Description

터치 윈도우
실시예는 터치 윈도우에 관한 것이다.
최근 다양한 전자 제품에서 디스플레이 장치에 표시된 화상에 손가락 또는 스타일러스(stylus) 등의 입력 장치를 접촉하는 방식으로 입력을 하는 터치 윈도우가 적용되고 있다.
이러한 터치 윈도우는 전극의 위치에 따라 다양한 타입으로 형성될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 커버 기판의 일면에만 전극을 형성하거나, 또는 커버 기판의 일면 및 기판의 일면에 전극을 형성할 수 있다.
상기 터치 윈도우가 커버 기판 및 기판을 포함하는 경우, 상기 커버 기판과 상기 기판은 접착층을 통해 서로 접착될 수 있다.
이때, 상기 접착층의 두께가 두꺼워지는 경우, 터치 윈도우의 전체적인 두께가 두꺼워지고, 플렉서블한 터치 윈도우를 구현할 때, 이러한 두꺼운 두께로 인해 신뢰성이 저하될 수 있다.
한편, 터치 패널의 전극으로써, 인듐 주석 산화물(indium tin oxide, ITO)를 대체할 수 있는 물질인 나노와이어가 대두되고 있다. 나노와이어는 투과도 및 전도도 등 다양한 면에서 인듐 주석 산화물보다 뛰어난 특성을 가진 물질이다.
이러한 나노와이어를 전극으로 형성 시, 나노와이어의 산화를 방지하기 위해 오버코팅층(overcoating layer)이 추가로 필요하여 두께가 두꺼워진다는 문제가 있다.
또한, 전극을 패터닝시 노광, 현상 및 에칭 등 여러가지 공정이 요구되어 공정 효율이 저하되는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 최근에는 웨어러블 디바이스(wearable device) 즉, 착용할 수 있는 전자 제품이 증가하고 있고, 이러한 웨어러블 디바이스의 사용자는 이동 하면서 기기를 사용할 가능성이 많기 때문에, 주의를 기울이지 않고 손쉽게 입력할 수 있는 방식이 요구된다.
다양한 전자 제품은 장시간 사용할 수 있도록 저전력 기술이 요구되며, 특히 웨어러블 디바이스는 휴대성 또는 착용감을 향상시키기 위해서 슬림화가 요구된다.
따라서, 이와 같은 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 새로운 구조의 터치 윈도우가 요구된다.
실시예는 두께를 감소시킬 수 있고, 향상된 플렉서블 특성을 가지는 터치 윈도우를 제공하고자 한다.
제 1 실시예에 따른 터치 윈도우는, 커버 기판; 상기 커버 기판 상의 수지층; 상기 수지층 상의 기판; 및 상기 기판 상의 전극을 포함하고, 상기 수지층의 두께는 1㎛ 내지 10㎛으로 배치된다.
또한, 제 2 실시예에 따른 터치 윈도우는, 기판; 및 상기 기판 상의 전극층을 포함하고, 상기 전극층은 제 1 층 및 제 2 층을 포함하고, 상기 제 1 층은 감광성 물질을 포함한다.
또한, 제 3 실시예에 따른 터치 윈도우는, 기판; 상기 기판 상의 제 1 전극; 및 상기 기판 상의 전극부를 포함하고, 상기 전극부는, 모재 및 상기 모재 상에 배치되는 제 2 전극을 포함한다.
또한, 제 4 실시예에 따른 터치 센서는 기판; 상기 기판 상에 배치되는 감지 전극; 및 상기 감지 전극 상에 배치되는 전도성 변환부재를 포함하고, 상기 감지 전극은 서로 이격하는 제 1 감지 전극 및 제 2 감지 전극을 포함한다.
제 1 실시예에 따른 터치 윈도우는 두께가 얇은 터치 윈도우를 제공할 수 있다. 제 1 실시예에 따른 터치 윈도우는 커버 기판 상에 두께가 1㎛ 내지 10㎛인 수지층을 배치하고, 상기 수지층 상에 기판을 배치하고, 상기 기판 상에 전극을 배치할 수 있다.
즉, 커버 기판과 기판은 두께가 1㎛ 내지 10㎛인 수지층으로 접착될 수 있다. 이에 따라, 터치 윈도우의 두께가 얇아질 수 있고, 터치 윈도우의 유연성이 향상될 수 있다.
제 1 실시예에 따른 터치 윈도우는 휘거나 접는 경우에 발생할 수 있는 수지층의 누출, 커버 기판 또는 기판의 들뜸이나 파손 등의 외관 불량을 방지할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 제 1 실시예에 따른 터치 윈도우는 향상된 신뢰성을 가질 수 있다.
또한, 제 2 실시예에 따른 터치 윈도우는 용이하게 전극층을 패터닝할 수 있다. 자세하게, 기판 상에 감광성 필름을 포함하는 비전도층과 전도성 고분자 등의 전도성 물질을 포함하는 전도층을 배치하고, 노광 및 현상 공정을 통해 전극층을 패터닝할 수 있다.
이에 따라, 전극층 패터닝시 에칭 및 박리 공정이 요구되지 않으므로, 용이하게 전극층을 패터닝할 수 있고, 공정 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
또한, 제 3 실시예에 따른 터치 윈도우는 하나의 기판 상에 제 1 전극 및 제 2 전극을 모두 배치할 수 있다. 즉, 제 2 전극은 전극 물질을 수용하는 모재를 라미네이션하여 형성됨으로써, 별도의 전극 지지부재가 요구되지 않고, 이러한 지지부재를 접착하는 접착층도 요구되지 않는다.
따라서, 제 3 실시예에 따른 터치 윈도우는 터치 윈도우의 전체적인 두께를 감소시킬 수 있다.
또한, 제 4 실시예에 따른 터치 센서는 전도성 변환 부재에 의해 터치 센서의 전체적인 두께를 감소시킬 수 있다.
또한, 제 4 실시예에 따른 터치 센서는 아날로그 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하는 칩을 생략할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 구조를 단순화할 수 있고, 칩에 의해 소비되는 전력을 생략할 수 있어, 향상된 전기적 특성을 가질 수 있다.

