相较于现有技术,本发明提供的电子产品保护套,通过将第一磁铁组设于所述后壳,将第二磁铁组设于所述支架,且所述第一磁铁组包括极性相反的第一磁铁和第三磁铁,所述第二磁铁组包括极性相反的第二磁铁和第四磁铁,所述第一磁铁与所述第二磁铁极性相反,所述第三磁铁与所述第四磁铁极性相反,通过所述第一磁铁与所述第二磁铁相互吸附,及同时所述第三磁铁与所述 第四磁铁相互吸附,使得所述支架吸附在所述后壳的表面。这种磁铁极性相反的摆放方式,极性相反的磁铁周围磁力线方向是相反的,因此,能够使得第一磁铁组和第二磁铁组周围空间的磁通量正负相抵消,这样,第一磁铁组和第二磁铁对周围磁感应强度影响降低最低,从而实现降低对电子产品内磁敏感器件的影响。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1、图2及图3,本发明提供了一种电子产品保护套,应用于手机或平板等电子产品。电子产品保护套包括后壳10和支架20,所述后壳10用于包覆电子产品后盖,所述支架20连接于所述后壳10,且用于与所述后壳10配合以实现支撑所述电子产品。本实施方式中,后壳10包括主体11和边框12,所述边框12设于所述主体11的边缘,所述主体11用于遮罩电子产品的后盖,边框12卡持于电子产品的侧边,以实现将后壳10安装于电子产品。所述主体11可以呈平板状,也可以呈弧形,主体11的形状与电子产品后壳 10形状一致,二者可以相互贴合。支架20连接于后壳10之主体11,支架20与主体11之间可以是一体式结构,例如支架20与主体11通过相同的材质(如皮或PU)一体成型。支架20与主体11之间也可以是分离式结构,二者之间可以通过卡扣和卡槽的配合方式相互连接,也可以通过转轴连接在二者之间,使得支架20和后壳10的主体11之间能够相对翻转。
所述电子产品保护套还包括磁铁组件30,所述磁铁组件30包括第一磁铁组32和第二磁铁组34,所述第一磁铁组32设于所述后壳10,所述第二磁铁组34设于所述支架20,所述第一磁铁组32包括极性相反的第一磁铁322和第三磁铁324,所述第二磁铁组34包括极性相反的第二磁铁342和第四磁铁344,所述第一磁铁322与所述第二磁铁342极性相反,所述第三磁铁324与所述第四磁铁344极性相反,通过所述第一磁铁322与所述第二磁铁342相互吸附,及同时所述第三磁铁324与所述第四磁铁344相互吸附,使得所述支架20吸附在所述后壳10的表面。所述磁铁组件30的数量可以为单个,也可以为两个或两个以上,具体数量和分布可以根据后壳10面积的大小确定。
本发明提供的电子产品保护套,通过将第一磁铁组32设于所述后壳10,将第二磁铁组34设于所述支架20,且所述第一磁铁组32包括极性相反的第一磁铁322和第三磁铁324,所述第二磁铁组34包括极性相反的第二磁铁342和第四磁铁344,所述第一磁铁322与所述第二磁铁342极性相反,所述第三磁铁324与所述第四磁铁344极性相反,通过所述第一磁铁322与所述第二磁铁342相互吸附,及同时所述第三磁铁324与所述第四磁铁344相互吸附,使得所述支架20吸附在所述后壳10的表面。这种磁铁极性相反的摆放方式,极性相反的磁铁周围磁力线方向是相反的,因此,能够使得第一磁铁组32和第二磁铁组34周围空间的磁通量正负相抵消,这样,第一磁铁组32和第二磁铁组34对周围磁感应强度影响降低最低,从而实现降低对电子产品内磁敏感器件的影响。
一种实施方式中,所述第一磁铁322和所述第三磁铁324并排设置且相互贴合,所述第二磁铁342和所述第四磁铁344并排设置且相互贴合,亦即,第一磁铁322和第三磁铁324之间无间隙设置(如图1所示),第二磁铁342和第三磁铁324之间亦无间隙设置,这样磁铁之间相互贴合无间隙的结构,使得第一磁铁组32和第二磁铁组34周围空间的磁通量正负相抵消的量大,磁感应强 度小。
另一种实施方式中,请参阅图4,所述第一磁铁322包括相邻的第一边3222和第二边3224,所述第一边3222垂直于所述第二边3224,所述第三磁铁324包括相邻的第三边3242和第四边3244,所述第三边3242垂直于所述第四边3244,所述第一磁铁322和所述第三磁铁324并排设置,所述第一边3222与所述第三边3242相对,所述第二边3224和所述第四边3244延伸的方向相同,且所述第二边3224和所述第四边3244的长度相等,所述第一边3222与所述第三边3242之间的距离L2小于等于所述第二边3224的长度L1。第二边3224和第四边3244视为第一磁铁322和第三磁铁324的宽度,第一边3222和第三边3242视为第一磁铁322和第二磁铁342的长度,进一步而言,第一磁铁322和第二磁铁342的长度相等,且二者的宽度也相等。允许第一磁铁322和第三磁铁324之间存在间隙,但间隙的大小不能超过第一磁铁322的宽度,允许间隙的存在,有利于在生产过程中,易于安装定位第一磁铁322和第三磁铁324,可以在后壳10内先预留安装空间,安装空间之间允许存在间隙,再将第一磁铁322和第三磁铁324定位在安装空间内部。但间隙过大会影响两个磁铁之间的磁通量的抵消,因此,需要限位第一磁铁322和第三磁铁324之间的间隙,间隙的大小不能超过第一磁铁322的宽度为经过多次实验得出的经验值。
