 このような問題を解消するために、国際公開第2012/004871号(特許文献1)ではアルミニウムの金属薄片を合成樹脂に混練して射出成形したファスニング部材が提案されている。当該文献では、前記金属薄片の平均粒径を3μm以上8μm以下に設定しており、平均粒径が制御された複数の小さな金属薄片が合成樹脂に均一に混練されているため、高級感のある光沢が部材の全体的に得られ、また、金属薄片の混練により所要の強度も安定して得られることが記載されている。金属薄片の平均粒径が3μm未満の場合、金属薄片が小さ過ぎて光沢が安定して得られないこと、そして、金属薄片の平均粒径が8μmよりも大きい場合、金属薄片が大き過ぎて、ファスニング部材がラメ状に加飾されるので、ファスニング部材に高級感のある光沢を安定して与えられず、金属製のような質感が得られないことも記載されている。
 また、合成樹脂ではファスニング部材に要求される水準を満たす強度が得られない場合も多い。このため、ガラス繊維等の繊維強化材を合成樹脂に配合するという手法が従来知られている。例えば、特許第4009903号公報(特許文献2)においては、ポリエステル樹脂100重量部に対して0.1~200重量部の繊維強化材を配合することが記載されている。

 特許文献1に記載の発明では光沢のある樹脂製ファスニング部材が得られるものの、強度及び熱安定性の観点では未だ改善の余地がある。強度を向上させるために繊維強化材を添加するという方法が考えられるが、特許文献1において提案されているファスニング部材に対して繊維強化材を添加すると、ファスニング部材がくすんだ色となり、輝度が大きく低下してしまうという問題があることが分かった。例えば、ガラス繊維を添加した場合にはファスニング部材が白味を帯びて光沢感を失うという現象が生じた。
 本発明は上記事情に鑑みて創作されたものであり、輝度、熱安定性及び強度がバランス良く改善された、樹脂組成物製のファスニング部材を提供することを課題の一つとする。また、本発明はそのようなファスニング部材を備えたファスナーを提供することを別の課題の一つとする。
 本発明者は上記課題を解決するために鋭意検討したところ、樹脂に対して強化繊維と特許文献1で提案されているような寸法よりもかなり大きなアルミニウム粉体とをそれぞれ所定の割合で配合することが、上記課題の解決に有効であることを見出した。本発明は斯かる知見に基づいて完成したものである。
 本発明は一側面において、平均繊維径3~13μmの強化繊維を5~25質量%、及び、平均粒度50~150μmのアルミ粉体を1.5~5質量%含有する樹脂組成物からなるファスニング部材である。
 本発明に係るファスニング部材の一実施形態においては、アルミ粉体の表面が樹脂でコーティングされている。
 本発明に係るファスニング部材の別の一実施形態においては、樹脂組成物中の樹脂の主成分がポリアセタールである。
 本発明に係るファスニング部材の更に別の一実施形態においては、アルミ粉体は、樹脂フィルム上にアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金をコーティングした構造をもつ粉体である。
 本発明に係るファスニング部材の更に別の一実施形態においては、アルミ粉体の平均粒度が70~110μmである。
 本発明に係るファスニング部材の更に別の一実施形態においては、樹脂組成物中のアルミ粉体の含有量が2~3質量%である。
 本発明は別の一側面において、本発明に係るファスニング部材を備えたファスナーである。
 本発明に係るファスナーの一実施形態においては、ファスナーがスライドファスナーであり、ファスニング部材がエレメントである。
 本発明は別の一側面において、本発明に係るファスナーを備えた物品である。
 本発明に係るファスニング部材は高い輝度を有することから、高級感のある光沢を表出することが可能である。また、本発明に係るファスニング部材は強度及び熱安定性のバランスにも優れており、実用性も高い。そして、本発明に係るファスニング部材は樹脂を主成分としているため、金属製ファスニング部材に比べて低コストであり、軽量であるという利点も得られる。

<1.強化繊維>
(材質)
