在下文的描述中,给出了大量具体的细节以便提供对本发明更为彻底的理解。然而,对于本领域技术人员来说显而易见的是,本发明实施方式可以无需一个或多个这些细节而得以实施。在其他的例子中,为了避免与本发明实施方式发生混淆,对于本领域公知的一些技术特征未进行描述。
为了彻底了解本发明实施方式,将在下列的描述中提出详细的结构。显然,本发明实施方式的施行并不限定于本领域的技术人员所熟习的特殊细节。本发明的较佳实施方式详细描述如下,然而除了这些详细描述外,本发明还可以具有其他实施方式。
图4-图9示意性地示出了按照本发明的箱门密封增强机构的第一实施方式。在此第一实施方式中,与背景技术相应的构件的标号一致,只是第一位数字由“1”变成“2”。
如图4所示,干散货箱200的门端具有第一门扇210、第二门扇220 和门框,第一门扇210和门框连接,第二门扇220和门框连接,门框包括门楣、门角柱260和门槛291,门角柱260的两端连接门楣和门槛291,第一门扇210和左侧的门角柱260固定连接,第二门扇220的右侧的门角柱260固定连接,第一门扇210与门角柱260的连接处具有缝隙,第二门扇220与门角柱260的连接处具有缝隙,第一门扇210与第二门扇220的连接处具有缝隙,第一门扇210和第二门扇220与门槛291连接处具有缝隙,门封胶条230密封缝隙。由此,可以防止颗粒较大及流动性较差的货物从干散货箱的门端的门缝中泄漏。
具体地,如图5所示,门缝挡板240与门角柱260固定连接,门缝挡板240具有突起270和水平沿门扇延伸的横条280,门封胶条230密封第一门扇210与门角柱260之间的缝隙、门封胶条230密封第一门扇210与门槛(未图示)之间的缝隙、第二门扇220与门角柱260之间的缝隙以及第二门扇220与门槛(未图示)之间的缝隙,突起270靠近门封胶条230,横条280靠近第一门扇210或第二门扇220,突起270的边缘到门扇外侧的距离小于门扇内壁到门扇外侧的距离。本发明中的“靠近门封胶条”的含义可以为“接近门封胶条”,也可以为“紧贴门封胶条”。此种构造的门缝挡板可以对门下缝进行密封,其可以在诸如单开门的门扇的连接端处(即与箱体连接的端部)。同时,第一门扇210具有第一端211,第二门扇220具有与第一端211相对的第二端221,门外挡板250设置在第一端211和第二端221中的一个的外端,并向第一端211和第二端221中的另一端延伸,在第一门扇210和第二门扇220处于关闭状态下,门外挡板250分别与第一端211和第二端221接触,以密封第一门扇210和第二门扇220之间的门中缝。
本领域技术人员应当知道,门缝挡板240可以由塑料、铝或钢制成,门缝挡板240可以通过型材、锻造件、折弯件或焊接而成,相应的,设置有该门外挡板250的门扇应为两个门扇中需要首先关闭的门扇,这样,才能使得两扇门顺利闭合。若没有先关闭设置有该门外挡板250的门扇,则另一个门扇在关闭时会与该门外挡板250发生干涉,以使得门扇无法关闭。
如门缝挡板的主视图图6所示,该门缝挡板240的构造呈板型。如门缝挡板的俯视图图7所示,该门缝挡板240具有突起270和突起270底部垂直设置的横条280,突起270靠近门封胶条(未图示)。该门缝挡板可以横向设置在门框下部,也可以竖向设置在门框下部,还可以根据具体情况在位于第一门扇处的门缝挡板横向设置在门框下部,在第二门扇处的门缝 挡板竖向设置在门框下部。
如图8所示,本实施方式中的门缝挡板包括沿门扇的高度方向设置的延伸部290。本领域技术人员应当知道,延伸部290的长度可以根据需求设置,当需要对门缝进行更好地密封时,延伸部290的长度可以从门扇底部向上延伸至门扇的上部,或者与门扇的高度等高设置,即延伸部290的长度设置为门扇的高度,当然,为了密封门扇与门槛291之间的缝隙(门下缝)以及门扇与门楣之间的缝隙(门上缝),该延伸部290的长度可以在门扇的高度方向延伸超出门扇的顶部和底部。
如图9所示,门缝挡板240靠近门角柱260和门槛291,其在门角柱260和门槛291处呈弯折构造,此种构造即可以防止颗粒较小和/或流动性较大的货物从干散货箱下部的门缝中泄漏,又可以防止其从门角柱260的缝隙中泄露,使得密封效果更好。
根据需要,门缝挡板240可以由塑料、铝或钢质材料制成。
本发明还公开了一种干散货箱,其包括上述的箱门密封增强机构以及至少一个门扇。
