在现有的钞票竖向堆叠的纸币收纳装置里,对平直的和轻微卷曲状态的钞票的叠钞效果都比较好,而对于卷曲状态比较大的钞票,其叠钞的效果则较差,容易叠乱。

首先,滚压轮组件包括从动滚轮组件和主动滚轮组件,从动滚轮组件包括从动轴和位于从动轴上的若干从动轮,主动滚轮组件包括主动轴和位于主动轴上的若干主动轮,从动轴与主动轴相互平行,若干从动轮与若干主动轮一一对应,若干主动轮之间均设有叶轮,叶轮与主动轴一同旋转,卷取状态较大的钞票落入从动滚轮组件和主动滚轮组件之间,经过若干从动轮和若干主动轮的旋转对钞票进行碾压,提高了钞票的刚度,使其逐渐绷直,从而卷取状态较好,便于回收和叠好,然后在从动滚轮组件和主动滚轮组件碾压钞票的过程中,叶轮随主动轴一同旋转,叶轮不断拍打钞票的尾部,便于钞票的落入;
其次,通过改变从动轮和主动轮的外形结构,使若干相互配合的从动轮、主动轮的凹凸特征在空间上互相交错,当钞票通过滚压轮组件时,钞票被压成波浪形的状态,提高了钞票的刚度,将卷曲状态比较大的钞票在短时间内改变成为轻微的卷曲状态,在此过程中同时开始叠钞,避免后进 的钞票前端与前面的钞票后端相撞而叠乱,解决了卷曲钞票的叠钞问题,进一步改善叠钞效果。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1至图3,本发明实施例提供一种滚压轮组件,包括从动滚轮组件3和主动滚轮组件4,从动滚轮组件3包括从动轴33、位于从动轴33上的若干从动轮,主动滚轮组件4包括主动轴44、位于主动轴44上的若干主动轮(此处若干为两个以上,至少为两个,这样才能设置叶轮43),从动轴33和主动轴44相互平行,若干从动轮与若干主动轮一一对应,若干从动轮与若干主动轮的个数也一一对应,若干主动轮之间设有叶轮43,即每两个主 动轮之间均设有一个叶轮43,叶轮43随主动轴44一同旋转。
采用上述技术方案,滚压轮组件包括从动滚轮组件和主动滚轮组件,从动滚轮组件包括从动轴和位于从动轴上的若干从动轮,主动滚轮组件包括主动轴和位于主动轴上的若干主动轮,从动轴与主动轴相互平行,若干从动轮与若干主动轮一一对应,若干主动轮之间均设有叶轮,叶轮与主动轴一同旋转,卷取状态较大的钞票落入从动滚轮组件和主动滚轮组件之间,经过若干从动轮和若干主动轮的旋转对钞票进行碾压,提高了钞票的刚度,使其逐渐绷直,从而卷取状态较好,便于回收和叠好,然后在从动滚轮组件和主动滚轮组件碾压钞票的过程中,叶轮随主动轴一同旋转,叶轮不断拍打钞票的尾部,便于钞票的落入。
可选的,若干从动轮包括位于从动轴33两端的第一从动轮31、第二从动轮34(如图1所示,第一从动轮31可以位于上部或下部,具体不做限定)和位于第一从动轮31与第二从动轮34之间的若干从动凹形轮32(此处从动凹形轮的个数至少为一个);若干主动轮包括位于主动轴44两端的第一主动轮41、第二主动轮45(第一主动轮41可以位于主动轴)以及位于第一主动轮41与第二主动轮45之间的若干主动形凸形轮42,第一从动轮31与第一主动轮41对应,第二从动轮34与第二主动轮45对应,若干从动凹形轮32与若干主动凸形轮42一一对应,若干从动凹形轮32与若干主动凸形轮42的个数也一一对应,从动凹形轮和主动凸形轮的尺寸、大小可根据实际需要进行调整。
可选的,主动轴44、从动轴33的一端的最外部还分别固定有直齿轮12,直齿轮12驱动从动滚轮组件3和主动滚轮组件4旋转。