 本発明に使用する強化繊維としては、限定的ではないが、例えば、炭素繊維、アラミド繊維、セルロース繊維等の有機繊維のほか、ガラス繊維、セラミック繊維、金属繊維、鉱物繊維、スラッグ繊維、針状ワラストナイト、ウィスカー(例:チタン酸カルシウムウィスカー、炭酸カルシウムウィスカー、ホウ酸アルミニウムウィスカー)等の無機繊維を用いることができる。一定以上の流動性を保持しつつ、強度を向上させることができる点で、ガラス繊維、アラミド繊維及び炭素繊維から選択される何れか一種以上を用いることが好ましく、着色しやすく、また、ラメ状の外観を抑制して光沢感を増しやすいという点でガラス繊維がより好ましい。これらは単独で使用してもよいし、2種類以上を組み合わせて使用しても良い。本発明で好適に使用可能なガラス繊維としては、Eガラス(Electrical glass)、Cガラス(Chemical glass)、Aガラス(Alkali glass)、Sガラス(High strength glass)及び耐アルカリガラス等のガラスを溶融紡糸してフィラメント状にしたものが挙げられる。本発明で用いられるガラスモノフィラメントは、補強効果の観点から、Eガラスを溶融紡糸してフィラメント状にしたものが好ましい。
(含有量)
 ファスニング部材を形成している樹脂組成物中に強化繊維を配合することで引張強度や曲げ強度などの機械的特性を向上することができる。具体的には、強化繊維の含有量を5質量%以上とすることで機械的特性の有意な改良効果が見込める。そこで、本発明においては、樹脂組成物中(すなわち、ファスニング部材中)の強化繊維の含有量は5質量%以上とすることが好ましく、10質量%以上とすることがより好ましく、13質量%以上とすることが更により好ましい。一方で、強化繊維の含有量が25質量%を超えると、輝度への悪影響が顕著となり、高級感のある光沢を得るのが難しくなる。また、強化繊維を入れると熱安定性が悪くなる傾向にある。そこで、樹脂組成物中の強化繊維の含有量は25質量%以下とすることが好ましく、20質量%以下とすることがより好ましく、17質量%以下とすることが更により好ましい。
(平均繊維径)
 ファスニング部材中の強化繊維の平均繊維径もファスニング部材の強度やファスナーの耐摩耗性に有意に影響を与える。ファスニング部材中の強化繊維の平均繊維径が3μm未満だと十分な補強効果が得られにくい。また、強化繊維の平均繊維径は大きい方がファスニング部材の耐摩耗性が向上する。そこで、ファスニング部材中の強化繊維の平均繊維径は4μm以上とすることが好ましく、5μm以上とすることがより好ましく、6μm以上とすることが更により好ましい。一方で、強化繊維の平均繊維径が13μmを超えると、例えば本発明に係る樹脂組成物からなるスライドファスナー用のエレメントを作製したときに、スライダーの摩耗が生じやすくなり、耐摩耗性が悪化するとともに補強効果が低下する。そこで、ファスニング部材中の強化繊維の平均繊維径は13μm以下とすることが好ましく、11μm以下とすることがより好ましく、10μm以下とすることが更により好ましく、9μm以下とすることが更により好ましい。
 本発明において、ファスニング部材中の強化繊維の平均繊維径は以下の方法で測定可能である。無機繊維の場合はファスニング部材を600℃に保持した電気炉で2時間焼成することで、又は有機繊維の場合はファスニング部材を500℃に保持した電気炉で5時間焼成することで樹脂成分を除去した後、走査型電子顕微鏡(SEM)による観察で、任意に選択した100本の強化繊維のそれぞれの長さ中央部の繊維径(直径)を倍率100倍で測定したときの算術平均として与えられる。焼成せずに、樹脂中の強化繊維の繊維径をマイクロフォーカスX線透視/CT装置を使って同様に測定してもよい。なお、一般に強化繊維の繊維径は樹脂への混練や射出成形を経ても変化しないので、混練前の強化繊維の平均繊維径が測定可能であれば、それはファスニング部材中における強化繊維の平均繊維径に等しい。
(集束剤)
 強化繊維は、表面を集束剤で被覆されたもので構成されていることが一般的である。集束剤で強化繊維を被覆することにより、樹脂との接着性が増し、強度の向上効果が高まるという利点が得られる。集束剤としては、限定的ではないが、ウレタン系、ポリエステル系、アクリル系、エポキシ系、他各種カップリング剤等が挙げられる。より好ましくはウレタン系、アクリル系、シラン系カップリング剤である。
 カップリング剤として、シラン系カップリング剤、チタネート系カップリング剤、アルミニウム系カップリング剤、クロム系カップリング剤、ジルコニウム系カップリング剤、ボラン系カップリング剤等が挙げられ、好ましくはシラン系カップリング剤またはチタネート系カップリング剤であり、より好ましくはシラン系カップリング剤である。