在一个可选实施方式中,干散货箱包括一个门扇,该门扇为上翻门、下翻门、左开门或右开门。即不限定该门扇的打开方向,例如,门扇可以与箱体的立柱连接或者与顶端梁或底端梁连接。
当干散货箱只有一个门扇时,该门扇的一端与箱体连接,另一端可开启,本发明的箱门密封增强机构可设置在门扇的任一端或者两端,当然可以具有L型或其他形状的门缝挡板,但需要注意的是门缝挡板的设置不应影响该门扇的开闭。
第二实施方式
在本实施方式中,为了简洁的目的,此处省略与第一实施方式相同部分的描述。在此第二实施方式中,与第一实施方式相应的构件的标号一致,只是第一位数字由“2”变成“3”。该实施方式与第一实施方式不同的部分在于,如图10、图11所示,干散货箱300的一个门端具有下翻的第三门扇310和门框,第三门扇310和门框连接,门框包括门楣、门角柱360和门槛391,门角柱360的两端与门楣和门槛391连接,第三门扇360和门槛391固定连接,门封胶条330密封第三门扇310与门楣之间的缝隙、第三门扇310和门角柱360之间的缝隙以及第三门扇310和门槛391之间的缝隙,两个门缝挡板340分别设置在第三门扇310的下部的两端,且门缝挡板340与门角柱360固定连接,门封胶条330密封第三门扇310与门角柱 360和门槛391之间的缝隙,突起370靠近门封胶条330,横条380靠近第三门扇310,门缝挡板340构造为L型,突起370的边缘到门扇外侧的距离小于门扇内壁到门扇外侧的距离。
本领域技术人员还应当知晓,本发明无意对不同构造的门缝挡板具体应用到不同的干散货箱加以限定,其可以根据干散货箱的实际情况,采用任意一种门缝挡板。第一实施方式和第二实施方式的门缝挡板也可以采用如下文详细描述的图12-15中的构造。下面结合附图12-13详细说明一种构造的门缝挡板。
如门缝挡板340的主视图图12所示,门缝挡板340的构造呈L型,该门缝挡板340具有突起370和横条380,门缝挡板340还具有延伸部392。延伸部392设置在门缝挡板340的具有突起370的一端,且延伸部392在箱门的高度方向向上延伸。门缝挡板340安装至门框下方的拐角处,防止颗粒流出,故门缝挡板340的凸起370挡住沿水平方向设置在下方拐角处的门封胶条,而延伸部392是挡住沿竖直方向设置在下方拐角处的门封胶条。俯视图图13示出,突起370向外突出,以靠近门封胶条330,延伸部392也向外突出,同样的,靠近下方的门封胶条330,以保证设置在集装箱的门框的下方的门封胶条330至少部分被门缝挡板340所封挡。如门缝挡板340的俯视图图13所示,突起370靠近门封胶条(未图示),突起370的底部垂直设置横条380,突起370的边缘到门扇外侧的距离小于门扇内壁到门扇外侧的距离,延伸部392的端部与突起370底部相反的端部平齐。该门缝挡板通过型材、锻造件或折弯件焊接而成。当然,门缝挡板所采取的材质也可以为其他材料,门缝挡板与门框的连接方式并不局限于焊接,本发明无意对门缝挡板的材质及门缝挡板与门框的连接方式进行限定,其可以根据实际情况,采用现有的任何一种合适的结构及连接方式。
下面结合附图14-15详细说明另一种构造的门缝挡板。如门缝挡板440的主视图图14所示,门缝挡板440的构造呈L型,该门缝挡板440具有突起470和横条480,门缝挡板440还具有延伸部492。延伸部492设置在门缝挡板440的具有突起470的一端,且延伸部492在箱门的高度方向向上延伸。此时,延伸部492并没有挡住门封430胶条,只是减少了此处门框与门扇在集装箱内部的间隙,对门封胶条430有所保护。俯视图图15示出,突起470向外突出,以靠近门封胶条430,延伸部492也向外突出,同样的,靠近下方的门封胶条430,保证设置在集装箱的门框的下方的门封胶条430至少部分地被门缝挡板440所封挡。如门缝挡板440的俯视图 图15所示,突起470靠近门封胶条(未图示),突起470的底部垂直设置横条480,横条480靠近门扇(未图示),突起470的边缘到门扇外侧的距离小于门扇内壁到门扇外侧的距离。
除非另有定义,本文中所使用的技术和科学术语与本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施目的,不是旨在限制本发明。本文中出现的诸如“设置”等术语既可以表示一个部件直接附接至另一个部件,也可以表示一个部件通过中间件附接至另一个部件。本文中在一个实施方式中描述的特征可以单独地或与其它特征结合地应用于另一个实施方式,除非该特征在该另一个实施方式中不适用或是另有说明。
