为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种基于RFID技术的自动化就诊系统,该系统包括HIS服务器、医学影像存档与通讯系统(以下简称PACS系统)、计算机化的病案系统(即电子病历,以下简称EMR)、移动护理系统、供应室追溯系统、体检软件系统、LIS系统,该就诊系统还包括RFID就诊终端、以及若干的RFID读写装置,所述HIS服务器分别与医学影像存档与通讯系统、计算机化的病案系统、移动护理系统、供应室追溯系统、体检软件系统、LIS系统数据信息相连,所述HIS服务器、医学影像存档与通讯系统、计算机化的病案系统、移动护理系统、供应室追溯系统、体检软件系统、LIS系统分别连接RFID读写装置,所述RFID读写装置自动读取进入读取范围内的RFID就诊终端中存储的持有者的基本医疗信息,并根据该基本医疗信息从HIS服务器或者计算机化的病案系统中调取最近一次的就诊信息,再根据读取到的最近一次就诊信息进行智能计算确定患者此时的就诊状态,且将该就诊状态信息连同读取到的就诊信息发送至对应的HIS服务器、医学影像存档与通讯系统、计算机化的病案系统、移动护理系统、供应室追溯系统、体检软件系统或者LIS系统进行后续的自动就诊安排。
在该就诊系统的优选方案中,所述RFID就诊终端具体为设置RFID芯片 的医疗卡、社保卡、身份证或腕带,RFID芯片内设置有持有者的基本医疗信息,所述基本医疗信息包括姓名、性别、年龄、身份证号码、过敏药物。
进一步的,所述RFID读写装置分别设置在医院的挂号缴费处、各个检查化验室处、医院电梯内、各就诊科室处、药房处。
再进一步的,设置在挂号缴费处的RFID读写装置识别出进入其识别范围内的RFID就诊终端后,将立即去读取该RFID就诊终端上存储的基本医疗信息,并根据该基本医疗信息从HIS服务器或者计算机化的病案系统中调取最近一次的就诊信息,再根据最近一次的就诊信息判断该患者进行缴费还是进行挂号,若为挂号,则平均安排到挂号窗口进行排号,并将排好的序号和基本医疗信息发送给挂号系统;若为缴费,则根据缴费事件的轻重智能安排缴费次序,并将排好的序号和就诊缴费信息发送给收费系统。
再进一步的,设置在各个检查化验室处的RFID读写装置识别出进入其识别范围内的RFID就诊终端后,将立即去读取该RFID就诊终端上存储的基本医疗信息,并根据该基本医疗信息从HIS服务器或者计算机化的病案系统中调取最近一次的就诊信息,再根据最近一次的就诊信息判断该患者是否需要进行检查化验,若需要,则进一步判断所需的检测化验项目是否缴费,若没有缴费,则通知患者进行缴费,若已经缴费,根据最近一次的就诊信息判断其检查化验项目的紧急性,并以此来安排检查化验次序,并将排好的序号、就诊信息、基本医疗信息发送给LIS系统,LIS系统将检查化验结果连同对应的就诊信息、基本医疗信息一起发送至HIS服务器或者计算机化的病案系统。
再进一步的,设置在医院电梯内的RFID读写装置识别出进入其识别范围内的RFID就诊终端后,将立即去读取该RFID就诊终端上存储的基本医疗信息,并根据该基本医疗信息从HIS服务器或者计算机化的病案系统中调取最近 一次的就诊信息,再根据最近一次的就诊信息判断患者所要去的楼层,并发送对应的控制信息至电梯控制器。
再进一步的,设置在各就诊科室处的RFID读写装置识别出进入其识别范围内的RFID就诊终端后,将立即去读取该RFID就诊终端上存储的基本医疗信息,并根据该基本医疗信息从HIS服务器或者计算机化的病案系统中调取最近一次的挂号信息以及就诊信息,再根据最近一次的挂号信息以及就诊信息,来安排就医问诊的次序,并将排好的序号、最近的就诊信息、基本医疗信息一起发送至HIS服务器医生客户端,医生客户端根据接收的序号自动安排就诊,并根据对应的基本医疗信息调取计算机化的病案系统中对应的电子病历、LIS系统中对应的检查化验结果等进行综合诊断,并将诊断结果发送至HIS服务器和计算机化的病案系统中。
