Abstract
Description
図1は、図4に示す口唇閉鎖力測定用プローブ1のバルーン10部分を拡大して示す平面図である。口唇閉鎖力測定用プローブ1は、本発明の実施形態1に係るものであり、上唇と下唇を閉じる力、即ち口唇閉鎖力を測定する際に使用される。口唇閉鎖力測定用プローブ1は、図4に示すように被測定者の上唇50と下唇51との間に配置され、口唇閉鎖力によって潰れ変形する中空状のバルーン10と、バルーン10の内部に連通し、該バルーン10の内部の圧力を測定する圧力測定装置100に接続される基部20とを備えている。
図8及び図9は、本発明の実施形態2に係る口唇閉鎖力測定用プローブ1のバルーン10を示すものである。この実施形態2の被固定部16は、被測定者が奥歯54、55(図10及び図11に示す)または歯茎の奥で上下に挟むことができるようになっている点で実施形態1のものとは異なっている。以下、実施形態1と同じ部分には同じ符号を付して説明を省略し、異なる部分について詳細に説明する。
図12は、本発明の実施形態3に係る口唇閉鎖力測定用プローブ1のバルーン10を示すものである。この実施形態3の被固定部16には、破断予定部19が設けられている点で、実施形態2のものとは異なっている。以下、実施形態2と同じ部分には同じ符号を付して説明を省略し、異なる部分について詳細に説明する。
破断予定部19は、例えば被固定部16に形成した溝、孔部、薄肉部等であってもよい。また、破断予定部19としては、他の部位よりも弱い弱化部であってもよい。破断予定部19は、例えば指で引張力を加えた際に破断する程度に弱くしておくのが好ましい。

Claims (7)
- 口唇閉鎖力を測定するための口唇閉鎖力測定用プローブにおいて、
被測定者の上唇と下唇との間に配置され、口唇閉鎖力によって潰れ変形する中空状のバルーンと、
上記バルーンの内部に連通し、該バルーンの内部の圧力を測定する圧力測定装置に接続される基部とを備え、
上記バルーンには、被測定者の歯または歯茎で挟まれる被固定部が設けられていることを特徴とする口唇閉鎖力測定用プローブ。 - 請求項1に記載の口唇閉鎖力測定用プローブにおいて、
上記被固定部は、上記バルーンにおける口唇間への挿入方向奥側の部位から延びる板状に形成されていることを特徴とする口唇閉鎖力測定用プローブ。 - 請求項1に記載の口唇閉鎖力測定用プローブにおいて、
上記被固定部は、被測定者の口腔において前歯に対応する部位まで延び、該前歯または歯茎で挟まれることを特徴とする口唇閉鎖力測定用プローブ。 - 請求項3に記載の口唇閉鎖力測定用プローブにおいて、
上記被固定部には、上下方向に突出する突出部が設けられていることを特徴とする口唇閉鎖力測定用プローブ。 - 請求項1に記載の口唇閉鎖力測定用プローブにおいて、
上記被固定部は、被測定者の口腔において奥歯に対応する部位まで延び、該奥歯または歯茎で挟まれることを特徴とする口唇閉鎖力測定用プローブ。 - 請求項5に記載の口唇閉鎖力測定用プローブにおいて、
上記被固定部は、被測定者の口腔の右側及び左側へそれぞれ延びる右側延出部及び左側延出部を有していることを特徴とする口唇閉鎖力測定用プローブ。 - 請求項1に記載の口唇閉鎖力測定用プローブにおいて、
上記被固定部は上記バルーンと一体成形されていることを特徴とする口唇閉鎖力測定用プローブ。