 前記のシラン系カップリング剤としては、例えば、トリエトキシシラン、ビニルトリス(β-メトキシエトキシ)シラン、γ-メタクリロキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、γ-グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、β-(3,4-エポキシシクロヘキシル)エチルトリメトキシシラン、N-β-(アミノエチル)-γ-アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン、N-β-(アミノエチル)-γ-アミノプロピルメチルジメトキシシラン、γ-アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン、N-フェニル-γ-アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン、γ-メルカプトプロピルトリメトキシシラン、γ-クロロプロピルトリメトキシシラン等が挙げられ、好ましくはγ-アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン、N-β-(アミノエチル)-γ-アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン等のアミノシラン類が挙げられる。
<2.アルミ粉体>
 本発明において、アルミ粉体というのはアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金を母材とした粉体或いは樹脂フィルム上にアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金をコーティングした構造をもつ粉体を指す。限定的ではないが、アルミ粉体はアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金の地金や箔を粉砕加工すること、或いは、ポリエステル等の樹脂フィルムの片面又は両面にアルミニウムを真空蒸着した後に細かく切断することで製造が可能である。アルミ粉体の表面は、表面保護のために、メラミン樹脂又はアクリル樹脂等の樹脂でコーティングしてもよい。アルミ粉体を樹脂コーティングすることでファスニング部材の熱安定性の向上及び強度の向上を図ることができる。この際、コーティング用の樹脂を着色することで多様な色の金属光沢を得ることもできる。アルミ粉体は軽さと光沢性を両立する観点から、樹脂フィルム上にアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金をコーティングした構造をもつ粉体が好ましく、その中でも鱗片状の形態を有するものが光沢を発揮しやすいことから好ましい。
(粒度)
 本発明では樹脂組成物中に平均粒度50~150μmのアルミ粉体を配合する。本発明で使用するアルミ粉体は従来技術に比べてかなり粒度が大きいという特徴がある。このように大きな粒度をもつアルミ粉体を使用することにより、ファスニング部材の熱安定性の低下を抑制することができ、また、輝度を高める効果が得られる。このため、強化繊維を含有する場合でも所望の輝度が得られるようになる。また、アルミ粉体の粒径が大きいとファスニング部材の強度を低下させやすいのであるが、本発明では強化繊維を適切に配合することで、強度の低下というデメリットをカバーすることができる。一方、小さな粒度のアルミ粉体を利用すると、ファスニング部材の熱安定性や輝度が有意に低下する。
 熱安定性及び輝度向上の観点からは、アルミ粉体の平均粒度が50μm以上であることが好ましく、70μm以上であることがより好ましく、90μm以上であることが更により好ましい。一方で、アルミ粉体の平均粒度が過大になると樹脂組成物中での分散均一性が悪くなって色ムラが生じやすいという問題が生じる。よって、アルミ粉体の平均粒度は150μm以下であることが好ましく、130μm以下であることがより好ましく、110μm以下であることが更により好ましい。
 本発明において、アルミ粉体の平均粒度はファスニング部材の周囲を二液混合型の硬化性樹脂等を用いて固めた後、ファスニング部材の表面を必要により研磨してアルミ粉体を露出させ、走査型電子顕微鏡(SEM)にて倍率200倍で観察して100個のアルミ粉体の粒径を測定したときの算術平均として与えられる。各アルミ粉体の粒径は粉体の円相当径(観察視野中のアルミ粉体の面積に対応する円の直径)を求めることで測定する。
(含有量)
 また、輝度と強度の両立の観点から、樹脂組成物中のアルミ粉体の含有量には適切な範囲が存在する。高い輝度を得るためには、樹脂組成物中でのアルミ粉体の含有量は1.5質量%以上であることが好ましく、2質量%以上であることがより好ましい。また、アルミ粉体は曲げ弾性率の向上に若干寄与するものの引張強度の向上には寄与せず、特性を低下させる要因となることから、強化繊維を添加したことによる高い強度(特に引張強度や曲げ強度)を維持するためには樹脂組成物中でのアルミ粉体の含有量は5質量%以下であることが好ましく、4質量%以下であることがより好ましく、3質量%以下であることが更により好ましい。
