Description
以下に、本発明の一実施形態にかかる通話接続システム1を説明する。図1は通話接続システム1の全体構成を示した図である。通話接続システム1は複数の電話網を備える。図1には通話接続システム1が備える電話網として、電話網11A、電話網11B、電話網11Cが例示されている。ただし、通話接続システム1が備える電話網の数は3つに限られない。以下、通話接続システム1が備える複数の電話網を「電話網11」と総称する。
「発信元電話番号を#B-Xに切り替えることをお薦めします。切り替えますか?(Yes/No)」
「発信先電話番号を#A-Yに切り替えることをお薦めします。切り替えますか?(Yes/No)」

上述した通話接続システム1は本発明の一実施形態であって、本発明の技術的思想の範囲内において様々に変形することができる。以下にそれらの変形の例を示す。なお、上述した実施形態および下記の変形例の2以上が適宜組み合わされてもよい。
Claims (14)
- 発信元電話番号から発信先電話番号に対する通話接続要求を取得する取得手段と、
前記通話接続要求の発信元の電話機に割り当てられている複数の発信元電話番号のなかから、前記通話接続要求の発信先電話番号に関する所定の条件に従い、一の発信元電話番号を通知用電話番号として選択する選択手段と、
前記発信先電話番号で識別される電話機に前記通知用電話番号を通知する通知手段と
を備える装置。 - 前記選択手段は、前記発信先電話番号で識別される電話機が過去に行った前記発信元の電話機に対する通話接続要求において用いた発信元電話番号に関する情報に基づき、前記通知用電話番号の選択を行う

電話機間の通話接続を行う接続装置に、前記発信元電話番号から前記使用可能な電話番号に対する通話接続を指示する指示手段と
を備える装置。 - 発信元電話番号から発信先電話番号に対する通話接続要求を取得する要求取得手段と、
前記通話接続要求の発信先電話番号で識別される発信先の電話機に割り当てられている複数の電話番号のうち前記要求取得手段により前記通話接続要求が取得された時点において使用可能な電話番号を取得する電話番号取得手段と、
前記使用可能な電話番号が前記通話接続要求の発信先電話番号と異なる場合、前記通話接続要求の発信元の電話機に前記使用可能な電話番号を通知する通知手段と
を備える装置。 - 前記使用可能な電話番号が複数である場合、前記発信元電話番号に関する所定の条件に従い、一の使用可能な電話番号を選択する選択手段
