监测用户对第一窗口对象进行操作后触发的第二窗口对象;
若所述第二窗口对象为异常窗口,则通过提取所述第二窗口对象 中的文本信息确定所述异常窗口的类型;
根据所述异常窗口的类型以及监测到的用户对所述第二窗口对象的操作行为推荐解决所述第二窗口对象对应的问题的方案。
根据本发明另一方面的一个实施例,提供了一种基于用户操作行为来解决方案的装置,包括:
用于监测用户对第一窗口对象进行操作后触发的第二窗口对象的装置;
用于若所述第二窗口对象为异常窗口,则通过提取所述第二窗口对象中的文本信息确定所述异常窗口的类型的装置;
用于根据所述异常窗口的类型以及监测到的用户对所述第二窗口对象的操作行为推荐解决所述第二窗口对象对应的问题的方案的装置。
由于本实施例可以监测当用户对第一窗口对象进行操作后触发的第二窗口对象为异常窗口时,通过识别第二窗口对象的类型确定对应的解决方案,并根据用户的操作行为分析出当用户需要获得解决相应问题的方案时,将对应的解决方案提供给用户,不再需要用户自己手动去搜索解决方案的过程,实现了人性化的智能推荐功能,能够有效帮助用户解决使用电脑的过程中发生的各种问题,从而提升了用户的使用体验。

图1是根据本发明一个实施例的基于用户操作行为来推荐解决方案的方法的流程图。
如图1中所示,本实施例所述的基于用户操作行为来推荐解决方案的方法包括如下步骤:
S100、监测用户对第一窗口对象进行操作后触发的第二窗口对象;
S110、若所述第二窗口对象为异常窗口,则通过提取所述第二窗口对象中的文本信息确定所述异常窗口的类型;
S120、根据所述异常窗口的类型以及监测到的用户对所述第二窗口对象的操作行为推荐解决所述第二窗口对象对应的问题的方案。
下面对各步骤做进一步详细介绍。
步骤S100中,计算机设备可基于操作系统的消息处理机制,创建操作系统的事件通知回调函数以及鼠标键盘全局钩子,并在该事件通知回调函数中过滤除了创建窗口对象以外的其它创建事件的同时监测创建窗口对象的消息的触发。
其中,该事件通知回调函数是一个通过函数指针调用的函数,该函数指针可以是一个或多个,每个指针均指向一个特定事件,当该特定事件发生时,该指针调用相应的函数以触发相应的操作。而鼠标键盘全局钩子则用于获取用户通过鼠标键盘对创建的事件的操作行为,进而通过用户的操作行为判断用户是已经将发生的问题解决还是未能将发生的问题解决。
在本实施例中,计算机设备利用事件通知回调函数来监测创建事件消息,当创建的事件为窗口对象的消息被触发以后,即创建了第一窗口对象,则进一步通过鼠标键盘全局钩子获取用户的操作行为。若用户通过鼠标或键盘对第一窗口对象进行操作后,进一步触发了第二窗口对象,则表示用户对第一窗口对象的操作可能遇到了无法解决的问题。若用户对第一窗口对象进行操作后没有触发第二窗口对象,则表示用户对第一窗口对象的操作已经完成了相应的任务,而无需推荐解决方案。
步骤S110中,计算机设备当监测到用户对第一窗口对象的操作触发了第二窗口对象时,需要先判断第二窗口对象的类型,因为只有当第二窗口对象的类型属于异常提示或警告窗口(以下简称异常窗口)时,才进一步表示用户对第一窗口对象的操作可能遇到了无法解决的问题。
其中,可选地,计算机设备判断第二窗口对象的类型可采用如下 的方法:
-通过枚举窗口子控件获取分布在第二窗口对象上的所有文本信息;
-通过识别该文本信息确定异常窗口的类型。
可选地,在本实施例中,计算机设备可首先通过获取到的第二窗口对象描述的文本信息来分辨不同的场景,然后继续获取在具体场景中的环境信息,然后基于该环境信息来获取分布在第二窗口对象上的所有文本信息,并通过识别该文本信息确定异常窗口的类型。具体地,计算机设备可通过如下步骤来获取在具体场景中的环境信息:
-通过当前窗口对象的句柄获取父窗口句柄以及父窗口的父窗口句柄;
-然后枚举所有父窗口下的所有对象以及与父窗口同属一个父窗口下的所有的对象的标题以及其它特征信息,以获取与当前场景相关的环境信息。
随后,计算机设备可利用所获取当前场景相关的环境信息来获取分布在第二窗口对象上的所有文本信息。
其中,句柄是指通过使用的一个唯一的整数值来标识应用程序中的不同对象和同类对象中的不同的实例,例如一个窗口、按钮、图标、滚动条、控件或者文件等,计算机设备通过分析句柄能够将一个窗口对象拆分成若干个实例,并对带有文字内容的实例进行识别,识别出的文字内容即可作为第二窗口对象上的文本信息,进而能够获得是否是异常窗口以及异常窗口的类型。
