Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种电连接器,包括:绝缘的壳体,在壳体一端的公头和另一端的母座,所述公头和母座分别具有电极,以及在所述壳体内部的分别与一对所述公头和母座电连接的电极片,所述母座具有与所述公头相适配的开口以容纳所述公头,和使插接在一起的所述公头和母座的电极连接。本实用新型还提供了一种使用上述电连接器的移动设备。实用新型可以使具有充电装置的移动设备实现批量充电,简化了现有的充电方式,提高了设备的使用率,并可降低设备投入成本。

电连接器及移动设备
技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子器件,特别涉及电连接器。 
背景技术
随着商业和公共服务业的持续发展,在商场、超市、机场等公共场所,便携式手推车及行李车等移动设备得到了广泛的应用,方便了使用者对行李及物品的搬运。为了使使用者在使用过程中能方便、及时地获取到更多的消费或相关信息,在现有的手推车及行李车上会安装电子播放设备以便于使用者的信息获取和商家进行位置信息、导航信息、广告信息及其它相关信息的播放。但是,由于目前的车辆充电有赖于固定的外接电源接头,因此可充电车辆的数量受到外接电源接头的限制,在有成百上千辆手推车的大型公共场所,难以对众多的车辆同时进行充电。因此,在使用上存在较多的不便。 
此外,在车体上存在外露的电源接口也影响手推车及行李车的安全使用,使操作过程繁琐和不便于使用。 
再有,现有的充电方式需要外接固定的电源接头的数量也很庞大,管理不便,经济性不佳。 
实用新型内容
因此,本实用新型的目的之一是提供一种电连接器及使用该电连接器的移动设备,以解决现有技术的上述问题中的至少之一。 
根据本实用新型的一方面,提供了一种电连接器,其特征在于,包括:绝缘的壳体,在壳体一端的公头和另一端的母座,所述公头和母座分别具有电极,以及在所述壳体内部的分别与一对所述公头和母座电连接的电极片,所述母座具有与所述公头相适配的开口以容纳所述公头,和使插接在一起的所述公头和母座的电极连接。 
根据本实用新型的另一方面,提供了一种移动设备,包括本体、安装于本体上的充电模块、以及上述电连接器,安装在本体上并与所述充电模块连接,其中,当所述移动设备前后叠放成串时,后一移动设备的所述电连接器的公头插在前一移动设备的所述电连接器的所述母座中并形成电连接。 
由此,可以方便地将多个所述移动设备串接起来进行批量充电,而且占地空间小,节省设备投入成本,只需要一个外部供电电源接口即可,具有较好的经济性,更便于公共场所中大批量移动设备的充电和使用。

图5为本实用新型一实施方式的批量充电的手推车叠放示意图。 
具体实施方式
为便于说明和理解,以下实施方式的说明中以手推车作为移动设备的实例。本领域技术人员可以理解,本实用新型的实施方式可以适用于任何类似于手推车之类的移动设备。 
图1为本实用新型一实施方式的安装有电子装置和电连接器的手推车的示意图。该手推车包括本体20、安装于本体上的充电模块30、以及电连接器10。电连接器10安装在本体20上并与所述充电模块30连接。如图1所示,本例中,电连接器10安装于手推车本体10的底部。 
图2显示了在该手推车中的电连接器的例子。如图2所示,该电连接器10包括绝缘的壳体15,两个公头11,11’和两个母座12,12’。公头11’上具有电极13,公头11’上具有电极13’。母座12,12’具有与公头11,11‘相应形状的开口以容纳公头。壳体15上形成有供充电模块的导电线接入充电连接座30内的接口151,151’。 
公头上的电极13,13’形成为金属片(如铜片)围绕公头中间部分形成“C”状,在本申请中称为“C扣电极”。 
图3显示的是电连接器10的内部结构示意图。如图所示,电连接器10的壳体15内包含两个相互绝缘的镀铜电极片14,14’。镀铜电极片14一端与电极13电连接,另一端与母座12上的用于三方接触的簧片电极121电连接;镀铜电极片14’一端与电极13’电连接,另一端与母座12’上的用于三方接触的簧片电极121’电连接。簧片电极121,121’每一个包括与镀铜电极片 电连接的底端,以及从底端中部和两侧分别伸出的弹性簧片。簧片电极121的三个弹性簧片与公头11上的电极13相适配,以便当另一辆手推车的充电模块上的公头插入母座中时,三个簧片电极夹住插入的公头上的电极并形成电连接。两个公头11,11‘的电极之间互相绝缘,两个母座12,12’的电极之间互相绝缘。 
在镀铜电极14,14’上还设置有供充电模块101等的供电线路输入的连接螺孔141,141’。连接螺孔141,141’与壳体15上的接口151,151’相通以供导电线路接入。 
优选电连接器的内部与所述壳体15形成为一体。这样使得整个电连接器更加坚固。 
图5显示了当多个诸如手推车之类的移动设备串接叠放在一起充电的情况。在图5所示的情况下,各手推车的电连接器如图4所示串接在一起。其中,第一辆车的电连接器的公头首先接入交直流变换装置40(例如台湾明纬公司的SP-320系列)上设置的母座(例如1500W、2000W或3000W),通过母座再与供电电源连接。该母座与电连接器的母座具有相同的结构,以接收电连接器的公头并与公头上的电极电连接。 
以上公开的仅为本实用新型的几个具体实施例。本实用新型并非局限于此,本领域的技术人员根据其所能得到的技术手段对本实用新型的公开内容所做出的等同变化都应落入本实用新型的保护范围。 

Claims (8)

1.电连接器,其特征在于,包括: 
绝缘的壳体,所述壳体上形成有供导电线接入的接口, 
在壳体一端的公头和另一端的母座,所述公头和母座分别具有电极,和 
在所述壳体内部的分别与一对所述公头和母座电连接的电极片, 
所述母座具有与所述公头相适配的开口以容纳所述公头,和使插接在一起的所述公头和母座的电极连接。 
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述公头的数量和母座开口的数量均为两个。 
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述公头上的电极形成为金属片围绕公头中间部分形成“C”状。 
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的电连接器,其特征在于,每个所述母座包括簧片电极,簧片电极包括与所述电极片电连接的底端,和从所述底端中部和两侧分别伸出的弹性簧片,所述弹性簧片与所述公头的电极相适配,以便当所述母座被另一电连接器的公头插入时,所述簧片电极夹住插入的公头上的电极并形成电连接。 
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述壳体内的一个电极片和相应的一对公头与母座构成的电极组与所述壳体内的另一个电极片和相应的一对公头与母座构成的电极组彼此绝缘。 
6.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述电连接器的内部与所述壳体形成为一体。 
7.一种移动设备,其特征在于,包括本体和安装于本体上的充电模块,以及 
如权利要求4所述的电连接器,安装在本体上并与所述充电模块连接, 
其中,当所述移动设备前后叠放成串时,后一移动设备的所述电连接器的公头插在前一移动设备的所述电连接器的所述母座中并形成电连接。 
8.如权利要求7所述的移动设备,其特征在于,所述电连接器安装在所述本体的底部。