再进一步的,设置在药房处的RFID读写装置识别出进入其识别范围内的RFID就诊终端后,将立即去读取该RFID就诊终端上存储的基本医疗信息,并根据该基本医疗信息从HIS服务器或者计算机化的病案系统中调取最近一次的就诊信息,再根据该就诊信息确定所开处方以及安排取药次序,并将确定的处方以及取药次序发送至配药系统。
在上述的自动化就诊系统中,其还包括一移动就诊系统,该移动就诊系统包括移动就诊终端,该移动就诊终端基于患者的身份识别信息完成注册,再通过医院内的专用无线网络与HIS服务器数据相接,再基于RFID就诊终端完成认证后,可调取HIS服务器中对应的就诊及诊断信息,同时实时接收HIS服务器所发的就诊提示信息,以此来指导患者进行下一步的就诊。
本发明提供自动化就诊系统实现患者就诊的每个环节都实时接收数据,并实时计算调整,以保证所有的患者在每个就诊环境都能够在合理的时间内获得 诊治,大大缩短患者排队等待的时间,提高医生的诊断效率。
同时,本发明提供的方案能够在现有的医院信息化系统基础上实施,无需进行整体的设备更换,可行性,应用前景广。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
本实例提供的自动化就诊系统基于现有的医院信息化系统以及RFID技术构成。如图1所示,该就诊系统100其主要包括HIS服务器101、医学影像存档与通讯系统(以下简称PACS系统)102、计算机化的病案系统(即电子病历,以下简称EMR)103、移动护理系统104、供应室追溯系统105、体检软件系统106、LIS系统107、RFID就诊终端108、以及若干的RFID读写装置109。
其中HIS服务器101与PACS系统102、EMR系统103、移动护理系统104、供应室追溯系统105、体检软件系统106、LIS系统107之间通过相应的专用局域网进行数据信息相连,PACS系统102、EMR系统103、移动护理系统104、供应室追溯系统105、体检软件系统106以及LIS系统107将所获得医疗或诊断信息都传输至HIS服务器101,由HIS服务器101进行收集整理和存储进行数据的共享,同时根据需要HIS服务器101建立自动预诊模型,并根 据其它系统传输的医疗和诊断进行初步的预诊。
在此基础上,为了有效降低患者就医的排队等待时间,系统中的HIS服务器101、PACS系统102、EMR系统103、移动护理系统104、供应室追溯系统105、体检软件系统106以及LIS系统107分别连接RFID读写装置108。
该RFID读写装置108除了具有对相应的RFID设备进行读、写的基本功能外,其还对读取到的数据进行相应的就诊计算,并根据计算得到的结果进行就诊安排,具体的,该RFID读写装置108通过近距离的自动读取或接触读取的方式,读取进入读取范围内的RFID就诊终端109中存储的持有者的基本医疗信息,并根据该基本医疗信息从HIS服务器或者计算机化的病案系统中调取最近一次的就诊信息,再根据读取到的最近一次就诊信息进行智能计算确定患者此时的就诊状态,且将该就诊状态信息连同读取到的就诊信息发送至对应的HIS服务器、医学影像存档与通讯系统、计算机化的病案系统、移动护理系统、供应室追溯系统、体检软件系统或者LIS系统进行后续的自动就诊安排。
这里的RFID就诊终端109具体为设置RFID芯片的医疗卡、社保卡、身份证或腕带,RFID芯片内设置有持有者的基本医疗信息,所述基本医疗信息包括姓名、性别、年龄、身份证号码、过敏药物。