도 1 내지 도 2를 참조하면, 제 1 실시예에 따른 터치 윈도우는 커버 기판(110), 수지층(400), 기판(100), 전극 및 인쇄회로기판(500)을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 커버 기판(110)은 상기 수지층(400), 상기 기판(100), 상기 전극 및 상기 인쇄회로기판(500)을 지지할 수 있다. 즉, 상기 커버 기판(110)은 지지기판일 수 있다.
상기 커버 기판(110)은 리지드(rigid)하거나 또는 플렉서블(flexible)할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 상기 커버 기판(110)은 유리 또는 플라스틱을 포함할 수 있다.
자세하게, 상기 커버 기판(110)은 소다라임유리(soda lime glass) 또는 알루미노실리케이트유리 등의 화학 강화/반강화유리를 포함하거나, 폴리이미드(Polyimide, PI), 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(polyethylene terephthalate, PET), 프로필렌 글리콜(propylene glycol, PPG) 폴리 카보네이트(PC) 등의 강화 혹은 연성 플라스틱을 포함하거나 사파이어를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 커버 기판(110)은 광등방성 필름을 포함할 수 있다. 일례로, 상기 커버 기판(110)은 COC(Cyclic Olefin Copolymer), COP(Cyclic Olefin Polymer), 광등방 폴리카보네이트(polycarbonate, PC) 또는 광등방 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(PMMA) 등을 포함할 수 있다.
사파이어는 유전율 등 전기 특성이 매우 뛰어나 터치 반응 속도를 획기적으로 올릴 수 있을 뿐 아니라 호버링(Hovering) 등 공간 터치를 쉽게 구현 할 수 있고 표면 강도가 높아 커버 기판으로도 적용 가능한 물질이다. 여기서, 호버링이란 디스플레이에서 약간 떨어진 거리에서도 좌표를 인식하는 기술을 의미한다.
또한, 상기 커버 기판(110)은 부분적으로 곡면을 가지면서 휘어질 수 있다. 즉, 커버 기판(110)은 부분적으로는 평면을 가지고, 부분적으로는 곡면을 가지면서 휘어질 수 있다. 자세하게, 상기 커버 기판(110)의 끝단이 곡면을 가지면서 휘어지거나 랜덤(random)한 곡률을 포함한 표면을 가지며 휘어지거나 구부러질 수 있다.
또한, 상기 커버 기판(110)은 유연한 특성을 가지는 플렉서블(flexible) 기판일 수 있다.
또한, 상기 커버 기판(110)은 커브드(curved), 벤디드(bended) 또는 롤러블(rollable) 기판일 수 있다. 즉, 상기 커버 기판(110)을 포함하는 터치 윈도우도 플렉서블, 커브드, 벤디드 또는 롤러블 특성을 가지도록 형성될 수 있다. 이로 인해, 실시예에 따른 터치 윈도우는 휴대가 용이하며, 다양한 디자인으로 변경이 가능할 수 있다.
상기 커버 기판(110) 상에는 별도의 기판(100)이 더 배치될 수 있다. 즉, 감지 전극(210), 배선 전극(220) 및 상기 인쇄회로 기판(500)은 상기 기판(100)에 의해 지지되고, 상기 기판(100)과 상기 커버 기판(110)은 수지층(400)을 통해 접착될 수 있다.
상기 기판(100)에는 유효 영역(AA)및 비유효 영역(UA)이 정의될 수 있다.
상기 유효 영역(AA)에서는 디스플레이가 표시될 수 있고, 상기 유효 영역(AA) 주위에 배치되는 상기 비유효 영역(UA)에서는 디스플레이가 표시되지 않을 수 있다.
또한, 상기 유효 영역(AA) 및 상기 비유효 영역(UA) 중 적어도 하나의 영역에서는 입력 장치(예를 들어, 손가락 등)의 위치를 감지할 수 있다. 이와 같은 터치 윈도우에 손가락 등의 입력 장치가 접촉되면, 입력 장치가 접촉된 부분에서 정전 용량의 차이가 발생하고, 이러한 차이가 발생한 부분을 접촉 위치로 검출할 수 있다.
상기 기판(100)은 상기 커버 기판(110)과 동일 또는 유사한 물질을 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 기판(100)은 부분적으로 곡면을 가지면서 휘어질 수 있다. 즉, 기판(100)은 부분적으로는 평면을 가지고, 부분적으로는 곡면을 가지면서 휘어질 수 있다. 자세하게, 상기 기판(100)의 끝단이 곡면을 가지면서 휘어지거나 랜덤(Random)한 곡률을 포함한 표면을 가지며 휘어지거나 구부러질 수 있다.
또한, 상기 기판(100)은 유연한 특성을 가지는 플렉서블(flexible) 기판일 수 있다.
또한, 상기 기판(100)은 커브드(curved), 벤디드(bended) 또는 롤러블(rollable) 기판일 수 있다. 즉, 상기 기판(100)을 포함하는 터치 윈도우도 플렉서블, 커브드, 벤디드 또는 롤러블 특성을 가지도록 형성될 수 있다.
상기 전극은 상기 기판(100) 상에 배치될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 전극은 상기 기판(100)의 일면 상에 배치될 수 있다. 자세하게, 상기 전극은 상기 기판(100)의 일면과 접촉하며 배치될 수 있다.
상기 전극은 감지 전극(210) 및 배선 전극(220)을 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 감지 전극(210)은 상기 기판(100)의 일면과 직접 접촉하며 배치될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 배선 전극(220)은 상기 기판(100)의 일면과 직접 접촉하며 배치될 수 있다.
상기 감지 전극(210)은 상기 기판(100)의 유효 영역(AA) 및 상기 비유효 영역(UA) 중 적어도 하나의 영역에 배치될 수 있다. 자세하게, 감지 전극(210)은 상기 기판(100)의 유효 영역(AA) 상에 배치될 수 있다.
상기 감지 전극(210)은 제 1 감지 전극(211) 및 제 2 감지 전극(212)을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 제 1 감지 전극(211) 및 상기 제 2 감지 전극(212)은 상기 기판(100)의 일면 상에 배치될 수 있다. 자세하게, 상기 제 1 감지 전극(211) 및 상기 제 2 감지 전극(212)은 상기 기판(100)의 동일한 일면 상에 배치될 수 있다. 즉, 상기 제 1 감지 전극(211) 및 상기 제 2 감지 전극(212)은 상기 기판(100)의 일면에서 서로 접촉하지 않도록 서로 이격하여 배치될 수 있다.
상기 감지 전극(210)은 광의 투과를 방해하지 않으면서 전기가 흐를 수 있도록 투명 전도성 물질을 포함할 수 있다, 일례로, 상기 감지 전극(210)은 인듐 주석 산화물(indium tin oxide), 인듐 아연 산화물(indium zinc oxide), 구리 산화물(copper oxide), 주석 산화물(tin oxide), 아연 산화물(zinc oxide), 티타늄 산화물(titanium oxide) 등의 금속 산화물을 포함할 수 있다.
또는, 상기 제 1 감지 전극(211) 및 상기 제 2 감지 전극(212) 중 적어도 하나의 감지 전극은 나노와이어, 감광성 나노와이어 필름, 탄소나노튜브(CNT), 그래핀(graphene), 전도성 폴리머 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함할 수 있다.
나노 와이어 또는 탄소나노튜브(CNT)와 같은 나노 합성체를 사용하는 경우 흑색으로 구성할 수도 있으며, 나노 파우더의 함량제어를 통해 전기전도도를 확보 하면서 색과 반사율 제어가 가능한 장점이 있다.
또는, 상기 감지 전극(210)은 다양한 금속을 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 감지 전극(210)은 크롬(Cr), 니켈(Ni), 구리(Cu), 알루미늄(Al), 은(Ag), 몰리브덴(Mo). 금(Au), 티타튬(Ti) 및 이들의 합금 중 적어도 하나의 금속을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 감지 전극(210)은 메쉬 형상으로 형성될 수 있다. 자세하게, 감지 전극(210)은 복수 개의 서브 전극들을 포함할 수 있고, 상기 서브 전극들은 메쉬 형상으로 서로 교차하면서 배치될 수 있다.
상기 감지 전극(210)이 메쉬 형상을 가짐으로써, 유효 영역 일례로, 디스플레이 영역 상에서 상기 감지 전극의 패턴이 보이지 않게 할 수 있다. 즉, 상기 감지 전극(210)이 금속으로 형성되어도, 패턴이 보이지 않게 할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 감지 전극(210)이 대형 크기의 터치 윈도우에 적용되어도 터치 윈도우의 저항을 낮출 수 있다.
상기 배선 전극(220)은 상기 감지 전극(210)과 연결되며 배치될 수 있다. 상기 배선 전극(220)은 상기 기판(100)의 유효 영역(AA) 및 비유효 영역(UA) 중 적어도 하나의 영역에 배치될 수 있다. 자세하게, 상기 배선 전극(220)은 상기 기판(100)의 유효 영역(AA) 및 비유효 영역(UA)에 배치될 수 있다.
상기 배선 전극(220)은 상기 기판(100)의 유효 영역(AA)에서 비유효 영역(UA) 방향으로 연장하며 배치될 수 있다. 상기 배선 전극(220)은 상기 기판(100)의 비유효 영역(UA) 방향으로 연장되어 상기 인쇄회로기판(500)과 연결될 수 있다.
상기 배선 전극(220)의 일단은 상기 감지 전극(210)과 연결되고, 상기 배선 전극(220)의 타단은 상기 인쇄 회로기판(500)과 연결될 수 있다.
상기 배선 전극(220)은 상기 제 1 감지 전극(211) 및 상기 제 2 감지 전극(212)이 배치되는 상기 기판(100)의 동일한 일면 상에 배치될 수 있다.
상기 배선 전극(220)은 제 1 배선 전극(221) 및 제 2 배선 전극(222)을 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 배선 전극(220)은 상기 제 1 감지 전극(211)과 연결되는 제 1 배선 전극(221) 및 상기 제 2 감지 전극(212)과 연결되는 제 2 배선 전극(222)을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 배선 전극(220)은 전도성 물질을 포함할 수 있다. 일례로, 상기 배선 전극(220)은 앞서 설명한 상기 감지 전극(210)과 동일 또는 유사한 물질을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 배선 전극(220)은 상기 감지 전극(210)으로부터 감지되는 터치 신호를 전달받고, 상기 터치 신호는 상기 배선 전극(220)을 통해 상기 배선 전극(220)과 전기적으로 연결되는 인쇄회로기판(500)에 실장된 구동칩(510)으로 전달될 수 있다.
상기 인쇄회로기판(500)은 연성인쇄회로기판(FPCB)일 수 있다. 상기 인쇄회로기판(500)은 상기 비유효 영역(UA) 상에 배치되는 상기 배선 전극(220)과 연결될 수 있다, 자세하게, 상기 인쇄회로기판(500)은 상기 비유효 영역(UA) 상에서 상기 배선 전극(220)과 이방성 도전성 필름(ACF) 등을 통해 전기적으로 연결될 수 있다.
상기 인쇄회로기판(500)에는 구동칩(510)이 실장될 수 있다. 자세하게, 상기 구동칩(510)은 상기 감지 전극(210)으로부터 감지되는 터치 신호를 상기 배선 전극(220)으로부터 전달받아 터치 신호에 따른 동작을 수행할 수 있다.
상기 배선 전극(220)은 상기 감지 전극(210)과 같이 메쉬 형상으로 형성될 수 있다.

