 車両用制御システムは、車両に搭載された車載装置と、ユーザが所持する携帯キーと、を含む。前記車載装置は、前記携帯キーとの通信を行う車載装置通信部と、前記車両の状態を反映した車両状態情報を取得する取得部と、を備える。前記車載装置通信部は、前記車両状態情報を前記携帯キーに送信し、前記携帯キーは、外部の装置との通信を行う携帯キー通信部と、1または複数の操作ボタンを含む操作部と、前記操作ボタンが操作された場合、前記操作ボタンに設定した操作コマンドを反映した操作コマンド情報を生成する情報生成部と、を備える。前記携帯キー通信部は、前記車両状態情報を受信し、前記車両状態情報に基づいて、前記操作ボタンに前記操作コマンドを設定する設定部をさらに備える。

Description

車両用制御システム 関連出願の相互参照
 本出願は、2015年2月20日に出願された日本出願番号2015-31210号に基づくもので、ここにその記載内容を援用する。
 本開示は、ユーザが所持する携帯キーと車両に搭載した車載装置との間で無線通信を用いて車両の制御を行う車両用制御システムに関する。
 ユーザが所持する携帯キーと、車両に搭載した車載装置との間で無線通信により認証を行い、その認証結果に基づいて、機械的な鍵を使用しなくても、ドア解錠やエンジン始動などの、ユーザが所望する動作を行うスマートエントリーシステムともいわれる車両用制御システムがある。
 車両制御の機能に応じて設定されるライフサイクルに基づいて、車両制御の処理単位を適切に変更する車両制御システムが考案されている(特許文献1参照)。
 ユーザが所持するタッチパネルを備えた携帯端末を用いて車両の開閉体を制御する車両制御装置が考案されている(特許文献2参照)。
 周知の近距離通信(NFC:Near Field Communication)により、携帯端末が携帯キーから車両の状態を受信し、携帯端末が車両の状態変化に対応させて車両の状態に適したサービスを提供できる車両ドア制御システムが考案されている(特許文献3参照)。
 携帯端末が携帯キーから車両または携帯キーの状態を受信し、これらの状態、さらに、これらの状態において対処が必要な場合にはインターネットを通じて取得した対処方法を表示する無線通信システムが考案されている(特許文献4参照)。
 携帯キーは車両に搭載されておらず、特許文献1の構成では、品番削減を行うことができない。また、ライフサイクルという基準は正確な予測が不可能なため携帯キーには適用し難い。
 特許文献2では、携帯端末を用いて車両の開閉体を制御できる。しかし、携帯端末と車両との通信は、無線LANあるいは公衆通信回線を経由する。これらの構成では、携帯端末の通信方式は、携帯キーや車両とは異なるため、携帯キーや車両に新たな通信ユニットを備える必要があり、コストが上昇する。また、携帯端末からの操作コマンドは、無線LANあるいは公衆通信回線を経由するため、携帯キーを操作した場合に比べてレスポンス(例えば、携帯端末を操作してから、操作に対応した車両の動作が終了するまでの時間)は悪くなる。
 携帯キーは、車種や仕向地によって仕様が異なる。まず、操作用のボタン数(すなわち、ハードウエア)が異なる場合がある。また、ボタン数が同じでも、ボタンに割り当てられる機能が異なると、ボタン表面に形成(あるいは貼付)される機能を表す絵文字も異なるので、同一ハードウエアでも品番が異なる。また、ボタンに割り当てられた機能も、必ずしも車両の仕向地や状態に応じたものではなく、ユーザの使い勝手が悪いこともある。
 特許文献2~4では、公衆通信回線あるいは携帯キーを経由して、車両あるいは携帯キーの状態を取得可能である。しかし、携帯キーの標準化あるいは品番削減については、開示・示唆ともない。

 本開示は、携帯キーの使い勝手を向上するとともに、携帯キーの標準化あるいは品番削減が可能な車両用制御システムを提供することを目的とする。