步骤S120中,计算机设备当确认了第二窗口对象为异常窗口以及异常窗口的类型后,继续通过全局鼠标键盘钩子监测用户的操作行为。
例如,若用户对第二窗口对象进行至少一次的重试操作并触发了至少一个第二窗口对象,或者,将第二窗口对象关闭(销毁第二窗口对象)后重新触发第一窗口对象后继续触发第二窗口对象,则表示用户无法解决当前发生的问题,需要提供解决当前发生的问题的解决方 案。
此时,计算机设备可根据异常窗口的类型,从预存储的解决方案库中确定相应的解决方案为解决第二窗口对象对应的问题的方案,随后将所确定的解决方案提供给用户。可选地,计算机设备可按如下方式将所确定的解决方案提供给用户:
-当用户对所述第二窗口对象进行重试操作时,在覆盖所述第二窗口的位置弹窗显示解决所述异常窗口的方案;或者
-当用于对所述第二窗口对象进行关闭操作时,在当前显示屏幕的特定位置弹窗显示解决所述异常窗口的方案。
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明提出的基于用户操作行为来推荐解决方案的方法进行详细说明,本实施例以windows7操作系统为例进行说明,如图2所示,该方法包括:
在步骤S200,计算机设备创建事件通知回调函数。具体地,计算机设备可通过该事件回调函数用于对windows7操作系统中创建的窗口对象进行监测。
在本实施例中,以删除文件的弹窗提示窗口作为特定的窗口对象进行说明,而仅为例举,本领域技术人员应理解对其它如结束进程失败、缺少dll文件、操作系统运行卡顿等问题的解决方案的推荐方法,也应落入本发明的保护范围,为简明起见,仅以引用方式包含于此,而不做赘述。
在步骤S210,计算机设备捕捉对象创建消息。具体地,当计算机设备监测到删除文件的弹窗提示窗口被创建的消息时,则捕捉该消息。
在windows7操作系统中,删除文件的弹窗提示窗口类型为#32770。当监测到窗口对象类型为#32770的创建事件后,则通过事件通知回调函数获取该窗口对象的标题并判断该标题是否为“删除文件”,如果是则该窗口对象为用户删除文件触发的删除文件确认提示窗口,否则为其它的弹窗。
在步骤S220,计算机设备判断窗口类型。当用户在删除文件的 弹窗提示窗口中选择“确定”以后,计算机设备进入删除文件的场景。在删除文件的场景中,计算机设备通过窗口的标题、文本以及当前焦点文本判断窗口类型。在删除文件的场景中,删除文件失败的警告窗口可以包括例如“无法删除文件”、“无法删除文件夹”、“文件正在被使用”、“文件夹正在被使用”等文本内容,计算机设备可根据上述的文本能容确定窗口类型。若窗口类型为警告窗口,则执行步骤230,若窗口类型为非警告窗口,则执行步骤210。通过判断窗口类型,计算机设备可实现过滤掉“删除文件”以及“提权”等非警告窗口,以准确捕获删除文件失败的警告窗口。
在步骤S230,计算机设备获取警告窗口的文本以及特征。当删除文件失败的警告窗口触发以后,计算机设备结合之前“删除文件”确认提示窗口弹窗之前的焦点设置事件以及鼠标键盘等消息,获取删除的一个或多个文件名列表。
在步骤S240,计算机设备获取场景具体信息。具体地,计算机设备通过枚举窗口的方式,找到某一个带有当前文件所在路径的编辑框控件对象,得到文件路径。最后将文件名列表和文件路径组合成一个完整的删除某文件失败的场景。
在步骤S250,计算机设备推荐解决问题的方案。在解决方案库中存储有针对每中警告窗口的解决方案,而针对“无法删除文件”的警告窗口则是使用文件粉碎机。计算机设备通过来自鼠标键盘的消息,以及对象销毁事件判断用户对“无法删除文件”的警告窗口执行了重试或取消操作。其中,计算机设备将触发同路径同名删除失败事件判断为重试操作,而触发了同窗口句柄对象销毁事件的则判断为取消操作。若计算机设备根据用户的操作判断为重试操作,则弹出覆盖当前的系统窗口强烈建议用户使用文件粉碎机;若判断为取消或者关闭操作,则使用右下角弹窗的方式提示用户是否需要文件粉碎机。
本实施例的基于用户操作行为来推荐解决方案的方法,当监测到用户对第一窗口对象进行操作后触发的第二窗口对象为异常窗口时,通过识别第二窗口对象的类型确定对应的解决方案,并根据用户的操 作行为分析出当用户需要获得解决相应问题的方案时,将对应的解决方案提供给用户,不再需要用户自己手动去搜索解决方案的过程,更重要的是只有当用户无法解决相应的技术问题时才向用户推荐解决方案,而不是在当用户遇到任何问题时都向用户推荐解决方案,实现了人性化的智能推荐功能,能够有效帮助用户解决使用电脑的过程中发生的各种问题,从而提升了用户的使用体验。