需要说明的是,从动轮和主动轮的凹凸特征可以做相应替换,即若干从动轮包括位于从动轴两端的第一从动轮、第二从动轮和位于所述第一从动轮与所述第二从动轮之间的若干从动凸形轮;若干主动轮包括位于主动轴两端的第一主动轮、第二主动轮和位于第一主动轮与所述第二主动轮之间的若干主动凹形轮,第一从动轮与第一主动轮对应,第二从动轮与第二主动轮对应,若干从动凸形轮与若干主动凹形轮一一对应。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中的一对滚压轮组件不仅可以用于碾压卷取状态较大的钞票,对于其他介质如支票、有价证券等同样适用,因此 不限定一对滚压轮组件的具体应用场景。
请参阅图4和图5,本发明实施例一种纸币收纳装置109(如图6所示)包括箱体5、箱门7以及入钞口,该入钞口处设置有换向块(包括1a和1b两种状态)、箱盖2及一对从动滚轮组件3和主动滚轮组件4,从动滚轮组件3包括第一从动轮31、第二从动轮34、位于第一从动轮31与第二从动轮34之间的若干从动凹形轮32(数量可以为三个)和一从动轴33;主动滚轮组件4包括第一主动轮41、第二主动轮45、位于第一主动轮41与第二主动轮45之间的若干主动凸形轮42(数量可以为三个)和叶轮43(当主动凸型轮42为三个时,叶轮分别位于第一主动轮与主动凸形轮、主动凸形轮与主动凸形轮、主动凸形轮与第二主动轮之间,个数为四个),从动滚轮组件3的三个从动凹形轮32与主动滚轮组件4的三个主动凸形轮42凹凸设置,该换向块的右侧导向面与该箱盖2的左侧面形成入钞通道,该对滚压轮组件设置在该入钞口下方,该换向块在控制信号的控制下选择性地转动以开启或关闭该入钞口,该对滚压轮组件在该入钞口开启的状态下输送钞票9a进入箱体5内。
该箱体5内设置有一活动导向板6,该活动导向板6通过一旋转轴61设置在该入钞口的下方,该旋转轴6固定安装于该箱体5的侧壁上,该活动导向板6的导向面62朝向该入钞口,该导向面62与垂直方向的夹角为0到20°,该导向面62的背面63设置有一压缩弹簧8,该压缩弹簧8给予该活动导向板6一逆时针转动的推力;该箱门7设置有与垂直方向形成0到30°范围内夹角的导向肋71,该箱体5的底部具有一固定的与水平方向成0到45°范围内夹角的堆叠面51,该活动导向板6的导向面62与该箱门7的导向肋71以及该箱体5底部的堆叠面51之间形成一竖向堆叠纸币的空间,钞票在此空间内竖向堆叠的状态为9b。
可选的,箱体5的左侧上方还设置有一导向面52,该导向面52与垂直方向的夹角范围为0到20°,用以引导钞票9a从该入钞口运动至该活动导向板6的导向面62上。该卷曲钞票9a沿着换向块1b的右侧面及箱盖2的左侧面组成的通道进入,经从动滚轮组件3和主动滚轮组件4传送到箱体5内,钞票在经过从动滚轮组件3和主动滚轮组件4组合时,被辗压成轻微的波浪形状态,使其刚度增强,以近似平直状态往前输送,直到离开从动滚轮组件3和主动滚轮组件4,再沿着该箱体5左侧上部的导向面52进入到活动导向板6的导 向面62上,然后钞票继续向下滑行到箱门7的导向肋71上,在活动导向板6、箱门7和压缩弹簧8及钞票自身的重力的共同作用下,钞票的前端停在箱体5底部的堆叠斜面51上,整张钞票靠着箱7门的导向肋71的表面叠好。随着被收纳纸币不断地进入,纸币堆叠成9b的状态;当钞纸币叠到一定的厚度时,后面进入的钞票会挤压到活动导向板6,使其绕着旋转轴61,如图4中箭头方向所示的方向顺时针旋转一定的小角度,以让出空间给后续的钞票进入;同时由于压缩弹簧8被压缩,产生了一定的反作用力推着导向板6逆时针旋转的趋势,把堆叠好的钞票压紧,以便能收纳更多的钞票。
请参阅图6,本实施例提供的ATM循环一体机分为上部和下部,其中上部包括钞口模块101,上部上通道模块(上部上通道模块由102a,102b和102c组成),三向换向组件111(三向换向组件111装在上部上通道模块上),上部下通道模块103,钞票识别模块104;下部包括下部通道模块105,上鼓式钞箱106,下鼓式钞箱107,审计鼓式钞箱108,纸币收纳装置109。