 本開示の一態様に係る車両用制御システムは、車両に搭載された車載装置と、ユーザが所持する携帯キーと、を含む。前記車載装置は、前記携帯キーとの通信を行う車載装置通信部と、前記車両の状態を反映した車両状態情報を取得する取得部と、を備える。前記車載装置通信部は、前記車両状態情報を前記携帯キーに送信し、前記携帯キーは、外部の装置との通信を行う携帯キー通信部と、1または複数の操作ボタンを含む操作部と、前記操作ボタンが操作された場合、前記操作ボタンに設定した操作コマンドを反映した操作コマンド情報を生成する情報生成部と、を備える。前記携帯キー通信部は、前記車両状態情報を受信し、前記車両状態情報に基づいて、前記操作ボタンに前記操作コマンドを設定する設定部をさらに備える。
 上記構成によって、特許文献2とは異なり、ユーザは携帯端末を所持する必要がない。従来のハードウエア構成で本開示を実現できるため、コストの増加を抑制できる。また、携帯キーで操作を行うため、レスポンスは変わらず、特許文献2の携帯端末を操作する構成に比べて早い。
 本開示についての上記目的およびその他の目的、特徴や利点は、添付の図面を参照しながら下記の詳細な記述により、より明確になる。その図面は、

 図1のように、車両用制御システム1は、車両に搭載したBCM(Body Control Module)100(本開示の車載装置に相当)、ユーザが所持する携帯キー300およびスマートフォン400(本開示の携帯端末に相当)を含む。ただし、以降説明する構成では、スマートフォン400を含まなくてもよいものもある。
 BCM100は、例えば、車両のドアロック、パワースライドドア、パワーウインドウ、灯火の動作制御を行うもので、マイコン110、およびマイコン110に接続された、通信ドライバ120(本開示の取得部に相当)、LF-IC130、通信ドライバ140を備える。
 マイコン110は、周知のワンチップマイコン、あるいは、マイクロプロセッサ、メモリ、周辺回路を総称したものである。マイコン110は、自身に含まれるメモリに記憶されたBCM制御プログラムを実行することで、BCM100の各種機能を実現する。
 マイコン110は、ハードウエアおよびBCM制御プログラムのうちの少なくとも一方を用いて実現する機能ブロックである、RF送受信要求部111、車両装備情報記憶部112、キー照合・登録部113、正規キーID記憶部114、ウエイクチャレンジ送信要求部115、SW入力判定部116、負荷制御部117を含む。
 RF送受信要求部111は、例えば、通信プロトコルに周知のLIN(Local Interconnect Network)を用いた通信ドライバ120を介して、RFT200(本開示の車載装置に相当)に対しデータの送受信要求を出力する。車両装備情報記憶部112は、車両の仕向地および携帯キー300のキー情報を含む車両装備情報を記憶するメモリである。キー照合・登録部113は、携帯キー300を識別するためのキーIDの照合・登録を行う。正規キーID記憶部114は、正しく登録された携帯キー300のキーIDを記憶するメモリである。
 ウエイクチャレンジ送信要求部115は、LF-IC130に対し、携帯キー300を消費電力の少ないスリープモードから通常の動作モードに遷移させるためのウエイク要求、あるいは、携帯キー300からレスポンス信号の返信を要求するためのチャレンジ要求の送信指示を出力する。
 SW入力判定部116は、例えば、車両の各ドアやトランクのノブの近傍に取り付けられ、ドア(バックドア、トランクを含めてもよい)のロック/アンロックを行うために操作するドアロック/アンロックSW(以降、「ドアSW」と略称)151、あるいは、ドアが半ドア状態であるか否かを示す半ドアSW152の状態を検出する。
 負荷制御部117は、例えば、ドアロック装置に含まれ、ドアの施錠/解錠を行うためのドアロックモータ153、エンジンを始動させるスタータモータへの電源の供給/遮断を切り替えるスタータリレー154、ホーン(ブザーや警報装置でもよい)155の動作制御を行う。
 LF-IC130は、LF送受信制御部131(本開示の車載装置通信部)を含む。LF送受信制御部131には、例えば、車両の各ドアやトランク内、車両の室内に取り付けられたLFアンテナ132(全アンテナの総称)が接続される。LF送受信制御部131は、マイコン110の制御指令に基づき、LFアンテナ132を介して、LF(長波)帯の電波を用いて、携帯キー300との間で無線信号を送受信する。