상기 수지층(400)은 약 1㎛ 내지 약 10㎛의 두께로 배치될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 수지층(400)은 약 1㎛ 내지 약 7㎛의 두께로 배치될 수 있다. 자세하게, 상기 수지층(400)은 약 1㎛ 내지 약 5㎛의 두께로 배치될 수 있다.
상기 수지층(400)이 약 1㎛ 내지 약 10㎛의 두께일 경우에는 터치 윈도우의 두께가 전체적으로 얇아질 수 있고, 상기 수지층(400)을 포함하는 터치 윈도우의 유연성이 향상될 수 있다.

상기 수지층(400)이 약 10㎛ 초과하여 배치되는 경우에는, 상기 수지층(400)에 의해 터치 윈도우의 두께가 전체적으로 두꺼워질 수 있고, 터치 윈도우의 유연성이 저하될 수 있다.
상기 수지층(400)은 모듈러스가 1.5×105 Pa 내지 3.0×105 Pa 일 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 수지층(400)의 모듈러스는 2.0×105 Pa 내지 3.0×105 Pa 일 수 있다. 자세하게, 상기 수지층(400)의 모듈러스는 2.5×105 Pa 내지 3.0×105 Pa 일 수 있다.

상기 수지층(400)은 밀착력이 약 10N/㎝ 이상일 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 수지층(400)은 밀착력이 약 10N/㎝ 내지 약 30 N/㎝일 수 있다. 자세하게, 상기 수지층(400)은 밀착력이 약 10N/㎝ 내지 약 20 N/㎝일 수 있다.
상기 수지층(400)은 밀착력이 약 10N/㎝ 이상인 경우에, 응력에 의한 수지층(400)의 변형 또는 상기 커버 기판(110)이나 상기 기판(100)의 변형을 방지할 수 있다. 이로 인해, 상기 수지층(400)을 포함하는 터치 윈도우의 신뢰성이 향상될 수 있다.
자세하게, 상기 수지층(400)은 밀착력이 약 10N/㎝ 이상인 경우, 상기 커버 기판(110) 및 상기 수지층(400)의 접착계면 또는 상기 기판(100) 및 상기 수지층(400)의 접착계면의 접합강도가 증가할 수 있다. 따라서, 상기 커버 기판(110) 및/또는 상기 기판(100)의 탈막, 박리 또는 파손을 방지할 수 있다.
상기 수지층(400)의 밀착력이 약 10N/㎝ 미만인 경우에는, 응력에 의한 터치 윈도우의 변형으로 인하여, 터치 윈도우의 신뢰성이 저하될 수 있다.
상기 수지층(400)은 점도가 약 1000cps 내지 약 2000cps 일 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 수지층(400)은 점도가 약 1500cps 내지 약 2000cps 일 수 있다.
상기 수지층(400)의 점도가 약 1000cps 내지 약 2000cps인 경우에는, 상기 수지층(400)이 약 1㎛ 내지 약 10㎛로 두께로 얇게 배치될 수 있고, 이로 인해 상기 수지층(400)을 포함하는 터치 윈도우의 유연성이 향상될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 수지층(400)이 상기 커버 기판(110) 상에 균일하게 배치될 수 있으며, 공정 효율이 향상될 수 있다.

