Definitions
- the present invention relates to an apparatus and a manufacturing method for manufacturing a composite elastic member.
- wearing articles such as disposable diapers having a waist portion and a crotch portion are known.
- the waistline portion of the worn article may be composed of a composite stretchable member that can be stretched in order to improve comfort.
- Patent Document 1 a device described in Patent Document 1 is known as an apparatus for manufacturing a composite elastic member.
- Patent Document 1 In the apparatus described in Patent Document 1, first, a hot melt material is applied to the surface of a predetermined sheet. Next, an elastic member is disposed on the surface of the sheet in a state where the elastic member extends in the longitudinal direction of the sheet. Thereafter, another sheet is disposed on the surface of the sheet in a state of covering the elastic member. Thereby, in a state where the elastic member is disposed between the sheets, the sheets and the sheet and the elastic member are joined to produce a composite elastic member.
- Patent Document 1 it is necessary to prepare a hot melt material separately from the sheet and the elastic member, and an apparatus for applying the hot melt material to the sheet is required. As a result, the apparatus becomes larger and more complex, and power consumption may increase.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method of a composite stretchable member that can simplify an apparatus and suppress power consumption while suppressing damage to an elastic member.
- the present invention is configured to join the two sheets and the sheets and a plurality of elastic members to each other while conveying the two sheets along the longitudinal direction thereof.
- the elastic member, the sheet, and a joining device that welds and joins the sheets together, and each elastic member extends in the longitudinal direction of the joining device between the two sheets.

- the size of the crease formed between the joining points of the elastic member and the sheet (projecting dimension to the outside of the heel) while increasing the joining force between the sheets and the joining force between the elastic member and the sheet. ) In the longitudinal direction of the sheet. Therefore, the appearance and feel of the composite elastic member can be improved.
- the outer peripheral surface of the transport roller is adjacent to the intersecting pattern region in which the projecting portion is composed of the plurality of first projecting portions and the plurality of second projecting portions.
- the convex portion includes a straight pattern region constituted by a third convex portion extending in a direction orthogonal to the conveying direction of the conveying roller from the intersection of the first convex portion and the second convex portion. preferable.
- the present invention is a method of manufacturing a composite stretchable member using a composite stretchable member manufacturing apparatus, wherein each elastic member extends in the longitudinal direction of the joining device by the guide device, and A guide step for guiding the two sheets and each elastic member so as to be sandwiched between the sheets, and the two sheets in which the plurality of elastic members are sandwiched by the pressing device and the convex portion are sandwiched. And a step of welding the elastic member, the sheet, and the sheets to be bonded to each other, and in the bonding step, Of these, the elastic member and the sheet, and a part of the portion where the elastic member is disposed and at least a part of the elastic member are inserted into the grooves of the convex portion, respectively.
- the elastic member uses a manufacturing apparatus that can secure the bonding force between the sheets and the bonding force between the sheet and the elastic member while suppressing damage to the elastic member.
- a composite elastic member that can be appropriately expanded and contracted can be manufactured.
