本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者可能同时存在居中元件。当一个元件被称为是“连接于”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。
还需要说明的是,本发明实施例中的左、右、上、下等方位用语,仅是互为相对概念或是以产品的正常使用状态为参考的,而不应该认为是具有限制性的。
如图1~图3所示,本发明实施例提供的一种洗碗机内胆底座组件,包括内胆1和底座2,所述底座2具有卡槽,所述内胆1的边缘可卡入所述卡槽内,所述内胆1包括开口框体11和连接于所述开口框体11的后板12,所述开口框体11包括顶板113、一体成型于所述顶板113一侧的左侧板111和一体成型于所述顶板113另一侧的右侧板112,所述左侧板111和右侧板112相对设置,所述后板12固定连接于或一体成型于所述开口框体11。这样,内胆1可以采用金属板材通过冲压等方式成型,底座2可以采用塑胶材料通过注塑方式成型,无需采用咬边设备,缩短了产品开发周期,冲压模具结构简单,模具制造要求低,从而降低模具的制作成本,且开口框体11的冲压方式简单,不会产生拉裂、砂眼等原因,内胆1不易漏水,且内胆1的左侧板111、右侧板112和后侧板的边缘卡入于底座2的第一卡槽、第二卡槽和第三卡槽中,产品的宽度尺寸稳定,碗篮推拉顺畅,便于用户的使用。
具体地,所述开口框体11可采用金属板材冲压而成,所述后板12可以固定连接于所述开口框体11的后侧。后板12可以通过焊接、铆接等方式固定连接于所述开口框体11。
具体地,所述开口框体11的前侧等处可以一体成型有加强筋114,以进一步提高产品的结构强度。
具体地,所述底座2具有用于供所述左侧板111的下端边缘插入的第一卡槽201、用于供所述右侧板112的下端边缘插入的第二卡槽202和用于供所述后板12的下端边缘插入的第三卡槽203。底座2可为塑胶件,第一卡槽201、第二卡槽202和第三卡槽203可以一体成型于底座2的上端面上,以便于将内胆1的下端边缘(左侧板111、右侧板112和后侧板的下端边缘)插接于第一卡槽201、第二卡槽 202和第三卡槽203。将内胆1的下端边缘(左侧板111、右侧板112和后侧板的下端边缘)插接于第一卡槽201、第二卡槽 202和第三卡槽203后,还可以通过锁紧件锁紧或/和粘接物粘接等方式使内胆1进一步固定于底座2。锁紧件可为螺丝或卡扣等,粘接物可为胶水等。
具体地,如图1~图3所示,所述第一卡槽201由至少一个左围板211和至少一个第一限位结构212构成,第一限位结构212可呈凸片状,其可设置有多个并间隔设置,各第一限位结构212与左围板211平行间距设置。所述第二卡槽202由至少一个右围板222和至少一个第二限位结构222构成,第二限位结构222可呈凸片状,其可设置有多个并间隔设置,各第二限位结构222与右围板222平行间距设置。所述第三卡槽203由至少一个后围板231和至少一个第三限位结构232构成,第三限位结构232可呈凸片状,其可设置有多个并间隔设置,各第三限位结构232与后围板231平行间距设置。左侧板111的下端插入于左围板211和第一限位结构212构成形成的第一卡槽201之间,右侧板112的下端插入于右围板222和第二限位结构222构成形成的第一卡槽201之间,后板12的下端插入于后围板231和第三限位结构232构成形成的第三卡槽203之间。
这样,如图1~图3所示,由于底座2上成型有第一卡槽201、第二卡槽202和第三卡槽203,左侧板111、右侧板112和后侧板的下端可以分别插入第一卡槽201、第二卡槽202和第三卡槽203,即使内胆1的开口框体11有冲压后有回弹等现象而导致内胆1变形,也可以通过装配于预设的第一卡槽201、第二卡槽202和第三卡槽203内,而第一卡槽201、第二卡槽202和第三卡槽203一般为塑胶件或压铸件,其尺寸稳定不易变形,从而可以对内胆1进行矫正,特别是可以使内胆1的宽度尺寸保持稳定,以保证碗篮推拉顺畅,便于用户的使用。
如图1~图7所示,本发明实施例还提供了一种洗碗机内胆底座组件的装配设备,用于制造上述的洗碗机内胆底座组件,包括用于承托所述底座2的基座(图中未示出)、位于所述基座上方且用于定位所述顶板113并随所述顶板113移动的上定位装置6,还包括所述用于定位和矫正所述左侧板111并驱动所述左侧板111向所述底座2的第一卡槽201方向运动的左定位装置3和用于定位和矫正所述右侧板112并驱动所述右侧板112向所述底座2的第二卡槽202方向运动的右定位装置4。底座2可以放置于基座上,上定位装置6可以承托或吸附或夹持顶板113。左定位装置3可以吸附或夹持左侧板111,使左侧板111对准于第一卡槽201。右定位装置4可以吸附或夹持右侧板112,使右侧板112对准于第二卡槽202。从而对易于变形的左侧板111、右侧板112进行矫正,使其可以顺利插入于第一卡槽201、第二卡槽202。左定位装置3和右定位装置4可以分别设置于上定位装置6下方的两侧。