상기 기판(100)은 상기 수지층(400) 상에 배치될 수 있다. 상기 기판(100)은 상기 수지층(400)의 전(全)면에 배치될 수 있다.
상기 기판(100)은 약 30㎛ 내지 약 70㎛의 두께로 배치될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 기판(100)은 약 30㎛ 내지 60㎛의 두께로 배치될 수 있다. 자세하게, 상기 기판(100)은 약 30㎛ 내지 약 50㎛의 두께로 배치될 수 있다.

도 4 내지 도 6은 제 1 실시예에 따른 감지 전극 및/또는 배선 전극의 전극 형성 공정을 설명하기 위한 도면들이다.
도 4을 참조하면, 제 1 실시예에 따른 감지 전극 및/또는 배선 전극은 기판(100) 의 전면 상에 금속층(M)을 배치하고, 상기 금속층을 메쉬 형상으로 에칭함으로써, 메쉬 형상의 전극을 형성할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 폴리에텔렌테레프탈레이트 등과 같은 기판(100)의 전면 상에 구리(Cu)와 같은 금속층(M)을 전면에 증착한 후, 상기 구리층을 에칭하여 양각의 메쉬 형상의 구리 금속 메쉬 전극을 형성할 수 있다. 상기 금속층(M)은 상기 전극을 포함할 수 있다.

이어서, 상기 나노 패턴 및 상기 마이크로 패턴 상에 형성된 금속층을 에칭하여 나노 패턴 상에 형성되는 금속층만을 제거하고, 마이크로 패턴 상에 형성된 금속층만을 남김으로써, 메쉬 형상의 금속 전극을 형성할 수 있다.
이때, 금속층(M)을 에칭시 나노 패턴(P1) 및 마이크로 패턴(P2)과 상기 금속층(M)의 접합 면적 차이에 따라 에칭 속도의 차이가 발생할 수 있다. 즉, 상기 마이크로 패턴(P2)과 금속층(M)의 접합 면적이 상기 나노 패턴(P1)과 금속층(M)의 접합면적보다 크기 때문에, 마이크로 패턴(P2) 상에 형성되는 전극 물질의 에칭이 적게 일어나고, 동일한 에칭 속도에 따라, 마이크로 패턴(P2) 상에 형성된 금속층(M)은 남게되고, 나노 패턴(P1) 상에 형성된 금속층은 에칭되어 제거됨에 따라 상기 기판(100) 상에는 마이크로 패턴의 양각 메쉬 형상의 금속 전극이 형성될 수 있다. 상기 전극 물질은 상기 전극을 포함할 수 있다.
이하, 실시예들 및 비교예들을 통하여 제 1 실시예를 더 상세하게 설명한다. 이러한 실시예들은 제 1 실시예를 더 상세하게 설명하기 위하여 예시로 제시한 것에 불과하다. 따라서 제 1 실시예가 이러한 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
실시예 1
커버 기판 상에 수지층을 배치하고, 상기 수지층 상에 기판을 배치하고, 상기 기판 상에 전극을 배치하여 터치 윈도우를 형성하였다.
이때, 수지층의 모듈러스는 2.1×105 Pa이고, 수지층의 밀착력은 10.8 N/㎝이고, 수지층의 점도는 1700cps이었다.
이어서, 롤러블 머신(rollable machine)을 통하여, 커버 기판 또는 기판의 탈막 여부 및 수지층의 변형 유무를 측정하였다.
실시예 2
수지층의 모듈러스는 2.6×105 Pa이고, 수지층의 밀착력은 12.1 N/㎝이고, 수지층의 점도는 1900cps인 점을 제외하고는 실시예 1과 동일하게 터치 윈도우를 제조한 후, 커버 기판 또는 기판의 탈막 여부 및 수지층의 변형 유무를 측정하였다.

수지층의 모듈러스는 2.8×105 Pa이고, 수지층의 밀착력은 15.4 N/㎝이고, 수지층의 점도는 1600cps인 점을 제외하고는 실시예 1과 동일하게 터치 윈도우를 제조한 후, 커버 기판 또는 기판의 탈막 여부 및 수지층의 변형 유무를 측정하였다.
비교예 1
수지층의 모듈러스는 6.8×104 Pa이고, 수지층의 밀착력은 5.2 N/㎝이고, 수지층의 점도는 3600cps인 점을 제외하고는 실시예 1과 동일하게 터치 윈도우를 제조한 후, 커버 기판 또는 기판의 탈막 여부 및 수지층의 변형 유무를 측정하였다.
비교예 2
수지층의 모듈러스는 1.7×105 Pa이고, 수지층의 밀착력은 8.3 N/㎝이고, 수지층의 점도는 2500cps인 점을 제외하고는 실시예 1과 동일하게 터치 윈도우를 제조한 후, 커버 기판 또는 기판의 탈막 여부 및 수지층의 변형 유무를 측정하였다.

표 1 및 표 2를 참조하면, 수지층의 모듈러스가 2.0×105 내지 3.0×105 인 경우에 롤러블 머신(rollable machine)에 의한, 커버 기판 또는 기판의 탈막의 발생을 방지할 수 있는 것을 알 수 있다.
또한, 수지층의 밀착력이 10N/㎝ 이상인 경우에 커버 기판과 수지층 또는 기판과 수지층 사이의 접착 강도가 우수한 것을 알 수 있다. 즉, 커버 기판과 수지층 또는 기판과 수지층의 접착력이 향상으로 인해, 커버 기판 또는 기판의 탈막이나 파손 등이 발생하지 않는 것을 알 수 있다.
또한, 수지층의 점도가 1500cps 내지 2000cps인 경우에 수지층의 누출이 발생하지 않는 것을 알 수 있다.
즉, 제 1 실시예에 따른 터치 윈도우는, 커버 기판상에 수지층을 배치하고, 상기 수지층 상에 기판을 배치하고, 상기 기판 상에 전극을 배치하고, 상기 수지층의 두께를 1㎛ 내지 10㎛로 형성함으로써, 전체적인 두께가 얇아질 수 있다. 이로 인해, 플렉서블한 터치 윈도우 구현시에 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
이하, 도 7 내지 도 12를 참조하여, 제 2 실시예에 따른 터치 윈도우에 대해서 설명한다. 앞서 설명한 제 1 실시예와 중복되는 설명은 생략될 수 있다. 동일한 구성에 대해서는 동일한 도면 부호를 부여한다.
도 7을 참조하면, 제 2 실시예에 따른 터치 윈도우는, 기판(100) 및 전극층(200)을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 전극층(200)은 상기 기판(100) 상에 배치될 수 있다. 상기 전극층(200)은 감지 전극 및 배선 전극 중 적어도 하나의 전극을 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 전극층(200)은 상기 유효 영역 상에 배치되는 감지 전극 및 상기 비유효 영역 상에 배치되는 배선 전극을 포함할 수 있다.