<3.樹脂>
 本発明に係るファスニング部材に使用可能な樹脂としては、限定的ではないが、ポリアセタール(POM)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリフェニレンスルファイド(PPS)、ポリアミド(PA)、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)及び変性ポリフェニレンエーテル(m-PPE)等のエンジニアリングプラスチック、ポリオレフィン(ポリエチレン(PE)及びポリプロピレン(PP)等)、ポリスチレン(PS)及びポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)等の汎用樹脂等が挙げられ、加工温度を比較的低くすることができることで、アルミ粉体の劣化や粉体による樹脂の劣化を抑制できるという観点、及び、乳白色や透明の材料であり、高輝度・高発色が得られやすいという観点から、ポリアセタール(POM)及びポリオレフィンが好ましく、透明性があり光沢を出しやすいという理由により、ポリアセタール(POM)がより好ましい。これらの樹脂は単独で使用してもよいし、二種以上を組み合わせて使用してもよいが、樹脂組成物中に使用される樹脂はポリアセタールが主成分であることが好ましい。
 ポリアセタールはオキシメチレン基(-CH2O-)を主たる構成単位とする高分子化合物であり、ポリオキシメチレン(POM)とも称される。ポリアセタールは強度、弾性率、クリープ特性、耐衝撃性及び繰り返し疲労特性のバランスに優れたエンジニアリング樹脂であり、ファスニング部材の材料として好適である。
 本発明で使用可能なポリアセタールとしては、限定的ではないが、ポリアセタールホモポリマーやポリアセタールコポリマーが挙げられる。ポリアセタールホモポリマーとしては、限定的ではないが、ホルムアルデヒド単量体又はホルムアルデヒドの環状オリゴマーを単独重合して得られるポリアセタールホモポリマーが代表例として挙げられる。また、ポリアセタールコポリマーとしては、限定的ではないが、ホルムアルデヒド単量体又はホルムアルデヒドの環状オリゴマーと、環状エーテル及び/又は環状ホルマールとを共重合させて得られるポリアセタールコポリマーが代表例として挙げられる。ホルムアルデヒドの環状オリゴマーとしては、ホルムアルデヒドの3量体(トリオキサン)や4量体(テトラオキサン)等が挙げられる。環状エーテル及び環状ホルマールとしては、例えば、エチレンオキサイド、プロピレンオキサイド、エピクロルヒドリン、1,3-ジオキソランや1,4-ブタンジオールホルマールなどのグリコールやジグリコールの環状ホルマール等が挙げられる。
 さらに、ポリアセタールコポリマーとしては、単官能グリシジルエーテルを共重合させて得られる分岐を有するポリアセタールコポリマーや、多官能グリシジルエーテルを共重合させて得られる架橋構造を有するポリアセタールコポリマーも用いることができる。
 さらに、ポリアセタールホモポリマーとしては、両末端又は片末端に水酸基などの官能基を有する化合物、例えばポリアルキレングリコールの存在下、ホルムアルデヒド単量体又はホルムアルデヒドの環状オリゴマーを重合して得られるブロック成分を有するポリアセタールホモポリマーも用いることができる。また、ポリアセタールコポリマーとしては、同じく両末端又は片末端に水酸基などの官能基を有する化合物、例えば水素添加ポリブタジエングリコールの存在下、ホルムアルデヒド単量体又はホルムアルデヒドの環状オリゴマーと、環状エーテル及び/又は環状ホルマールとを共重合させて得られるブロック成分を有するポリアセタールコポリマーも用いることができる。
 以上のように、ポリアセタールホモポリマーやポリアセタールコポリマーのいずれを用いてもよく、特に限定するものではない。これらのポリアセタール樹脂は、1種単独で用いてもよく、2種以上併用してもよい。
<4.その他の添加剤>
 本発明に係る樹脂組成物においては、樹脂、強化繊維及びアルミ粉体の合計含有量は典型的には90質量%以上であり、より典型的には95質量%以上である。この合計含有量は98質量%以上とすることもでき、更には100質量%とすることもできる。一方で、樹脂組成物中にはその他に、染料、顔料、耐熱安定剤、耐候剤、耐加水分解剤など常用の添加剤を例えば合計で10質量%以下、典型的には5質量%以下、より典型的には2質量%以下となるように添加してもよい。
<5.ファスニング部材>