一种实施方式中,所述第一磁铁322的磁场强度与所述第三磁铁324的磁场强度之间的差值小于等于300mt(毫特斯拉)。考虑到磁铁之间强度的差异、磁铁单体差异(例如尺寸、材质)、磁敏感元件的位置等因素,两块磁铁之间的磁场强度难免有差异,两块磁铁之间的磁场强度的差异会导致两块磁铁的磁通量不同,导致磁通量不能完全抵消。因此本发明对第一磁铁322和第二磁铁324之间磁场强度的差值做出限定(小于等于300mt(毫特斯拉))。
可选的,所述第一磁铁322的磁场强度与所述第三磁铁324的磁场强度相同。磁场强度相同有利于磁铁之间磁通量的抵消。一种实施方式中,所述第一磁铁组32靠近所述后壳10之中间区域设置,本实施方式中,支架20和后壳10可以是分离的结构,在不使用支架20时,将支架20贴合在后壳10的中间区域。支架20也可以连接在后壳10之靠近边缘的位置处,不使用支架20时,通过位于后壳10中间区域的第一磁铁组32与支架20上的第二磁铁组34之间的吸附力,使得支架20吸附于后壳10。
另一种实施方式中,如图2和图3所示,所述第一磁铁组32位于靠近所述后壳10的一个边缘处,所述支架20包括支撑部22,所述支撑部22包括连接边222和支撑边224,所述连接边222与所述后壳10连接,且所述支撑部22能够相对所述后壳10开合,所述支撑边224与所述连接边222相对设置,所述第二磁铁组34位于所述支撑部22之靠近所述支撑边224的位置处。
具体而言,所述支架20还包括承载部24,所述承载部24连接于所述支撑部22之所述连接边222,且所述承载部24能够相对所述支撑部22弯折。
一种实施方式中,所述支撑部22与所述后壳10形成一体成型的结构,所述支撑部22与所述承载部24亦形成一体成型的结构。
所述第一磁铁组32内嵌于所述后壳10中,所述第二磁铁组34内嵌于所述支架20中,内嵌式的结构使得电子产品保护套美观。其它实施方式中,第一磁铁组32也可以设置在后壳10的外表,第二磁铁组34也可以设置在支架20的外表。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子产品保护套,包括后壳和支架,所述后壳用于包覆在电子产品后盖,所述支架连接于所述后壳,且用于与所述后壳配合以实现支撑所述电子产品,其特征在于,所述电子产品保护套还包括磁铁组件,所述磁铁组件包括第一磁铁组和第二磁铁组,所述第一磁铁组设于所述后壳,所述第二磁铁组设于所述支架,所述第一磁铁组包括极性相反的第一磁铁和第三磁铁,所述第二磁铁组包括极性相反的第二磁铁和第四磁铁,所述第一磁铁与所述第二磁铁极性相反,所述第三磁铁与所述第四磁铁极性相反,通过所述第一磁铁与所述第二磁铁相互吸附,及同时所述第三磁铁与所述第四磁铁相互吸附,使得所述支架吸附在所述后壳的表面。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于,所述第一磁铁和所述第三磁铁并排设置且相互贴合,所述第二磁铁和所述第四磁铁并排设置且相互贴合。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于,所述第一磁铁包括相邻的第一边和第二边,所述第一边垂直于所述第二边,所述第三磁铁包括相邻的第三边和第四边,所述第三边垂直于所述第四边,所述第一磁铁和所述第三磁铁并排设置,所述第一边与所述第三边相对,所述第二边和所述第四边延伸的方向相同,且所述第二边和所述第四边的长度相等,所述第一边与所述第三边之间的距离小于等于所述第二边的长度。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于,所述第一磁铁的磁场强度与所述第三磁铁的磁场强度之间的差值小于等于300mt。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于,所述第一磁铁的磁场强度与所述第三磁铁的磁场强度相同。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于,所述第一磁铁组 靠近所述后壳之中间区域设置。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于,所述第一磁铁组位于靠近所述后壳的一个边缘处,所述支架包括支撑部,所述支撑部包括连接边和支撑边,所述连接边与所述后壳连接,且所述支撑部能够相对所述后壳开合,所述支撑边与所述连接边相对设置,所述第二磁铁组位于所述支撑部之靠近所述支撑边的位置处。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于,所述支架还包括承载部,所述承载部连接于所述支撑部之所述连接边,且所述承载部能够相对所述支撑部弯折。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于,所述支撑部与所述后壳形成一体成型的结构,所述支撑部与所述承载部亦形成一体成型的结构。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于,所述第一磁铁组内嵌于所述后壳中,所述第二磁铁组内嵌于所述支架中。