상기 비전도층(201)과 상기 전도층(202)은 직접 또는 간접적으로 접촉하며 배치될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 전도층(202)의 하면은 상기 비전도층(201)의 상면과 서로 접촉하며 배치될 수 있다. 또한, 상기 비전도층(201)과 상기 전도층(202)은 서로 대응되는 폭으로 상기 기판(100) 상에 배치될 수 있다. 또한, 상기 비전도층(201)과 상기 전도층(202)은 서로 동일 또는 서로 다른 두께로 배치될 수 있다.
이하, 도 8 내지 12를 참조하여, 제 2 실시예에 따른 터치 윈도우의 제조 공정을 설명한다.
도 8을 참조하면, 비전도층(201)과 전도층(202)을 포함하는 전극층(200)을 준비한다. 상기 전극층의 일면 및 타면에는 비전도층(201) 및 전도층(202)을 보호하기 위해 이형 부재(600)가 배치될 수 있다.
자세하게, 상기 비전도층(201)의 일면에는 제 1 이형 부재(610)가 배치되고, 상기 전도층(202)의 일면에는 제 2 이형 부재(620)가 배치될 수 있다.
도 9를 참조하면, 상기 제 1 이형 부재(610)를 제거하고, 상기 전극층(200)을 기판(100) 상에 배치할 수 있다. 자세하게, 상기 비전도층(201)과 상기 기판(100)이 직접 또는 간접적으로 접촉하도록 상기 전극층(200)을 상기 기판(100) 상에 배치할 수 있다.

제 2 실시예에 따른 터치 윈도우는 용이하게 전극층을 패터닝할 수 있다. 자세하게, 기판 상에 감광성 필름을 포함하는 비전도층과 전도성 고분자 등의 전도성 물질을 포함하는 전도층을 배치하고, 노광 및 현상 공정을 통해 전극층을 패터닝할 수 있다.
이에 따라, 전극층 패터닝시 에칭 및 박리 공정이 요구되지 않으므로, 용이하게 전극층을 패터닝할 수 있고, 공정 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
이하, 도 13 내지 도 17을 참조하여, 제 3 실시예에 따른 터치 윈도우에 대해서 설명한다. 앞서 설명한 제 1 실시예와 중복되는 설명은 생략될 수 있다. 동일한 구성에 대해서는 동일한 도면 부호를 부여한다.
도 13을 참조하면, 제 3 실시예에 따른 터치 윈도우는 기판(100), 제 1 전극(200a) 및 전극부(200b)를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 기판(100)은 앞서 설명한 제 1 실시예의 기판과 동일 또는 유사한 물질을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 기판(100) 상에는 제 1 전극(200a)이 배치될 수 있다. 상기 제 1 전극(200a)은 앞서 설명한 제 2 실시예의 전도층(202)과 동일 또는 유사한 물질을 포함할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 상기 제 1 전극(200a)은 전도성 고분자를 포함할 수 있다.

상기 제 2 전극(202b)은 상기 제 1 전극(200a)과 상기 기판(100)의 동일한 일면 상에 배치될 수 있다.

도 14를 참조하면, 기판(100) 상에 제 1 전극 형성 물질(200a')이 배치될 수 있다. 상기 제 1 전극 형성 물질(200a')은 전도성 고분자를 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 제 1 전극(200a)은 폴리(3,4-에틸렌디옥시티오펜), 폴리아닐린(polyaniline), 폴리페닐렌비닐렌(polyphenylenevinylene), 폴리티에닐렌바이닐렌(polythienylenevinylene), 폴리아세틸린(polyacetylene), 폴리피롤(polypyrrole), 폴리싸이오펜(polythiophene), poly(3-alkylthiophene), 폴리페닐렌비닐렌(polyphenlyenevinylene), 폴리티에닐렌비닐렌(polythienyl-enevinylene), 폴리페닐렌(polyphenylene), 폴리이소티아나프텐(polyisothianaphthene), 폴리아줄렌(polyazulene) 및 폴리퓨란(polyfuran) 중 적어도 하나의 전도성 고분자 물질을 포함할 수 있다.
도 15를 참조하면, 상기 제 1 전극(200a)은 패터닝 될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 제 1 전극(200a)은 일 방향으로 연장하며 배치되도록 패터닝될 수 있다. 일례로, 상기 제 1 전극 상에 감광성 물질을 도포한 후, 마스크를 배치할 수 있다. 이어서, 노광, 현상 및 에칭 공정을 통해 상기 제 1 전극(200a)을 패터닝할 수 있다.