图3示出根据本案发明一个实施例的基于用户操作行为来推荐解决方案的装置(以下简称“解决方案推荐装置”)。该解决方案推荐装置可以是计算机设备或是计算机设备中的一个装置。如图3中所示,该解决方案推荐装置包括:
用于监测用户对第一窗口对象进行操作后触发的第二窗口对象的装置(以下简称“监测单元”)300;
用于若所述第二窗口对象为异常窗口,则通过提取所述第二窗口对象中的文本信息确定所述异常窗口的类型的装置(以下简称“内容提取单元”)310;
用于根据所述异常窗口的类型以及监测到的用户对所述第二窗口对象的操作行为推荐解决所述第二窗口对象对应的问题的方案的装置(以下简称“推荐单元”)320。
监测单元300可基于操作系统的消息处理机制,创建操作系统的事件通知回调函数以及鼠标键盘全局钩子,并在该事件通知回调函数中过滤除了创建窗口对象以外的其它创建事件的同时监测创建窗口对象的消息的触发。
其中,该事件通知回调函数是一个通过函数指针调用的函数,该函数指针可以是一个或多个,每个指针均指向一个特定事件,当该特定事件发生时,该指针调用相应的函数以触发相应的操作。而鼠标键盘全局钩子则用于获取用户通过鼠标键盘对创建的事件的操作行为,进而通过用户的操作行为判断用户是已经将发生的问题解决还是未能将发生的问题解决。
在本实施例中,监测单元300利用事件通知回调函数来监测创建事件消息,当创建的事件为窗口对象的消息被触发以后,即创建了第一窗口对象,则进一步通过鼠标键盘全局钩子获取用户的操作行为。若用户通过鼠标或键盘对第一窗口对象进行操作后,进一步触发了第二窗口对象,则表示用户对第一窗口对象的操作可能遇到了无法解决的问题。若用户对第一窗口对象进行操作后没有触发第二窗口对象,则表示用户对第一窗口对象的操作已经完成了相应的任务,而无需推荐解决方案。
内容提取单元310当监测到用户对第一窗口对象的操作触发了第二窗口对象时,需要先判断第二窗口对象的类型,因为只有当第二窗口对象的类型属于异常提示或警告窗口(以下简称异常窗口)时,才进一步表示用户对第一窗口对象的操作可能遇到了无法解决的问题。
其中,可选地,内容提取单元310包括如下的装置来判断第二窗口对象的类型:
-用于通过枚举窗口子控件获取分布在所述第二窗口对象上的所有文本信息的子装置(以下简称“信息获取单元”);
-用于通过识别所述文本信息确定所述异常窗口的类型的子装置(以下简称“类型识别单元“)。
可选地,在本实施例中,信息获取单元通过获取到的第二窗口对象描述的文本信息来分辨不同的场景,以继续获取在具体场景中的环境信息,然后基于此来获取所述分布在第二窗口对象上的所有文本信息。具体地,信息获取单元可通过如下装置来获取在具体场景中的环境信息:

-用于根据所述异常窗口的类型,从预存储的解决方案库中确定相应的解决方案为解决所述第二窗口对象对应的问题的方案的子装置。
例如,若用户对第二窗口对象进行至少一次的重试操作并触发了至少一个第二窗口对象,或者,将第二窗口对象关闭(销毁第二窗口对象)后重新触发第一窗口对象后继续触发第二窗口对象,则表示用户无法解决当前发生的问题,需要提供解决当前发生的问题的解决方案。
此时,推荐单元320可根据异常窗口的类型,从预存储的解决方案库中确定相应的解决方案为解决第二窗口对象对应的问题的方案,并通过如下的子装置将该解决方案提供给用户:
-用于当用户对所述第二窗口对象进行重试操作时,在覆盖所述第二窗口的位置弹窗显示解决所述异常窗口的方案的子装置;或者
-用于当用户对所述第二窗口对象进行关闭操作时,在当前显示屏幕的特定位置弹窗显示解决所述异常窗口的方案的子装置。
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明提出的基于用户操作行为来推荐解决方案的方法进行详细说明,本实施例以windows7操作系统为 例进行说明,如图2所示,该方法包括:
步骤S200、创建事件通知回调函数。该事件回调函数用于对windows7操作系统中创建的窗口对象进行监测。
在本实施例中,以删除文件的弹窗提示窗口作为特定的窗口对象进行说明,而仅为例举,本领域技术人员应理解对其它如结束进程失败、缺少dll文件、操作系统运行卡顿等问题的解决方案的推荐方法,也应落入本发明的保护范围,为简明起见,仅以引用方式包含于此,而不做赘述。
