- 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,用于根据所述异常窗口的类型以及监测到的用户对所述第二窗口对象的操作行为推荐解决所述第二窗口对象对应的问题的方案的装置包括:用于当用户对所述第二窗口对象进行重试操作时,在覆盖所述第二窗口的位置弹窗显示解决所述异常窗口的方案的子装置;或者用于当用户对所述第二窗口对象进行关闭操作时,在当前显示屏幕的特定位置弹窗显示解决所述异常窗口的方案的子装置。
- 根据权利要求6至9任意一项所述的装置,其中,用于根据所述异常窗口的类型以及监测到的用户对所述第二窗口对象的操作行为推荐解决所述第二窗口对象对应的问题的方案的装置包括:用于根据所述异常窗口的类型以及监测到的用户对所述第二窗口对象的操作行为,从预存储的解决方案库中确定相应的解决方案为解决所述第二窗口对象对应的问题的方案的子装置。
- 一种非易失性计算机可读介质,所述非易失性计算机可读介质包括计算机代码,当所述计算机代码被执行时,如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法被执行。
- 一种计算机程序产品,当所述计算机程序产品被计算机设备执行时,如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法被执行。
- 一种计算机设备,所述计算机设备包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机代码,所述处理器被配置来通过执行所述计算机代码以执行如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法。