 通信ドライバ140は、例えば、通信プロトコルに周知のCAN(Controller Area Network)を用い、他の車両用装置との間でデータ伝送を行う通信インターフェース回路である。通信ドライバ140には、車両の外部に設けられ、BCM100あるいは他の車両用装置との間で、データの設定・読出しを行う登録ツール160、周知のパワースライドドアの開閉を行うパワースライドドアECU170、周知のパワーバックドアの開閉を行うパワーバックドアECU180が接続される。これらのECUは、それぞれ、通信ドライバ140と同様の構成の、通信ドライバ161、171、181を含む。
 BCM100には、例えば、車両のセンターコンソール内部に取り付けられたRFT(RF Transceiver)200が接続される。RFT200は、通信ドライバ210、RF-IC220、RFアンテナ230を含む。通信ドライバ210は、通信ドライバ120と同様の構成で、BCM100との間でデータ伝送を行う。
 RF-IC220は、RF送受信制御部221(本開示の車載装置通信部に相当)を含む。RF送受信制御部221には、RFアンテナ230が接続される。RF送受信制御部221は、通信ドライバ210を介して取得するマイコン110の制御指令に基づき、RFアンテナ230を介して、RF(高周波)帯の電波を用いて、携帯キー300との間で無線信号を送受信する。
 図2のように、携帯キー300は、マイコン内蔵LF-IC(以降、「マイコン」と略称する)310、およびマイコン310に接続された、LFアンテナ313、RF-IC320、ボタン制御IC340、NFCアンテナ318、RF-IC320に接続されたRFアンテナ330、マイコン310およびボタン制御IC340に接続された操作部342および表示部343を含む。マイコン310は、自身に含まれるメモリに記憶された携帯キー制御プログラムを実行することで、携帯キー300の各種機能を実現する。
 マイコン310は、ハードウエアおよび携帯キー制御プログラムのうちの少なくとも一方を用いて実現する機能ブロックである、ボタン制御演算部311(本開示の情報生成部、設定部に相当)、LF送受信制御部312(本開示の携帯キー通信部に相当)、キー照合部314、正規キーID記憶部315、ボタン入力部316、NFC送受信制御部317(本開示の携帯キー通信部に相当)を含む。
 ボタン制御演算部311は、自身に接続されたLF送受信制御部312、キー照合部314、NFC送受信制御部317、ボタン制御IC340から情報を取得する。そして、取得した情報に基づいて演算処理を実行し、演算結果に基づいて、上述の各部に制御指令を出力する。
 LF送受信制御部312は、ボタン制御演算部311からの制御指令に基づき、自身に接続されたLFアンテナ313を介して、LF帯の電波を用いて、BCM100との間で無線信号を送受信する。キー照合部314は、BCM100から送信された無線信号に含まれるキーIDと、メモリである正規キーID記憶部315に記憶された正規キーIDとを照合する。
 ボタン入力部316は、操作部342に含まれる操作ボタン(以下、「ボタン」と略称することもある)の操作状態を検知し、ボタン制御演算部311に出力する。
 ボタン制御演算部311は、例えば、正規キーID記憶部315に記憶された、操作を検出したボタンに設定された操作コマンドを読み出し、該操作コマンドを反映した操作コマンド情報を生成する。操作コマンドに応じて、携帯キー300内部での内部処理を実行したり、操作コマンド情報をBCM100あるいはスマートフォン400に送信する。
 NFC送受信制御部317は、ボタン制御演算部311からの制御指令に基づき、NFC技術を用いて、自身に接続されたNFCアンテナ318を介して、スマートフォン400との間で無線信号を送受信する。
 RF-IC320は、RF送受信制御部321(本開示の携帯キー通信部に相当)を含む。RF送受信制御部321は、ボタン制御演算部311からの制御指令に基づき、RFアンテナ330を介して、BCM100との間で無線信号を送受信する。