예를 들어, 상기 제 1 전극(200a)과 다른 방향으로 연장하도록 상기 모재(201b) 및 상기 제 2 전극(202b)을 패터닝할 수 있다.
제 3 실시예에 따른 터치 윈도우는 하나의 기판 상에 제 1 전극 및 제 2 전극을 모두 배치할 수 있다. 즉, 제 2 전극은 전극 물질을 수용하는 모재를 라미네이션하여 형성됨으로써, 별도의 전극 지지부재가 요구되지 않고, 이러한 지지부재를 접착하는 접착층도 요구되지 않는다.
따라서, 제 3 실시예에 따른 터치 윈도우는 터치 윈도우의 전체적인 두께를 감소시킬 수 있다.
즉, 제 1, 제 2, 제 3 실시예에 따른 터치 윈도우는 두께를 감소시킬 수 있고, 이에 따라, 향상된 플렉서블 특성을 가질 수 있다.
이하, 도 18 내지 도 21을 참조하여, 앞서 설명한 제 1, 제 2 및 제 3 실시예들에 따른 터치 윈도우가 적용되는 터치 디바이스 장치의 일례를 설명한다.
도 18을 참고하면, 터치 디바이스 장치의 일례로서, 이동식 단말기가 도시되어 있다. 상기 이동식 단말기는 유효 영역(AA) 및 비유효 영역(UA)을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 유효 영역(AA)은 손가락 등의 터치에 의해 터치 신호를 감지하고, 상기 비유효 영역에는 명령 아이콘 패턴부, 로고 및 온-오프(on-off) 등의 동작을 수행하는 버튼부(B) 등이 형성될 수 있다.
도 19를 참조하면, 이러한 터치 윈도우는 이동식 단말기 등의 터치 디바이스 장치뿐만 아니라 자동차 네비게이션에도 적용될 수 있다.
도 20을 참조하면, 터치 윈도우는 휘어지는 플렉서블(flexible) 터치 윈도우를 포함할 수 있다. 따라서, 이를 포함하는 터치 디바이스 장치는 플렉서블 터치 디바이스 장치일 수 있다. 따라서, 사용자가 손으로 휘거나 구부릴 수 있다. 이러한 플렉서블 터치 윈도우는 웨어러블 터치 등에 적용될 수 있다.
또한, 도 21을 참조하면, 이러한 터치 윈도우는 차량 내에도 적용될 수 있다. 즉, 상기 터치 윈도우는 차량 내에서 터치 윈도우가 적용될 수 있는 다양한 부분에 적용될 수 있다. 따라서, PND(Personal Navigation Display)뿐만 아니라, 계기판(dashboard) 등에 적용되어 CID(Center Information Display)도 구현할 수 있다. 그러나, 실시예가 이에 한정되는 것은 아니고, 이러한 터치 디바이스 장치는 다양한 전자 제품에 사용될 수 있음은 물론이다.
이하, 도 22 내지 도 27을 참조하여, 제 4 실시예에 따른 터치 센서에 대해서 설명한다. 앞서 설명한 제 1 실시예와 중복되는 설명은 생략될 수 있다. 동일한 구성에 대해서는 동일한 도면 부호를 부여한다.
도 22 내지 도 27은 제 4 실시예에 따른 터치 센서를 도시한 도면들이다. 도 22를 참조하면, 제 4 실시예에 따른 터치 센서는, 기판(100), 감지 전극(210) 및 전도성 변환부재(300)를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 기판(100) 상에는 감지 전극(210) 및 전도성 변환부재(300) 등이 배치될 수 있다. 즉, 상기 기판(100)은 지지기판일 수 있다.

예를 들어, 상기 제 1 감지 전극(211) 및 상기 제 2 감지 전극(212) 중 적어도 하나의 감지 전극은 나노와이어, 감광성 나노와이어 필름, 탄소나노튜브(CNT), 그래핀(graphene), 전도성 폴리머 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함할 수 있다.

또는, 상기 제 1 감지 전극(211) 및 상기 제 2 감지 전극(212) 중 적어도 하나의 감지 전극은 다양한 금속을 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 감지전극(200)은 크롬(Cr), 니켈(Ni), 구리(Cu), 알루미늄(Al), 은(Ag), 몰리브덴(Mo). 금(Au), 티타튬(Ti) 및 이들의 합금 중 적어도 하나의 금속을 포함할 수 있다.

상기 전도성 변환 부재(300)는 상기 기판(100) 상에 배치될 수 있다. 자세하게, 상기 전도성 변환 부재(300)는 상기 기판(100) 상에 배치되고, 상기 기판(100) 상의 상기 감지 전극(210)을 감싸면서 배치될 수 있다.
상기 전도성 변환부재(300)는 매트릭스(310) 및 전도성 입자(320)를 포함할 수 있다. 자세하게, 상기 전도성 변환 부재(300)는 상기 매트릭스(310) 및 상기 매트릭스(310) 내에 배치되는 상기 전도성 입자(320)를 포함할 수 있다.

상기 전도성 입자는 나노미터(nm) 단위 또는 마이크로미터(um)의 입경을 가지는 구형의 입자일 수 있다. 그러나, 실시예는 이에 제한되지 않고, 상기 전도성 입자(320)는 삼각형, 사각형 등의 다각형 형상을 가질 수 있음은 물론이다.
상기 전도성 입자(320)들은 상기 매트릭스(310) 내에서 일정한 간격으로 서로 이격하며 배치될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 전도성 입자(320)들은 상기 매트릭스(310) 내에서 일정한 간격 또는 랜덤한 간격으로 서로 이격하며 배치될 수 있다.
상기 전도성 변환 부재(300)는 상기 제 1 감지 전극(211) 및 상기 제 2 감지 전극(212) 상에 배치되어, 상기 제 1 감지 전극(211) 및 상기 제 2 감지 전극(212)을 절연하거나 또는 통전시킬 수 있다.
즉, 상기 전도성 변환 부재(300)는 외부의 터치 등에 따른 신호에 의해 전도성 및 비전도성을 가질 수 있고, 이에 따라, 상기 제 1 감지 전극(211) 및 상기 제 2 감지 전극(212)을 절연하거나 또는 통전시킬 수 있다.
도 23을 참조하면, 상기 전도성 변환 부재(300) 상에 외부의 터치 또는 신호가 인가되지 않는 경우, 상기 제 1 감지 전극(211) 및 상기 제 2 감지 전극(212)은 절연될 수 있다.
즉, 서로 이격하여 배치되는 상기 제 1 감지 전극(211) 및 상기 제 2 감지 전극(212)은 상기 매트릭스(310)에 의해 서로 절연될 수 있다.
즉, 상기 전도성 변환 부재는 외부의 터치 또는 신호가 인가되지 않는 경우 비전도성을 가질 수 있다.
도 24를 참조하면, 상기 전도성 변환 부재(300) 상에 손가락 등의 입력 장치가 접촉되어 상기 전도성 변환 부재(300)에 압력이 가해지는 경우, 상기 제 1 감지 전극(211) 및 상기 제 2 감지 전극(212)을 통전시킬 수 있다.