步骤S210、监测单元300捕捉对象创建消息。具体地,当监测单元300监测到删除文件的弹窗提示窗口被创建的消息时,则捕捉该消息。
在windows7操作系统中,删除文件的弹窗提示窗口类型为#32770。当监测到窗口对象类型为#32770的创建事件后,则通过事件通知回调函数获取该窗口对象的标题并判断该标题是否为“删除文件”,如果是则该窗口对象为用户删除文件触发的删除文件确认提示窗口,否则为其它的弹窗。
步骤S220、内容提取单元判断窗口类型。具体地,当用户在删除文件的弹窗提示窗口中选择“确定”以后,进入删除文件的场景。在删除文件的场景中,内容提取单元310通过提取窗口的标题、文本以及当前焦点文本来判断窗口类型。在删除文件的场景中,删除文件失败的警告窗口可以包括例如“无法删除文件”、“无法删除文件夹”、“文件正在被使用”、“文件夹正在被使用”等文本内容,内容提取单元310可根据上述的文本能容确定窗口类型。若窗口类型为警告窗口,则执行步骤230,若窗口类型为非警告窗口,则执行步骤210。通过判断窗口类型,可实现过滤掉“删除文件”以及“提权”等非警告窗口,以准确捕获删除文件失败的警告窗口。
步骤S230、内容提取单元310获取警告窗口的文本以及特征。具体地,当删除文件失败的警告窗口触发以后,内容提取单元310结合之前“删除文件”确认提示窗口弹窗之前的焦点设置事件以及鼠标 键盘等消息,获取删除的一个或多个文件名列表。
步骤S240、内容提取单元310获取场景具体信息。具体地,通过枚举窗口的方式,内容提取单元310找到某一个带有当前文件所在路径的编辑框控件对象,得到文件路径。最后将文件名列表和文件路径组合成一个完整的删除某文件失败的场景。
步骤S250、推荐单元320推荐解决问题的方案。具体地,在解决方案库中存储有针对每种警告窗口的解决方案,而针对“无法删除文件”的警告窗口则是使用文件粉碎机。通过来自鼠标键盘的消息,以及对象销毁事件判断用户对“无法删除文件”的警告窗口执行了重试或取消操作。其中,推荐单元将触发同路径同名删除失败事件判断为重试操作,而触发了同窗口句柄对象销毁事件的则判断为是取消操作。若根据用户的操作判断为,若是重试操作,则由推荐单元320弹出覆盖当前的系统窗口强烈建议用户使用文件粉碎机;若判断为取消或者关闭操作,则由推荐单元320使用右下角弹窗的方式提示用户是否需要文件粉碎机。
本实施例的基于用户行为来推荐解决方案的装置,当监测到用户对第一窗口对象进行操作后触发的第二窗口对象为异常窗口时,通过识别第二窗口对象的类型确定对应的解决方案,并根据用户的操作行为分析出当用户需要获得解决相应问题的方案时,将对应的解决方案提供给用户,不再需要用户自己手动去搜索解决方案的过程,更重要的是只有当用户无法解决相应的技术问题时才向用户推荐解决方案,而不是在当用户遇到任何问题时都向用户推荐解决方案,实现了人性化的智能推荐功能,能够有效帮助用户解决使用电脑的过程中发生的各种问题,从而提升了用户的使用体验。
需要注意的是,本发明可在软件和/或软件与硬件的组合体中被实施,例如,可采用专用集成电路(ASIC)、通用目的计算机或任何其他类似硬件设备来实现。在一个实施例中,本发明的软件程序可以通过处理器执行以实现上文所述步骤或功能。同样地,本发明的软件程 序(包括相关的数据结构)可以被存储到计算机可读记录介质中,例如,RAM存储器,磁或光驱动器或软磁盘及类似设备。另外,本发明的一些步骤或功能可采用硬件来实现,例如,作为与处理器配合从而执行各个步骤或功能的电路。

  1. 一种基于用户操作行为来推荐解决方案的方法,其中,包括:
    监测用户对第一窗口对象进行操作后触发的第二窗口对象;
    若所述第二窗口对象为异常窗口,则通过提取所述第二窗口对象中的文本信息确定所述异常窗口的类型;
    根据所述异常窗口的类型以及监测到的用户对所述第二窗口对象的操作行为推荐解决所述第二窗口对象对应的问题的方案。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述通过提取所述第二窗口对象中的文本信息确定所述异常窗口的类型包括:
    通过枚举窗口子控件获取分布在所述第二窗口对象上的所有文本信息;