 ボタン制御IC340は、ボタン表示制御部341を含む。ボタン表示制御部341は、表示部343に対し、表示データを含む表示制御指令を出力する。表示部343は、ボタン表示制御部341からの表示制御指令に基づいて、ボタンおよび関連情報を表示する。
 操作部342および表示部343の構成は、以下のうちの少なくとも一つを含む。
i)操作部342は、周知のLCDおよびLCDの画面上に形成されたタッチパネルを含む。表示部343は、画面上にボタンおよびボタンに設定された操作コマンドに対応するピクトグラムを表示する。
ii)操作部342は、周知の照光式押しボタンスイッチを用いる。表示部343は、このスイッチの照光部に、ボタンに設定された操作コマンドに対応するピクトグラムを表示する。例えば、予め複数のピクトグラムを照光部分に印刷しておき、操作コマンドに対応するものを照光する。あるいは、照光部分にドットマトリックスLCDを用い、ピクトグラムを表示する。
iii)操作部342は、照光式でない押しボタンスイッチを用いる。表示部343は、このスイッチの近傍に設けられたLED等のインジケータであり、ボタンに設定された操作コマンドに対応するインジケータを点灯する。
 上述の構成が、携帯キーは、操作ボタンに設定した操作コマンドを表示する表示部を備えるものである。本構成によって、ユーザは、現在、操作ボタンに設定されているコマンドを確認できるので、利便性が向上する。
 携帯キー300は、ボタン入力部316が操作部342の操作を検出すると、ボタン制御演算部311が、操作部342に設定された操作コマンドを反映した操作コマンド情報を生成する。そして、LF送受信制御部312あるいはRF送受信制御部321を介して、BCM100に操作コマンド情報を送信する。
 図2のように、スマートフォン400は、液晶ディスプレイなどの表示部分にタッチパネルを搭載し、指で操作する携帯情報端末であるタブレット型端末である。無論、スマートフォン400のようなタブレット型端末以外の携帯情報端末を用いてもよい。
 スマートフォン400は、マイコン410、およびマイコン410に接続されたNFCアンテナ414、LCDおよびLCDの画面上に形成されたタッチパネルを含む操作・表示部(以下、「表示部」と略称)420(本開示の携帯端末表示部、携帯端末設定部に相当)を含む。
 マイコン410は、マイコン110と同様の構成である。マイコン410は、自身に含まれるメモリに記憶されたアプリケーションプログラムを実行することで、スマートフォン400の各種機能を実現する。
 マイコン410は、ハードウエアおよびアプリケーションプログラムのうちの少なくとも一方を用いて実現する機能ブロックである、ボタン配列制御部411(本開示の携帯端末設定部に相当)、ボタン配列情報記憶部412、NFC送受信制御部413(本開示の携帯端末通信部に相当)を含む。
 ボタン配列制御部411は、メモリであるボタン配列情報記憶部412に記憶されたボタン配列情報を読み出し、該情報に基づいて表示部420に対し、表示制御指令を出力する。表示部420は、表示制御指令に基づいて表示を行う。
 NFC送受信制御部413は、NFC送受信制御部317と同様の構成で、自身に接続されたNFCアンテナ414を介して、携帯キー300との間で無線信号を送受信する。
 図3に、ユーザによるドアのロック操作を例に挙げ、車両状態に応じた操作ボタンの設定処理を説明するシーケンス図を示す。本構成は、スマートフォン400を必要としない。本構成が、設定部は、車両の状態において実行可能な操作コマンドを設定するものである。本構成によって、特許文献2の携帯端末を用いる構成とは異なり、携帯端末は不要であり、コスト低減につながり、さらに、ユーザの利便性は向上する。また、実行できないコマンドを設定しないので、操作ボタンの数を減らすこともできる。
 まず、車両のユーザがドアSW151を操作(すなわち、スマートロック操作)したことを検知すると(S101)、BCM100のマイコン110は、LF送受信制御部312を介して、携帯キー300に対しチャレンジ要求を送信する(S102)。チャレンジ要求は、BCM100を識別するウエイクIDおよびチャレンジ要求を示すデータを含む。チャレンジ要求を送信する前に、ウエイク要求を送信してもよい。
