Description

一种充电连接器及具有该充电连接器的手推车 技术领域
本发明涉及充电部件,特别涉及以一种改进电连接性能的充电连接器及具有该充电连接器的多媒体手推车。
背景技术
随着商业和公共服务业的发展,商场、超市、机场等公共场所开始广泛的使用手推车及行李车等移动设备,以方便使用者搬运行李及物品。现有的手推车及行李车上也会安装电子播放设备以便于使用者获取信息。例如,商家位置信息、导航信息、广告信息及其它相关信息的播放。这样,当手推车处于空闲状态时,就需要为其进行充电。目前的手推车连接器设置在手推车的底部,当前后两辆手推车叠加时,前车的母座电极与后车的公头电极接触,以形成闭合回路,之后将前车与交直流变换装置连接,即可对多辆手推车进行充电。但是,目前的手推车的公头金属电极与母座金属电极配合不紧密,有时即使前后两车在空间位置上完成了叠加,但其后车的公头金属电极与前车的母座金属电极并未接触,因此未能形成闭合电路,也就不能完成充电。当多辆手推车叠加时,想要找出具体是哪两辆手推车没有完成电连接是比较困难的。另外,目前的公头金属电极与母座金属电极简单的设计为片状,相互接触时会产生摩擦,容易产生电火花,从而影响充电连接器的使用寿命,并且具有安全隐患。
因此,提供一种公头电极和母座电极配合紧密,并且能够减小相互摩擦的充电连接器诚为亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种用于具有储电模块的手推车的充电连接器,其特征在于,包括载有电路的本体,分别设置于所述本体上两端的第一电极片和第二电极片,所述第一电极片与所述第二电极片通过所述电路电连接,所述第一电极片或第二电极片具有拱起高度可变的弹性拱形部。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述拱形部一端的固定臂与所述本体中的电路连接,另一端的自由臂容置在所述本体的引导槽中,所述自由臂在所述引导槽中具有对应于不同拱形部的拱起高度的不同静止位置。
本发明的拱形部延伸出固定臂和自由臂,并且通过固定臂与本体连接,自由臂能够在引导槽中移动,以缓解拱形区域的受力,这种设置方式能够使拱形的电极在保持弹性的同时结构更为稳定。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述拱形部上具有用于增强所述拱形部弹性的镂空开口。在拱形部上设置镂空各种形状的开口花纹,可以有效增加电极的弹性,将受力最大限度的分散。还可以减轻电极重量,节约材料。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述拱形部的凹陷中设有用于限制所述拱形部的形变高度的支撑片。所述支撑片在限定拱形部拱起高度的同时,还能够帮助所述拱形部在挤压变形后更快地恢复至原来的形状。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述第二电极片为铜片,所述支撑片为锰钢片。
本发明采用导电性好但易于变形的铜作为拱形部、固定臂和自由臂的材料。为了防止其受到挤压时超出最大变形量,还在拱形部的凹陷面设置了锰钢材料制成的支撑板。锰钢板本身具有一定的变形量,但远小于铜制的拱形部,能够为其提供支撑力,但在一般情况下又不会影响第二电极的拱形部与第一电极的弹性接触。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述第一电极片与所述第二电极片相对于竖向方向彼此偏置,且所述第一电极片与所述第二电极片沿竖向方向的偏置距离L小于所述拱形部的最大拱起高度Hmax。这样设置,在前后两个充电连接器叠加连接时,能够简便的使电极相互接触。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述第一电极片与所述第二电极片构成电流通道,所述充电连接器具有两条独立的所述电流通道,以便于充电连接器能够更好的与直流电源连接从而进行充电。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述第一电极片和第二电极片中的一者为平面型构件,另一者为具有所述拱形部的曲面型构件,以保持电极之间为线性接触,避免电极之间面接触相互摩擦产生电火花,产生安全隐患。同时,避免电极片之间相互摩擦导致其使用寿命缩短。
另外,本发明还提供了一种手推车,包括设置在车体上的用于为外围设备供电的储电模块,以及与所述储电模块连接的位于车体底部的所述充电连接器,所述充电连接器和所述车体的底部配置成使得第一电极片和第二电极片延伸超出所述车体的底部。
本发明提供的充电连接器能够在前后串联时,保持前一充电连接器的第二电极(母座电极)与后一充电连接器的第一电极(公头电极)弹性接触,以形成闭合回路。消除了目前充电连接器接触不良的缺陷,也避免第一电极和第二电极之间过渡摩擦而产生电火花影响电路或造成电极损坏。另外,本发明提供的采用该种充电连接器的多媒体手推车,能够可靠地通过上述充电连接器为其进行充电,并将电能用于手推车上搭载的外围设备。其能够有效的避免前后两车虽然在位置上完成了叠加,但内部电路并未串联的情况。因此,这种多媒体手推车的电连接方式可靠,基本不需要人工反复检查其电路连接。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本发明一实施例中的充电连接器1包括绝缘壳体11、设置于绝缘壳体11首端并向外伸出的公头本体12以及设置在绝缘壳体11尾端并向外伸出的母座本体13。公头本体12的上表面彼此间隔的设置有两个公头电极片14、14’。母座本体13的下表面同样彼此间隔的设置有两个母座电极片15、15’。公头电极片14、14’和母座电极片15、15’的位置相应,以便于当两个充电连接器1前后排列时,前一充电连接器的母座电极片15、 15’与后一充电连接器的公头电极片14、14’能够相互接触,以形成彼此绝缘的两个电极组。一般情况下,公头电极片14、14’和母座电极片15、15’可以采用导电性好且价格低廉的铜片。