由此形成的自动化就诊系统在具体应用时,其中的RFID读写装置分别设置在医院的挂号缴费处、各个检查化验室处、医院电梯内、各就诊科室处、药房处,并分别与对应的HIS服务器、医学影像存档与通讯系统、计算机化的病案系统、移动护理系统、供应室追溯系统、体检软件系统或者LIS系统数据相接。
设置在挂号缴费处的RFID读写装置识别出进入其识别范围内的RFID就诊终端后,通过近距离的自动读取或接触读取的方式去读取该RFID就诊终端 上存储的基本医疗信息,并根据该基本医疗信息从HIS服务器或者计算机化的病案系统中调取最近一次的就诊信息,再根据最近一次的就诊信息判断该患者进行缴费还是进行挂号,若为挂号,则平均安排到挂号窗口进行排号,并将排好的序号和基本医疗信息发送给挂号系统;若为缴费,则根据缴费事件的轻重智能安排缴费次序,并将排好的序号和就诊缴费信息发送给收费系统。
设置在各个检查化验室处的RFID读写装置识别出进入其识别范围内的RFID就诊终端后,通过近距离的自动读取或接触读取的方式去读取该RFID就诊终端上存储的基本医疗信息,并根据该基本医疗信息从HIS服务器或者计算机化的病案系统中调取最近一次的就诊信息,再根据最近一次的就诊信息判断该患者是否需要进行检查化验,若需要,则进一步判断所需的检测化验项目是否缴费,若没有缴费,则通知患者进行缴费,若已经缴费,根据最近一次的就诊信息判断其检查化验项目的紧急性,并以此来安排检查化验次序,并将排好的序号、就诊信息、基本医疗信息发送给LIS系统,LIS系统将检查化验结果连同对应的就诊信息、基本医疗信息一起发送至HIS服务器或者计算机化的病案系统。
设置在医院电梯内的RFID读写装置识别出进入其识别范围内的RFID就诊终端后,通过近距离的自动读取或接触读取的方式去读取该RFID就诊终端上存储的基本医疗信息,并根据该基本医疗信息从HIS服务器或者计算机化的病案系统中调取最近一次的就诊信息,再根据最近一次的就诊信息判断患者所要去的楼层,并发送对应的控制信息至电梯控制器。
设置在各就诊科室处的RFID读写装置识别出进入其识别范围内的RFID就诊终端后,通过近距离的自动读取或接触读取的方式去读取该RFID就诊终端上存储的基本医疗信息,并根据该基本医疗信息从HIS服务器或者计算机化 的病案系统中调取最近一次的挂号信息以及就诊信息,再根据最近一次的挂号信息以及就诊信息,来安排就医问诊的次序,并将排好的序号、最近的就诊信息、基本医疗信息一起发送至HIS服务器医生客户端,医生客户端根据接收的序号自动安排就诊,并根据对应的基本医疗信息调取计算机化的病案系统中对应的电子病历、LIS系统中对应的检查化验结果等进行综合诊断,并将诊断结果发送至HIS服务器和计算机化的病案系统中。
设置在药房处的RFID读写装置识别出进入其识别范围内的RFID就诊终端后,通过近距离的自动读取或接触读取的方式去读取该RFID就诊终端上存储的基本医疗信息,并根据该基本医疗信息从HIS服务器或者计算机化的病案系统中调取最近一次的就诊信息,再根据该就诊信息确定所开处方以及安排取药次序,并将确定的处方以及取药次序发送至配药系统。
在上述方案的基础上,为了进一步提高患者就医的便捷性,本发明还在上述的自动化就诊系统中增加一套移动就诊系统110,该移动就诊系统110具体包括一定制的移动就诊终端110a以及医院内专用的无线局域网络110b。移动终端110a内设置有相应的就诊软件,其通过医院内的专用无线网络与HIS服务器101数据相接,再基于RFID就诊终端108完成认证后,可调取HIS服务器101中对应的就诊及诊断信息,同时实时接收HIS服务器所发的就诊提示信息,以此来指导患者进行下一步的就诊。