 携帯キー300のマイコン310は、LF送受信制御部313を介してチャレンジ要求を受信すると、キーID照合部314で、チャレンジ要求に含まれるウエイクIDと、正規キーID記憶部315に記憶してあるウエイクIDとを照合する。照合の結果、両者が一致したとき、RF送受信制御部321を介して、正規キーID記憶部315に記憶してあるキーIDを含むレスポンス信号を送信する(S103)。
 BCM100のマイコン110は、RF送受信制御部221を介してレスポンス信号を受信すると、キー照合・登録部113で、レスポンス信号に含まれるキーIDと、正規キーID記憶部114に記憶してあるキーIDとを照合する。照合の結果、両者が一致したとき、負荷制御部117から、ドアロックモータ153にドアロック指令を出力する(S104)。
 ドアSW151の操作の対象が、パワースライドドアあるいはパワーバックドアであるとき、マイコン110は通信ドライバ140を介して、それぞれのECU170、180へ、操作に応じた制御指令を出力する。
 次に、負荷制御部117は、ドアロックモータの駆動状態に基づいて、ドアロック状態(ロックあるいはアンロック)を取得する。
 BCM100のマイコン110は、ドアロック状態を取得すると、LF送受信制御部312またはRF送受信制御部221を介して携帯キー300に対しドアロック状態を送信する(S105)。特に、ドアをロックした後は、ユーザは車両から離れて行くことが多いので、LF帯よりも到達距離の長いRF帯の電波を用いた方が、より確実に携帯キー300に対しドアロック状態を送信できる。
 携帯キー300のマイコン310は、LF送受信制御部312またはRF送受信制御部221を介してドアロック状態を受信すると、ボタン制御演算部311からボタン制御IC340に、ボタンに設定されている操作コマンドの変更を指示する。すなわち、ロックボタンとして用いていたボタンをアンロックボタンとして用いるように設定する(S106)。
 ボタン設定(すなわち、操作コマンド)の変更が終了したら、マイコン310は、RF送受信制御部221を介して、BCM100にアンロックボタン設定通知を送信する(S107)。
 図5に、操作部342として1個のボタン342aを用いる、1ボタン携帯キー300における、ボタン設定の状態遷移を示す。ボタン342aは、上述の照光式押しボタンスイッチを用いる。ボタン342aの上面中央の照光部を表示部343aとし、ボタン342aの設定(すなわち、操作コマンド)に応じたピクトグラムを表示する。また、照光式押しボタンスイッチを用いないときは、ボタン342aの近傍にLED(343b、343c:表示部)を設けてもよい。
 ドアがアンロック状態のとき、ユーザがアンロック操作をするとは考えにくいので、ボタン制御演算部311は、ボタン342aをロックボタンとして用いるよう操作コマンドを設定する。ボタン表示制御部341は、表示部343aにロックボタンであることを示すピクトグラムを表示する。あるいは、ロックボタンであることを示すLED343bを点灯する(LED343cは消灯)。
 上述の状態で、ユーザがボタン342aを操作すると(ドアSW151のロック操作でもよい)、ドアがロックされる。図3のS105で、BCM100から携帯キー300にドアロック状態が送信されると(S151)、ボタン制御演算部311は、ボタン342aをアンロックボタンとして用いるよう操作コマンドを設定する。そして、ボタン表示制御部341は、表示部343aにアンロックボタンであることを示すピクトグラムを表示する。あるいは、アンロックボタンであることを示すLED342cを点灯する(LED342bは消灯)。
 上述の状態で、ユーザがボタン342aを押下すると(ドアSW151のアンロック操作でもよい)、ドアがアンロックされる。この後、BCM100から携帯キー300にドアのアンロックが完了したことを示すドアアンロック状態が送信されるので(S152)、ボタン制御演算部311は、ボタン342aをロックボタンとして用いるよう操作コマンドを設定する。
