Abstract
Description
図1は、低回転高負荷領域を説明する説明図である。図1には、内燃機関の回転数とトルクが示されている。プレイグニッションは、一般的に、内燃機関の回転数が低い領域であって、かつ、高いトルクが要求される領域において発生しやすい。この内燃機関の回転数が低い領域であって、かつ、高いトルクが要求される領域を、以降、「低回転高負荷領域R1」と呼ぶ。
図10は、第2実施形態における上限トルク設定処理を説明するフローチャートである。図11は、第2実施形態における蓄積特性の一例の説明図である。図12は、蓄積特性に応じて特定される上限トルクの説明図である。第2実施形態においても、以下のステップS302からステップS306の処理は所定時間毎に繰り返し実行される。
図14は、第3実施形態における上限トルク設定処理を説明するフローチャートである。図15は、第3実施形態における消費特性を表すマップである。図16は、第3実施形態における燃料蓄積量と上限トルクとの関係の説明図である。なお、第3実施形態においても、以下のステップS402からステップS412の処理は所定時間毎に繰り返し実行される。

図18は、第4実施形態における内燃機関の説明図である。図19は、第4実施形態における上限トルク設定処理を説明するフローチャートである。図20は、第4実施形態における輝炎強度と上限トルクとの関係の説明図である。第4実施形態では、燃焼室内において検出される輝炎強度に応じて、上限トルクを制限する。なお、第4実施形態においても、以下のステップS502からステップS504の処理は所定時間毎に繰り返し実行される。
Claims (7)
- 筒内におけるピストンの移動に応じて飛散する燃料とオイルとの混合物量を推定する推定手段と、
推定された前記混合物量に応じて内燃機関の上限トルクを制限する制限手段と、
を備える内燃機関の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置であって、
前記制限手段は、推定された前記混合物量が多いほど前記内燃機関の上限トルクを低く制限する、
内燃機関の制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置であって、
前記推定手段は、燃料噴射手段によって噴射された燃料の前記筒内の壁面への到達量が多いほど、飛散する前記混合物量が多いと推定する、
内燃機関の制御装置。 - 請求項3に記載の内燃機関の制御装置であって、
前記推定手段は、前記筒内に噴射される燃料の噴射段数が少ないほど前記到達量が多いと推定する、
内燃機関の制御装置。 - 請求項3または4に記載の内燃機関の制御装置であって、
前記推定手段は、前記筒内に噴射される燃料の燃圧が低いほど前記到達量が多いと推定する、
内燃機関の制御装置。 - 請求項3乃至請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の内燃機関の制御装置であって、
前記推定手段は、前記筒内に噴射された燃料の噴射時期が前記ピストンの下死点に近いほど前記到達量が多いと推定する、
内燃機関の制御装置。 - 筒内におけるピストンの移動に応じて飛散する燃料とオイルとの混合物量を推定することと、
推定された前記混合物量に応じて内燃機関の上限トルクを制限することと、
を含む内燃機関の制御方法。