具体地,所述左定位装置3包括夹持于所述左侧板111内外两侧且可以相对所述基座上下滑动的左内固定块31和左外固定块32。所述右定位装置4包括夹持于所述右侧板112内外两侧且可以相对所述基座上下滑动的右内固定块41和右外固定块42。或者,左定位装置3和右定位装置4也可以采用真空吸附组件或电磁吸附组件等。
具体地,所述上定位装置6为承托于所述顶板113下方且可相对所述基座上下滑动的承托板,或者,所述上定位装置6为夹持于所述顶板113两侧的上下固定块,或者,所述上定位装置6为吸附于所述顶板113的上吸附盘。本实施例中,上定位装置6包括承托板,以便于内胆1的安装。
具体地,所述洗碗机内胆底座组件的装配设备还包括用于定位和矫正所述后板12的后定位装置5,以使后板12可以准确地对准于第三卡槽203,从而便于产品的装配。具体应用中,后定位装置5、左定位装置3和右定位装置4和上定位装置6可以同步上下滑动。
具体地,所述后定位装置5可以为吸紧所述后板12且可相对所述基座上下滑动的后吸附盘51。后吸附盘51可为真空式吸附盘,也可以采用电磁吸附盘等。
具体地,所述后定位装置5还包括用于防止后板12在吸附作用下变形的整形块 52。
本实施例还提供了一种洗碗机内胆底座组件的装配方法,采用上述的洗碗机内胆底座组件的装配设备,可用于制造上述的洗碗机内胆底座组件,包括如下步骤:
将底座2放置于所述基座上,将所述内胆1的顶板113放置于所述上定位装置6上,左定位装置3夹紧于所述左侧板111两侧并对所述左侧板111进行矫正定位,右定位装置4夹紧于所述右侧板112两侧并对所述右侧板112进行矫正定位,后定位装置5对后板12进行矫正定位, 上定位装置6、左定位装置3、右定位装置4和后定位装置5同步同下运动,将左侧板111、右侧板112和后板12插入底座2的第一卡槽201、第二卡槽202和第三卡槽203。内胆1可以采用金属板材通过冲压等方式成型,底座2可以采用塑胶材料通过注塑方式成型,无需采用咬边设备,缩短了产品开发周期,冲压模具结构简单,模具制造要求低,从而降低模具的制作成本,且开口框体11的冲压方式简单,不会产生拉裂、砂眼等原因,内胆1不易漏水,且内胆1的左侧板111、右侧板112和后侧板的边缘卡入于底座2的第一卡槽201、第二卡槽202和第三卡槽203中,产品的宽度尺寸稳定,碗篮推拉顺畅,便于用户的使用。
具体地,将内胆1的下端边缘(左侧板111、右侧板112和后侧板的下端边缘)插接于第一卡槽201、第二卡槽202和第三卡槽203后,可以通过锁紧件锁紧或/和粘接物粘接等方式使内胆1进一步固定于底座2。锁紧件可为螺丝或卡扣等,粘接物可为胶水等。
具体应用中,内胆1的材料可为薄钣金,且内胆1可以为一个开放式的结构,自由度较大;底座2可采用为塑料材料制成。其中内胆1具有加强筋、开口框体11和后板12组成。底座2上第一卡槽201、第二卡槽202和第三卡槽203,其中第一卡槽201由左围板211和5处第一限位结构212共同组成,第二卡槽202由右围板222和五处第二限位结构222共同组成,第三卡槽203由后围板231和4处第三限位结构232共同组成。通过将内胆1用自动化方式插入底座2的第一卡槽201、第二卡槽202和第三卡槽203,并保证安装准确。图3和图4为内胆1和底座2在安装设备上的位置示意图。内胆1放置于安装设备上的承托板上,底座2放置于自动化安装设备的基座上,并对底座2固定。按压装配设备的启动按键,左外固定块32、左内固定块31、右内固定块41和右外固定块42按箭头方向运动,左外固定块32的夹紧面和左内固定块31夹紧面对内胆1的左侧板111进行夹紧,右外固定块42夹紧面和右内固定块41的夹紧面对内胆1的右侧板112进行夹紧,矫正了内胆1由于自由度造成的安装尺寸偏差。同时,后定位装置5的后吸附盘51(气动吸盘)对后板12进行吸紧,整形块52矫正了后板12由于吸附力而产生的变形。此动作完成后,内胆1整体如箭头所示往下运动,其中整形块52的凸缘521首先接触到后围板231,对其变形进行整形,确保内胆1准确插装到底座2中。图4和图5为内胆1和底座2插装后的示意图,插装后,可再通过相应的螺钉固定,完成了整个内胆底座组件的自动化插装工序。通过相应的夹紧及整形矫正由于结构、材料特性所带来的装配尺寸偏差,确保各零件能准确实现自动化插装。打破传统内胆1组件制造工艺,降低了设备和模具制造难度和投资,同时提高生产效率及产品合格率,降低了生产成本。