 図4に、車両の仕様に応じた操作ボタンの設定処理を説明するシーケンス図を示す。本構成は、スマートフォン400を必要としない。本構成が、車両状態情報は、操作ボタンに設定可能な操作コマンドおよび操作ボタンの数を含むキー情報を含み、携帯キーにおいて、設定部は、キー情報に基づいて、操作ボタンに操作コマンドを設定するものである。キー情報(すなわち、仕様)は、車種や仕向地によって異なる。本構成によって、一種の携帯キー(例えば、ハードウェア)で、複数の車種や仕向地に対応できるので、携帯キーの標準化あるいは品番削減が可能となる。また、本処理は、例えば、新たな携帯キー300をBCM100に登録するときに行う。
 まず、BCM100に接続された登録ツール160を操作し、BCM100にキー登録要求を送信する(S201)。なお、BCM100と携帯キー300との通信には、LF帯の電波を用いる。
 BCM100のマイコン110は、キー登録要求を受信すると、携帯キー300に対してキーIDを要求する(S202)。携帯キー300のマイコン310は、キーID要求を受信すると、ボタン制御演算部311が、キー照合部314を介して正規キーID記憶部315からキーIDを読み出し、BCM100へ送信する(S203)。
 BCM100のマイコン110では、キーIDを受信すると、キー照合・登録部113が、キーIDを正規キーID記憶部114に記憶する。次に、携帯キーの品番(車両の仕向地あるいは種別に対応)、ボタン数を含むキー情報を携帯キー300に送信する(S204)。キー情報は、予め車両装備情報記憶部112に記憶しておいてもよい。この場合、キー照合・登録部113が読み出す。また、上述のS201で、登録ツール160から受信してもよい。このとき、受信したキー情報を車両装備情報記憶部112に記憶する(S205)。
 品番に応じて携帯キー300のボタン入力部316に設定できる操作コマンド、および操作コマンドの優先順位が関連付けられている。操作コマンドは、品番とともにキー情報に含めてもよいし、品番と操作コマンドとを関連付けたデータテーブルを、予め正規キーID記憶部に記憶してもよい。
 携帯キー300のマイコン310は、キー情報を受信すると、S203と同様にキーIDを送信する(S206)。BCM100のマイコン110は、受信したキーIDをキー照合・登録部113で照合することで、対象となる携帯キー300がキー情報を受信したことを確認できる。
 次に、BCM100のマイコン110では、キー照合・登録部113が車両装備情報記憶部112に記憶された、例えば、BCM100を特定する情報である車両情報を読み出して、携帯キー300に送信する(S207)。車両情報は、BCM100が送信するチャレンジ要求に含まれるウエイクIDと、操作部342が押しボタンスイッチあるいはタッチパネルのいずれであるかを示すボタン種類とを含む。ボタン種類は、キー情報に含めてもよい。
 携帯キー300のマイコン310は、車両情報を受信すると、ボタン制御演算部311が、キー照合部314を介して、正規キーID記憶部315に車両情報を登録する(S208)。この後、車両情報登録完了通知をBCM100に送信する(S209)。BCM100のマイコン110は、車両情報登録完了通知を受信すると、キー登録完了通知を登録ツール160に送信する(S210)。
 図6に、操作部342としてタッチパネル式の2個のボタン342b、342cを用いる、2ボタン携帯キー300における仕向地別のボタン設定例を示す。表示部343dはLCDを用いるため、任意の数のボタンを表示できる。ボタン制御演算部311は、BCM100から受信したキー情報に含まれるボタン数、車両情報に含まれるボタン種類に基づいて、ボタンの数および配置を決定する。また、キー情報に含まれる品番に基づいて、ボタンの操作コマンドを設定する。
 図6では、「寒冷地向」と「特殊地域向」の2種を例示する。「寒冷地向」では、表示部343dに、ボタン342bをロックボタンとして用いるよう操作コマンドを設定し、ボタン342bの表示領域内に、ロックボタンであることを示すピクトグラムを表示する。また、ボタン342cを、車両から離れた場所からエンジンを始動させるリモートスタートボタンとして用いるよう操作コマンドを設定し、ボタン342cの表示領域内に、リモートスタートボタンであることを示すピクトグラムを表示する。ボタン342bは、図5と同様に、ドアロックの状態によって設定および表示が変化する。