이에 따라, 서로 이격되어 있는 상기 제 1 감지 전극(211) 및 상기 제 2 감지 전극(212)은 상기 전도성 입자(320)들에 의해 서로 통전될 수 있다. 즉, 상기 제 1 감지 전극(211), 상기 제 2 감지 전극(212) 및 상기 전도성 입자(320)들은 터널링 효과에 의해 서로 통전될 수 있고, 이에 따라, 서로 이격되어 있는 상기 제 1 감지 전극(211) 및 상기 제 2 감지 전극(212)은 통전될 수 있다.
즉, 상기 전도성 변환 부재(300)는 외부의 터치 또는 신호가 인가되는 경우 전도성을 가질 수 있다.
상기 제 1 감지 전극(211) 및 상기 제 2 감지 전극(212)은 일정한 간격(D)으로 이격하여 배치될 수 있다.
자세하게, 상기 제 1 감지 전극(211) 및 상기 제 2 감지 전극(212)의 이격 간격(D)는 약 20um 내지 약 100um일 수 있다. 자세하게, 상기 이격 간격(D)는 약 30um 내지 약 90um일 수 있다. 더 자세하게, 상기 이격 간격(D)은 약 40um 내지 약 80um일 수 있다.
상기 이격 간격(D)이 약 20um 미만인 경우, 상기 제 1 감지 전극(211) 및 상기 제 2 감지 전극(212)의 거리가 너무 가까워져서 상기 전도성 변환 부재(300) 상에 외부의 터치 또는 신호가 인가되지 않는 경우에도, 공정 중 공차 또는 오차에 따라, 상기 제 1 감지 전극(211) 및 상기 제 2 감지 전극(212)에 쇼트가 발생하여 서로 통전될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 이격 간격(D)이 약 100um를 초과하는 경우, 상기 제 1 감지 전극(211) 및 상기 제 2 감지 전극(212)의 거리가 너무 멀어져서, 상기 전도성 변환 부재(300) 상에 외부의 터치 또는 신호가 인가는 경우에도, 전도성 입자의 터널링 효과가 미미하여, 상기 제 1 감지 전극(211) 및 상기 제 2 감지 전극(212)이 통전되지 않을 수 있다.
도 25를 참조하면, 제 4 실시예에 따른 터치 센서는 커버 기판(110)을 더 포함할 수 있다. 상기 커버 기판(110)은 상기 전도성 변환 부재(300) 상에 배치될 수 있다.
상기 커버 기판(110)은 유리 또는 플라스틱을 포함할 수 있다. 자세하게, 상기 커버 기판(110)은 앞서 설명한 기판(100)과 동일 또는 유사한 물질을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 터치 센서의 두께는 약 200um 이하일 수 있다. 즉, 상기 기판(100), 상기 전도성 변환 부재(300) 및 상기 커버 기판(110)이 적층된 상기 터치 센서의 두께는 약 200um 이하일 수 있다.

제 4 실시예에 따른 터치 센서는 두께가 약 200um 이하의 슬림한 두께로 구현 가능하므로, 상기 터치 센서를 다른 터치 디바이스 등에 적용할 때, 터치 센서에 따른 두께 증가를 방지할 수 있어, 터치 디바이스의 두께를 감소시킬 수 있다.
예를 들어, 제 4 실시예에 따른 터치 센서는 도 18의 버튼부(B)에 적용될 수 있다. 즉, 제 4 실시예에 따른 터치 센서를 포함하는 터치 윈도우는 전도성 변환 부재를 사용함에 따라, 두께가 감소될 수 있다.

도 26을 참조하면, 다른 실시예에 따른 터치 센서의 전도성 변환 부재(300)는 상기 기판 상에 부분적으로 배치될 수 있다.

도 27을 참조하면, 제 4 실시예에 따른 터치 센서는 보호층(700)을 더 포함할 수 있다.
자세하게, 상기 기판(100) 상에는 상기 제 1 감지 전극(211) 및 상기 제 2 감지 전극(212) 중 적어도 하나의 감지 전극과 연결되는 배선 전극(220)을 더 포함할 수 있고, 상기 보호층(700)은 상기 배선 전극(220) 상에 배치될 수 있다.
도 23에서는 상기 배선 전극(220)이 상기 기판의 일단 및 타단에 각각 하나씩 배치되어 있는 것을 도시하였으나, 실시예는 이에 제한되지 않고, 복수 개의 배선 전극이 배치될 수 있다.
상기 보호층(700)은 상기 배선 전극(220)들의 쇼트를 방지하는 역할을 할 수 있다. 즉, 상기 전도성 변환 부재(300) 상에 터치 등의 신호가 인가되어 압력이 발생하는 경우, 전도성 입자들에 의해 배선 전극(220)들끼리 쇼트가 발생하는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
즉, 상기 보호층(700)은 상기 배선 전극들을 절연하는 절연층일 수 있다.
상기 보호층(700)은 절연 물질을 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 보호층(700)은 앞서 설명한 상기 매트릭스와 동일 또는 유사한 물질을 포함할 수 있다.
제 4 실시예에 따른 터치 센서는 전도성 변환 부재를 포함할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 별도의 근접 센서를 생략할 수 있다. 즉, 감지 전극 상에 근접 센서를 배치하는 경우에 비해 터치 센서의 전체적인 두께를 감소시킬 수 있다.
또한, 제 4 실시예에 따른 터치 센서는 직접 디지털 신호를 발생시킬 수 있다. 즉, 전도성 변환 부재 상에 터치 등의 접촉에 의해 압력이 발생하는 경우, 제 1, 2 전극이 통전되어 디지털 신호가 발생할 수 있다.
이에 따라, 아날로그 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하는 별도의 구동칩이 요구되지 않아 구조를 단순화할 수 있다.
또한, 구동칩에 사용되는 전력이 요구되지 않으므로, 터치 센서의 전기적 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
따라서, 제 4 실시예에 따른 터치 센서는 슬림한 두께를 구현할 수 있고, 향상된 전기적 효율을 가질 수 있다.
즉, 제 4 실시예에 따른 터치 센서를 포함하는 터치 윈도우는 터치 센서가 배치되는 영역의 두께를 감소시킬 수 있고, 이에 따라, 향상된 플렉서블 특성을 가질 수 있다.
도 28은 제 4 실시예에 따른 터치 센서가 적용되는 터치 디바이스를 도시한 도면이다.
도 28을 참조하면, 상기 터치 센서(1000)는 중앙 영역 및 외곽 영역 상에 배치될 수 있다. 즉, 상기 터치 센서(1000)는 각각의 터치 센서의 역할에 따라, 각각의 영역 상에 배치될 수 있다.
예를 들어, 상기 중앙 영역 상에 배치되는 터치 센서는 터치 디바이스의 온/오프(on-off) 기능을 수행할 수 있다. 또한, 외곽 영역 상에 배치되는 터치 센서들은 각각의 위치에 따른 방향 동작을 제어하는 기능을 수행할 수 있다.
도 28에서는 각각의 터치 센서(1000) 및 터치 디바이스가 원형으로 형성되는 것에 대해 도시하였으나, 실시예는 이에 제한되지 않고, 상기 터치 센서 및 상기 터치 디바이스는 삼각형, 사각형 등의 다각형 형상 및 반구형 등의 형상으로 형성될 수 있음은 물론이다.
도 29 내지 도 32는 터치 디바이스 장치를 도시한 도면들이다.
도 29를 참고하면, 터치 디바이스 장치의 일례로서, 리모컨이 도시되어 있다. 상기 리모컨은 확인 버튼 및 방향조작 버튼이 터치 센서로 형성될 수 있다.
예를 들어, 상기 확인 버튼 및 상기 방향조작 버튼은 도 28과 같은 패턴의 터치 센서가 배치되어 형성될 수 있다.
예를 들어, 상기 중앙 영역 상에 배치되는 터치 센서는 상기 리모컨의 확인 버튼에 사용될 수 있다. 자세하게, 상기 리모컨의 확인 버튼을 입력함에 따라, 표시 장치 즉, 디스플레이 화면에 나타나는 아이콘을 실행할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 외곽 영역 상에 배치되는 터치 센서들은 상기 리모컨의 방향조작 버튼에 사용될 수 있다. 자세하게, 상기 리모컨의 방향조작 버튼을 입력함에 따라, 표시 장치 즉, 디스플레이 화면에 나타나는 아이콘을 실행하기 위하여 커서를 이동할 수 있다.
제 4 실시예에 따른 터치 센서들의 기능은 예시에 불과하며, 다양한 기능을 할 수 있음은 물론이다.
도 30을 참조하면, 제 4 실시예에 따른 터치 센서는 시계의 밴드부 및 시계의 테두리부 중 적어도 하나의 부분에 배치될 수 있다. 따라서, 제 4 실시예에 따른 터치 센서를 포함하는 터치 디바이스는 장치는 슬림화 또는 경량화될 수 있다. 또한, 제 4 실시예에 따른 터치 센서를 포함하는 터치 디바이스는 장치는 배터리 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 따라서, 웨어러블 터치 디바이스 장치 등에 적용될 수 있다.
도 31을 참조하면, 제 4 실시예에 따른 터치 센서는 웨어러블 터치 디바이스 장치뿐만 아니라 자동차 내부의 버튼부에도 적용될 수 있다.
상기 터치 센서는 차량 내에서 터치 센서가 적용될 수 있는 다양한 부분에 적용될 수 있다. 따라서, 실시예에 따른 터치 센서는 사용자가 운전하면서 쉽게 버튼을 조작할 수 있다.
또한, 도 32를 참조하면, 제 4 실시예에 따른 터치 센서는 스마트 의류에도 적용될 수 있다. 즉, 제 4 실시예에 따른 터치 센서는 두께가 얇고, 무게가 가벼우며, 전력 효율성이 높기 때문에 스마트 의류 등에 적용될 수 있다.
그러나, 실시예가 이에 한정되는 것은 아니고, 이러한 터치 디바이스 장치는 다양한 전자 제품에 사용될 수 있음은 물론이다.
상술한 실시예에 설명된 특징, 구조, 효과 등은 본 발명의 적어도 하나의 실시예에 포함되며, 반드시 하나의 실시예에만 한정되는 것은 아니다. 나아가, 각 실시예에서 예시된 특징, 구조, 효과 등은 실시예들이 속하는 분야의 통상의 지식을 가지는 자에 의하여 다른 실시예들에 대해서도 조합 또는 변형되어 실시 가능하다. 따라서 이러한 조합과 변형에 관계된 내용들은 본 발명의 범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.
또한, 이상에서 실시예들을 중심으로 설명하였으나 이는 단지 예시일 뿐 본 발명을 한정하는 것이 아니며, 본 발명이 속하는 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 실시예의 본질적인 특성을 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 이상에 예시되지 않은 여러 가지의 변형과 응용이 가능함을 알 수 있을 것이다. 예를 들어, 실시예들에 구체적으로 나타난 각 구성 요소는 변형하여 실시할 수 있는 것이다. 그리고 이러한 변형과 응용에 관계된 차이점들은 첨부한 청구 범위에서 규정하는 본 발명의 범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (20)