 本発明に係る樹脂組成物は、前述した各構成成分を単軸押出混練機、二軸押出混練機及びニーダーなどの装置を用いて溶融混練することで製造可能である。溶融混練後は、慣用の成形手段、例えば射出成形によって所望の形状のファスニング部材を作製することができる。例えば、スライドファスナー用のエレメントを作製する場合、ファスナーテープの一側縁にエレメント列を射出成形して、射出成形と同時にファスナーテープにエレメント列を固定する方法が一般的である。
 図1は、スライドファスナーの模式図であり、一側縁側に芯部21が形成された一対のファスナーテープ2とファスナーテープ2の芯部21に所定の間隔をおいて取着されたエレメント3の列と、エレメント3の列の上端及び下端でファスナーテープ2の芯部21に固定された上止具4及び下止具5と、対向する一対のエレメント3の列の間に配され、エレメント3の噛合及び開離を行うための上下方向に摺動自在なスライダー6を備える。これらの部材の中で、例えば、エレメント3、上止具4、下止具5、及びスライダー6を本発明に係るファスニング部材で構成することができる。
 一本のファスナーテープ2の一側縁に沿ってエレメント3の列が取着したものはファスナーストリンガーと称され、一対のファスナーストリンガーのエレメント3の列同士を噛合させたものはファスナーチェーンと称される。なお、下止具5は、蝶棒、箱棒、箱体からなる開離嵌挿具とし、スライダー6の開離操作にて一対のスライドファスナーチェーンを分離できるようにすることもできる。
 ファスナーテープ2に使用される絶縁性の材質は限定的ではないが天然樹脂又は合成樹脂とすることができる。一般にはこれらの繊維を織成又は編成することによりファスナーテープ2が構成される。ファスナーテープ2の材質としては典型的にはポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリプロピレン、アクリル等を使用することができる。これらの中でも、横引強度が優れている点でポリエステルが好ましい。
 スライドファスナーは各種の物品に取着することができ、特に開閉具として機能する。スライドファスナーが取着される物品としては、特に制限はないが、例えば衣料品、鞄類、靴類及び雑貨品といった日用品の他、貯水タンク、漁網及び宇宙服といった産業用品が挙げられる。
 以上、本発明に係るファスニング部材をスライドファスナーに適用した場合の実施形態について主に述べたが、本発明に係るファスナー部材はスライドファスナーに用途限定されるわけではない。スナップファスナーその他のファスニング部材としても適用可能である。
 本発明及びその利点をより良く理解するため、以下に実施例を示すが、本発明はこれらの実施例に限定されるものではない。
(1.試験片、プレート及びファスナーチェーンの作製)
 以下の実験例では下記の材料を用いた。
・ポリオキシメチレン(POM)コポリマー:旭化成ケミカルズ社製の商品名「テナック8520」
・ガラス繊維(Eガラス製のガラスモノフィラメントに集束剤が付着したもの):日本電気硝子社製の商品名「ECS03 T-651-DE」、平均繊維径φ6.5μm
・アルミ粉体A:樹脂フィルム上にアルミを真空蒸着した後、表面に着色樹脂コーティングした構造をもつ鱗片状の粉体、平均粒度150μm
・アルミ粉体B:樹脂フィルム上にアルミを真空蒸着した後、表面に着色樹脂コーティングした構造をもつ鱗片状の粉体、平均粒度100μm
・アルミ粉体C:樹脂フィルム上にアルミを真空蒸着した後、表面に着色樹脂コーティングした構造をもつ鱗片状の粉体、平均粒度50μm
・アルミ粉体D:表面処理したアルミ箔の粉体と着色剤を混合したもの、平均粒度5μm
 次いで、上記POMコポリマー、ガラス繊維及びアルミ粉体を表1に記載の実施例及び比較例の各配合割合(質量基準)となるように、二軸押出混練機(東芝機械製、TEM-18SS)を用いて混練し、その後、溶融樹脂をストランド状に押出し、冷却水槽にて固化させた後、ストランドをペレタイザーでカットすることで、ペレットを得た。当該ペレットから、ダンベル試験片(寸法JIS K7139 タイプA)及び角柱プレート(寸法80mm×10mm×4mm)を射出成形により成形した。また、固定金型と可動金型による多数のエレメント型が配列されており、エレメントをテープ上に連続的に射出成形可能なファスナーチェーン製造装置を用いて、当該ペレットをエレメントの材料として用いたファスナーチェーン(チェーン厚(t)は1.9mm、チェーン幅(w)は5.7mm、エレメントピッチ(p)は2.4mm)を製造した。
 ガラス繊維の平均繊維径は、エレメントを600℃に保持した電気炉で2時間焼成することで樹脂成分を除去した後、走査型電子顕微鏡(SEM)による観察で先述した方法で算出した。
