- the spring deformation may increase and the coil-shaped end portion may come off from the protrusion 43. is there.
- the protrusion 43 inserted into the end portion of the coil shape is lengthened to make it difficult to come off, but if the protrusion 43 is lengthened, the torsion coil spring cannot be held around the axis of the protrusion.
- reference numeral 2 is a grip body
- reference numerals 3A and 3B are holders (corresponding to the mounting base of the present invention) that rotatably hold the grip body 2 via a shaft 5
- reference numerals 4 and 5 are grip bodies.
- 2 is a shaft that rotatably connects 2 to the holding bodies 3A and 3B.
- the mechanism of FIG. 9 is simple, but there is a possibility that the torsion coil springs may come off from the protrusions on both sides.
- the mechanism of FIG. 10 can eliminate the possibility of the torsion coil spring coming off by the shaft, but the weight increases with the number of parts. In short, all the mechanisms were both pros and cons and were still unsatisfactory.
- An object of the present invention is to improve the quality by adopting the former rotating mechanism and making it difficult to disengage even a torsion coil spring having a high spring torque from the above background. Another object is to maintain good assembly. Other objects will be clarified in the following description.

- the projecting portion of the torsion coil spring receives a reaction force from the corresponding contact portion side. It is characterized by having a spring holding portion provided at a place.
- “biasing so that one of the first member and the second member is rotated relative to the other” is the second member (for example, The structure in which the grip body 2) is rotated against the biasing force against the first member (for example, the mounting base 1, 1A or the holding member 3, 3A), and the second member and the first member are biased. And a structure that rotates together against each other.

- the protrusions 37 and 38 form both end portions 5a of the torsion coil spring with respect to the axial direction X of the pivots 36 and 36. Since the positions of the coiled coils are shifted in the radial direction, that is, in the Z direction in FIG. 7A, the torsion coil spring is restrained from moving in the radial direction by both protrusions. Even with a coil spring, it is difficult to come off, and the quality can be improved by preventing inadvertent removal of the torsion coil spring.

- each end fits with the corresponding protrusion while being compressed in the axial direction by the guiding action of each inclined surface.
- the torsion coil spring can be supported by one-touch operation.
- the spring holding part is formed in a concave or notched shape formed around the protrusion, it is simple and easy to implement.

- the position of the torsion coil spring 5 that is a movable working end engages with the spring holding portion 38b and the position of the torsion coil spring 5 is regulated. It becomes difficult to come off. This is because the torsion coil spring 5 is regulated by the projections 37 and 38 shifted in the Z direction as described above, and the movement of the contact portion 5c is regulated by the spring holding portion 38b. The possibility of detachment from the vehicle can be resolved more reliably.
- Reference numeral 37b is a recess.
