Claims (19)
- 一种用于取放板状产品的设备,包括:基座;竖直设置于所述基座上的至少两个导杆;可竖直滑动地安装在各所述导杆上的取放装置,所述取放装置能够沿水平方向伸缩以平稳地取放板状产品;设置于所述基座上的驱动装置,所述驱动装置与所述伸缩装置相连,用以驱动所述取放装置沿各所述导杆滑动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于取放板状产品的设备,其中,所述取放装置包括:可竖直滑动地安装在各个所述导杆上的连接部,可水平滑动地安装在所述连接部上的伸缩部,以及与所述伸缩部相连用以承载板状产品的承载部;所述连接部还与所述驱动装置连接,所述连接部沿各个所述导杆滑动带动所述伸缩部和所述承载部上下移动。
- 根据权利要求2所述的用于取放板状产品的设备,其中,所述承载部包括三角形板、梯形板、或者两个间隔设置的条形板。
- 根据权利要求2所述的用于取放板状产品的设备,其中,所述伸缩部上设置有锁止销,所述连接部上设置有锁止槽,所述锁止销伸入所述锁止槽中用以将所述伸缩部固定到所述连接部上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的用于取放板状产品的设备,其中,所述锁止槽和锁止销均为一个,并且所述锁止槽被设置在当所述伸缩部滑动到最远距离时所述连接部上与所述锁止销对应的位置。
- 根据权利要求4所述的用于取放板状产品的设备,其中,在所述伸缩部的两端分别设置一个锁止销,所述连接部上与所述伸缩部的两端对应的两个区域分别设置一个锁止槽。
- 根据权利要求4所述的用于取放板状产品的设备,其中,所述锁止槽为多个,并且在所述连接部上沿所述连接部的长度方向间隔设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于取放板状产品的设备,其中,所述导杆的数量为四个,四个所述导杆分别设置于所述基座的四角区域。
- 根据权利要求8所述的用于取放板状产品的设备,其中,所述驱动装置包括两个丝杠和两个马达,两个所述丝杠相对设置且分别位于相邻的两个所述导杆的中间区域,两个所述丝杠的一端分别与一个所述马达的输出轴连接,所述取放装置经由螺母可滑动地安装在所述 两个丝杠上以由所述丝杠驱动。
- 根据权利要求8所述的用于取放板状产品的设备,其中,所述驱动装置包括液压缸或气缸,其中所述液压缸或气缸的缸体与所述基座连接,并且所述液压缸或气缸的活塞与所述取放装置连接。
- 根据权利要求9所述的用于取放板状产品的设备,其中,所述用于取放板状产品的设备还包括分别与所述两个马达相连用于控制所述两个马达的工作状态的开关装置。
- 根据权利要求9所述的用于取放板状产品的设备,其中,所述开关装置包括旋钮,其中所述旋钮安装在所述基座上,并且所述旋钮分别与所述两个马达相连。
- 根据权利要求9所述的用于取放板状产品的设备,其中,所述开关装置包括旋钮和按钮,所述旋钮和按钮均分别与所述两个马达相连。
- 根据权利要求9所述的用于取放板状产品的设备,其中,所述用于取放板状产品的设备还包括用于使所述两个马达同步运转的同步控制电路。
- 根据权利要求8所述的用于取放板状产品的设备,其中,所述用于取放板状产品的设备还包括多个滑块,各个所述滑块分别可竖直滑动地安装在各所述导杆上,所述取放装置通过各个所述滑块与对应的各个所述导杆滑动连接,所述取放装置与各个所述滑块之间为可拆卸连接,且所述取放装置与所述驱动装置之间为可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求15所述的用于取放板状产品的设备,其中,所述取放装置与各个所述滑块之间通过螺栓连接。
- 根据权利要求16所述的用于取放板状产品的设备,其中,在所述滑块上设置螺栓孔,所述取放装置与所述螺栓孔对应的区域设置有通孔。
- 根据权利要求15所述的用于取放板状产品的设备,其中,所述用于取放板状产品的设备还包括多个圆柱销,各个所述滑块的侧面分别设置有第一卡槽,所述取放装置与各所述第一卡槽对应的区域分别设置有第二卡槽,每个所述圆柱销分别穿过一组对应设置的所述第一卡槽和所述第二卡槽,所述取放装置通过各所述圆柱销与对应的各所述滑块可拆卸连接。
- 根据权利要求1-18中任一项所述的用于取放板状产品的设备,其中,所述基座的底部设置有与所述基座相连的用于移动所述基座的四个脚轮。