 アルミ粉体の平均粒度はエレメントの周囲を二液混合型の硬化性樹脂を用いて固めた後、表面研磨してアルミ粉体を露出させ、走査型電子顕微鏡(SEM)にて倍率200倍で観察して先述した方法で算出した。
(2.試験)
 上記で作製したエレメント、ダンベル試験片、プレート及びファスナーチェーン(製品)に対しては、以下の試験を行った。
<熱安定性試験>
 ファスナーチェーン(製品)からエレメントを一つ抜き取り、リガク社製の示差熱天秤(TG-DTA)装置を用いて220℃雰囲気で65分加熱したときの減量率を求めた。
<引張試験(JIS K7162:1994準拠)>
 ダンベル試験片を、つかみ具間の初めの間隔を115mmとなるように両端部をチャックに挟んで引張試験機にかけ、引張速度5mm/minで破断するまで引っ張り、そのときの最大荷重を測定することで行った。
<曲げ強度(JIS K7171:2008準拠)>
 ダンベル試験片を、曲げ試験機にかけて3点曲げ試験(試験片を支える支点間の距離:64mm)を曲げ速度2mm/minで行ない、試験片が破断に至るまでの最大荷重を求めた。
<曲げ弾性率(JIS K7171:2008準拠)>
 ダンベル試験片を、曲げ試験機にかけて3点曲げ試験(試験片を支える支点間の距離:6.4mm)を曲げ速度2mm/minで行ない、荷重-たわみ曲線を作図して曲げ弾性率を求めた。
<輝度(L値傾斜)>
 プレート表面の輝度をコニカミノルタ社製の分光測色計(型式:CM-512m3A)を使用し、3光源(25°、45°、75°)にてL値を測定した。その結果を横軸に光源角度、縦軸にL値をプロットして近似曲線を引き、傾きを算出した。また、その数値と見た目にて輝度を評価し、△は-0.3以下、○は-0.4以下、◎は-0.5以下とした。
 一般に、L値は入射角が小さい方が大きく、入射角が大きくなるにつれて小さくなる。光沢性の観点からは、L値の減少度合いが大きい方が好ましい。
<横引き強度>
 JIS S3015:2007に準じてファスナーチェーンの横引き強度を測定した。
<ウェルド評価>
 ウェルド評価としては、射出したプレートを目視にて確認し、ウェルドラインの有無を評価した。以下の三段階の基準で評価した。
 ○・・・ウェルドラインなし
 △・・・ウェルドラインが目立たない程度ある
 ×・・・ウェルドラインが目立つ
 結果を表1に示す。アルミ粉体の構造が異なり及び粒度が小さな比較例1及び比較例2は強度及び熱安定性が実施例よりも劣っていた。比較例3はアルミ粉体の含有量が少なかったために、満足の行く輝度が得られなかった。比較例4及び5はガラス繊維を配合していなかったために、全体的に強度不足となった。比較例6はガラス繊維を配合したがその含有量が少なかったために、全体的に強度不足となった。比較例7はガラス繊維の含有量が過剰であったことから、アルミ粉体を適切に配合したにもかかわらず、満足の行く輝度が得られなかった。
 一方、実施例1~4はガラス繊維及びアルミ粉体の仕様及び含有量が適切であったことから、優れた強度、熱安定性及び高い輝度がバランス良く達成できた。実施例4よりもアルミ粉体の粒度が小さな実施例1~3は、アルミ粉体の分散性にも優れており、ムラのない均一性の高い外観を表出していた。

Claims (9)

  1.  平均繊維径3~13μmの強化繊維を5~25質量%、及び、平均粒度50~150μmのアルミ粉体を1.5~5質量%含有する樹脂組成物からなるファスニング部材。
  2.  アルミ粉体の表面が樹脂でコーティングされている請求項1に記載のファスニング部材。
  3.  樹脂組成物中の樹脂の主成分がポリアセタールである請求項1又は2に記載のファスニング部材。
  4.  アルミ粉体は、樹脂フィルム上にアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金をコーティングした構造をもつ粉体である請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載のファスニング部材。
  5.  アルミ粉体の平均粒度が70~110μmである請求項1~4の何れか一項に記載のファスニング部材。
  6.  樹脂組成物中のアルミ粉体の含有量が2~3質量%である請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載のファスニング部材。
  7.  請求項1~6の何れか一項に記載のファスニング部材を備えたファスナー。
  8.  ファスナーがスライドファスナーであり、ファスニング部材がエレメントである請求項7に記載のファスナー。
  9.  請求項7又は8に記載のファスナーを備えた物品。