    通过识别所述文本信息确定所述异常窗口的类型。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述通过枚举窗口子控件获取分布在所述第二窗口对象上的所有文本信息包括:
    通过所述异常窗口的句柄获取父窗口句柄以及父窗口的父窗口句柄;
    枚举所有父窗口下的所有对象以及与父窗口同属一父窗口下的所有对象的标题以及其它特征信息,以收集与当前场景相关的环境信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,所述推荐解决所述第二窗口对象对应的问题的方案包括:
    当用户对所述第二窗口对象进行重试操作时,在覆盖所述第二窗口的位置弹窗显示解决所述异常窗口的方案;或者
    当用于对所述第二窗口对象进行关闭操作时,在当前显示屏幕的特定位置弹窗显示解决所述异常窗口的方案。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任意一项所述的方法,其中,所述解决所 述第二窗口对象对应的问题的方案的确定过程包括:
    根据所述异常窗口的类型,从预存储的解决方案库中确定相应的解决方案为解决所述第二窗口对象对应的问题的方案。
  6. 一种基于用户操作行为来推荐解决方案的装置,其中,包括:
    用于监测用户对第一窗口对象进行操作后触发的第二窗口对象的装置;
    用于若所述第二窗口对象为异常窗口,则通过提取所述第二窗口对象中的文本信息确定所述异常窗口的类型的装置;
    用于根据所述异常窗口的类型以及监测到的用户对所述第二窗口对象的操作行为推荐解决所述第二窗口对象对应的问题的方案的装置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,用于若所述第二窗口对象为异常窗口,则通过提取所述第二窗口对象中的文本信息确定所述异常窗口的类型的装置包括:
    用于通过枚举窗口子控件获取分布在所述第二窗口对象上的所有文本信息的子装置;
    用于通过识别所述文本信息确定所述异常窗口的类型的子装置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,用于通过枚举窗口子控件获取分布在所述第二窗口对象上的所有文本信息的子装置包括:
    用于通过所述异常窗口的句柄获取父窗口句柄以及父窗口的父窗口句柄的单元;
    用于枚举所有父窗口下的所有对象以及与父窗口同属一父窗口下的所有对象的标题以及其它特征信息,以收集与当前场景相关的环境信息的单元。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,用于根据所述异常窗口的类型以及监测到的用户对所述第二窗口对象的操作行为推荐解决所述第二窗口对象对应的问题的方案的装置包括:
    用于当用户对所述第二窗口对象进行重试操作时,在覆盖所述第二窗口的位置弹窗显示解决所述异常窗口的方案的子装置;或者
    用于当用户对所述第二窗口对象进行关闭操作时,在当前显示屏幕的特定位置弹窗显示解决所述异常窗口的方案的子装置。
  10. 根据权利要求6至9任意一项所述的装置,其中,用于根据所述异常窗口的类型以及监测到的用户对所述第二窗口对象的操作行为推荐解决所述第二窗口对象对应的问题的方案的装置包括:
    用于根据所述异常窗口的类型以及监测到的用户对所述第二窗口对象的操作行为,从预存储的解决方案库中确定相应的解决方案为解决所述第二窗口对象对应的问题的方案的子装置。
  11. 一种非易失性计算机可读介质,所述非易失性计算机可读介质包括计算机代码,当所述计算机代码被执行时,如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法被执行。
  12. 一种计算机程序产品,当所述计算机程序产品被计算机设备执行时,如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法被执行。
  13. 一种计算机设备,所述计算机设备包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机代码,所述处理器被配置来通过执行所述计算机代码以执行如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法。
