Abstract
Description
本発明の実施の形態1にかかる伝動歯車装置の模式的な構成を図1に示す。また、図1に示す伝動歯車装置のA-A線断面図を図2に示す。この伝動歯車装置は、例えば、複数のスクリュー軸を1つの駆動装置により回転駆動する多軸押出機または混練機に用いられる伝動歯車装置である。
本発明は上記実施の形態1の構成に限定されるものではなく、その他種々の態様で実施できる。例えば、本発明の実施の形態2にかかる伝動歯車装置の断面図を図3に示す。
次に、本発明の実施の形態3にかかる伝動歯車装置の模式的な構成を図4に示す。また、図4におけるB-B線断面図を図5に示し、C-C線断面図を図6に示す。
次に、本発明の実施の形態4にかかる伝動歯車装置の模式的な構成を図7に示す。また、図7におけるD-D線断面図を図8に示し、E-E線断面図を図9に示す。

Claims (7)
- 複数のスクリュー軸を備えた多軸押出機または混練機の伝動歯車装置であって、
駆動歯車が固定され、駆動装置により回転駆動される駆動軸と、
駆動歯車と係合された従動歯車が固定されるとともに、スクリュー軸を回転駆動可能にスクリュー軸に連結された従動軸と、
従動歯車と係合された荷重分散歯車が固定され、従動軸に関して駆動軸とは逆側領域に配置される荷重分散軸とを備え、
従動軸にて発生した径方向の荷重を、従動歯車および荷重分散歯車を介して荷重分散軸に伝達させて荷重を分散させる、多軸押出機または混練機の伝動歯車装置。 - 複数のスクリュー軸を備えた多軸押出機または混練機の伝動歯車装置であって、
駆動歯車が固定され、駆動装置により回転駆動される駆動軸と、
駆動歯車と係合された従動歯車が固定されるとともに、スクリュー軸を回転駆動可能にスクリュー軸に連結された従動軸と、
従動軸に関して駆動軸とは逆側領域に配置される荷重分散軸とを備え、
荷重分散軸には荷重受け用ベアリングが固定され、荷重受け用ベアリングの外輪部分が従動軸の外周と接触することで、従動軸にて発生した径方向の荷重を、ベアリングを介して荷重分散軸に伝達させて荷重を分散させる、多軸押出機または混練機の伝動歯車装置。 - 従動軸における従動歯車の両端縁部分に接触するように、荷重分散軸に1または複数個の荷重受け用ベアリングが固定されている、請求項2に記載の多軸押出機または混練機の伝動歯車装置。
- 従動軸に関して駆動軸とは逆側領域に複数の荷重分散軸が配置されている、請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の多軸押出機または混練機の伝動歯車装置。
- 従動軸に関して駆動軸とは逆側領域に2本の荷重分散軸が配置されており、従動軸の周りに、2本の荷重分散軸および1本の駆動軸が、ほぼ均等な間隔にて配置されている、請求項4に記載の多軸押出機または混練機の伝動歯車装置。
- 従動軸を介して、駆動軸と対向して荷重分散軸が配置されている、請求項1または2に記載の多軸押出機または混練機の伝動歯車装置。
- 複数の荷重受け用ベアリングの外輪部分が、互いに一体的に形成されている、請求項3に記載の多軸押出機または混練機の伝動歯車装置。