如图3所示,本实施例中的母座电极片15、15’为拱形片,其具有拱形部151以及由拱形部151两个末端向外侧延伸出的固定端153和自由端152。母座本体13上具有用于安装母座电极片15、15’的引导槽,所述的母座电极片15、15’的固定端153进入引导槽内部并与母座本体13固定连接。所述的自由端152同样进入引导槽内部,但不与母座本体固定连接,而是在母座电极片15、15’受到压力变形或释放压力复原时,沿着图3中所示箭头的反向略微运动,所述的拱形部151则从母座本体13的下表面向外突出。因此,母座电极片15、15’具有拱起高度可变的弹性拱形部151,自由端152在引导槽中具有对应于不同拱形部151的拱起高度的不同静止位置。

如图4所示,当多个充电连接器1前后时,后一个充电连接器的公头电极片14、14’与前一个充电连接器的母座电极片15、15’相互接触以形成串联电路。位于最前端的充电连接器的公头电极片14、14’与交直流变换装置2连接。交直流变换装置2可以采用中国台湾明纬公司生产的SP-320系列产品,其功率可以为1500~3000W。公头电极片14、14’为具有较大厚度的平滑金属片,其能够挤压母座电极片15、15’而使母座电极片15、15’产生变形。在挤压过程中,公头电极片14、14’与母座电极片15、15’基本保持线接触,这样可以有效的避免采用面接触时二者相互摩擦而产生电火花,能够防止公头电极片14、14’和母座电极片15、15’损坏,延长使用寿命。
另外,由于母座电极片15、15’为铜制片,其材质较软,在经受多次挤压后不能恢复到原本的形状,因此,可以在母座电极片15、15’的拱形部151内侧覆设与其形状相应的锰钢片154。由于锰钢片154相比铜片不易变形,因此可以对铜片起到一定的支撑作用,也能够更快的帮助铜片在受到挤压后恢复至原来的形状。另外,锰钢片154还能够限制拱形部151的拱起高度,以避免其过渡变形,而难以恢复原状。
公头电极片14、14’与母座电极片15、15’相对于竖向方向彼此偏置,且公头电极片14、14’与母座电极片15、15’沿竖向方向的偏置距离L小于 所述拱形部的最大拱起高度Hmax。
如图5和图6所示,示意性地显示了采用上述充电连接器1的多媒体手推车。所述的充电连接器1安装于多媒体手推车的底部并与储电模块3连接,以便于将电能通过充电连接器输送到储电模块3内。储电模块3与安装于手推车上的多媒体播放器4连接,以向其供电。所述充电连接器1和所述车体的底部配置成使得公头电极片14、14’和母座电极片15、15’延伸超出所述车体的底部。当多辆手推车前后地叠加时,即可通过充电连接器的公头电极片14、14’与母座电极片15、15’构成两条独立的电流通道,以组成串联电路,从而同时对所有多媒体手推车进行充电。
以上对本发明的各种实施例进行了详细说明。本领域技术人员将理解,可在不偏离本发明范围(由所附的权利要求书限定)的情况下,对实施方案进行各种修改、改变和变化。对权利要求范围的解释应从整体解释且符合与说明一致的最宽范围,并不限于示例或详细说明中的实施范例。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于具有储电模块的手推车的充电连接器,其特征在于,包括:
    载有电路的本体;
    分别设置于所述本体上两端的第一电极片和第二电极片,所述第一电极片与所述第二电极片通过所述电路电连接,所述第一电极片或第二电极片具有拱起高度可变的弹性拱形部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的充电连接器,其特征在于,所述拱形部一端的固定臂与所述本体中的电路连接,另一端的自由臂容置在所述本体的引导槽中,所述自由臂在所述引导槽中具有对应于不同拱形部的拱起高度的不同静止位置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的充电连接器,其特征在于,所述拱形部上具有用于增强所述拱形部弹性的镂空开口。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的充电连接器,其特征在于,所述拱形部的凹陷中设有用于限制所述拱形部的拱起高度的支撑片。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的充电连接器,其特征在于,所述支撑片与所述拱形部的形状相应。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的充电连接器,其特征在于,所述第二电极片为铜片,所述支撑片为锰钢片。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的充电连接器,其特征在于,所述第一电极片与所述第二电极片相对于竖向方向彼此偏置,且所述第一电极片与所述第二电极片沿竖向方向的偏置距离L小于所述拱形部的最大拱起高度Hmax。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的充电连接器,其特征在于,所述第一电极片与所述第二电极片构成电流通道,所述充电连接器具有两条独立的所述电流通道。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的充电连接器,其特征在于,所述第一电极片和第二电极片中的一者为平面型构件,另一者为具有所述拱形部的曲面型构件。
  10. 一种手推车,其特征在于,包括:
    设置在车体上的用于为外围设备供电的储电模块;以及
    与所述储电模块连接的位于车体底部的根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的充电连接器,所述充电连接器和所述车体的底部配置成使得第一电极片和第二电极片延伸超出所述车体的底部。