  1. 커버 기판;
    상기 커버기판 상의 수지층;
    상기 수지층 상의 기판; 및
    상기 기판 상의 전극을 포함하고,
    상기 수지층의 두께는 1㎛ 내지 10㎛인 터치 윈도우.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 수지층은 접착 물질을 포함하는 터치 윈도우.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 수지층은 광경화성 수지 및 열경화성 수지 중 적어도 하나의 수지를 포함하는 터치 윈도우.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 수지층은 모듈러스가 1.5×105 Pa 내지 3.0×105 Pa 인 터치 윈도우.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 수지층은 밀착력이 10N/㎝ 이상인 터치 윈도우.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 수지층의 일면은 곡면을 포함하는 터치 윈도우.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 기판의 두께는 30㎛ 내지 70㎛인 터치 윈도우.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 전극은 감지 전극 및 상기 감지 전극에 연결되는 배선 전극을 포함하고,
    상기 감지 전극 및 상기 배선 전극 중 적어도 하나의 전극은 메쉬 형상을 포함하는 터치 윈도우.
  9. 제 8항에 있어서,
    상기 기판은 유효 영역 및 비유효 영역을 포함하고,
    상기 감지 전극은 제 1 감지 전극 및 제 2 감지 전극을 포함하고,
    상기 제 1 감지 전극 및 상기 제 2 감지 전극은 상기 기판의 동일한 일면 상에 배치되는 터치 윈도우.
  10. 제 9항에 있어서,
    상기 배선 전극은 상기 유효 영역으로부터 상기 비유효 영역 방향으로 연장하며 배치되는 터치 윈도우.
  11. 기판; 및
    상기 기판 상의 전극층을 포함하고,
    상기 전극층은 제 1 층 및 제 2 층을 포함하고,
    상기 제 1 층은 감광성 물질을 포함하는 터치 윈도우.
  12. 제 11항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1 층은 비전도층이고,
    상기 제 2 층은 전도층이고,
    상기 제 1 층 상에 제 2 층이 배치되는 것을 포함하는 터치 윈도우.
  13. 제 12항에 있어서,
    상기 전도층은 전도성 고분자를 포함하는 터치 윈도우.
  14. 제 11항에 있어서,
    상기 전극층은 감지 전극 및 배선 전극 중 적어도 하나의 전극을 포함하고,
    상기 감지 전극 및 상기 배선 전극 중 적어도 하나의 전극은 메쉬 형상을 포함하는 터치 윈도우.
  15. 기판;
    상기 기판 상의 제 1 전극; 및
    상기 기판 상의 전극부를 포함하고,
    상기 전극부는,
    모재 및 상기 모재 상에 배치되는 제 2 전극을 포함하는 터치 윈도우.
  16. 제 15항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1 전극 및 상기 제 2 전극은 서로 다른 물질을 포함하는 터치 윈도우.
  17. 제 16항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1 전극은 전도성 고분자를 포함하고,
    상기 제 2 전극은 나노 와이어를 포함하는 터치 윈도우.
  18. 제 15항에 있어서,
    상기 전극부는 상기 기판 및 상기 제 1 전극 중 적어도 하나와 직접 접촉하며 배치되는 터치 윈도우.
  19. 제 15항에 있어서,
    상기 모재는 감광성 물질을 포함하는 터치 윈도우.
  20. 제 15항에 있어서,
    상기 전극층은 감지 전극 및 배선 전극 중 적어도 하나의 전극을 포함하고,
    상기 감지 전극 및 상기 배선 전극 중 적어도 하나의 전극은 메쉬 형상을 포함하는 터치 윈도우.