其中,钞口模块101固定于上部的右上方,钞票识别模块104固定于钞口模块101的下方并与其右下部相连接,由102a、102b和102c组成并带有三向换向组件111的上部上通道模块固定于上部的左方,其右上端分别与钞口模块101和钞票识别模块104的左端相连接,其左下端与上部下通道模块103相连接。
其中,下部通道模块105固定于下部的右上方,与上部的上部下通道模块103相连接,纸币收纳装置109固定于下部通道模块105的正下方,上鼓式钞箱106和下鼓式钞箱107形成一个组合固定于下部的中间,共有左、右2组,其中右边组合的右端中间与下部通道模块105的左下端相连接;审计鼓式钞箱108固定于下部的左上方,与上鼓式钞箱106相邻,审计鼓式钞箱108的上部与上部上通道模块的下方相连接。
客户存款或取款时,超时间未能及时将钞口模块101中的钞票拿走,ATM设备下指令回收钞口模块101中的钞票,分钞后进入输送通道,经输送通道进入钞票识别模块104,进入上部上通道模块102b,进入三向换向组件111,进入上部上通道模块102c,进入上部下通道模块103,进入下部通道模块105,下部通道模块105中的换向块在旋转电磁铁的作用下逆时针转动一定角度,使其处于1b的状态(见图1),进入纸币收纳装置109的通道打 开。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种滚压轮组件,其特征在于,包括从动滚轮组件和主动滚轮组件,所述从动滚轮组件包括从动轴和位于所述从动轴上的若干从动轮,所述主动滚轮组件包括主动轴和位于所述主动轴上的若干主动轮,所述从动轴与所述主动轴相互平行,若干所述从动轮与若干所述主动轮一一对应,两两所述主动轮之间均设有叶轮,所述叶轮与所述主动轴一同旋转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滚压轮组件,其特征在于,若干所述从动轮包括位于所述从动轴两端的第一从动轮、第二从动轮和位于所述第一从动轮与所述第二从动轮之间的若干从动凹形轮;若干所述主动轮包括位于所述主动轴两端的第一主动轮、第二主动轮和位于所述第一主动轮与所述第二主动轮之间的若干主动凸形轮,所述第一从动轮、第二从动轮、若干从动凹形轮分别与所述第一主动轮、第二主动轮、若干主动凸形轮一一对应。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的滚压轮组件,其特征在于,所述从动凹形轮、所述主动凸形轮的个数均为三个。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的滚压轮组件,其特征在于,若干所述从动轮包括位于所述从动轴两端的第一从动轮、第二从动轮以及位于所述第一从动轮与所述第二从动轮之间的若干从动凸形轮;
    若干所述主动轮包括位于所述主动轴两端的第一主动轮、第二主动轮和位于所述第一主动轮与所述第二主动轮之间的若干主动凹形轮。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的滚压轮组件,其特征在于,所述从动凸形轮、所述主动凹形轮的个数均为三个。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的滚压轮组件,其特征在于,所述主动轴、所述从动轴的一端的最外部还分别固定有直齿轮,所述直齿轮用于驱动所述从动滚轮组件和主动滚轮组件旋转。
  7. 一种包括权利要求1至6中任一项所述滚压轮组件的纸币收纳装置,其特征在于,所述滚压轮组件位于所述纸币收纳装置的内部。