 「特殊地域向」では、ボタン342bは、「寒冷地向」と同様にロックボタンとして用いる。ボタン342cを、リモートスタートボタンに代えて、盗難発生警報装置の作動状態に関係なく、ホーンあるいはブザーの吹鳴、灯火の点灯を行うパニックアラームを発するためのパニックアラームボタンとして用いるよう操作コマンドを設定し、ボタン342cの表示領域内に、パニックアラームボタンに設定されていることを示すピクトグラムを表示する。治安の悪い地域で車両を使用するユーザの安全を考慮している。
 図7に、スマートフォン400と携帯キー300を用いたボタン配列設定処理を説明するシーケンス図を示す。本処理では、スマートフォン400と携帯キー300との通信に、それぞれのNFC送受信制御部317、413を用いる。まず、携帯キー300をスマートフォン400にかざす(通信可能距離以内に近づける)と、スマートフォン400は、携帯キー300にボタン情報要求を送信する(S301)。例えば、スマートフォン400は、定期的に携帯キー300を探索する探索信号を送信する。携帯キー300は、探索信号を受信したら応答信号を送信する。これにより、携帯キー300がスマートフ
ォン400に接近したか否かを判断できる。
 携帯キー300のボタン制御演算部311は、ボタン情報要求を受信すると、キー照合部314を介して、正規キーID記憶部315からボタン情報を読み出してスマートフォン400に送信する(S302)。ボタン情報は、ボタン数、ボタン配列、ボタンに設定できる操作コマンドを含む。
 スマートフォン400のマイコン410のボタン配列制御部411は、ボタン情報を受信すると、ボタン情報に基づいて、表示部420にボタン配列変更画面を表示する。
 上述の構成が、ユーザが所持する携帯端末を含み、携帯端末は、携帯キーからキー情報を受信する携帯端末通信部と、キー情報を表示する携帯端末表示部と、を備えるものである。本構成によって、携帯端末で、現在、ボタンの設定状況、および設定可能な操作コマンドを確認できる。
 図8に、ボタン配列変更画面の表示例を示す。表示部420には、携帯キー300のボタン配列を模した携帯キー表示領域421と、携帯キー300の操作部342に設定可能な操作コマンドをアイコン表示するコマンド表示領域422と、メッセージ表示領域423と、を表示する。コマンド表示領域422はスクロール可能で、全ての機能を一画面で表示できない場合に対応できる。
 図8では、操作部342に3個のボタンA、B、Cを含む、3ボタン携帯キーを例示する。ボタンに対応付ける操作コマンドの設定方法は以下のうちの少なくとも一つを用いる。
i)コマンド表示領域422から操作コマンドを選択(タッチ)し、携帯キー表示領域421のボタンを選択する。
ii)コマンド表示領域422から操作コマンドを選択したまま、携帯キー表示領域421のボタンまで移動する(ドラッグ・アンド・ドロップ)。
 図7に戻り、ボタン配列の設定を終了したら、携帯キー表示領域421のボタン表示領域以外の領域、あるいはメッセージ表示領域423をタッチする。この後、ボタン配列制御部411は、ボタン配列情報記憶部412に設定内容を記憶する(S303)。続いて、ボタン配列制御部411は、設定内容を反映したボタン配列情報を携帯キー300に送信する(S304)。
 携帯キー300のボタン制御演算部311は、ボタン配列情報を受信すると、ボタン配列情報に基づいて、操作部342の各ボタンの操作コマンドの設定を変更する。また、ボタン表示制御部341に対し、ボタン表示部(例えば、図6の342b、342c)にボタン配列情報に基づく表示を行うよう制御指令を送る(S305)。ボタン配列の変更を完了したら、ボタン配列変更完了通知をスマートフォン400へ送信する(S306)。
 上述の構成が、携帯端末は、キー情報に基づいて、操作ボタンに操作コマンドを設定する携帯端末設定部を備え、携帯端末通信部は、設定した内容を反映したボタン情報を携帯キーに送信し、携帯キーにおいて、携帯キー通信部は、ボタン情報を受信し、設定部は、ボタン情報に基づいて、操作ボタンに操作コマンドを設定するものである。本構成によって、ユーザの好みや操作の傾向に応じて、操作コマンドを設定できるので、ユーザの利便性が向上する。