本发明实施例所提供的洗碗机内胆底座组件及其装配设备和装配方法,洗碗机内胆底座组件的生产中无需采用咬边设备,缩短了产品开发周期,冲压模具结构简单,模具制造要求低,从而降低模具的制作成本,且开口框体11的冲压方式简单,不会产生拉裂、砂眼等原因,内胆1不易漏水,且内胆1的左侧板111、右侧板112和后侧板的边缘卡入于底座2的第一卡槽201、第二卡槽202和第三卡槽203中,产品的宽度尺寸稳定,碗篮推拉顺畅,便于用户的使用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗碗机内胆底座组件,其特征在于,包括内胆和底座,所述底座具有卡槽,所述内胆的边缘卡入所述卡槽内,所述内胆包括开口框体和连接于所述开口框体的后板,所述开口框体包括顶板、一体成型于所述顶板一侧的左侧板和一体成型于所述顶板另一侧的右侧板,所述左侧板和右侧板相对设置,所述后板固定连接于或一体成型于所述开口框体。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的洗碗机内胆底座组件,其特征在于,所述开口框体采用金属板材冲压而成,所述后板固定连接于所述开口框体的后侧。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的洗碗机内胆底座组件,其特征在于,所述底座具有用于供所述左侧板的下端边缘插入的第一卡槽、用于供所述右侧板的下端边缘插入的第二卡槽和用于供所述后板的下端边缘插入的第三卡槽。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的洗碗机内胆底座组件,其特征在于,所述底座为塑胶件,所述第一卡槽由至少一个左围板和至少一个第一限位结构构成,所述第二卡槽由至少一个右围板和至少一个第二限位结构构成,所述第三卡槽由至少一个后围板和至少一个第三限位结构构成。
  5. 一种洗碗机内胆底座组件的装配设备,其特征在于,用于制造如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的洗碗机内胆底座组件,包括用于承托所述底座的基座、位于所述基座上方且用于定位所述顶板并随所述顶板移动的上定位装置,还包括所述用于定位和矫正所述左侧板并驱动所述左侧板向所述底座的第一卡槽方向运动的左定位装置和用于定位和矫正所述右侧板并驱动所述右侧板向所述底座的第二卡槽方向运动的右定位装置。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的洗碗机内胆底座组件的装配设备,其特征在于,所述左定位装置包括夹持于所述左侧板内外两侧且可以相对所述基座上下滑动的左内固定块和左外固定块;所述右定位装置包括夹持于所述右侧板内外两侧且可以相对所述基座上下滑动的右内固定块和右外固定块。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的洗碗机内胆底座组件的装配设备,其特征在于,所述上定位装置为承托于所述顶板下方且可相对所述基座上下滑动的承托板,或者,所述上定位装置为夹持于所述顶板两侧的上下固定块,或者,所述上定位装置为吸附于所述顶板的上吸附盘。
  8. 如权利要求5至7中任一项所述的洗碗机内胆底座组件的装配设备,其特征在于,所述洗碗机内胆底座组件的装配设备还包括用于定位和矫正所述后板的后定位装置。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的洗碗机内胆底座组件的装配设备,其特征在于,所述后定位装置为吸紧所述后板且可相对所述基座上下滑动的后吸附盘。
  10. 一种洗碗机内胆底座组件的装配方法,其特征在于,采用如权利要求5至9中任一项所述的洗碗机内胆底座组件的装配设备,包括如下步骤:
    将底座放置于所述基座上,将所述内胆的顶板放置于所述上定位装置上,左定位装置夹紧于所述左侧板两侧并对所述左侧板进行矫正定位,右定位装置夹紧于所述右侧板两侧并对所述右侧板进行矫正定位,后定位装置对后板进行矫正定位, 上定位装置、左定位装置、右定位装置和后定位装置同步同下运动,将左侧板、右侧板和后板插入底座的第一卡槽、第二卡槽和第三卡槽。
