背景技术

发明内容

参阅图3、4、5、6所示,系为本发明的较佳实施例示意图,本发明有关一种自动旋转送料机构,该机构具有一送料工作平台11、一模板旋转机构12、一缝纫机2及一控制盒5。送料工作平台11上设有多个循环工位,工位满足车缝模板13落位停放;模板旋转机构12上设有可与送料工作平台11上的车缝模板13配套工作的自动送料夹具21;缝纫机2通过XY机构31安装在旋转送料机架1上,缝纫机2的机头对应其一车缝模板13缝纫工作;控制盒5电性控制本机构的相应部件工作。藉此,控制盒5上的开关启动缝纫机2和模板旋转机构12,回到原点待料;人工将材料放入各个车缝模板13内,通过自动送料夹具21夹持并带动车缝模板13旋转送料到指定位置,缝纫机2通过XY机构31移动接料后开始车缝,车缝完成后再由自动送料夹具21夹持并带动车缝模板13旋转出料,随后更换下一套车缝模板,以此循环。缝纫机2的XY结构31采用直线导轨和同步带配合结构,Y方向滑块组件安装在X滑块上跟随动作,Y滑块上装配辅助夹具或者压框组件便于车缝。