该移动就诊终端110a只能够在医院内部使用,并且需要患者在就诊挂号时在医院的挂号缴费处临时注册领取,并且在就诊结束后,归还医院的挂号缴费处,并进行信息注销。
由此构成的自动化就诊系统在具体应用时,能够在不改变现有医院的运行管理机制的前提下,由该系统实时掌握每个患者的就医状态,进行合理就医安 排,大大降低患者在就医各个环节排队等待的时间,以此来提高患者的就医效率。
以下通过一具体的应用实例来进一步的说明本方案:
参见图1,患者持有相应的RFID社保卡,该RFID社保卡在被领取时,在RFID芯片内写入对应社保人员的基本社保信息:姓名、联系地址、电话号码、社保号、身份证号、社保金额等等。
患者若需领取移动就诊终端110a时,在每次就诊挂号时,凭借自己的RFID社保卡到挂号处申请移动就诊终端110a。申请时,由医务人员首先将相应的移动就诊终端110a通过医院内的专用无线局域网络与HIS服务器建立数据连接;在建立通信连接后,通过移动就诊终端110a向HIS服务器发送认证请求,该认证请求包括相应的移动就诊终端110a的唯一识别码与申请人的手机号码、申请人者姓名、申请人身份证号码、申请人社保号中的两种或以上的组合。
HIS服务器在接受到相应的请求后,通过与其相连的RFID读写装置来识别对应的RFID社保卡,并读取其内存储的基本社保信息,且将读取到到的基本社保信息、解析认证请求得到的信息进行匹配;若匹配,完成认证,并在HIS服务器建立对应的数据库,以存储注册者对应的就诊信息,同时完成与EMR系统的绑定。
由此,患者通过移动就诊终端110a来获取相应的就诊信息,根据就诊信息的指导完成整个就诊过程。
当患者持有自己的RFID社保卡和移动就诊终端110a,其附近的RFID读写装置识别到相应的RFID社保卡,通过接触读取的方式(即患者通过将RFID社保卡与RFID读写装置接触,来完成信息的读取,以下同解)读取到其上相应的基本社保信息,根据该信息从HIS服务器中调取其最近一次的就诊信息, 若该就诊信息显示不是当天且没有挂号缴费,则判断该患者需要挂号,并且该信息发送至HIS服务器。
HIS服务器接受到该信息后,调取患者申请的移动就诊终端110a的唯一识别码,并向运行患者的移动就诊终端110a发送挂号就诊或探视的选择信息。患者在选择挂号就诊后,HIS服务器将调取当前出诊的科室以及出诊医生的信息给患者的移动就诊终端110a。
患者通过移动就诊终端110a选择自己所需的就诊科室以及医生,移动就诊终端110a将患者确定的挂号信息发送至HIS服务器,HIS服务器将该信息存储于其对应的数据库中,接着移动就诊终端110a调取医院室内地图,通过无线定位技术,指导患者快速找到离自己最近的挂号窗口。
患者在达到挂号缴费处后,设置在挂号缴费处的RFID读写装置识别出进入其识别范围内的RFID就诊终端后,通过接触读取的方式去读取该RFID就诊终端上存储的基本医疗信息,并根据该基本医疗信息从HIS服务器中提取到患者最近一次的就诊信息为选择确定的挂号信息,则判断该患者需要进行挂号,则平均安排到挂号窗口进行排号,并将排好的序号和基本医疗信息发送给挂号系统。
通过排号到达患者进行挂号时,在与工作人员确认信息后,挂号系统将自动完成相应的挂号动作,并将完成挂号的信息发送至HIS服务器以及EMR系统。该动作也可有患者在自动挂号机上完成。
HIS服务器在收到患者完成挂号,发送完成挂号信息至患者的移动就诊终端110a,该移动就诊终端110a调取医院室内地图,通过无线定位技术,指导患者快速找到对应的就诊科室。