本发明已经通过上述实施方式进行了说明,但应当理解的是,上述实施方式只是用于举例和说明的目的,而非意在将本发明限制于所描述的实施方式范围内。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,根据本发明的教导还可以做出更多种的变型和修改,这些变型和修改均落在本发明所要求保护的范围以内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种箱门密封增强机构,用于干散货箱,所述干散货箱包括至少一个门端,所述门端包括门扇和门框,所述门扇连接所述门框,所述门框包括门角柱、门楣及门槛,所述门角柱的两端连接所述门楣和所述门槛,门封胶条密封所述门扇和所述门框的之间的缝隙,其中,所述箱门密封增强机构为门缝挡板,所述门缝挡板至少部分地设置在所述至少一个门框的下端部且与所述门框的内表面接触,当所述门扇处于关闭状态时,所述门缝挡板靠近所述门封胶条。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的箱门密封增强机构,其中,所述门缝挡板的至少一个边缘到门扇外侧的距离小于门扇的内壁到门扇外侧的距离。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的箱门密封增强机构,其中,所述门缝挡板构造为板型,所述门缝挡板设置在所述门扇的下端角落的门缝处,其包括:
    横条,所述横条沿垂直于所述箱门的高度方向的横向方向延伸;
    突起,所述突起与所述横条的一端连接,且沿垂直于所述箱门的箱体深度方向延伸,以靠近所述门封胶条。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的箱门密封增强机构,其中,所述门缝挡板构造为L型,所述门缝挡板设置在所述门扇的下端角落的门缝处,其包括:
    横条,所述横条沿垂直于所述箱门的高度方向的横向方向延伸;
    突起,所述突起与所述横条的一端连接,且沿垂直于所述箱门的箱体深度方向延伸,以靠近所述门封胶条;以及
    延伸部,所述延伸部从所述突起的下端沿所述箱门的高度方向向上延伸,以靠近所述门封胶条。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的箱门密封增强机构,其中,所述延伸部沿垂直于所述箱门的箱体深度方向延伸的长度与所述突起沿箱体深度方向延伸的长度相同。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的箱门密封增强机构,其中,所述门缝挡板横向和/或竖向设置在所述门框下部。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的箱门密封增强机构,其中,所述门缝挡板由塑料、铝或钢制成。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的箱门密封增强机构,其中,所述门缝挡板通过型材、锻造件或折弯件焊接而成。
  9. 一种干散货箱,其中,所述干散货箱包括权利要求1至8中的任一 项所述的箱门密封增强机构。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的干散货箱,其中,所述干散货箱的门扇为上翻门、下翻门、左开门或右开门。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的干散货箱,其中,所述箱门密封增强机构还包括门外挡板,所述门外挡板设置在所述门框的下方的外端。
  12. 据权利要求11所述的干散货箱,其中,所述门端设置有第一门扇和第二门扇,所述第一门扇具有第一端,所述第二门扇具有与所述第一端相对的第二端,所述门外挡板设置在所述第一端和所述第二端中的一个的外端,并向所述第一端和所述第二端中的另一个延伸,在所述第一门扇和所述第二门扇处于关闭状态下,所述门外挡板分别与所述第一端和所述第二端接触。
