiki Co., Ltd., and absorb under standard conditions (temperature 23 ⁇ 2 ° C, relative humidity 50 ⁇ 5%) Five different parts of the body are pressurized, and the thickness after 10 seconds of pressurization at each part is measured, and the average value of the five measured values is taken as the thickness of the absorber.
- the squeezed portion 23 is formed by squeezing the two core wraps 11 and 11 ′, the diffusion sheet 13 and the absorbent core 9 in the longitudinal groove portion.

Not joined. Therefore, in the first embodiment, the width direction groove 21 which absorbs the waste fluid flowing from the longitudinal groove 19 is crushed by the expansion of the absorbent core 9, but the longitudinal groove 19 and the waste fluid reach.
- the widthwise groove 21 (that is, the widthwise groove 21 not absorbing the waste fluid) does not lose its function as a diffusion flow path for waste fluid (here, the longitudinal groove 19 As mentioned above, even if it absorbs the fluid, the constant space 25 extending in the longitudinal direction L can be secured, so the function as a diffusion channel for the excrement fluid is not lost.) It can flow through the longitudinal groove 19 (or a constant space 25 extending in the longitudinal direction L) and diffuse into the non-crushed width direction groove 21. If the waste fluid supply is repeated multiple times, such a process is repeated, and the waste fluid can be absorbed over a wide area of the absorber.
- the absorbent article 1 can exhibit even more excellent absorbability and rewettability, particularly with respect to a plurality of excretions, and can achieve long wearing of the absorbent article.
- a core wrap may be joined to the bottom part of the width direction groove part.

It joins in the part joined. Therefore, in the first embodiment, even if the absorbent core 9 absorbs waste fluid and expands, the core wrap 11 ′ is formed between the pair of side wall portions 19 b and 19 c expanded in the width direction W in the longitudinal groove 19. And the diffusion sheet 13, it is possible to more reliably secure the constant space 25 extending in the longitudinal direction L in the longitudinal groove 19.
- the absorbent article 1 can more reliably exhibit the function as a base point of the bending of the longitudinal direction groove portion 19 and the function as a diffusion channel for excrement fluid. Furthermore, since the waste fluid that has reached the longitudinal groove 19 is easily diffused in the longitudinal direction L of the absorber 7 by the longitudinal groove 19 and the diffusion sheet 13, the waste fluid in the longitudinal direction L of the absorber 7 It can be diffused more quickly and absorbed from a wide area in the longitudinal direction L. Therefore, the absorbent article 1 has flexibility even after absorption of the excretory fluid, and is excellent in the fit property, the diffusion property in the longitudinal direction, the rewet property, etc., and can exhibit these effects more reliably. .

Abstract