当患者达到对应的就诊科室时,设置在各就诊科室处的RFID读写装置识 别出进入其识别范围内的RFID就诊终端后,通过接触读取的方式去读取该RFID就诊终端上存储的基本医疗信息,并根据该基本医疗信息从HIS服务器或者计算机化的病案系统中调取最近一次的挂号信息以及就诊信息,再根据最近一次的挂号信息以及就诊信息,来安排就医问诊的次序,并将排好的序号、最近的就诊信息、基本医疗信息一起发送至HIS服务器医生客户端,医生客户端根据接收的序号自动安排就诊,并根据对应的基本医疗信息调取计算机化的病案系统中对应的电子病历、LIS系统中对应的检查化验结果等进行综合诊断,并将诊断结果发送至HIS服务器和计算机化的病案系统中。
在医生完成初步诊断,需要进一步检查化验室,则就诊医生通过HIS服务器医生客户端进行相应的记录和分配,并将诊断结果发送至HIS服务器和计算机化的病案系统中。
HIS服务器在收到医生的初步诊断结果后,则通过移动就诊终端110a引导患者进行缴费和进行检查化验。其中缴费过程如上挂号过程。
患者在完成检测项目缴费后,该移动就诊终端110a调取医院室内地图,通过无线定位技术,指导患者快速找到对应的检查化验室。
当患者达到对应的检查化验室时,设置在各个检查化验室处的RFID读写装置识别出进入其识别范围内的RFID就诊终端后,通过接触读取的方式去读取该RFID就诊终端上存储的基本医疗信息,并根据该基本医疗信息从HIS服务器或者计算机化的病案系统中调取最近一次的就诊信息,再根据最近一次的就诊信息判断该患者是否需要进行检查化验,若需要,则进一步判断所需的检测化验项目是否缴费,若没有缴费,则通知患者进行缴费,若已经缴费,根据最近一次的就诊信息判断其检查化验项目的紧急性,并以此来安排检查化验次序,并将排好的序号、就诊信息、基本医疗信息发送给LIS系统,LIS系统将 检查化验结果连同对应的就诊信息、基本医疗信息一起发送至HIS服务器或者计算机化的病案系统。
患者在完成相应的检测项目后,该移动就诊终端110a调取医院室内地图,通过无线定位技术,指导患者快速找到对应的诊断科室进行进一步的诊断。具体的过程如上。
HIS服务器在收到医生的最终诊断结果后,则通过移动就诊终端110a引导患者进行缴费和取药。其中缴费过程如上挂号过程。
患者在完成缴费后,该移动就诊终端110a调取医院室内地图,通过无线定位技术,指导患者快速找到对应的取药室。
患者在达到取药室后,设置在取药室处的RFID读写装置识别出进入其识别范围内的RFID就诊终端后,通过接触读取的方式去读取该RFID就诊终端上存储的基本医疗信息,并根据该基本医疗信息从HIS服务器或者计算机化的病案系统中调取最近一次的就诊信息,再根据该就诊信息确定所开处方以及安排取药次序,并将确定的处方以及取药次序发送至配药系统。患者在完成取药后,将移动就诊终端110a归还给医院,由医院完成信息注销。
在上述就诊过程中,若患者需要使用到医院内的电梯时,设置在医院电梯内的RFID读写装置识别出进入其识别范围内的RFID就诊终端后,通过接触读取的方式去读取该RFID就诊终端上存储的基本医疗信息,并根据该基本医疗信息从HIS服务器或者计算机化的病案系统中调取最近一次的就诊信息,再根据最近一次的就诊信息判断患者所要去的楼层,并发送对应的控制信息至电梯控制器。
上述的整个就医过程由系统根据每个患者的实际情况实时合理安排就医进程,大大减少患者带病排队等待的时间,有效提高就医效率。

  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于RFID技术的自动化就诊系统,其特征在于,其还包括一移动就诊系统,该移动就诊系统包括移动就诊终端,该移动就诊终端基于患者的身份识别信息完成注册,再通过医院内的专用无线网络与HIS服务器数据相接,再基于RFID就诊终端完成认证后,可调取HIS服务器中对应的就诊及诊断信息,同时实时接收HIS服务器所发的就诊提示信息,以此来指导患者进行下一步的就诊。