 スマートフォン400は、ボタン配列変更完了通知を受信したら、その旨を表示部420に表示してもよい。
 スマートフォン400を用いたボタン配列変更(図7)を、車両の仕様に応じたボタンの表示設定(図4)より優先させてもよい。これにより、ユーザの好みを優先でき、利便性が向上する。
 ここで、この出願に記載されるフローチャート、あるいは、フローチャートの処理は、複数のセクション(あるいはステップと言及される)から構成され、各セクションは、たとえば、S101と表現される。さらに、各セクションは、複数のサブセクションに分割されることができる、一方、複数のセクションが合わさって一つのセクションにすることも可能である。さらに、このように構成される各セクションは、デバイス、モジュール、ミーンズとして言及されることができる。
 本開示は、実施例に準拠して記述されたが、本開示は当該実施例や構造に限定されるものではないと理解される。本開示は、様々な変形例や均等範囲内の変形をも包含する。加えて、様々な組み合わせや形態、さらには、それらに一要素のみ、それ以上、あるいはそれ以下、を含む他の組み合わせや形態をも、本開示の範疇や思想範囲に入るものである。

 

Claims (6)

  1.  車両に搭載された車載装置(100、200)と、ユーザが所持する携帯キー(300)と、を含み、
     前記車載装置は、
     前記携帯キーとの通信を行う車載装置通信部(131、221)と、
     前記車両の状態を反映した車両状態情報を取得する取得部(120)と、
     を備え、
     前記車載装置通信部は、前記車両状態情報を前記携帯キーに送信し、
     前記携帯キーは、
     外部の装置との通信を行う携帯キー通信部(312、317、321)と、
     1または複数の操作ボタンを含む操作部(342)と、
     前記操作ボタンが操作された場合、前記操作ボタンに設定した操作コマンドを反映した操作コマンド情報を生成する情報生成部(311)と、
     を備え、
     前記携帯キー通信部(312、321)は、前記車両状態情報を受信し、
     前記車両状態情報に基づいて、前記操作ボタンに前記操作コマンドを設定する設定部をさらに備える車両用制御システム。
  2.  前記設定部は、前記車両の状態において実行可能な操作コマンドを設定する請求項1に記載の車両用制御システム。
  3.  前記携帯キーは、
     前記操作ボタンに設定した操作コマンドを表示する表示部(343)をさらに備える請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両用制御システム。
  4.  前記車両状態情報は、前記操作ボタンに設定可能な操作コマンドおよび前記操作ボタンの数を含むキー情報を含み、
     前記携帯キーにおいて、
     前記設定部は、前記キー情報に基づいて、前記操作ボタンに前記操作コマンドを設定する請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用制御システム。
  5.  前記ユーザが所持する携帯端末(400)をさらに含み、
     前記携帯端末は、
     前記携帯キーから前記キー情報を受信する携帯端末通信部(413)と、
     前記キー情報を表示する携帯端末表示部(420)と、
     を備える請求項4に記載の車両用制御システム。
  6.  前記携帯端末は、
     前記キー情報に基づいて、前記操作ボタンに前記操作コマンドを設定する携帯端末設定部(420)をさらに備え、
     前記携帯端末通信部は、前記設定した内容を反映したボタン情報を前記携帯キーに送信し、
     前記携帯キーにおいて、
     前記携帯キー通信部(317)は、前記ボタン情報を受信し、
     前記設定部は、前記ボタン情報に基づいて、前記操作ボタンに前記操作コマンドを設定する請求項5に記載の車両用制御システム。
